Établissement ayant visiblement subi un très gros dégât des eaux. Notre première chambre était dans un état inadmissible : murs et plafond complètement moisis, avec de grosses auréoles d’eau partout. Sans parler de l’odeur d’humidité et de moisi, tellement forte qu’il était tout simplement impossible de rester dans cette chambre. Le ménage laisse également vraiment à désirer. Dans la salle de bain, nous avons même retrouvé un sous-vêtement sale appartenant aux précédents occupants ! C’est totalement inacceptable pour un hôtel. Lorsque je suis descendue à l’accueil pour signaler et contester l’état de notre chambre, le monsieur présent à la réception s’est montré particulièrement désagréable, alors que ma demande était parfaitement légitime au vu de l’état de la chambre. Au lieu de faire preuve de compréhension face à une situation aussi inadmissible, son attitude a rendu l’expérience encore plus désagréable. Nous avons finalement obtenu une deuxième chambre, mais malheureusement celle-ci n’était guère mieux. Les couloirs dégageaient également une très mauvaise odeur et, de manière générale, l’établissement donne une impression évidente de manque d’entretien et de propreté. Je vous laisse en juger par vous-mêmes avec les photos jointes à cet avis, qui parlent d’elles-mêmes et montrent clairement l’état dans lequel nous avons trouvé la chambre. Une expérience extrêmement décevante. Cet hôtel est, selon nous, très loin du niveau de qualité que l’on est en droit d’attendre. Nous ne le recommandons absolument pas.

Assez propre, confortable, super piscine surveillée , cosy, bien équipé. Lits très confortables et grands. Métro sortie Namur à 3 min à pieds.

Le personnel était très sympathique, jusqu’à notre départ (qui s’est fait à 11h), la personne qui a réalisé notre check-out était très antipathique et nous a limite jetés dehors alors que nous demandions poliment si il y’avait un lieu pour prendre un verre ou s’asseoir en attendant notre départ pour l’aéroport.

Big rooms & close to the metro

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, the pool was dirty all the days , they don’t have a breakfast option is a restaurant / brunch place that is in the same building but has nothing to do with the hotel. Not enough towels.

Nous sommes arrivés à 21:00hr la chambre n’était pas prête, nous avons reçu une chambre standard et non deluxe, aucun remboursement émis. Très déçue.

Le confort, l'hotel est beau. La piscine est belle. Le prix étaient très convenable.

Les murs sont en cartons. On entend les gens dans les autres chambres. On les entends se moucher, se doucher, les conversations, etc. Pas de tapis antidérapant alors qu'il est écrit de l'utiliser dans la douche. On m'a donné que 2 débarbouillettes pour 3 nuits. Ils ne les changent pas.

L aspect extérieur de l'hôtel , plutôt bien situé a 600m du métro Namur, proche des commodités et la piscine qui est très bien et excellente literie.

L aspect intérieur de l hôtel, les chambres ne sont pas clean, franchement ca manque d'un petit coup de rafraîchissement, je pense qu il faut changer vos moquettes ou les remplacer par du parquet. A 250 dollars la nuit, il faudra faire mieux pour nous faire revenir dans votre établissement...

si trova a 300 metri dalla metro che con 15 - 20 minuti ti porta direttamente in centro. Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Possibilità di usare piscina e palestra. Nelle vicinanze numerosi fast food.

essendoci la moquette a terra la pulizia ovviamente non è eccelsa. Ho chiesto due camere vicine e purtroppo essendo molto grande la struttura tra una camera e l'altra vi era grossa distanza perchè vi è un blocco più nuovo ed uno più vecchio.

The location was great. It was walking distant to the metro and to a lot of places to eat.

I did not like how some of the items in the room I was assigned to did not work. First, one of the washroom sinks was clogged. Second the hairdryer was attached to the wall and could not be removed. Third, the outlet that the hairdryer was close to was not working. I informed the front desk, but they said they had no one available to fix it until later in the day.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil renovierungsbedürftig. Nicht besonders sauber...

The beds were comfy and the staff were friendly and professional. There is a restaurant on site for breakfast which was great and there are restaurants nearby which were fantastic 😀

Établissement loin d’être un 4 étoiles. Énormément de poussières. Meubles vieillots et abîmés. Couloirs sales et poussiéreux.

Personal sehr bemüht und überaus freundlich! Ausreichend Parkplätze kostenfrei. Wir bekamen auf Wunsch ein ruhiges Zimmer von der Straße weg, das war entspannt. Die U-Bahn nach Downtown ist eine Straßenecke weiter und super erreichbar.

Das Frühstückslokal ist eine Frechheit. Wir haben ewig gewartet und unsere Bedienung war dazu noch unfreundlich. Nach zweimaliger Nachfrage bekamen wir das falsche Essen und dazu noch die Bemerkung das sei dann halt so. Für den miesen Service wollten sie dann noch mehr Trinkgeld, wo überhaupt keines angemessen gewesen wäre. Das würden wir nie wieder machen. In der Nähe gibt es ausreichend gute Restaurants. Daher darum lieber einen Bogen machen.

The room was dated and not very bright. The ac was very noisy, the hair dryer didn't work and there wasn't an iron. There wasn't a bath mat for the shower in the bath and it was very slippery, my partner slipped and banged her head as a result. The cleaners took the towel bath mat away the 2nd morning and didn't replace ir, we had to use a towel to prevent slipping on the floor

The location was great! A metro near by was easy access to the city. A few restaurants nearby and a Walmart close as well. The pool was a big hit with my family and the water bottle stations around the hotel was nice to fill up before a day sightseeing.

The bathrooms and flooring were a little old.

The location was great, just a block from the metro. The pool looked very nice (we didn't used it). The restaurant at the hotel was VERY busy on Sunday, but the other 2 days (weekdays) were not super busy. The food was good there. The shower in the room was really nice.

The room that we had (2 queens) was a bit small, and i wish they would have more places to hang towels.

Its a run down hotel, dirty carpets. Rooms are dirty as well. Will not be staying there again

Came with a newborn. Checked into room and there was ants on the floor. Informed front desk who clearly did not care. They said next day we will get another room. Did not happen. We didn’t bother going back to front desk as we were leaving the next day. Will not be returning. Location near the highway was convenient when driving to and from Ottawa. Nice swimming pool. Great choice of breakfast dishes.

first room had a strong cat pee smell. Maybe it was something to do with an older air conditioner or the carpets. Our last morning (6am) the chamber maids were extremely loud outside our door.

El personal fue muy atento, y fueron sumamente amables, tiene buen estacionamiento y las instalacicones son comodas y te sientes seguro, lastima no funcionaba la cafetera pero al reportarla fueron empaticos. La cáma comoda y por la ubicacion me sorprendio no escuchar tanto ruido. Fue una buena noche. Eso sí, no recomiendo andar descalzo por la habitacion el piso como laminado te deja los pies negros de sucio como con hule pegado.

No me gusta que te esten cargando el deposito que vale igual o mas que la estancia porque luego tardan siglos en liberar el saldo y al final casi terminas usando el doble del dinero en hospedaje, para alguien con tarjeta de credito con saldo amplio no pasa nada pero para alguien limitado esto puede afectar severamente; al reservar por Booking deberia haber algun tipo de apoyo en esto y que al menos el monto del deposito fuera menor y se aseguraran de que quedara liberado de inmediato porque hay una empresa que asi como respalda el cumplimiento con los hoteles tambien deberia hacerlo con el cliente. ES LA FECHA QUE NO ME HAN LIBERADO EL DEPOSITO ASI ESTAN 3 DE 7 HOTELES QUE RESERVE EN ESTA OCASION, los que si me liberaron fueron Days Inn, Confort Inn y Travel Lodge, los demas hoteles despues de casi un mes sigo con el cargo en transito afectando mi saldo diario en mi tarjeta. Estancia de una noche 14 de julio, fecha de esta valoración 10 de Agosto.

Der Pool war toll, sogar mit Rettungsschwimmer! Das Personal am Empfang war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Das Zimmer war leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt und roch etwas muffig.

Modern, clean, spacious room. Free parking, pool, well appointed gym, and sauna. Short walk to Namur metro stop, connecting to Old Montreal in 20 minutes and to Jarry Park (for tennis ganes) in 30 minutes. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Restaurant had no simple “coffee and croissant” sort of option for breakfast. Their menu and prices were good but it was all about hearty options

Bien situé, bon restaurant autour, piscine exterrieure, stationnement gratuit, métro très proche. Il a des produit savon , shampoing fournie si tu as oublié. Facile a trouver l'hôtel.

Climatisation coulais et toute le tapi mouiller, Arriver et pas assez de serviette débarbouillette pour le nombre de personne quon était et pour le reste de la semaine pas été capable d'avoir des débarbouillette jamais disponible. Le café juste 2 capsule et mauvais choix expresso pour la clientèle en général je trouve. Pas de linge a vaisselle, frigidaire coule et refroidit mal , la suite manque un peu d'amour on pourrait dire ca .Quand on es venu nettoyer ma chambre dans le milieux de mon séjour on ne ma pas remis de serviette ect.. du courire après mes choses.

la chambre était extrêmement poussiéreuse. La literie était tachée. Le couvre-matelas avait de gros cernes. La signalisation indiquant qu'il y a un spa est fausse: Il n'y pas de spa. La signalisation mène à un petit local de massothérapie au sous-sol. J'ai voulu réserver pour un massage, mais la massothérapeute était en vacances jusqu'au 27 août. Il n'y a pas non plus de resto-bar / lounge dans l'établissement, tel qu'indiqué sur leur site et même dans le lobby. La climatisation dans la chambre fait du vacarme. Bref, j'aurais facilement pu avoir une chambre avec les mêmes services et bien mieux située, pour la moitié du prix.

La chambre 111 présente une usure avancé(parquet, fuite au niveau du robinet de la baignoire) et une propreté a améliorer( plusieurs cheveux coincés au niveau du bouchon du lavabo).

Vibe and pool and location

Nous sommes allés à l’Omnium BN (tennis) et nous étions à 5 minutes à pied du métro . Nous avons pu laisser notre auto dans le stationnement pour le deux jours. L’hôtel c’était parfait. Il y a même une piscine.

The room services were very weak. I have asked for housekeeping and it was not done till I came back at night and had to wait for an hour till they come.

Very bright, spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Price is great. There’s a Ben & Florentine in the building so very convenient.

I wish they had rooms with balconies. Pool closes at 8 pm, it’s a bit early for me. Pool water was a bit foggy but clean. And the pool is heated so that’s a plus. Nothing really to complain about.

Eli varausmaksua pidetään ilmeisesti tasan kuukausi. Kannattaa huomioida tämä.

Comfortable stay for great value. Nice pool area and excellent breakfast at Ben and Florentine located within the hotel. Close to metro and/or not too far to downtown/Old Montreal.

Worse hotel I’ve ever been, mold in room and no refund when we left.

Mold in room, stained room, pink mold in bathroom, made us sick for the hour we stayed before leaving and wouldn’t refund anything.

It is close to a Metro line which was nice to take to go into downtown. Lots of restaurants around the area and decent shopping. It was very clean.

Some of the room fixtures were a bit dated and looked a bit “used”. But for the price of the room and location I’m not complaining.

The location was perfect for our stay.. Bang for the buck was great given its location on the island..The front desk staff were pleasant and polite.We would stay tjere again.

I think its time for some room updates as it seemed a little dated , it was clean though which was huge for us..

Hotel położony dość daleko od centrum, ale bardzo blisko metra. Wygodne łóżka, czysto, miła obsługa, bardzo duży basen zewnętrzny.

Dziwny zapach w pokoju. Okazało się, że za przesuwaną, drewnianą roletą / zasłoną przy oknie jest grzyb / pleśń na ścianie.

Location is perfect, not a busy street and downtown is accessible via taxi. There are lot's of food available around the vicinity. Parking is safe and accessible.
