Room was a good size and comfortable. Having a microwave in the room was a big plus. They also have laundry facilities on one of the levels, but you are required to bring along your own laundry pods, which I was not aware of hence was not able to use this service.

We stayed for about a week, but did not include breakfast. However, during our stay we wanted to try the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, we were informed that we could not do so unless we had booked for this in advance for the entire stay!

- I booked this location in error. I mean to book centre. I caught this error within a couple of hours of booking and was told that I could not cancel or change my booking. Zero flexibility, assistance, or compassion from either Booking or the property. - The location is terrible. There is absolutely nothing in the area and it's really far from downtown or anything you want to see in Montreal. - My view overlooked a walmart parking lot and a highway. - They never cleaned my room once in 4 days, even after I asked. - I was not offered the breakfast option at the time of booking. Seemed like every guest had this option except for us.

The room and breakfast were excellent, and the staff was very kind.

Good access to the bus and metro.

Too much noise! We were on the second floor and you could hear vehicles drag racing all night long. The second floor had the event Center and every night we were there, there was an event. It was very loud and annoying all night with music, people yelling, going up and down the hallways. They should leave the second floor for all the guests that are attending the events.

Location, the pool was not similar to what I expected. There were no slippers in the room. The minibar was empty.

Das Frühstück war gut aber die Klimaanlage war ausgestellt - viel zu heiß. Bedienung war neu, Wartezeiten waren extrem lang, sowohl für die Bestellung als auch für das Frühstück selbst.

Great facilities and rooms. Although it's not central there are a lot of amenities around the hotel. Dog friendly and super helpful and friendly staff.

Not super central. Not much to do in evening - although the hotel has a lovely restaurant/bar with a patio.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und gut ausgestattet.

Das Hotel liegt an einer 11 spurigen Einfallstrasse, der Geräuschpegel im Zimmer war wie Übernachten auf dem Mittelstreifen. Einen Zimmerwechsel hat die Hotelleitung abgelehnt, mit der Standardausrede "fully booked". Die Preispolitik des Hotels ist der heutigen Zeit nicht angemessen. Trotz der nicht geringen Zimmerrate wird beim buchen inklusive Frühstück, alles ausser einer Frühstücksvariante (z.B. ein Omelett) extra berechnet. Sogar der zweite schwarze Kaffe aus der Pumpkanne. Im Zimmer standen zwei kleine Plastik Wasserflaschen, die sollten 3CAN$ pro Stk kosten. Die Lage des Hotels (zusätzlich zum Lärm der Strasse) ist in einem Viertel der Stadt in dem man nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit nicht unterwegs sein will. Die Nähe der U-Bahn Station ist zwar gegeben, allerdings muss man durch ein nicht enden wollende Unterführung (direkt neben der Einfallstrasse) dort hin laufen. Diese ist auch noch schlecht beleuchtet und wenn es z.B. regnet kann man dort nicht laufen ohne komplett verdreckt wieder rauszukommen.

La machine à café dans la chambre. Une Hamilton Beach qui imite la Keurig mais ne fonctionne pas bien. Les verres en carton. Je considère que des vrais verres et tasse en porcelaine seraient mieux tant pour le client que pour l'environnement.

The bed was very comfortable, the staff very friendly, and I loved the pool and gym.

Pillows were softer than I prefer, no fitted sheet on bed, the coffee could've been better,.dirt behind sliding door to bathroom. Room service was only available for dinner, and the restaurant that offered it was somewhat expensive. Lastly, the pool should be kid-free after a certain time at night.

We had a car so this was a good location for us. Far enough out of the centre to not have too much traffic to drive through but close enough to a metro station straight into the centre. Very modern, felt new and extremely clean. Staff were very helpful and good amenities.

Sadly we had a road side room and the noise from the traffic is the worst I have ever experienced and I have stayed in a number of big cities world wide. Even with my loop earplugs in I could hear the traffic in the room and it is constant. Montreal seems to be a city that never sleeps so there is no time, night or day, when there is not a considerable amount of traffic driving past. There needs to be some serious investment into sound proofing these rooms.

Staff is not helpful. I got charged twice and I called the reception a man answered my call and I asked him to give me some explanation why they charged me twice he started off by cursing me out. I cut the call off

Everything about the hotel, its location and cleanliness are top notch. We were getting away for the weekend from Ohio, USA. We stayed for 2 nights but we didn’t have housekeeping clean the room or change the sheets while we were there. I don’t know the policy of that but I thought it should have been changed atleast one time. Asides that, it’s a perfect place to stay. We would stay there again if we visit Montreal again.

At the breakfast buffet (they also have a separate restaurant) the staff acted like policeman instead of just asking can we add this breakfast bar fee to your room. Also, indoor pool was closed. Everything else was excellent

pool is 4 feet deep, not convienient for children, and was also dirty. Matresses were very hard.

Excellent hotel and great location for train into town. It is next to a very busy motorway but do not be put off by this. The train station is a 5 min walk and easy commute into the centre. The hotel is beautiful and should not be missed.

Only one night we stayed. This place is cleaned, good location, staffs are friendly, Air conditioning worked.

Highly recommend this property. Restaurant on site. Nice room amenities. Very clean and very safe.
