très mauvaise expérience, Nous avions mis le prix pour avoir un belles hôtel avec de belles prestations pour mes 50ans et il a fallu tout les jours faire des réclamations ménage pas fait, poubelles pas vidées porte d'entrée qui se fermait pas toute seule, serviettes pas changées , oublié' de nos commandes au restaurant, c'était vraiment pas possible a croire qu on Nous zappait a la fin on nous a f'offerr le parking pour s'excuser mais ça n'enlève en rien toute la négligence et désagrément

We liked that the room was spacious, had a small kitchen available, had a restaurant attached, breakfast included, and near other little shops. The parking was great as it was reasonably priced & had E chargers which were free. That’s not always available in hotels so we were very happy with that. They also provided a crib to us already when we arrived as we knew it would be late so thank you!

We didn’t love the breakfast. It was slightly better on our 2nd and 3rd mornings with having them organize it better and had to put people on wait lists in order to go in. It was mayhem the first morning with no limits and most of the supplies were taken, and little food was available. I wish the hot foods were a little better as those didn’t taste the best. However, we still got muffins, cereals, and yogurts.

Abbiamo improvvisato una fermata a Montreal durante il nostro tour del Quebec pochi giorni prima e non potevamo sperare di meglio. Staff super professionale, camera molto spaziosa e pulitissima, l'ideale per concludere un viaggio di 20 giorni.

Gli spazio comuni, come piscina e sala colazione, sono troppo piccoli per la mole di camere e persone che passano dall'hotel. Risultano entrambe abbastanza caotiche se si sbaglia orario. Camera un pò rumorosa poichè dava sullo stradone principale che passa sotto l'hotel. Se avete problemi di sonno chiedete una camera che non affacci sulla superstrada.

Suite geboekt met meerprijs. Kregen deze op de 2de verdieping…zowel op vrijdag als op zaterdag een trouwfeest op 10 meter van de kamer. Personeel had er eerst geen oren naar, na meer dan 1 uur aan dringen toch andere kamer gekregen, langs de drukke baan….zeer slechte isolatie. Ontbijtruimte veel te klein voor zo’n hotel

El desayuno es muy básico, el lugar es pequeño para toda la gente que espera desayunar. La limpieza del cuarto no siempre fué buena y algunos días la hacían pasadas las 5 pm. Hay pocos utensilios de cocina. Las camas son comodas, agua caliente siempre. Tampoco me gusta que no se pueden abrir las ventanas el aire acondicionado si funciona. Me quedé 15 días.

La zona de desayuno es un desastre, organización, salón pequeño lleno de gente, las mesas no hay espacio entre ellas, muy básico el buffet, los trabajadores se les ve cansados de la situación. El precio muy alto para la estancia

We enjoyed the simple kitchen and a nearby grocery store; this allowed us to cook our own meals. We appreciated that the location was walkable distance to a metro station.

This may be an anomaly, but there was one night where there was very loud music coming from some sort of party or even of some sort. It was a bit too loud.

The room was clean, huge, and very comfortable. We loved having a kitchen and dishwasher—it was such a great bonus! We really enjoyed our stay. 😊

I couldn't find an exhaust fan in the kitchen, and unfortunately, the coffee maker was not working. The biggest disappointment, however, was the breakfast. For the price of the hotel, we expected much more. The hotel is quite large and has many guests, but there were not enough tables available, so we had to wait for a table to become free. The cutlery also felt quite cheap and flimsy, especially the very thin forks. Considering the elegant and upscale appearance of the hotel, the breakfast experience and tableware did not really match the overall impression of the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. And the hotel is not far from downtown of Montreal.

First room we got was still dirty but it wasn’t issue to change and second room was clean.

L'hôtel est moderne avec un électroménager moderne, c'est propre dans l'ensemble. La situation géographique de l'hôtel est génial. Un personnel avenant et accueillant.

Le petit déjeuner devrait être un plus varié, pas toujours avoir les mêmes choses tous les 2 jours. Faire passer l'aspirateur tous les jours dans les chambres et couloirs est bienvenue surtout que la moquette renferme bcp de bactéries.

I would like to address a concern regarding the cleanliness of the bathrooms. It is crucial for bathrooms to be thoroughly cleaned, particularly given that many guests utilize the toilet while standing, which can result in cleanliness issues that may lead to unpleasant odors. We had requested a cleaning of the bathroom due to this issue, but unfortunately, our request did not seem to be addressed. Other issue was dirty curtains behind the couch, looked discussing and there and the boxer shorts of the prior client were still in one of the drawers . I believe that enhancing the supervision of cleaning personnel could significantly improve the guest experience. Thank you for considering this feedback, as I believe it will contribute to a more pleasant environment for all guests.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the location was convenient for visiting downtown Montreal. Breakfast was also very good.

The staff was kind and helpful, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was less than ten minutes walk from a metro station. Parking was easy and reasonable. I was very happy that they allow pets.

Stayed here as part of a week-long getaway. Overall it was a good experience. Two things detracted from the experience: - We ordered from local restaurants. We were told that couriers from Uber couldn't come directly to the room and to take the food to the front desk. We told multiple couriers this and they did complied, but the Front Desk would then tell the courier to put the food on a table across the lobby, risking alone to just walk off with it. This policy needs to be reviewed. - There is no way to watch streaming services on the in-room TV. The WiFi doesn't allow devices like Chromecast to connect and there is no option on the TV to do it. It's 2025, I expect a better experience from Hilton. Overall it's a good Hotel in a good location, but some policies need to be reviewed.

La cuisine n'est pas très bien équipée pour cuisiner (pas de hotte, pas de poêle). On entendait pas mal les voitures même du 9e étage. La piscine était très froide.

As the company manager for a local theatre, I am often needing to house out-of-town artists while they work on our productions throughout the year. One of the first people I call for these stays is Nina Baratta (Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing) who is extremely quick at providing us very comfortable rooms at affordable rates. Sometimes our plans change drastically from one week to the next, but Nina is always flexible, communicative and very helpful (with a great sense of humour to boot!). The new facilities / rooms / suites are incredibly clean, comfortable and located within steps of a grocery store - a big plus for our guests who like to cook in their rooms. The restaurant located in the lobby is also a huge draw for foodies. An excellent choice for anyone wanting to stay in Midtown, whether on business or for fun!

Who went above and beyond for us even after breakfast had finished due to technical issues went out of her way to get the chef to make something for us at our request. Even though lunch had started. Thank you once again! If you’re from London go to the blandino restaurant and try the French toast with maple syrup!!!

Plusieurs taches étaient présentes sur la couette, ce qui est regrettable compte tenu du bon standing général de l’hôtel. La piscine est également assez petite et, en raison du grand nombre d’enfants qui la fréquentent, il est difficile d’y nager ou de s’y détendre sereinement.

We had an amazing time in Montreal during Grand Prix weekend. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Subway was only a short walk from the hotel which we really appreciated since we did not have to use our car throughout our trip ! Highly recommended!

We really appreciated the layout of our suite for our stay in Montreal. We came to visit our family and we loved the location. We discovered a beautiful mall called Royalmount right close by. The staff was amazing throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back again! Keep it up

Je trouve que pour un Hilton et pour un 4 étoiles les équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur. Il n’y a ni chaussons ni peignoirs, pas de brosse à toilettes dans les WC etc. Les chambres sont propres mais l’usage se voit au niveau des joints et des murs. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très pauvre en choix et ne vaut absolument pas son prix. La localisation : l’hôtel est décrit comme au centre ville et à 2 pas du métro mais il faut traverser un pont sur une grosse rocade pour le rejoindre (c’est plutôt long et pas pratique), puis on est à environ 15 stations du centre ville c’est juste énorme et mensonger.

As always, service was great and responsive and timely- especially the work of Nina Baratta who booked the rooms needed and answered all my needs very quickly. In general the stays are successful and the rooms are great as are all amenities. Appreciate also the Hilton's flexibility when possible including last minute changes or suddenly needing a meeting space etc.

L’exposition de notre chambre sur l’autoroute donc très bruyante malgré notre consigne de ne pas y être. Les serviettes de toilettes déchirées et les distributeurs de savons dans la douche qui étaient vides et à remplir par nos soins. Nous n’avons pas compris.

That the AC didn’t go lower than 65 degrees. It stayed a constant 70-73 in the room which wasn’t super comfortable coming back to after being out all day.

I did like that the room we stayed in was clean. The breakfast that was included was also very nice and staff that spoke both english and french were very helpful.

Honestly, for the price, I was expecting a little more. 1. The cleaning staff only spoke French. I, for one, had no issues, but my partner, who was in the room during the time they would stop by, is from the US and had a hard time just getting any basic request done. (Like asking them to take the trash or a refill on dishwasher pod since we like to keep things clean). 2. The bedsheets were worn before we even arrived. We ended up removing it each time because the material was soo uncomfortable. 3. The room was advertised as soundproof and it came with high-speed internet. Not true. We could hear everything from the door and even when someone in another room would take a shower sometimes. The internet, was also not included as high-speed. Had to pay an additional 35$ for it. It should say "access to high-speed Wi-Fi". 4. The room is was in had a burned light bulb. Told the lady since the first day we were there and nobody ever replaced it during the entire week we stayed. 5. This is just a suggestion, but access to Netflix or other streaming services would be nice.

My experience at the Homewoods Suites was fantastic! Right fromt the begining, the warm and friendly welcome I received from the staff! I would like to commend Ms. Nina Baratta - who made my time/stay there exceptionally wonderful, for professionalism and genuine care! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, with convenient access to nearby attractions and dining. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

This hotel is perfectly located between the airport and the city centre, making it incredibly convenient for both work (around the airport) and going out. Having shops just steps away was an added bonus! The support team was outstanding, and working with Nina B. was an absolute pleasure. She was efficient, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Nous avions une chambre louée pour 6 personnes. ..Seuls 2 grands lits confortables. Le canapé qui aurait dû accueillir 2 personnes était très inconfortable.. On a donc dû se mettre à 3 dans l'un des lits... On a cependant apprécié la taille de la chambre et son coin cuisine - lui aussi équipé pour seulement 4 personnes...
