The hotel was serene, the front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very neat and I got a free upgrade too. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos

I didn't like that the TVs were not smart TVs, but I enjoyed watching cable TV that was available

The Denny’s restaurant was fine. Nice staff.

The bed wasn’t comfortable. Pillows both puffy. It’s always better to have one puffy and one flatish pillow for each guest. Also, too much polyester in the bedding…..better to have cotton….more breathable. The A/C in the room was loud so we turned it off. It didn’t help that the hotel is now in the middle of a construction site…can’t fault the hotel for that, however. Despite these negatives, the lovely, helpful staff went a long way to make our stay a nice one. They get 5 stars.

Our outlet in our bathroom didn’t work and we were there a week. So we had to blow dry or curl our hair with no mirror. The only way to get in and out of the property was horrible.

Attached Denny's restaurant was mid quality food at best. Pleasant staff though. Location of hotel is awkward. Lots of construction nearby creates a bottleneck to the hotel entrance.

WORST PILLOWS EVER! Hard & lumpy. South side rooms of building noisy. Shower a possible lawsuit. There is NO safety bar. We noticed the towel bar has been re-attached with a wooden board. We're assuming it was ripped off the wall when someone tried to use it to get out of the shower.

The staff were friendly and do their best to ensure we had the best experience.

The construction and access to the hotel is very confusing. We know it’s not permanent but it was hard to navigate at times.

I like the king suite. There was a bunk bed for the children. There’s also a kitchen but no dishwasher. The ceiling is very high which made the room look really spacious. It was comfortable.

I don’t know what it is with Sandman hotels and their clogged bathtubs. We had the worst experience at Sandman Langley. We had the same tub issue with Sandman Abbotsford. Water was taking awhile to drain. The sides of the bath sink have molds. Bathrooms were not too clean. The person at checkout wasn’t nice either. We left our key but she was busy on the phone. She just held out her hand without even acknowledging a wave or smile.

I traveled to see the game in Vancouver and Seattle during the WC . I was lucky to find something central between the two city with a reasonable price and location and truly met all of my expectation

Liked it thats close by the highway but u can hear the cars very faintly. Front staff was very kind and friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. Love thats it chilly to hahah. Has amenities like the pool and hot tub thats not listed here ( hint hint wink wink) no breakfast but has Denny’s next door. Will be back

The room was totally run down. Patio had dried spit all over the glass rail and floor needed a serious power wash, shower head spring a leak and sprayed all over the roof, leaked all over the toilet and floor, stains on the walls, dead bug on the bed, base boards looked terrible covered in marks, lights burnt out and rusted, font desk workers not very hospitable

I was provided a complimentary upgrade to their suite. This is why I say the amount paid was absolutely worth it, as the quality of their suite was great and provided a comfortable stay. The meal credit package was also useful, as I could use it at the neighboring Denny's. The downside was that it was only valid for a one-time use (whether you used the entire value of the credit or not).

There was rarely a staff member at the front desk. I'd often have to wait a few minutes or call out, "Is anybody there?" before a staff member would come out to help. However, once they did, they were very kind and helpful, often going the extra mile to ensure my comfort.

It’s ease of access, had everything we needed for an overnight stopover. Clean, comfortable and very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking - loving shopping centre 5 mins walk away for any forgotten essentials

Customer service was very poor, After cleaning they kept room door opened as we had a lot stuff in the room, when we came late night and see, Immediately went for complaint girl who was working as a duty manager at night said I am not actually work here let it know to manager, Then next day again went for complaint to manager so it won’t happen again, Duty manager Sukhman singh replied I have a breakfast coupon for you guys, So disappointed he even didn’t bother to say sorry this happened to you. After complaint they never gave us cleaning service as we were there for 5 nights even we left room before 10 with service note as per the policy. Cleaning was disgusting as well, I have few pictures which I took after cleaning.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Much better than I was expecting especially for a chain. Everything was grand and spotless with many amenities such as swimming pool, gym etc. Would definitely stay there again.

The room has a good size. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is modern with great shower.

It is very noisy, busy roads around the hotel. I had a corner room with 2 windows, the sound proofing is not great.

The hotel is right off the highway so perfect for transiting on Hwy 1 and the rooms are soundproofed so there was no highway noise.The staff were very polite and personable. I didn’t take advantage of Denny’s but it is 24 hours which is a big bonus.

The two elevators are a bit slow at busy times so it took me 31 minutes to come down from the 6th floor, get the luggage dolly, get back up to the 6th floor and get back down again, starting at check-out time! My room was very nice and spacious but my drapes did not meet in the middle so the morning sun woke me early.

Staff was not up to expectations i booked through bookings.com when I got to the location no one at t the front desk when she showed up she said no reservation with no attemp to see what the issue is I had to show her my reservation on my phone she said she found it and that was it apathetic attitude to a customer. Not impressed

There was a dirty pillow case on one bed. And the TV didn't work. Called the front desk for help and by the time they came upstairs to look at it a half hour had gone by and my husband and son were falling asleep so it was too late. I expect the TV to work when I go to a hotel. My husband and had spent a lot of time trying to fix it ourselves, it should not be this hard.

Very convenient location to activities we were doing.

Easy access to restaurant, was quiet in our room even though a volleyball tournament was taking place and had lots of young guests.

It’s exactly what you would expect it to be. Pretty decent location to the mall you can even walk to and nice amenities such as the pool And the 24hr Denny’s we went to multiple times. Nice kitchenette

But of a bland room, but the loud ac unit in room was the biggest offender.

Location and amenities were great. Love that there is a 24 hour restaurant onsite and how close it is to the airport. Check in and out was fast. Staff was helpful and professional. I enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains and moon. Me and my daughters had a great time. We’ll be back again in the future.

Tv controllers were a little tricky to figure out. But that’s probably just me though.

I like my stay at the property. It meets my expectations.

Room was an accessible room with no edge or separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. The shower head was not working properly and was more like a garden hose than a shower. It turned the entire bathroom floor into a pool deck. The location was fine for one night but is noisy due to being directly next to the highway.

Our visit to this location was for a medical appointment. We found the hotel exquisitely clean, quiet, quite affordable and most of all their exercise facilities were working! The front desk agent Jyotsana was amazing, she was courteous, professional, kind, helpful and a complete joy to assist us. We are so happy with Sandman hotels we are switching companies!! Sandman hotels came recommended to us and they delivered on every front. Jyotsana thank you for so much for your being there!

We were booked with our hockey team. On arrival was informed pool and hot tub were not in use. Frustrating as that was one reason we booked there. We had gotten to room to and got our kids tucked into bed. Went to climb onto our bed and bed had what looked to be a hue oily lube stain on sheets and bed was covered in black hair. I called the front desk and they said we could move rooms. I explained my kids were in bed. I needed fresh linens. I was told she would bring some shortly. 45 minutes later I went down to front and a man that worked there took we up to a room on 6th floor and had me strip what I needed off the bed for linens. I explained the sheets weren’t even right size and he said the next day a maid would clean our room and give us all new sheets. We left three days later and even after requesting again, no maids ever brought us more linens or cleaned our room. The only extra supplies we received were off a maid cart in hallway I got myself. Manager gave us a 15% discount. I will not be a returning customer.

My family ended up here after being evacuated due to a landslide at home. We stayed in the hotel just more than a week, and I think we had the best experience possible. Jyotsana + Abraham at the front desk were so lovely, along with literally every other staff member we encountered: the housekeeping ladies, the maintenance team, all the front desk staff, they truly became our new neighbour's for a bit and everyone was so kind regarding why we were staying there. The hotel itself was so much nicer than we expected! Beautiful lobby, clean bright halls, clean comfortable rooms: I think my husband is contemplating buying the same mattress he loved it so much. The pool was closed for maintenance and just reopened the day we left - we didn't get to take a dip but it looked nice and clean in there. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I would leave the lobby coffee bar out all day though 😊 Dennys: wow so impressed! We haven't been to a Dennys in years and years - could not have had a better surprise with this one though everything was so delicious. Again, the restaurant staff became our buddies of sorts and we really enjoyed our meals and the staff day after day even. Would recommend!

I thought it was a newer hotel but it seemed aged.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this hotel, but oh me of little faith! Every single thing about it was great, especially the super-friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms, extremely clean, and very well appointed - everything I could have needed for a week’s stay was right there. Highly recommended, and look out for Jyotsana on the front desk who is an absolute delight!

Nice corner room with two big windows and decent view.

Closed swimming pool. That was one of the reasons we booked it. Unfortunately upon checking in we were told it is closed. There was NO notice on Booking.com before or even after the booking.

Look for another hotel. Charges not disclosed when checking in, only a poor quality Denny's restaurant near. No walking as it's surrounded by a hwy and very busy roads. Carpet was filthy ( bring slippers), fancy shower had no door so need an extra towel for the floor. Refrigerator wasn't working properly. Staff couldn't even muster a smile when greeted. Spend $250 for a 10 hour stay, I'd expect a bit more than this. Try the Best Western or anywhere else.
