Colazione ottima con spremute di arance fatte sul momento, comoda la posizione, 8 minuti a piedi dal Porto Veneziano. Tranquilla e rilassante la piscina. A 100 metri c’ è una spiaggetta, senza ombrelloni e sedie a sdraio, per un bagno veloce.

I travelled for a conference, and the location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the conference venue. The housekeeping was good, and the breakfast was decent.

The staff at the reception was quite rude and unwelcoming. I was not aware of the climate tax and only came to know about it at the time of checkout. The rooms were also very small and, in my view, not worth the price. What disappointed me most was the behaviour of the reception staff. There was no warmth or basic courtesy when I asked questions. I was also repeatedly asked whether I was staying at the hotel, which made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. As a brown-skinned guest, this repeated questioning made me wonder whether I was being treated differently. Overall, I was very disappointed with the behaviour of the reception staff and the experience did not feel welcoming.

Siisti, ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Pyynnöstä järjestyi parvekkeellinen huone sekä vielä vielä chekoutin aikaan extempore ylimääräinen yö.

Lähellä oleva ranta melko pieni, kuitenkin pystyy uimaan ja oleskelemaan rannalla. Melko kaukana satamasta, muutoin toki hyvä rauhallinen sijainti jossei tuo haittaa. Allasalue pienehkö, paistoi kuitenkin osan päivästä aurinko.

The stuff, they were helpfull and very polite. Expes8cially Mr. Michalis at the reception. He was great,he went above and beyond for us!!!

Très propre. Bon accueil. Excellent emplacement, très proche du centre ville et du port à pieds, et avec une jolie petite plage de sable blond à 50 mètres seulement :-)

- Horaires de piscine : fermeture annoncée à 20h, mais il nous est demandé de sortir de l’eau à 17h30 … il était possible de rester mais sans se baigner :-( - Pas de parking mais nous avons pu nous garer gratuitement facilement chaque soir dans les rues à côté

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait. Proche de la vieille ville et d'une petite plage. Notre chambre était très confortable. Le buffet petit déjeuner est copieux et bien présenté

A notre étonnement la circulation dans ces petites rues est énorme, surtout la nuit. Le théâtre en plein air juste à côté de l'hôtel crée un bruit supplémentaire.

Ett fantastiskt hotell – verkligen värt fyra stjärnor Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Kriti Hotel i Chania. För att vara ett trestjärnigt hotell tycker jag faktiskt att det förtjänar fyra stjärnor! Hotellet har en fin pool, mycket bra renlighet och framför allt en fantastisk personal – alla var så vänliga, hjälpsamma och trevliga. Läget är perfekt. Hotellet ligger bara några minuters promenad från centrum, samtidigt som området är lugnt och avkopplande. Det är en perfekt kombination. Frukosten var helt klart godkänd och rummet jag bodde i var visserligen ganska litet, men allt var så smart och genomtänkt planerat att man aldrig kände sig trångbodd eller störd. Sängen var dessutom väldigt bekväm och luftkonditioneringen fungerade utmärkt. Jag kan egentligen inte säga mer än att jag varmt och starkt rekommenderar Kriti Hotel. Vi stannade i en vecka på semester, och jag önskar verkligen att vi hade kunnat stanna längre. Och Chania i sig har en alldeles egen charm som gör vistelsen ännu bättre. ❤️

Se siete con la macchina trovare parcheggio è un’impresa ! Sono stato 2 h la prima sera a girare in continuazione . Le info dell’hotel dicevano che c’era un parcheggio nelle vicinanze ma era sempre occupato. L’unico libero era uno sotterraneo a 8 min a piedi dall’hotel . Quindi consiglio di segnalarlo già nelle informazioni . Tuttavia l’hotel consente una sosta brevissima a lato per lasciare i bagagli

Τα πολύ πολύ μικρά δωμάτια

Questo hotel ha sicuramente contribuito a rendere la mia esperienza a Chania indimenticabile. È situato in una zona centrale ma comunque tranquilla e silenziosa. A pochi metri si trova il lungo mare, pieno di ristoranti e locali. L’hotel è ristrutturato, pulito, dotato di tantissimi comfort, come piscina e servizio bar. La colazione è varia e molto buona. Il personale è sempre stato disponibile nel risolvere piccole eventuali problematiche (non dipese da loro). La stanza è ben organizzata e viene pulita e ordinata ogni giorno.

Vi invito a prestare maggiore attenzione nella pulizia di piccoli dettagli. La piscina è dotata di pochi lettini rispetto al numero effettivo di ospiti. Ps. Qui non c’entra l’hotel, ma invito gli ospiti ad avere più rispetto degli altri, purtroppo abbiamo sentito gemiti e rumori nella notte.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes: az óváros csupán pár lépésre található, és a tengerpart is nagyon közel van. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész, a reggeli pedig kifejezetten szuper. A szobák jól hangszigeteltek, az ágyak pedig elképesztően kényelmesek, így éjszaka lehet pihenni.

A szobák alapterülete eléggé szűkös volt.

Hotel nuovo, curato, pulito con personale cordiale e disponibile. Ottima posizione molto vicina al centro pedonale, con comodo parcheggio.

Nice room but rather compact - excellent breakfast. The area around the pool is good but the space is limited. The location is great for us, a little way out of the port area.

Nothing of any significance to us, because we travel light. But if you had big suit cases and lots of clothes then the limited storage in the room might be a problem.

Das Hotel Kriti ist absolut behindertengerecht, das ist leider nicht immer der Fall. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war sehr bequem, weil es 2 Meter breit war Super!!

Personale gentilissimo, struttura pulita e funzionale a pochi passi dal centro storico e dal mare ( proprio sotto l’ hotel c’è una spiaggia non attrezzata dove si può fare tranquillamente il bagno ). A 100 m c’ è il Lungomare con tanta scelta di Taverne e Ristoranti. Ottima la piscina ( tranquillissima e molto riservata ) e la zona Gm per fitness. La colazione buona e varia

Το ξενοδοχειο βρισκεται σε απόσταση μολις 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια απο το παλιο λιμάνι. Ειναι ιδανικη τοποθεσια για οποιον θελει να επισκεφτει την παλια πολη αλλα θελει κ την ευελιξια να κανει αποδράσεις πιο εξω απο τα χανια. Πολυ κοντα στο ξενοδοχειο υπάρχει σταση λεωφορείου, μινι μάρκετ και δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ειναι ευγενεστατο και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετησει άμεσα με οσο το δυνατό καλύτερο τρόπο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ προσεγμένό. Ο κλιματισμός λειτουργούσε άψογα και μαλιστα αρκετά δυνατός ενω στο δωμάτιο είχε και ανεμιστηρα οροφής για οσους δεν αντέχουν το κλιματιστικό τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες. Η πισινα του ξενοδοχειου ικανοποιήτική να φιλοξενήσει αρκετά άτομα αλλά μην περιμένετε πισίνα ολυμπιακών διαστάσεων. Σιγουρα ειναι αρκετά μεγαλυτερη απο άλλα ξενοδοχεία 3 αστέρων. 5 αστέρια θα βάλω στο room service οι τιμές του room service ηταν ικανοποιητικές και οι ποσότητες των γευμάτων μεγάλες. ΕΙναι πολύ πιθανό να σας βγει οικονομικότερα να πάρετε το γευμα σας μέσα στο δωμάτιο απο τις επιλογές του room service παρά να βγείτε να φάτε σε καποια ταβέρνα εξω.

Αν και πολυ καθαρό το δωμάτιο ηταν αρκετά μικρό, με το ζόρι μπορούσε ενα άτομο να περπάτησει γυρω γυρω απο το διπλό κρεβάτι που σχεδόν εφτανε μέχρι την κονσόλα της τηλεόρασης κ το γραφείο. Το wi-fi δυστυχως δεν ήταν καλό. Χρειάστηκε αρκετές φορές να ενεργοποιήσω τα δεδομένα απο το κινητό μου για να μπορέσω να δουλεψω μιας κ το wi-fi κοβόταν αρκετά συχνά.

The breakfast selection was very diverse, food was delicious. I would especially highlight the breakfast time, breakfast service ended at 11:30, which was very convenient even for late riser. The hotel offered an early breakfast option if needed or the option to take a packed breakfast with you. The hotel was extremely quiet (there was no disturbing street noise, noise from inside the hotel, or even the disturbing noise caused by the air conditioner, for example). I would like to highlight this in particular, as it is not very usual in Chania. The pool was small, the atmosphere around the pool was quiet, peaceful and pleasant. The hotel was located a little further from the city center, but the city center and the old town were still within walking distance, and on the other side of the hotel, a short walk away, was the sea. There was a historic stone wall behind the hotel room window, which at first glance didn't seem very pleasant to me, but the next morning in the daylight it seemed that this wall actually added privacy to the room, and at the top of the wall there was greenery and the birdsong was heard. After checking out of the hotel, there was an opportunity to leave luggage in the luggage room if there was still time until the flight and there was also the opportunity to use the shower and toilets. I also liked that in addition to traditional snacks, the snack bar offered omelettes and salads, for example, until 11:00 in the evening. The service was extremely polite and pleasant.

Great location away from main tourist area but within a 10 min walk to everything. Turn left you can walk to historic centre of town - turn right or straight on for a beautiful walk along the sea looking at all the lovely restaurants along the way. Hotel spotless and seamless check in. Very quiet at night. Comfortable bed and pillows. Small pool but ideal for cooling off. Would stay again when we return as Chania is truly lovely as are the people

The location was amazing. Short walk and you’re at the beautiful old port and lighthouse. And the reception staff were amazing. Our luggage was left behind by BA and they were our savior. Phoning the airport for us and organizing a taxi for picking it up and dropping us down the coast. Can’t thank them enough.

Location was great - close to the centre but away from the tourist dominated part of town. Easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff were very efficient and helpful. The room was a good size, beds comfortable and decor was pleasant. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Enjoyed the choice at breakfast. Pool looked good but we didn’t use it.

The property is ideally located in town. You are a block from the sea. Excellent restaurants nearby, on Saturdays there is a market less than a 100 feet from your door. Very easy to navigate from also and it’s one of the hotels that tour buses will pick you up from. The staff is exceptional and will try their best to help you with anything you need.

Across the street is a hostel which can get noisy if you prefer your windows open at night.

At der var gået noget kluder ifht. At poolen først åbner op den 1.april

Net no nonsens hotel, net buiten het centrum maar alles op loopafstand, goed ontbijt. Mooi zwembad alleen nog te koud om er gebruik van te maken.

Kamer was niet al te groot en voor 1 persoon prima maar voor 2 met koffers is het eigenlijk net iets te klein, balkon wederom voor 1 persoon prima, stond maar 1 stoel, maar niet echt geschikt voor 2. Ik reisde alleen een had hier zelf geen last van.

Hotel tres bien situé. Personnel tres accueillant. Formule petit-déjeuner à emporter si très matinal.

We stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location couldn’t have been better. P.S. We were welcomed with a bottle of raki, and it was thoughtfully replenished every day during housekeeping
