Στρατηγικά τοποθετημένο στο κέντρο της πόλης. Πάρκινγκ ακριβώς απέναντι με 10 ευρώ την ημέρα. Απίστευτα ευγενικό, φιλικό και πρόθυμο προσωπικό με τιπς για το τι να κάνεις. Πεντακάθαρο, άνετο δωμάτιο και υπέροχο πρωινό. Ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου μέσω του ξενοδοχείου πολύ φτηνά και οργάνωση εκδρομών.

Το πρωινό υπέροχο αλλά το ίδιο κάθε μέρα.

A perfect place to stay for our family

A very nice hotel, well located, with a welcoming, helpful and truly attentive team. A special thank you to Katerina and the whole team for finding an AirPod we had left behind and taking the time to send it to our home. We really appreciated their kindness and excellent service! We highly recommend M City Hotel and would happily stay here again.

Stanza pulita, moderna, con balcone e stendino. Essendo in famiglia (con 2 ragazzi) il fatto di avere praticamente due stanze divise da una porta era molto comodo. Molto gentile e premuroso il personale. Colazione a buffet abbondante e soddisfacente. A poca distanza dal centro vero e proprio, si arriva a piedi tranquillamente

Il divano letto non era soddisfacente, materasso troppo sottile. Se si deve stare una settimana, diventa troppo scomodo. Il caffè /capuccino della colazione (con macchina self service) non è decente, da migliorare.

Posizione eccellente a pochi passi dal porto, dai ristoranti e negozi. Perfetta per chi arriva con la macchina e necessità di un parcheggio. Struttura moderna con tutti i servizi.

Accoglienza del personale, posizione strategica per raggiungere a pochi metri il centro del porto veneziano, pulizia e comfort.

Colazione buona ma poco varia, migliorare la macchina delle bevande: espresso, cappuccino, caffè macchiato erano di bassa qualità.

Central och fräscht hotell, med god frukost – men framför allt mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. En riktigt härlig vistelse!

Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει πολύ καλή, κεντρική τοποθεσία. Επίσης το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικότατο και μας βοήθησε σε ο,τιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Το πάρκινγκ είναι απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο και οι πελάτες πληρώνουν 10 ευρώ την ημέρα συμμετοχή. Δεν είναι μεγάλο το ποσό και δεδομένης της κίνησης στα Χανιά είναι απαραίτητο. Το αναφέρω απλώς καθώς για κάποιους μπορεί να είναι σημαντική πληροφορία.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the entire property is brand new, beautifully designed and very well maintained. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. A special thank you to Katarina at the reception, who was extremely kind, welcoming and help us to rent a car. The breakfast was very good. They provided a baby cot upon request. We would gladly recommend this hotel.

The only minor downside was that the room was a little small for three people.

El personal es atento y amable, el alojamiento en sí es nuevo, cómodo y bonito. La limpieza la cumplen estrictamente y la estancia fue muy agradable. Y tienen un desayuno excepcional.

Due to the passing of my father, I encountered a management team that showed no flexibility whatsoever regarding my reservation and demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and concern for customer satisfaction. During such a difficult time, all I expected was a little understanding. Unfortunately, no assistance was offered in any way. Because of this deeply disappointing experience, I cannot recommend choosing this hotel. It was truly a very upsetting experience.

Small room

The room was clean, nice, and the furniture was new with a nice design. The location was very good, 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel until the seafront restaurants in Chania. Also you have the posibility to park the car nearby for a small fee.

The room was a little small for 2 people with big luggage, still was not such a big problem if you are organized :) and especially for the advantages mentioned above.

Εξαιρετικο ξενοδοχείο, πεντακάθαρο, ωραιο πρόγευμα, φιλικότατο και ευγενέστατη προσωπικο. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Great location, not too far from Old Town and harbour. All facilities were modern and well kept.

Le personnel est exceptionnel ! L'emplacement est parfait. Facile d'accès en voiture, la vieille ville est à 10 minutes à pieds. Parking avec voiturier en face de l'hôtel !

Buona colazione , posizione vicino al centro

La camera da quattro troppo piccola , era una camera da 2 con aggiunta un divano letto non adatto per degli adulti

La camera da 4 era piccola per 4 persone. Un solo armadio piccolino non adatto per tutti. Camera poco spaziosa. Dalle foto sembrava più spaziosa

We stayed for 10 days in hotel M City for our first time in chania/ Kreta it was absolutely 💯 and amazing experience! The hotel amenities are great 👍, the room was very big and fully equipped with absolutely all what you need for having amazing holiday.The breakfast is realy super delicious and fine and a lot of variety, the staff is also super and doing their very well for you to have a perfect holiday, the amiable on the reception ( Joanna,Catherine super friendly 😀 we love it so much and sure looking forward to be here again. 飯店人員真的很友善跟熱情，地點離老城區很好，對面有配合的停車場，但必須在停車前就先說明是住M CITY HOTEL,這樣停車費只需要10歐元！

房間空間比較小一點，但整體來說是很乾淨的！

Ruhige gute Lage, funktionales Zimmer mit gutem Sanitärbereich, gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück und super Service am Empfang.

Excellent small boutique hotel with disabled access. Very filling and varied breakfast. Wonderful kind and helpful staff. The good sized room had a balcony and was well equipped.

The grey stairs very near the lift should have a warning line marking them out for extra care.

Staff very friendly, all was clean good area good breakfast.

The hotel is in really nice standard with all the equppiement included (dryer, iron, tv). The finishings are pretty. We had two bedroom- enough space for kids to play! The stuff was Very helpful and nice. Continental breakfast with some greek food included, for a vege person also things too choose :) The nice thing was coffemaker in the room so we could enjoy early morning coffee or late afternoon.

The parking is free on the street however in the evenings is really hard to find place to park near hotel.

Tenía una buena ubicación y se podía aparcar fácilmente a su alrededor. El desayuno buffet, aunque sencillo estaba bueno.

Ideally located centrally in Chania and only a short walk from the old town and harbour. Lovely, clean and comfortable room with tea/coffee making facilities and a great shower. Buffet breakfast was great, with lots of choices available.

Sijainti rauhallisella paikalla, mutta lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä mm. vanhasta kaupungista. Hyvät sängyt ja huone todella siisti ja siivous + pyyhkeiden vaihto päivittäin.

O cazare excelenta într-un hotel de oras elegant și cu vedere frumoasa la un parculet Camera și baia sunt mari și curate, Micul dejun se servește Intr-o sala spațioasă și luminoasă la etajul 1 și este destul de calitativ și variat Se afla la circa 7 minute de statia centrala de autobuze Ktel

tipico hotel cittadino molto simile ad un business hotel, comodo al centro da raggiungere a piedi, inserito in un contesto residenziale. buona colazione, un po’ rumorosa la stanza perché affacciata sulla strada. la tariffa é commisurata ad un business hotel.

se si arriva in macchina é impossibile trovare posto sulla strada davanti o nelle vie attigue, meglio propendere per il posto auto nel garage Apollo davanti all’hotel appena fatta la mini svolta a sinistra, usufruendo della tariffa agevolata di 10€ al giorno.

M CITY Hotel è uno dei tanti Hotel che si trovano a Chania nei pressi della città vecchia. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio, il confort superlativo del letto, la pulizia, la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale. Per il resto: la camera, la struttura nel suo complesso, la colazione, le aree comuni, sono nella norma e paragonabili ad altri hotel nella stessa zona. Purtroppo, l'area è molto trafficata ed i rumori provenienti dalla strada si sentono.

La colazione: non per la varietà, ma per la qualità dei prodotti. Il luogo dove viene servita la colazione. Il prezzo della camera un pò alto rispetto alla struttura nel suo complesso.

Amazing hotel! All the reception hosts and cleaners were so warm and nice to us. The hotel is centrally located, convenient walking distance to old town and beaches. Very clean and modern rooms. It was silent at night.

Pokój, lokalizacja, śniadania, cisza. Generalnie nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Dodatkowy atut - blisko ścisłego centrum, fantastyczne restauracje wokoło i co najważniejsze - sporo uliczek gdzie można zaparkować za darmo samochód.

Το προσωπικό άριστο! Πρόσχαροι και ευγενικοί! Πρωινό αρκετά ικανοποιητικό. Τα δωμάτια καθαρά και πάντα περιποιημένα. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική αφού είσαι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια στο κέντρο των Χανίων και σε 10 λεπτά στο Ενετικό λιμάνι. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα και θα σας ξαναδούμε την επόμενη φορά που θα είμαστε στα Χανιά.

Wspaniały personel, duzy, bardzo duży pokój, wszystko czyste, wygodnie. Śniadanie dobre. Mało różnorodne, ale byłam 3 dni więc OK. Hotel bardzo blisko centrum.

The M City Hotel is an exceptional boutique hotel located in the heart of Chania with a short walk into the Old Town. Breakfast is very good and most importantly the staff is very helpful and informative if you need assistance. Katarina was amazing and was very helpful in every way.

Posizione ottima per la vicinanza al bellissimo centro città. Impossibile trovare parcheggio in zona, ma parcheggio coperto nelle immediate vicinanze ad un prezzo onesto (convenzionato con l'hotel). Colazione ottima.

Elegante, ottima accoglienza camera pulita e molto confortevole, bagno enorme con ottimi prodotti. Parcheggio convenzionato a 10 euro di fronte all’hotel. La signora della reception ci ha consigliato un’ottima taverna greca. Colazione varia e abbondante. Tutto perfetto.

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the old town. For us, the location was perfect - close enough to reach everything easily, yet tucked away from the busy streets. The rooms are modern and were always kept spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were outstanding - professional, attentive, and always on top of their game.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter La Canée à seulement 5 min à pied. Les chambres sont calmes malgré la situation sur la rue. Lits confortables et petit déj varié. Accueil et gentillesse au rdv. Parking pratique en face pour 10€/jour (prévoir du cash)

Hôtel impersonnel dans la déco, pas de clim au petit déj (il faisait deja trèèès chaud)
