Everything, my room was very specious modern and clean. I thank the young man at the reception for helping us out with things. 😊 I very polite stuff, delicious food. Hope to be back at hilton again.

You have to pay a lot for the wellness area even though the steam room wasn’t working and water was all over the floor from the fountain. Noisy at night from both outside and on the corridor and a bad stain was visible on my bedside lamp.

The room we were given was a family room when I booked a king guest bed room as it was my partners birthday. I complained that the room was inadequate and not what I expected. I was told all rooms on 3rd floor had been booked out and that made me feel like I had been given a sub par room. I was told they did not have another family room to exchange with - when I never wanted a family room in the first place!!! I asked for the room to look special as it was his birthday and they wrapped towels in the shape of a cake - left a few chocs and a small bottle of wine- which we left behind. A complete disappointment to the year before. I was charged for breakfast even though my booking inc breakfast. As I had complained about the room they then gave us complimentary breakfasts. Unfortunately this was no good either. I am vegetarian and they put all the breakfast together on one plate despite order saying breakfast for two. Again not up to standard and not how breakfast was presented last year or a few months ago when we last stayed there. When I asked at checkout to see the manager I was told he didn’t start until 2pm???? Really a hotel of that stature with no manager on site? I find that hard to believe and quite frankly unprofessional.

I always use this hotel as it is comfortable and better than a lot of others.

Behind the settee’s in the downstairs area were dirty, dead insects etc.

Facilities in Wellness area could have been better, heat room was lovely, dry flotation could have been better, steam room was not working.

The hotel was lovely, clean & modern with all the amenities one would expect from a stay at a Hilton Hotel. The staff were extremely attentive, kind, and always happy to help even when they were clearly incredibly busy. Alina, Christina and June went above and beyond to make my stay a very lovely experience ( Stefano at the front desk and a young gentleman on the bar in the evenings were also extremely attentive) I would happily return.

Wij hadden een prachtige kamer, de presidentiële kamer. Alle ruimte en een prachtig king-size bed. Douche en bad in een zeer ruime ruimte.

Het vreemde was dat alle lichten in de kamer bediend werden met 1 knop. Je kon dus niet een klein lampje aanzetten, behalve een spotje naast je bed.

Best last stop prior heading to the airport. Hidden gem. Amazing staff service from the reception, breakfast, bar, everyone. Definitely will return, when back to London.

The staff at the reception area needs retraining. Poor behaviour, aggressive and dismissive.

We stayed here as it is near the Crystal Palace bowl. You can get the bus to Crystal P, or get a taxi at about £30. The hotel - rooms are clean, comfortable, clean bedding and towels, tv and coffee facilities with a little fridge for you to bring items with you. Downside - the hotel needs to get its operations-side in order. A fair few of us stayed over after the Grace Jones concert, people from all over the UK and other countries. Breakfast was good quality but at some points they ran out of bacon, sausages, plates, cutley, eggs! There only seemed to be 2 people who replenished the food, drinks, cleaned up and wiped down - not enough to keep the flow going when the place is busy.

The restaurant menu is very poor for a hilton

This is such a calm and collected place. And it comes through in everything - the environment, the atmosphere in the lobby and eating areas, the staff. June’s smile and her helpful presence were a great thing with which to start each day.

He went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place for us, took the time to explain all the amenities available, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Only issues I wasn't comfortable with was when phoned for staff to bring drinking water which would be paid, I was only informed for such delivery minus the water was £7. Very annoying, and that should be looked into

Black out curtains are useless and the light poured in and they are poorly fitted which woke me very early 🙄 Air conditioning is very noisy and barely working meaning the room was very warm.

We stayed here for Wimbledon and the park and ride is a 20 min drive from this hotel. It was well staffed, quiet and exceptionally clean. The elephant towel on the bed and baclavas in the fridge was a lovely touch. Nothing too much trouble for staff and the man that checked us in was incredibly helpful on sorting my faux pas of booking 2 beds when I had booked 1.

Everything was fine! Especially Ajith was very kind and assisted us with a really nice breakfast experience!

Comfortable, clean rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff. My only down side was that the elevators/lifts broke down on a very hot day. I was OK as I was only on the 1st floor, but my family and friends had to walk up two floors through 'behind the scenes' which had no AC. Guess these things happen, pity it was during a heat wave.

Excellent service and the attention was great, all the time feel very welcome. Ajith Jose was a great server.

It was very clean and had options to watch on the TV. Staff were lovely.

This is a very nice, modern hotel about 10 mins from East Croydon . Check in was smooth and quick and they offered us free water. The room was very clean and spacious with a big comfy bed, air con and tea/coffee making facilities. There was also a fridge, an iron and ironing board and plenty of storage and sockets. Breakfast was excellent and a very special thank you to Yaz who was friendly, polite, chatty and professional. Overall we gad an excellent 2 night stay ! Highly recommender

Really beautiful time for breakfast. Anna and Oliver were kind, professional and attentive to our needs. The service was 5* including delicious/diverse food, moreover the atmosphere was calm and serene. We would highly recommend it.

Room & Service was great, the Guest Relations Manager was very helpful and pleasant to deal with any issue. You just cant go wrong with booking a Hilton or affiliates of the Hilton brand.

I paid for a presidential suite got key went inside room was lovely but other peoples bags were in it they then moved me to a junior suite with no refund on price tried to hide it wasn’t a presidential suite the rooms were clearly very different

Excellent as usual. We come often with work and are looked after brilliantly. Yaz was fantastic as usual and couldn’t be more helpful.

We’ve been staying at the Hilton London Croydon for over 10 years, and it continues to feel like a home away from home. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which is why we keep coming back year after year. A special mention has to go to Yaz, who is absolutely amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they consistently go above and beyond to make every stay special. Their friendly, professional service is one of the main reasons we love returning. Thank you to the whole team for another fantastic stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Hilton London Croydon and look forward to many more visits over the next 10 years!

We stay regularly at this Hilton, I find the booking in process to be one of the most important and this hotel gets it right. Good to be recognised by one of the staff, Yaz, who is always kind and professional with all dealings you have with him. Room, is standard Hilton, which isn't a bad thing. Location wise, the hotel isnt in central Croydon, which isnt a bad thing, but is a little out of the way. There is an entertainment park next door with chain restaurants and the public transport takes you into Croydon or Waddon for onward services towards London. Staying for Gatwick and its an easy drive down the A23 or take train from East Croydon (119 bus outside hotel). My only gripe and quite why they let themselves down, is we Stayed 3 nights and for some reason the housekeeping only left 1 towel for the last night, notices too late in the morning. Clearly a sloppy mistake, but a real contrast from the professionalism of Yaz. I dont often do shout outs, but I must mention the lady in the breakfast, June I believe. Very kind lady who has been there for many visits and always makes you feel welcome. If the location works for you, i.e. not in Central Croydon, I see no reason not to fully recommend. Just get the housekeeping better

I stayed at the Hilton London Croydon recently with my kids for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The reception staff Rosie, Estafano and Shannon were welcoming, friendly and very nice to my two young daughters. I was recognised for being a Hilton Diamond member. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel is very clean and modern. Def recommend!

A friendly hotel with extremely well trained staff and spotless cleanliness. I always stay here when I am in Lindon and Croydon as there is a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. The front desk staff are welcoming and always try to meet your needs. Yaz at the front desk of the restaurant runs an excellent service, always tries to meet your needs and handles difficult customers with charm and professionalism. If you are in the area, just stay here!
