The location was perfect for my work visit Staff were very friendly and responsive. Very understanding and willing to ofer their support

The Wifi didnt really connect so had to use my phone as hotspot. But it was very minor concern so didn't really bother me.

Location, ease of access, comfortable, good TV. Nice restaurant and bar area.

Had to pay for parking which unfortunately isn't redeemable as part of a stay. Food was nice but a little expensive for what it was.

The location was good for our needs.

There was only 1 bath towel, the other was too small. Parking is expensive given the location and unreasonable particularly as restaurant guests get free few hours but hotel guests get none. It should be free for guests.

I booked a standard double room and I was given a double room. When I went to complain at the reception I was told by the manager on duty that the standard and double room they’re the same . They just look different because I booked with booking .com . I called my husband to come at the reception and the manager decided to give us a standard room and it was dirty and the bed mattress was worn out and very soft. We couldn’t wait to check out the next day . This hotel use to be my favourite hotel but a lot has changed . I won’t book it again in the future.

Standing at the check-in desk and the person in front of me gets told they were getting a free upgrade and I'm told no upgrade for me. The room given(64) was the smallest, noisiest, smellyist I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Not even a Toilet brush or a wardrobe!.Thankfully it was just one night.

I previously requested four extra pillows but they weren’t in the room and as we arrived late in the evening I thought it was too late to chase up.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute joy, especially considering what a fantastic value for money it turned out to be. Our room was wonderfully spacious and the air conditioning was a total dream. The reception staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and remarkably efficient at getting things done the moment we asked.

Stayed there before so the hotel is k own to us. Warm welcome & Check-in staff were pleasant.

Ordered food, took ages to arrive as the chef forgot to cook it. Made us rush as we were going out. Returned to hotel at 22.10 to find the bar had closed at 22.00 so weren’t able to have a nightcap. Room felt dated. Road noise was a bit of a problem as was the plumbing noises so every time a toilet was flushed somewhere in the hotel, it sounded like it was in our room. Duvet was far too small for the cover so one side of the bed had the duvet case but no duvet.

On site staff are absolutely great, rooms comfortable. Staff can’t do enough for you.

The back end team are completely different and aren’t very helpful. If you need anything speak directly to the hotel and they will help you.

There was no air conditioning & there was a lot of noise from the main road making it a very uncomfortable nights stay.

Food is not bad but could do with a regular deep clean. However, bed and bathroom were clean and overall, I like this hotel. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. The dinner was excellent but a little pricey,

Nice sized room with very effective AC. Perfect for an overnight stay. However, you will probably need a car as it's very accessible from the M25, but less so by public transport. Also check out the Chinese hypermarket just a short distance up the road.

Rooms don’t have air conditioning so we’re very hot due to the heatwave and on south side of the building. At least hotel had provided fans which did help a bit. Hotel is a bit tired in places; stair carpets worn and bed headboard was torn and repaired with duct tape.

It was well situated for the event we were attending! Hotel was excellent, staff all very helpful, room was excellent, very clean, good aircon, bed very comfortable, good sized bathroom and nice towels! Breakfast with an excellent selection, allergies were checked.

The building looks amazing from outside and the interior decor is amazing aswel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Got free upgrade to executive room.

The bathrooms were quite outdated and bathroom door did have a lock in it so could see the inside of the bathroom.

This is not 4* in fact I would say it’s 3* at a push. Our room had no air con which in 30+’ was definitely needed but all we had was a medium fan , there was no fridge, no safe, no info about the hotel, and the room generally very poor. We were told that Floor 3 and Floor 5 had a fridge and air con but floor 3 had none of this !!! Reception area in some places the furniture was very worn and the area not big enough to seat many people. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice but no allergy labelling. As we were in a group it was apparent that several people complained trying to get a room change but this wasn’t to be simply as the hotel said they were fully booked so we had to endure the mega hot room. The staff were helpful and friendly and did try to help if we had any problems so that’s good Would I recommend this hotel not until big changes have been made

Everything. The TV didn’t work in our room and when we reported it to reception I was told they would come around at 10am in the morning to fix it when we was having to check out at 11. The room was too hot and we was given fans to cool the room this caused us to leave the property early and didn’t get the full extent of our stay

I booked an executive room, but there was no airconditioning in the room. When I complaint the staff brought in a portable one.

What I didn’t like was that the staff initially said there is nothing they could do. When I kept on complaining, they eventually brought in the portable air conditioning, it took them 2 days to act And there was a stain in the bath, when I told them about it they said, it’s their best room

This list would be rather long. Suffice to say the hotel and area are pretty soul destroying.

The worst experience we have ever had. There was no air conditioning in the room, and we were not informed about this before our stay. The room was unbearably hot, like a sauna, and the two fans we were provided with made absolutely no difference. The heat became too much for us to tolerate, and we were forced to leave in the middle of the night. A very disappointing experience.

The kindness of staff, especially Lakshman, who was working at the front desk on the day of our stay. Our room didn’t have air conditioning and it wasn’t pleasant,although a small fan was provided, it was still hot. He was was trying to upgrade our room but couldn’t because they were fully booked. To compensate, he gave us complimentary parking and breakfast which we didn’t ask but gladly offered. The staff’s kindness to all their guests is what I’ve noticed and appreciated.

The polite and helpful staff make this hotel a huge success. 2 day stay booked same day and on check-in (during a heatwave) reception staff informed us that the room had no Air Conditioning. They explained they had supplied fans and also added free breakfasts for us. We had a fault with our bathroom sink tap (no cold water) which we reported. A staff member attended immediately and had the handyman there within 15 mins. Unfortunately they were unable to resolve this issue before we left but jugs of drinking water were supplied for our kettle which we kept in the room fridge. Although the first night was warm, the fans did the trick and upon return the following night from a concert, the air conditioning was working and we returned to a beautifully cooled room. The room & bathroom was beautifully clean and comfortable. We loved the aerial picture & history of the building, aviation pictures & artifacts across al floors. Delightful gardens that staff let us access when conference room not in use. Highly recommend and would definitely return again, if visiting the area again.

The hotel is well situated. There is Costa Coffee and McDonalds close by, and a bus stop. Family room was nice, spacious and well equipped.

Standard room was very small and without air conditioning, which was very uncomfortable.

Absolutely awful. The hotel has new management. We had a single room with a double bed. A shower that only pumped out scalding hot chemical smelling water. With a weird system for cold water. A towel rail radiator that was on constantly although it was 30deg . A television that had no multichannel and radio access. Only channel 4. When we asked for a room change the answer was an oleagenous "sorry all the rooms are full, no other rooms available" and we had to pay for breakfast. AVOID.

Lovely breakfast and good value seeing as it is unlimited. Fan was amazing given we were staying during hottest day of the year, didnt feel the heat at all. Massive TV and lots of mirrors for makeup and also full length. Very clean hotel, spotless really. Loved the armchair which was comfy and a desk too which was massive.

Fridge could have been a little colder. Plugs had on/off switches which is unusual in a hotel so had to remember to switch device on before charging.

The check in staff were excellent. The other staff were also courteous. The rooms are good, bed is great. Breakfast was just okay. Bar staff were equally very responsive.

My strong recommendation is for the breakfast to be varied a little bit otherwise staying for a long time, you have same breakfast everyday, maybe they could change the breakfast by either adding up something or changing some of the food stuff on different days

Incredibly hot in the room - a tiny fan which didn’t work well at all. No air conditioning and very dated features in general. Breakfast wasn’t great.

A great hotel, great location too. Overall a pleasant stay and will book again for sure.

No aircon and being an extremely hot few days during my stay, staying in my room was unbearable. Fridge did not work so did not keep the water cool/cold either. Desk top fan did nothing to cool the room down and was too noisy to leave on during the night. Breakfast is expensive and not great value for money, especially as it is left sitting, so eggs are hard, bacon hard, etc but overall a good selection. Staff were great but not tentive enough as we had to ask for service several times. That said there were alot of School Proms and other things happening, so the hotel was very, very busy.
