The place is well located. Good place to go for a walk. They have free bikes available (not e-bikes) you can use them for up-to 4 hours. Breakfast buffet (not included )highly recommended.

We liked the location as it was surrounded by nature and easy walk to shops. Property’s restaurant was also good. The swimming pool was fantastic.

The room in the main building seems outdated, with old furniture and TV.

Great resort in the middle of the fantastic Rockies, extremely close to Lake Louise which is of course a reason for the relatively high pricing. Just have in mind that the bedroom offering 4 adults to sleep in, can in reality accommodate 2 adults as the beds are very small. But, a great place to stay when you want to visit the lakes!

Service und Extras sind hervorragend, alle Wünsche werden umgehend erfüllt, sehr zuvorkommend auch zu körperlich eingeschränkten Menschen.Betten hervorragend. Essen sehr köstlich. Mögliche Ausflugstipps werden ausgiebig besprochen, Empfehlungen sind Klasse.

Die Höhe der Toiletten war hier besonders niedrig, aber das scheint in Kanada überall so zu sein, wogegen man in die Betten fast klettern muss... ;-) Für uns große Menschen sind die Betten hervorragend, aber die WC's eine Kathastrophe!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a great rustic vibe that fits the area perfectly, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The biggest advantage is definitely its location of being so close to Lake Louise made accessing the lake and nearby trails extremely convenient. The food at the restaurant was delicious, which was a huge plus after a long day outdoors. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

My room had zero view. Overlooked indoor pool, Big disappointment. Would have liked to have known that ahead of time. Pillows were sub-par. Toilet paper was so bad we went out to buy our own.

Wir hatten ein schönes, helles und grosses Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Balkontür und Fliegengitter sowie einer schönen Sitzmöglichkeit draussen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, und wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Praktisch war auch der Parkplatz direkt beim Zimmer. Das Restaurant Timberwolf war ausgezeichnet, wir haben gleich zweimal dort gegessen. Zudem steht Hotelgästen ein Swimmingpool kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Lage mitten im Nationalpark ist hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das moderne Ranger-Informationszentrum sind in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Rangers dort waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns hilfreiche Tipps für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Zum Frühstück waren wir jeweils bei Laggan's Bakery – sehr empfehlenswert, mit frischem Brot und einer grossen Auswahl an Gebäck. Sie ist allerdings sehr beliebt, daher sollte man etwas Zeit zum Anstehen einplanen. Auch für Ausflüge zum Lake Louise und Moraine Lake ist die Lage praktisch: Man kann den Roam-Transit-Bus nutzen oder einen Shuttle-Service reservieren. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir hatten ein Standard Zimmer. Das Zimmer war dunkel und sehr ungemütlich. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet und ziemlich abgewohnt, eine Renovierung dringend nötig . Auch der Pool/Whirlpool hat die beste Zeit schon längst hinter sich. Hier wird aufgrund der Lage extrem abgezockt.

Nice location and facilities - the minigolf was expecially fun.

It is unbelievable how overpriced it felt. I understand that there is a renovated part, but we booked in the older section which was like a motel - low ceilings, old carpet, worn out soft beds and no elevator.

I don't think that the room was worth the $660CAD a night that we paid for it. It was clean and everything worked but it was a motel room at best .... Barely any space, very basic, no AC, and quite loud

Heureusement que l'hotel a une piscine et jacuzzi, ca remonte sa note. L'emplacement est bien et les gens de la réception sont professionnels.

La chambre est minuscule et vétuste. On sens que ca a du vécu. Les lits doubles sont tres petits et pas comfortables. Le prix est énorme. Le rapport qualité/prix est tres mauvais.

Un hotel muy completo, perfecto para desconectar de un día duro de montaña y no salir. Con piscina, jacuzzis, restaurantes, bar, bonfire al aire libre mirando las estrellas, parking…

The room had only pull out beds, not great considering the price paid. Restaurant food was average. Little help from reception staff on how to transfer luggage locally so had to spend time searching myself. They were unaware that Fairview (on site) offered these services!

Really good location, kind staff and restaurant on site was good too. The pool was not busy at all and they had activities for the kids. Walking distance to amenities and if you wanted to hike to Lake Louise, easily done too. Public transit was on your door step which is perfect so you don't need to pay higher prices for the shuttle.

The room decor was old compared to what is displayed in the photos. No lift in the building we were given and we had an infant. Although, they did get someone to take out boxes up and down on arrival and exit. Just seems to me that a lift in the building is needed. The bathroom needed to have a filter/vent and bathmat for the bath tub. For a room with two double beds, it felt tight. But we weren't staying long so didn't matter.

Location is the best.

Hotel was outdated and EXTREMELY LOUD. We heard banging and people all night.

It was great to have somewhere besides our room to be. After a long day of hiking, I soaked in the hot tub, read in the cozy areas outside, and enjoyed smores in the gazebo.

The bathroom in our room was so small, you nearly hit the toilet when opening the door. In the bathroom I could hear exactly what the next room was watching on tv through the air returns.

Great location, lots of amenities, large rooms, and accommodating staff to put our two rooms together. Plenty of parking.

The Junior Suite has a folding bed. Never thought I'd pay $500 per night to sleep on a couch bed. It was the least comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel, by a long shot.

Beliggenheden var rigtig god. Det var nemt at komme til både Lake Louise og Moraine Lake. Omgivelserne var dejlige. Restauranten var også udmærket.

Staff were great, location is good, opportunity to hire bikes is excellent, good parking, nice restaurant on site (some GF options).

Quite dated, plugs in annoying places in the rooms, restaurant in the hotel doesn't serve breakfast until pretty late if you want to get out before the crowds you will miss it, still pretty expensive for a very dated hotel.

La habitación estupenda y las instalaciones del hotel una maravilla. Tanto en la piscina cubierta como en los dos jacuzzis se estaba en la gloria. También destacar los restaurantes, la pizzería a muy buen precio y todo riquísimo. El buffet del desayuno con muchísimas cosas disponibles y super bueno todo :)

Ruim opgezette locatie, wij verbleven niet in het basis gebouw maar in de aparte gebouwen met alleen hotelkamers. We hadden in eerste instantie een kamer in het hotel, zonder ramen naar buiten. Maar de vriendelijke receptioniste heeft ons verplaatst. Topservice! Op het terrein waren verschillende zitplekken, waar je even n boekje kon lezen. Prima restaurant waar je ook buiten kan zitten. Ontbijt ook uitgebreid, lekker veel vers fruit aanwezig.

Great location, excellent dining at legends. All staff were excellent. Loved that you could book a shuttle to Lake Louise, the shuttle staff were excellent and helpful.

Die Rezepzion war extrem hilfsbereit und kompetent. Die Organisation der Shuttelbusse zu Lake Louise und Lake Moraine hat reibungslos und sehr schnell geklappt. Das Restaurant bietet gutes Essen und das Frühstück war besonders reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Lage und Service haben uns sehr gefallen.

Bei den Zimmern hatten wir weniger Glück: sie sind sehr klein, alt möbliert und ohne Klimaanlage war die Luft stickig. Die Betten waren leider auch sehr unbequem, sodass wir nicht gut geschlafen haben. Für den Preis hätten wir uns hier mehr Komfort gewünscht.

Conveniently located just minutes from Lake Louise Village, this hotel is an excellent choice for families and groups. The facilities are great, with a swimming pool, three on-site restaurants, mini golf, guest laundry, and shuttle services to both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that included a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy living room, and balcony. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery, and the common areas are well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
