Lovely reception staff. Spacious room with comfortable beds and good shower. Televisions with Netflix. Hot tub and sauna were nice. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise! Very close to the Lake Louise/Moraine park and ride. Lots of parking.

It's a nice hotel but very expensive for what it is. I'm sure this is purely down to supply and demand for accommodation near Lake Louise.

Location good. LIKED coffee/cookies available free in lobby. Had laundry facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although when I raised complaint about Ron not being cleaned the same thing happened that following day. This was sorted by housekeeping manager who was lovely but it shouldn’t have happened. Car parking good. Room ok.

DIDN’T LIKE the fact that room was not cleaned for two days and had to complain, breakfast served in register building in the basement. Felt like you after entering a dungeon. Stained carpets and choice of food very average. No bar nor adequate lounge facility. Plastic and paper cups in room - no glass. Very very expensive for a room equivalent to travel lodge in UK.

It was the perfect location in Lake Louise to be convenient for a 9 am trail ride! The room was quite comfortable and modern.

Apparently I did not follow the explanation by the desk clerk when we checked in about the discounted breakfast buffet option if ordered by 8 pm or pay a much higher price the next morning! Because of that, we elected to grab a light breakfast at the nearby Laggan’s bakery which was excellent! With no options for a dinner at this hotel, we found the Outpost Pub at a nearby hotel to be a delightful choice!

Le logement était très propre et très bien équipé. Le personnel était très accueillant et très aimable. Le petit déjeuner était diversifié et bon.

Malheureusement, on entendait les quelques trains de marchandises qui circulaient sur les voies ferrées de Lac Louise.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding and a very good value. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in getting around the area The location was perfect for getting around the area, especially with using shuttle systems

The mattress needed replacement and I did suggest that to the front desk clerk The room coffee was marginal

Clean and spacious room

Felt like an office rather than a hotel could see directly into bedroom from car park. So close to train track that the noise woke you with every train. Not good value for money expected better for the cost.

Nice property with clean rooms, good breakfast value, good location

breakfast was way better than i thought it would be. $10 per person, kids free, buffet style. There was a make your own waffle maker with all the toppings, oatmeal, a yogurt parfait station, bacon, quiche, sausages, fruit, bread, bagels, donuts, muffins. We were in queen explorer suite and it was very spacious.

Location was great. Amenities offered by the hotel and also included in the room was great.

The cleanliness needs to be improved upon. The carpet was disgustingly. It actually discoloured my socks. In addition the cleaning of the bathroom should be looked at.

Fabulous clean and comfy hotel in great location close to Samson Mall & some good restaurants. We had a lovely quiet, spacious room. Breakfast was great with a wide range of choices. Staff were very friendly & helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Good option close to lake Louise. Good breakfast and a nice room for a young family of four for a few nights. Because it’s so close to lake Louise you can drive up there when parking is free after sunset but when it’s still light - a much much nicer experience than when there are hoards of people cramming the waterfront.

Good Location easy access , I like Two king size bed in the big room , and the staff were nice able to answer all our questions. The bathroom show tube is big and clean.

Location was fantastic, way more chill than banff. Room with bunks, king, and separate community space was clutch. Friendly staff and check in goodies. Boys enjoyed hot tub.

Community stream room needs a remodel. Smell is unpleasant. Just old materials in moisture way too long. No major knocks other than that. Hope they fix soon.

Sehr netter Empfang, Parkplatz vorhanden, kurze Wege zum zentralen Dorfplatz, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns beim check-in zum Frühstück (zum Sonderpreis) angemeldet und wurden nicht enttäuscht, das Gegenteil war der Fall, das Frühstück ist definitiv zu empfehlen!

Die Betten waren zu weich.

We had a great well-equipped and comfortable motel-style room. The location was excellent for visiting the beautiful Lake Louise, and the hotel was within a short walk of shops and restaurants. There was a special offer on for an economical breakfast. It was very convenient to be able to use self-service laundry facilities.

Nothing much really - it was a good place to stay. Our second day's breakfast experience wasn't quite so good as we seemed to have arrived to eat just after a couple of very large groups!

We stayed when it was hot, 29 deg.The rooms don't have ac but a fan is supplied. It cools down quite quickly at dusk however its close to the trainline and they run all night. The noise didn't really bother us but may be a problem for some people.

Das Frühstück für 10$ war sehr gut und mit echtem Geschirr aus Porzellan und Besteck (kein Plastikmüll). Das Zimmer war sauber und im Foyer gab’s kostenlos Kaffee, Tee und Cookies.

Das Bett wurde nicht gemacht, aber das war nicht weiter schlimm.

Great staff!

Wij waren hier 5 nachten.Het is een mooie gerenoveerde kamer en badkamer. Alles is aanwezig en schoon. De ramen hadden een mooi systeem, dat ze op een kier geopend konden worden maar dat er een hor aanwezig was tegen de insecten. De kamers en gang waren misschien iets gehorig maar niet dermate dat je er last van ondervind, wij zaten op de eerste verdieping. Op de begane grond zou het gehoriger kunnen zijn met mensen boven je. De hottub is heerlijk, niet zo groot, maar voldoende groot omdat er bij ons verblijf niet te veel mensen tegelijk gebruik van maakten. De locatie van het hotel is het meest fantastisch, vanuit Lake Louise zijn alle bezienswaardigheden op relatief korte afstand met de auto bereikbaar. Goede parkeergelegenheid zonder extra kosten. Het hotel is op korte loopafstand van het winkelcentrum, en wij hadden onze tours naar de meren bij Fairview geboekt, deze vertrekken bij Lake Louise Inn op nog geen 10 minuten lopen. Een aanrader om bij hun te boeken, ze zijn ook flexibel met omboeken van een dag of tijd als je ter plaatse nog wilt wijzigen. We konden ontbijt ter plaatse er bij nemen voor een gereduceerde prijs van 10 cad per persoon. Eerst een keer geprobeerd en daarna voor alle dagen geboekt, dit ontbijt was op onze reis door Canada het meest uitgebreid. En je bent zelf duurder uit om losse producten te kopen bij de winkels.

-het bed is niet slecht, maar de vering maakt geluid en is voelbaar, je ligt iets te veel door. Misschien zijn de matrassen niet vervangen bij de renovatie en wordt dat ook een keer tijd. En te dikke hoofdkussens. -de airco blaast direct op het bed, let op dat je deze in de nacht niet te koud zet. -de prijs kwaliteit verhouding, maar deze hele regio is te duur vanwege de centrale locatie.

aufgrund der Nähe zum angrenznenden WAld extrem viele Insekten, die durch die Beleutchtung der Zimmertür zusätzlich angelockt wurden, bei jedem öffnen der Tür hatte man diverse Insekten im Ziemmer.

Wir waren eine Nacht mit unseren Kindern hier um die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Ort und ist sehr sauber! Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer und gemütliche Betten! Das Frühstück war herausragend!! Das beste auf unserem 3 wöchigen Roadtrip! Es gab sogar Lachs, frische Gurken und Tomaten!! Nach einem langen Tag mit viel Laufen kann man schön im Pool entspannen! Abends waren wir im Restaurant the Outpost essen! Super und nur zu empfehlen!! Was auch toll ist, man kann sich jederzeit frischen Tee, Kaffee, Kakao oder Wasser holen!

Kitchen area could be lightened/ updated. Breakfast menu could be improved with more choice of cereal and hot breakfast options. Some staff were very helpful while others just didn't acknowledge as we walked in..

The hotel is located perfectly for visiting Lake Louise and Moraine Lake and provides a great gateway to the Icefields Parkway. Breakfast was an additional cost, but good value for the price. The room was great, very comfortable and quiet. Visiting the area in peak season means paying peak prices, but comparatively, it was a good value for the money.

Very very strong smell of cigarrets in the room. We asked for a different room and it also had a very bad smell. I believe the towels gave me an allergy.

The apartment was ok. We took the mini suite for 4 adults. The size was acceptable and it was clean.

The apartment is located right next to the rail tracks where extremely long trains with heavy goods are transported during the whole day and in particular during night time. Therefore it was extremely noisy and we also had the back luck that a fire alarm was triggered and we had to leave the building in the morning right when we took a shower …

L'accueil, les chambres très confortables, la localisation proche du lac Louise (10mn en bus), le petit-déjeuner à 10 CAD si vous le réservez la veille, la laverie.

Rien si ce n'est le léger bruit du passage des trains mais c'est le cas dans beaucoup de villes du secteur.

C'était parfait, l'emplacement central, les équipements. Un de nos hôtels préférés sur la route des glaciers.

Le prix qui est élevé mais on est tout proche du lac Louise

Veel herrie op de kamer van de trein, en vooral: de kamer was erg heet, zeker in achting genomen dat het buiten maar 16 graden was. De kamer was niet koel te krijgen, airco maakte veel geluid, bovenop geluid vd trein. Uitzicht was op terrein waar ze veel aan het graven waren met steeds herrie van piep-signaal achtetuit rijden.

מאוד נקי ומסודר, נוח כשיוצאים לאחר כמה ימים של קמפינג. יש מכונת כביסה וארוחץ בוקר נחמדה. יש ג'קוזי נחמד, פחות רלוונטי עם חם בחוץ.

Habitación amplia y cama cómoda. El desayuno está bien con cosas variadas. El personal de recepción fue amable. Dispone de parking.

Excesivo precio para el tipo de alojamiento. Habitación con vistas al parking. Se oye el ruido de la planta superior y tienes q estar con las cortinas cerradas para poder tener algo de intimidad.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer qualitativ sehr gut ausgestattet. Für uns war auch die Lage wichtig, da wir von hier aus zum Lake Louise gewandert sind, wo man nach knapp 50 Minuten auf schönen Wegen ankommt. In der Nähe sind ein kleines Center und das Visitor Center gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Echtes Besteck und sehr vielfältig- nicht unbedingt Standard in Kanada. Parkplätze sind kostenlos und ausreichend vorhanden.

Der Preis in der Hochsaison ist schon etwas teurer.

The price is too high! We were travelling in the area and two nights here cost as all other places we booked! Although it was indeed very nice place but too expensive!

Excellent front desk service and advice on how best to get around the area. Very comfortable bed. Good location. Free tea & coffee in reception. We didn't eat at the Lodge so can't comment on meals.

Had a ground floor room, best solution for us with heavy suitcases but others could see straight into the room. Some noise from the car park and upstairs rooms. These were minor issues overall & didn't detract from our stay. We found accommodation in Lake Louise was in short supply and consequently prices were very high.

Unica nota sarebbe bello in hotel trovare assieme alla macchinetta per il ghiaccio(già presente) una macchinetta dell'acqua per riempire le proprie borracce. E per un ulteriore salto di qualità consiglio di attrezzare il bagno con un box doccia e non con la tendina, che in hotel di qualità come il vostro non si può vedere

Boa dimensão do quarto e limpeza. Embora seja um extra, o pequeno almoço é bom ea um excelente preço (10 $CAD por pessoa). Estacionamento fácil e gratuito.

Falta um restaurante, a alternativa é deslocar-se a restaurantes de outros lodges.
