Een super leuk hostel! Aardig personeel, gezellige en sfeervolle lounge area, geweldige locatie, prima restaurant.

Voor ons verblijf hadden wij met zijn tweeën een familiekamer geboekt, omdat de andere privé kamers niet meer beschikbaar waren. Er waren 2 stapelbedden en 1 tweepersoonsbed, maar helaas hebben wij uit elkaar in de stapelbedden moeten slapen omdat het tweepersoonsbed zo enorm klein was… Daarnaast was het niet heel hygiënisch in onze kamer. Op het eerste oog leek het redelijk schoon, maar er lagen zwarte lange haren op onze wastafel, de toiletrolhouder was heel stoffig, de dekbedden werden duidelijk niet gewassen want die stonken naar eten en er zaten vieze plekken in. Ten slotte kwam van een van de handdoeken een berg lange haren vanaf tijdens het afdrogen na het douchen, die allemaal aan mij kleefden. Heel vies. Super jammer, want de rest van ons verblijf hebben wij heel leuk en prettig ervaren maar onze kamer maakte het helaas wel echt een stuk minder comfortabel.

Es hat ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit hervorragendem Service und fairen Preisen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Nichts war dreckig. Parkplatz kostenlos. Lage zu Shops. Lage gut für Erkundung der weiter entfernten umliegenden Gegend. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und cool drauf. Zimmer top. Aufenthaltsraum und Küche top. Hatte echt Charme.

Nichts bis auf das auch diese Unterkunft etwas günstiger sein könnte wie alle Unterkünfte in dieser Gegend.

Mi sono trovato benissimo. Le cucine sono molto grandi e sono veramente fornite di tutto quanto! Ci sono moltissimi bagni a disposizione.Inoltre la posizione è sicuramente ottimale in quanto in centro a Lake Louise. Bellissima anche l’area verde fuori

Di notte ce un rumore continuo come se fosse un macchinario che va. Non capisco se sia la caldaia o qualcos’altro. Fatto sta che era molto fastidioso

Posizione super, ci hanno permesso di lasciare la macchina parcheggiata anche dopo il checkout, utilissimo a lake Louise data la scarsità di parcheggi! Il ristorante bar dell'hotel molto buono, ci abbiamo mangiato sia a cena che a colazione, staff davvero molto gentile e molto veloci!

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and warm. The hostel is in a great location near Lake Louise and has a nice cafe. I also liked the cozy fireplace in the lounge area.

It was hard to sleep because trains passed by and made noise all night. The hostel is quite expensive for a shared space. Also, the Wi-Fi in the room was weak and slow.

Staff was friendly and helpful, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, parking on site, and even a sauna! Best of all, located in the middle of Banff National Park.

Perfect location! Friendly staff! Big kitchen with anything you could need! Plenty of washrooms and showers. Gabby who offered yoga was lovely and led a great session!

The kitchen closes too early and doesn’t open early enough. The laundry was exceptionally poor. It was a complicated process, overly expensive, and the machines kept trying to take your coins without counting it towards your cycle.

I appreciate the staffs values, which was exceptional and best client experience service.. They’re all very professional!🫡 One of my friend forgot his airpod in the room, HI staff were able to contact me through my email immediately. We were able to pick it up same day. Highly recommended. Thanks again.

We had a private room, tiny as expected. The hostel set up wasn't as inconvenient as I feared. Bathroom is shared between two rooms so I never waited to use the facilities and never saw my neighbors. Having a fully stocked kitchen to use was a great bonus. Everyone was very respectful of each other so it worked out great to eat there. Nice relaxing outdoor area with hammock, tables and slack line. Lots of chill hikers.

TV wouldn't connect to my phone or laptop, so we never got to use it. Really loud train. Pulsing generator noise all night. No fan or ac in July so we were hot. Pretty spendy, but cheapest in the area unfortunately.

Trato del personal, ubicación excelente a 5 minutos andando del pueblo, tiendas, supermercado y puntos de recogida de autobuses para excursiones. Habitación bien de espacio y cama cómoda. Dormimos tanto en una habitación individual como compartida y todo fue perfecto. El jardín y el exterior son geniales, con barbacoa y bastantes juegos que puedes solicitar. Las zonas comunes son grandes y cómodas, con billar, juegos de mesa, libros y TV donde dan el mundial de fútbol. Tiene para rellenar agua fresca gratuitamente. Tiene un parking grande para el coche. La cocina es muy grande y tiene todo lo necesario para que cocinen varias personas a la vez. Posee cajas donde identificas tú comida en nevera o congelador. En las habitaciones compartidas tiene taquillas grandes para guardar tus pertenencias pero tienes que llevar tu propio candado. Dan información de todo lo que se puede visitar por el parque. El restaurante que tienen está muy bien, con precios canadienses.

My room was OK for 3 of us. Share bathroom but we have private bathroom was a plus.

My friend's room was shared with a couple. It's not convenience to share room with stranger man. She had to move to our room since she can't sleep.

The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The kitchen is impressively well‑equipped — everything is clean, new, and diverse enough that you’ll find whatever you need for cooking.The laundry facilities are excellent too. The dryer works so well that one round is enough to get all your clothes perfectly dry, which is a huge convenience.

There was still the sound of trains at 11 pm.

I didn't like the shared bathroom. The floor mat was wet and dirty by the time I got there. No toilet paper in the washroom next to room 308 and we couldn't slide the dispenser to get to a new roll of toilet paper.

The location is great, about an 8-minute drive to Lake Louise. The spacious kitchen is a plus for guests with special dietary needs. The shared shower room is clean.

Our group of three booked a private room with four beds. However, the bed on the inner side of the loft had a hair and a few small debris (wood splinters or leaf fragments) left from a previous stay. I understand we only paid for three beds, but it was still an unpleasant experience to find that one of the beds had not been properly cleaned, especially as I only noticed it after lying down. The ladder to the loft is steep; hold tight when climbing on & off.

Was not informed cafe/restaurant would be closed which was disappointing on arrival as had to find somewhere else to go and eat. Quite pricey for hostel, but expensive area to stay.

Det meget lille værelse, hvor jeg skulle op af en hønsestige for at komme i seng. Og forneden var der stort set kun plads til en dobbeltseng, men ikke til en liggende kuffert. Meget dyrt at bo der i forhold til værelset.

Konstellation mit der Gemeinschaftsküche und Boxen für den Kühlschrank ist ein gut durchdachtes System. Gastro ist sehr zu empfehlen.

L'emplacement et la propreté

Mes voisins de chambre, une famille avec 2 enfants. Que ce soit les parents ou les enfants, ils n'arrêtaient pas de claquer les portes, de parler fort. Sans compter les enfants qui n'ont fait que crier, sauter. Ils m'ont réveillé et c'était insupportable. Heureusement que c'était qu'une nuit sinon j'aurais demandé à changer de chambre

Das Restaurant war vom Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung und hat auch geschmeckt.

Es wird mit schauen der Fußball WM geworben und der TV viel permanent aus. Die Dame von der Rezeption wusste nicht einmal wo die Fernbedienung ist im das Problem zu beheben, noch wollte oder konnte sie niemanden Anrufen von ihren Kollegen um das Problem zu lösen. Die Zimmer waren hellhörig. Unser Bett war für uns zwei viel zu klein, obwohl die Nachbarzimmer größere Betten hätten. Das Hostel ist seinen Preis nicht wert!!! Zu viel Hype um den Lake Louise, alles nur auf Abzocke der Touristen aus! Schade!!!

It has a spacious kitchen and plenty of storage space for food. There's a small play area for kids that's absolutely fabulous.

We had a problem with the guests next door because they let their kids open and close the doors about 40 times between 9 and 10 p.m., and it was very annoying.

Initially, they put me in a room with stupid people. They left all the clothes scattered around, smelling terribly of sweaty feet; I could barely breathe. The receptionist changed my room, and I had one to myself for one night. Thank you, kind receptionist! You saved me.

I liked how close it was to the main attractions and the vibes of the whole property were very chill.
