Room door was warped and couldn't open properly; for a 5 star hotel, should have maintained the rooms properly. Check in was not smooth as front desk charged me incorrectly. If I didn't trigger, i would have paid more than the price as stated on Booking.com. I was told the hotel system overrode the charges that was from Booking.com; I'm not sure if I understood what happened. Perhaps hotel or Booking.com could explain?

The facility is superb

I had a very pleasant stay and was extremely satisfied with the hotel. Everything was well organized, the rooms and facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I would especially like to highlight the staff, who were always friendly, professional and very helpful. Their hospitality really made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

There was nothing I disliked about my stay; everything met or exceeded my expectations.

I recently booked a stay at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel for my Father, who was travelling alone and needed some extra assistance, due to an unexpected medical episode in transit. From the moment he arrived at the hotel, the staff provided exceptional customer service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the kindness, patience and professionalism demonstrated throughout my Father’s stay exceeded all expectations. The team checked in on my Father regularly at our request and kindly facilitated us with video calls, so that our family could stay in touch with him, as he had lost his phone. I would like to extend a special thank you to Flo, the Loyalty/Duty Manager, whose dedication and leadership ensured my Father received outstanding service. Flo's attention to detail, care and commitment was exceptional, giving us peace of mind during his stay. I would recommend Putrajaya Marriott Hotel without any hesitation. I look forward to visiting the hotel to thank the staff in person, and to enjoy the wonderful hotel facilities and surrounding area.

I love how everyone is so welcoming, the bed is super comfortable. I think everytime I stay here, I get the best rest and feel ready to handle the week ahead.

Once u missed your shuttle, you need to wait for 1 hour for another shuttle trip to IOI Mall! Should consider shortening the waiting time to 1/2 hour during peaktime.

The room was very large and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of options, catering to guests from many different nationalities. The pool was very inviting and a great place to unwind. The service was exceptional, and the team went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Shopping at IOI City Mall was conveniently close by, and the Marriott's complimentary shuttle service made getting there quick and easy. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily return.

Breakfast was not good, improvement on the taste; and to my surprise there's no kids cutleries available. The facilities at the kids pool was not function during the stay.

The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The lontong is a must-try. it was the best I have ever tasted. The pool also best.

The kids room was quite disappointing. It felt under-equipped and more like it was just set up to tick the box of having a children’s play area. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. The price paid is for a 5-star experience, but unfortunately the facilities provided are not up to standard. It is quite disappointing.

There is no hose bidet in the toilet and there is only one lift to the parking area.

The pool is not bad , quite big and kids spent a good 2 hours there . Room is clean and spacious . Jacuzzi , sauna room is good. Enjoyed for 2 days . Gym was good too. Well equipped . We ordered food while at the pool. Good service

The sauna room locker has lack of keys . 90% of the locker was locked when there was no one using . Wonder where did the keys go?

All the hotel staff, especially the front desk team, are very welcoming, friendly, and warm. My absolute favorite part has to be the hotel breakfast, there are so many options and everything is absolutely delicious.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about during my stay.

While the staff were courteous and attempted to assist, my overall experience was disappointing due to repeated air conditioning failures in the room. Shortly after check-in, the air conditioning stopped working and I had to contact the front desk. An engineer attended and temporarily resolved the issue; however, the air conditioning failed again later that night, causing significant discomfort and disruption to my stay. As a guest staying at a 5-star Marriott property, I did not expect to face such a basic maintenance issue, especially during the night. Having stayed at several other hotels during my Malaysia trip, including Four Points by Sheraton KLCC and ParkRoyal Langkawi, I did not encounter any similar problems. The repeated breakdowns negatively impacted my stay and prevented me and my family from having the comfortable experience we expected from a Marriott property.

Dah expect late check in sbb ada bbrp review org di TT sblm ni. Tapi itu pun sbb I request if possible utk dptkan connecting rooms (by 345pm) & dimaklumkan akan lewat bbrp minit. By 415pm I dtg tanya lagi, bilik akan ready in 30min. After that (420pm), my mom (with wheelchair) try her luck & dtg tanya lagi, ada 1 staf yg sgt faham keadaan me with elderly & young kids, inform the other staf utk bagi dulu access card utk 1 bilik yg dah ready tu pd kami sementara 1 bilik yg connected tu dikemas. Very good decision by the staff (I lupa nama dia). Masuk bilik je semua happy sambil tunggu bilik sblh siap. So far, semua facilities tiptop. Definitely will come again 👍

Hotel staff was very helpful (I believe the front desk lady is Tracy) and as you know, little gestures helps a lot in setting the tone of the day. I love the Jacuzzi, the sauna, the coffeehouse and awesome pool.

Well, breakfast was quite a hassle. Be early to beat the busy crowd.
