Schöne Anlage, großes und schönes Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal, große Frühstückssauswahl, schön ruhige Umgebung selbst wenn man die Rennstrecke leicht hört

Frühstücksbuffet zwar sehr groß allerdings hätten wir uns mehr Aufschnitte oder Aufstriche gewünscht, leider wird man belagert von Strandverkäufern sobald man einen Schritt auf den Strand setzt

Beautiful location and amazing room and facilities

Resort was quite dirty and staff didn’t seem to clean properly, usually would just wipe with a paper towel and that’s it. We noticed on a lot of the outside furnitures that food/spills would stay there for days. Rooms needed to be cleaned better aswell. Food service sometimes took very long, once I received my meal 40 minutes before my partner did and we ordered at the same time.

The cost was more expensive but understandably 5 star, and the timing of the dinner was poor as each meal came out at very different times but this is not a big deal.

La navette pour aller à Kuta city, très fréquentée, donc de l'attente pour la prendre. Un service de navette toute la journée serait plus adapté.

Service indigne d un hotel "5 stars" ! Sans arret il faut reclamer, je me suis leve 10x pour "esperer" avoir ce que je voulais...45 mn pou un plat de frites, 35 mn pour un desert, on passe sa vie a attendre au restaurant sans pouvoir profiter de la plage... Sunbeds Defonces, indigne d un hotel de ce genre au 500 euros la nuit... Le personnel n est pas du tout forme, il erre sans but dans le restaurant, certains se cachent meme derriere des panneaux pour regarder leur telephone, ils font des kms pour rien. Passant devant des tables a debarrasser mais sans rien debarrasser... Ils ne se souvienent meme plus de ce qu on leur a demander... La reception, je demande a me reveiller a 5.45 am.... a 6 persone ne m a appele ! "reponse du receptionniste - j ai appele mais vous n avez pas repondu"...trop fort le garcon L emplacement est top... Par contre le bruit des lotos du circuit mandalika a 200 m est un enfer... Bref ou sont les managers, ou sont les responsables ?

Tout le service est a revoir quand on embauche des gens non qualifie.

Really good breakfast buffet with lots of food options. The pool is beautiful and clean. The beach is also beautiful and the best thing about staying in Kuta. Rooms are nice, comfortable, with a lovely bath and nice balcony. If you’re staying in Kuta, this is the best hotel available.

Pool bar service is extremely slow. Beach lounges need to be cleaned up during the day. There are lots of smokers and no ashtrays, so cigarette butts are left in the sand. Disgusting. Food at the hotel is really expensive. The pool was full of young children, so I didn’t use it and swam at the beach instead. There isn’t much to do in Kuta. The hotel offers a shuttle into town for $6, but when I used it, the driver didn’t pick me up or answer WhatsApp. I was stranded in town for nearly an hour until I called reception and they sent someone to get me. You can’t get Grab in Kuta. Senggigi is a much better area to stay, with better resorts and more to do.

I did like the hotel however it was very noisy.. every time a door closed it echoed all down the hallway.. Not much that could be done about that though other than putting in earplugs

An amazing experience from the staff perspective and the facilities. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. They prepared some nice surprises and they where always available.

While the breakfast is amazing the overall restaurant experience for dinner and lunch is not the best value for money being able to find in the city much better options.

Everything is nice and super clean, the room has everything you'll ever need. The pool is nice and clean and the bar/restaurant are very good. The sea views are amazing!

I would've given this hotel a 10 if the location had been a bit different. You are a bit far from everything and however they provide a free shuttle to downtown Kuta you still need a car/bike or taxi's to get somewhere.

The beach was not great. The sand was thick, grainy and difficult to walk in due to its nature. We went to other areas close by such as Tanjung Aan, where we seen white sands (this is only 15 minutes away from the hotel). The kids club is extremely small. The in room dining was one of the worst I've ever had. The food arrived cold and it was tasteless, to the point that we only are 30% of the meal. The bathroom is poorly planned with a sharing door for both the shower and toilet. This is not ideal if both people are having to use the area at the same time. The floor ledge and shower door does not seal, so this causes a lot of water to leak out of the shower. Wrong choice of bin where one needs to lift the lid with the hand instead of a pedal. That is a real inconvenience for the guest. We needed up just leaving the bins open. Not enough towel hangers or rails in the bathroom to hang small and big towels.

We spent eight nights in a two-bedroom pool villa — our first Pullman stay. The physical product earns the five-star rating: nice villa, well-kept grounds, and a restaurant that's reasonably priced with decent food. The staff were friendly throughout.

Where it falls short is in how the hotel is run - and to be clear, this isn't about the staff, who were friendly throughout. It's the details that separate a real five-star resort from a nice hotel: an underwhelming welcome, staff in football shirts in the main restaurant, no one remembering guest names over an eight-night stay, inconsistent housekeeping (not done until mid-to-late afternoon on several days). On check-out day, having already booked a buggy pick-up, we were called at noon to hurry out of the villa. The people are willing, but the direction that pulls it all together was missing; we didn't see a manager or GM during our stay. Would we return? Possibly, for the villa and the value, but would be even more inclined if the service catches up to the five-star rating.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum gelungen – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal: Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Jeder Wunsch wurde schnell und zuvorkommend erfüllt, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Auch die Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr entspannt und einladend, sodass man wunderbar abschalten und den Aufenthalt genießen konnte. Insgesamt ein perfektes Gesamtpaket – wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!Wenn du willst, kann ich noch Details wie Frühstück, Zimmer oder Lage ergänzen, damit die Bewertung noch individueller wirkt.

Wir haben dern tägliche Lärm der nahegelegenen Töffrennstrecke als eher störend empfunden..Dies wurde zu wenig bei der Hotel Beschreibung erwähnt.

Overall, the hotel has some positives. The pool area is pleasant with comfortable sunbeds that make it easy to relax. Breakfast was good enough, with a fair variety of food and the staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful. The spa massage was also good value for money and enjoyable although it's worth noting there are no additional spa facilities to use.

Unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives. The mattress was by far the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. Housekeeping kindly added a mattress topper after the first night, but it made very little difference, the bed still felt as hard as an army camp bed. The bathroom design is poor, with the shower leaking into the toilet area and flooding the floor every time someone showers. The beach isn't suitable for swimming and there are constant sellers approaching guests, with little evidence of this being managed by the hotel. The cocktails were disappointing and poor quality. The room temperature was difficult to regulate as the air conditioning was either too cold or too warm and there was a persistent musty smell in the room. Based on this experience, I would not stay at this Pullman again and, in all honesty, I would be reluctant to book any Pullman hotel in the future, primarily because of the exceptionally uncomfortable mattress.

Our honeymoon stay at this resort was overall a pleasant experience, although it wasn’t perfect. One aspect that could definitely be improved is communication. We often contacted the reception staff through the chat service, but English was sometimes used incorrectly, making messages difficult to understand. Likewise, there were occasions when the staff had difficulty understanding us, which led to some confusion. We also experienced an issue with the payment for our return airport transfer. We had requested this service through Booking when making our reservation, but it was not included in our final bill at check-out. After we had already arrived at the airport and said goodbye to our driver, we were contacted and asked to make the payment remotely. Although we were happy to pay for the service, this situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and could have been handled much better. That said, there were two people who truly made our stay memorable. First of all, we would like to thank Marta, whom we met at the pool bar. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. Every time he saw us, he greeted us with such genuine enthusiasm that it honestly became one of the highlights of our stay. His warmth and positive attitude made us feel truly at home. Our deepest thanks also go to Edi, who was our driver for all our transfers and excursions. He was not only an excellent driver but also provided truly outstanding service, going far beyond what was expected of him. He took exceptional care of us, always making sure we were comfortable and happy, and spoiled us with his kindness and attention throughout our trip. Without him, our honeymoon would not have been the same, and many of our best memories are thanks to him. Thank you, Marta and Edi, for making our honeymoon so special.

Room it was not clean , staff inefficient, waiting to get breakfast for my kid one hour because the waitress keep forgetting the order after ask him 7 times . Another one I asked for a steak for my little daughter and he brought me the most expensive Wagyu in the menu and overcooked so it was impossible to eat. Then my daughter get a cut in the swimming pool because the tiles there are not well installed . Doesn’t have the accor hotel standards.

Beautiful resort with the friendliest of staff. Fantastic all round and lovely and clean! Breakfast and evening meals are out of this world! Rooms are spacious and views are lovely. Also offer third party travel and scooter rentals to help explore more of Lombok! Loved our stay here!

Absolutely fantastic property, but would suggest updating the cocktail menus at the bar, or changing some ingredients. This would really upscale the resort.
