Konumu çok iyiydi. Odalar temiz ve rahattı. Çocuk için de yer yatağı vardı. Ama rahattı. 5. katta kalmamız sebebiyle odanın büyük balkonu vardı. Manzarası çok güzeldi. Otelin içinden Skipas alınabiliyor. Çalışanlar gayet yardımsever. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Kahvaltı sıradan sayılabilir. Daha fazla çeşit olabilir. Muz vs meyve yoktu. Peynir çeşidi azdı. Otopark günlük 25Euro Kayak yapmak için servis veya kendi aracınızı kullanmalısınız.

I think they would greatly benefit from having Netflix, Amazon Prime apps etc on the TV’s, there is nothing to watch if you don’t speak French. I travel a fair bit and most of the hotels I stay in have this facility.

L hôtel est bien placé, parking payant a disposition. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très bien. Le spa est joli, mais peut de place pour s'assoir.

La salle de bain et les WC, mérite un rafraîchissement.

L espace bien être est en décrépitude... l eau de la piscine est froide et il manque partout de la mosaïque ça fait négligé c est dommage pcq la piscine elle même est chouette un bon rafraîchissement et une ambiance coucouning serait top du top à mon sens et pour les salles de bain il faut vraiment faire quelque chose c est une catastrophe on a peur de s électrocuter en prenant une douche ...

A beautiful hotel, with beautiful views of Mont Blanc and the resort is all around you! Super close to ski shops, Aguilla di midi and next to the river! And then on top of this, the staff were impeccable!! Yan, the driver, is the nicest man, will take you anywhere you need to go in their EV VW minibus, and will talk you through the slopes so you choose the right one! This man changed our holiday!

Everything was perfect !

I would have liked a handbasin in the toilet . I found it strange to use the toilet and then go into another room to wash my hands . There was plenty of room for a handbasin.

Bon accueil, la chambre standard au 1er etage bien que petite était confortable propre avec une belle terrasse au calme, l'espace détente était très bien, certes le SPA mérite une rénovation, je crois que c'est prévu pour le mois d'avril, mais il était parfait après une journée d'efforts, le sauna était très bien. Le personnel très aimable, on a passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel parfaitement situé dans chamonix.

L’emplacement tres bien avec parking (payant), le calme de la rue, personnel à l’accueil sympathique.

L’hôtel ne relève pas d’un 4 étoiles, les couloirs sont défraîchis, la salle de bain petite et les toilettes ont besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement. Il faudrait également pousser un peu plus le ménage, évacuation de l’évier moisie.

The beds were comfortable. The view from our pair of rooms was great.

The breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic. There often weren’t enough cups and plenty of things (like butter) kept running out. The egg boiler water didn’t cover the whole egg. While the reception staff were great, those in the restaurant were easily overwhelmed. There was no chance of getting a spot on the shuttle to the ski slopes.

Aamiainen oli aika suppea, ja jatkuvasti joku asia oli loppu. TUntui siltä kuin henkilökunta olisi joka aamu yllättynyt kuinka paljon vieraita oli aamiaisella.

Staff were incredible!

Bedrooms and corridors very tired and carpets and rugs filthy. Downstairs very well maintained. We were initially given a room supposed to be a Junior Suite which it was not. Smelly, tiny, dark and not at all like the photos on the website. Staff super and moved us finally to a Junior Suite but we should not have had to push when we had paid up front with Booking.com the full amount. If we had booked directly with the hotel would this have happened🤔 The new room was nice but tired and please dump the rug!

Les chambres 115 et 117 ne sont pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles, Chambres 117, petite salle de bains, pas de places pour poser une trousse de toilette. WC juste de la place pour rentrer tellement il est petit,coffre fort au fond d’une armoire il faut être à genoux pour mettre les affaires. Chambre 115, le lavabo est un petit lave-mains, coffre pareil Très déçue mais je leur ai dit sur place et par écrit Ils sont désolés c’est tout.

- fantastisk personal - service väl i klass med ett 5-stjärnigt hotell, - fri shuttle till/från backen med hotellets egen transport. Direkt avgörande vid valet av hotell då Chamonix inte är en ski-in /ski-out ort, - fick skidutrustningen levererad utan kostnad, av skidföretaget som hotellet samarbetar med, till skidskåpet. Utrustningen stod i skidskåpet dagen efter då jag skulle iväg. Personalen gick till och med in och hämtade utrustningen och bar ut den till bilen, - fräscht hotell i sin helhet med SPA - avdelning och trevliga utrymmen i lobbyn, - bodde i ett fint rum med balkong som aldrig kändes trångt med utsikt mot Brevent, - utmärkt läge mitt i city, - behövde aldrig vänta länge i receptionen för att få hjälp, Hotellet var så trevligt att jag mer än gärna kommer tillbaka!

Enda anmärkningen är att det saknas takljus i rummet förutom i hallen.

O quarto com tamanho bem adequado, cama e travesseiros confortáveis. As amenidades muito interessantes.

Foi feito uma pré-autorização (caução) no valor de 100 euros, para cobrir possíveis despesas extras no hotel, no meu cartão de débito da Wise. Precisei entrer em contato com o hotel por e-mail para solicitar o cancelamento da pré-autorização. Após algumas trocas de mensagens a atendente Daniela conseguir realizar o cancelamento da pré-autorização.

The staff is so friendly and always do their very best to accommodate.

Food, service and staff were outstanding. The room itself was without heat and proper necessities such as coat and towel hangers.

الموقع قريب من السنتر أقل من 5 دقايق مشي، أخذت غرفة بإطلالة على النهر ، تعامل الموظفين ، مقابل الفندق مطعم تركي، يوجد مقهى في الفندق، مستوى النظافة جيد جدا. رسيبشن 24 ساعة

مواقف السيارات برسوم،20 يورو لليوم في المواقف الأرضية، 25 يورو في السرداب، لايوجد تكييف، ولكن كل فنادق شاموني تقريبا بلا تكييف مساحة الغرفة ليست واسعة لكن مقبولة

La température de la piscine un peu froide même si elle etait indiquée à 29 degrés. Les œufs brouillés au petit dejeuner étaient froid, seul point négatif du PDJ.

Staff is really friendly and kind! Brrakfaat is great, the room is spacious. We love this hotel!!

Location and service were great. The staff were really helpful. The shuttle drivers were very flexible and took great care of ski equipment.

Daily room cleaning was not good. Towels were threadbare. Coffee sachets weren't replenished even after 2 phone calls. The booking.com rate was significantly higher than the advertised rate in reception and when queried I was told that this was because of the booking.com fee - despite the fact that my Genius level 3 discounts had been applied.

Service at the bar, even though on Xmas period you feel like you're bothering them. room amenities eg bathroom size, room decoration, furniture are like 1990's standards. For a junior suite, it's a shame. Definitely not the right price for the room.

+location, right in the centre of the town, a 5 minute walk from the bus station where flixbus, alpytransfers etc leaves from, as well as city buses; a 3 minute walk to spar +sauna and steam room +equipment lockers with boot dryers free of charge +very comfortable bed and warm bedsheets +balcony with mountain view +lovely staff on the reception

- pool, water temperature felt like an olympic pool and not a spa, we were freezing after about 5 minutes - weird placement of the showerhead in the room. the bathtub is big, but has only partial glass cover and the showerhead is placed right in the middle of the tub instead of on the end, so to shower and not splash water on the whole bathroom you have to stand squeezed in the corner of the tub, very unconfortable - water pressure. if you have long hair, it takes ages to wash it as the warm water pressure is extremely low

Chambre propre spacieuse et bien aménagé avec un balcon et vue sur les montagnes. Un accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Le Spa est très beauté propre. Bien localisé dans la centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le chien a été bien accepté.

Le parking et le garage sont en supplément, je ne l’avais pas vu indiqué sur le site.

L'emplacement de la chambre avec nuisance sonore de l'ascenseur. Propreté du sèche serviette de la salle de bain laisse a désiré, Literie moyenne qualité. L'eau de la piscine froide et beaucoup d'enfant dans le spa. Et spa de mauvaise qualité. Prix excessif du mini bars en chambre. Et pour finir déception sur l'attente des plat au restaurant compter 1 heure d'attente pour 1 plat végétarien. Ainsi que les tarif excessif pour des petites quantités.

Nice very large room with lots of storage space, a large desk, large, comfy bed, large bathroom and shower and a balcony. Location was perfect, easy to drive to and underground parking (paid - as is most common in this part of the world). It was also a lovely 5 min walk to the centre of town or 2 min walk over to the shopping street. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was great, all the usual favourites and there was a large spa area and saunas. I arrived much later than I had expected so ended up paying for another night, which the very friendly and helpful staff managed to keep me in the same room without having to pack and move. A great feature upstairs is the 4th floor balcony that had views straight up to Mont Blanc. I would happily recommend and/or return.

The staff in the hotel is very very vice, special shout out to Daniela from reception (sorry if I spelled your name wrong), she was very sincere and kind! Breakfast staff was very nice and always smiling too. Restaurant area was nice too, good breakfast options. Location of the hotel was also great, everything is 5 minutes away. And I want to point out that the room was cleaned thoroughly by the housekeeping.

Bed was very uncomfortable, mattresses would slide away from each other, me and my husband had to fix the bed couple of times a day. Pool area could be way cleaner, pool had a dirty water level mark, and bathroom there was also dirty.
