The rooms are very spacious and tidy, bed is comfortable.

The breakfast was nice, but I would suggest adding some more non-indian options such as cereals or 1-2 kinds of cheese. But in general it was good!

My non smoking room always had a smoke smell. Initially my room didn't have hot water but I did manage to change rooms.

Food was not great, same stuff for 7 days. Service in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was extremely bad

Iconic place in kolkata for stay.Yet one can notice cost cutting in every aspect of the Hotel management like drinking water, toiletries etc which would anyway cost 100 or 200 rs extra,irony is they charge beyond premium and still leave customers to have a bitter aftertaste.

Room cleaning is very good. Staff are very supportive. Specially Kartik dey and prasta vishwas from house keeping.

Property is showing its age and needs refurbishment. There were water leaks on the sky bridge. The bathrooms needs cleaning as they had a lot of limescale build up.

Peerless Inn and their welcoming made me write this review. As a business traveller i truly felt honoured to meet such hospitable staffs specially i must name this girl from Reception team Sunanda. She’s incredibly helpful and informative. She has allocated me a quiet room as i am a business traveller and i requested for a quiet room where i can work peacefully. Thanks team Peerless.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent, and every staff member was courteous and professional. A special thanks to Sunanda from the Front Office for the warm welcome, friendly attitude, and outstanding assistance throughout my stay. Sunanda's professionalism and willingness to help made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again!

Nous avions réservé et payé une nuit supplémentaire afin de pouvoir disposer de la chambre dès notre arrivée, l'hôtel ne proposant pas d'early check-in. Malgré cela, à notre arrivée, la chambre réservée depuis la veille n'était toujours pas prête. Nous avons été installés dans une chambre temporaire qui ne correspondait pas à la catégorie supérieure réservée. Le soir, on nous a proposé une chambre supérieure avec un seul lit alors que notre réservation prévoyait deux lits. Après réclamation, nous avons finalement obtenu la catégorie réservée, mais mon collègue a dû dormir sur un lit de camp. Payer une nuit supplémentaire pour garantir la disponibilité de la chambre et se retrouver dans cette situation est inacceptable. Très mauvaise gestion des réservations et organisation défaillante.

Best hotel in kolkata, location is very famous, food quality was good but room service was slow, reception staff Simran and Sujeet, The dosa counter chef was very good , overall good hotel, Will visit again.

Location is very close to the market, hence noisy. But the metro station is close by so very convenient. The rooms are clean. But the rooms have not been maintained well. The bathrooms were very smelly. The exhaust in the bathrooms didn't seem to work all through our stay. There are other good 5 star options available near by if you are able to spend an additional 20%.

The experience had been fabulous.Highlight has been warm and helpful conduct of Mr Pradipta Chakraborty who ensured that my stay was more than comfortable.Keep doing the good job.Hooing to enjoy the warm hospitality once again very soon.

I stayed at Peerless Hotel from 10th May to 24th May, and overall my experience was excellent. I would especially like to appreciate the housekeeping team for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene consistently throughout my stay. Their service was prompt, professional, and always delivered with a pleasant attitude. The restaurant staff also deserve special mention for their courteous behaviour, attentive service, and hospitality. Every interaction reflected warmth and professionalism, making dining a very comfortable experience. I would also like to appreciate the reception staff for their cordial and cooperative behaviour. They were always polite, helpful, and ready to assist whenever required, which made the stay even more pleasant. There was only one issue related to Room 1505. Since the room is located adjacent to the staff access door, there was noticeable noise every time the door opened and closed. At times, it felt as if someone was opening the room door itself, which disturbed comfort and rest. Apart from this concern, the overall stay experience was truly wonderful, and I sincerely appreciate the hospitality extended by the entire team.

I stayed at this hotel two months ago for a solo trip and had a decent experience. The front desk associate, Sujit, was incredibly helpful and guided me throughout my stay, and the housekeeping staff was equally attentive. However, I feel the food quality could be improved. Overall, it’s a nice place for solo travelers.

Nice stay, one of the best stay we had. Specially I would like to mention pradipta who helped us a lot. We faced some problem during our stay, but he ensured for a smooth stay after that. Every thing was went good specially the reception peoples are awesome. Thanks pradipta will see you soon.

Food should have more variety

Those room are like a jail with no view, no fan only AC. If anything happens in that room, you will suffocate to death. Windows are bolted and annoying wallpaper is pasted on all the windows. However happy person you are, you will be depressed living in that room. OYO rooms are far better than this atleast they have a fan and a view at times. In this hotel you get nothing.

It was a nice stay at Peerless hotel, enjoyed a lot, at the middle of City near by all. Room was good and check in process was smooth. The person who helped me most was duty manager Mr. Dibyendu, he was very helpful and knew all about the city and guided me to visit all places. Thank you Mr. Dibyendu

Hotel was in the heart of the city, my stay was good, I am very much thankful to duty manager Mr. Dibyendu who arranged medicine for me in a medical emergency. He is very good hearted person and helpful. I can say he is an asset of Peerless Hotel. Thank you Mr. Dibyendu.

The room was very dirty, the washroom condition was pathetic. Every time I face the same issue, even the great Aheli restaurant food quality was a waste, taste is at all time low.

Overall everything is good except food price & quality. The Price they are charging and the food taste is very common. Kolkata is famous for good taste of food , so being a good hotel they should focus on the same.

This hotel has a great location but is equipped with unable Management. Managers and above including the directors need to be replaced. They show clear signs and symptoms of incompetence.

Only the pillows - not much comfy.

I was in kolkata for a personal work for extended period and I had a very good experience here. The rooms were nice for the category, the location is impeccable. The staff at the reception were extremely professional with a human touch. I want to mention Sukanya Dey and Sunanda Konar who are very professional. The complimentary breakfast was again good for the category although the menu should rotate a bit more to avoid monotony. Chef Hafeez Rahman and Chef Thapa are worth a mention. The restaurant service however need improvement. The staff are not trained properly and avoid eye contact for some reason. Overall good experience.

Such a waste of money ! Very expensive rooms with poor infrastructured rooms. They don't even provide shaving kit, slippers, shoe shiner etc everything is on call, but does It make any sense ? Food is average! Management should focus of property developments. Disappointed
