Good location , comfortable rooms though bathroom was small

Lifts were unsafe , concierge were not well coordinated

The hotel exudes a homely atmosphere, and its location is perfect! The staff including managers, receptionists, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff are amazing and very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hotel has a great location, on Marine Drive, walking distance to Churchgate Metro station (Aqua Line) and very close to the other South Bombay attractions. Hotel has an 'old world' feel to the property. Excellent breakfast, with a nice view of Marine drive.

Hotel is definitely in need of renovation and update, in terms of room fittings, amenities etc. Bathrooms are adequate, but not very large. Small issues were encountered over 2 nights: for e.g. the TVs in the room required subscription updates, and one of the TVs did not have an active TV channel subscription.

The receptionist was good

When I inquired about early check out before my date both you Booking.com and the property did not helped Also the city view rooms are just like sqervant quarters and for the money I paid it's not worth.

We had comfortable stay at this place, excellent breakfast options, friendly and helpful staff. Location is fantastic!

Roof top Mutton quality. Though lreperation of dish was good, mutton used was not up to mark.

The location was excellent, right on Marine drive facing the Arabian Sea. The rooms were spacious by Mumbai standards and clean.

We had to walk up one floor to the Restaurant for breakfast as there was no elevator access to thais floor

Hotel is very old so fixtures in the bathroom were old. Shower for example pierced through rather than giving a gentle shower. Wifi kept disconnecting. Tv wasn't working. We had to call staff twice to set it up but the signals still went off.

The bed was too soft and I had a very soar back the next day.

The air conditioning was below expectations. The room felt vey hot at times and this factor should definitely be looked into by the Management.

This is not really a 5 star hotel. It is a good 4 star one. Staff is nice but services are kinda lacking, the whole space looks quite old, a few things need to be renovated (such as the pool), materials (linen, towels, mattress) are not top quality, the gym is just a very small room with a treadmill, weights and one leg machine.

Awesome location facing the legendary Marine Drive. Sumptuous breakfast spread coupled with friendly and courteous service. Comfortable rooms.
