If I ever come to jacksonville again and plan to stay by the beach.. this is the first place im thinking of and checking availability. No doubt about it. Awesome friendly helpful staff

We liked the rooms, plenty of pillows and the rooms smelled clean. Breakfast was good, plenty to eat. Location was the best, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The staff was wonderful.

No body wash was available in the shower on the first night.

The staff we had was superb with everything and very knowledgeable of the surrounding.

The hot water was very warm but I would like it hotter. I had it all the way turned up on hot and it just wasn’t enough….. for me. Did not like that I had to pay for parking😖

The pool is very small with not much room for seating. Also feel like the location is very odd. I also feel like the gate from the parking area to the beach walk should be locked and require the hotel key to get in.

Location was perfect. Bed and room were comfortable. Being right there in the middle of everything was great!

We were right above the kitchen/breakfast area and it smelled each morning. We were also right beside housekeeping and they always had carts everywhere outside our door.

What I didn’t like was that we were not allowed to swim in the pool after 10 but they allowed the homeless to be in there, I also didn’t like that I didn’t get my 400$ back because they thought it would better to steal from me then to let me pay what was needed.

Nice little hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. We were upgraded to an ocean front room, no charge. No complaints here.

The location was perfect, directly on the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The a/c couldn't keep up with the heat outside. The room was so warm and humid that it was hard to sleep. The a/c might need an upgrade.

The view I usually get is of the building next door if I had to say anything negative but that's not something I really truly care about

The room had a great view of the beach and ocean. The bathroom was a great size and comfortable to use. Breakfast was decent and had a variety of food offerings-breakfast bar with available juice and coffee.

I was not impressed with the room price considering that price was high with a room facing the ocean. Cleaning staff did not leave face cloth towels when replacing the toiletries in the room.

Location on the beach was perfect. Bed was supercomfortable and the room and hotel wasveryclean. . Close to many great restaurants, hotels and shopping. Overall a great stay. Best value on the beach.

Pool wasn’t clean very well, and the last day one person of the staff wasn’t very nice with us. It was a girl with black hair around 3 pm.

Not enough luggage carts

This Best Western was a great experience. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Coffee and cookies were available and we were offered them upon arrival. Our room was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, right next to the beach. There’s a small pool at the hotel. It’s close to plenty bars and restaurants. Parking available onsite. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Beach.. although balcony had leaking air conditioner with rusty flooring and with unit running it was difficult to hear conversation

The hotel was sooo Clean and comfy. Best location by the beach. What kind of mattress do yall have in the rooms?! I need that mattress type! Took away my back pain lol thanks BW! Ohhh and the hotel clerk allowed me to check in 1 hr early after a long drive from Atlanta! Such a doll! Thanks girl!

I can't think of anything

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location couldn't be beat either! A literal 1 minute (if that) walk from the beach and a perfect view for much less than other similar (or larger) hotels on the same strip. Very spacious and clean room with excellent amenities at the price-point, and again the staff were very attentive and SUPER friendly.

The only downside to my stay was the very loud, in-room air conditioning unit. Even on the lowest setting it was overly noticeable especially when sitting on thr balcony. Had to turn it off to enjoy the sounds of the waves on the beach.

I like the location. You can walk to the bars, restaurants, shops and beaches.

The loocation was awesome. The front desk staff was incredible especially Millie. The bed was soooo comfortable! We would definitely book this hotel again
