Great Location. Little Pricey.

Price point is still a little high for the area.

The breakfast was ok. I'm spoiled by Drury Inn where they have a full buffet. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The location was great.

My reservations that I had for confirmation for months were messed up. I booked far in advance knowing this was a holiday weekend for an oceanfront room. When I arrived, they didn't have one available. They said that they had recently changed their reservation program and my reservation got lost in the transition. I ended up with a partial ocean view. The balcony is very small with only one chair and a table on it. The room was clean but moving around was a little cramped. It would have been worst if the sleeper sofa were out. Another issue but not the hotels' fault is the parking situation. Plenty of parking hard to find (free street parking) but the public parking is confusing. Some days are free some days you have to pay.

The location was great. It was right on the beach. Convenient to other locations.

The room was not cleaned. Housekeeping asked if I wanted my room serviced. I said yes. I received towels. The floors were not swept and the beds were not made. For $250+ a night, I believe my bed should have been made and the floors swept. There was no carpet and the hotel is on the beach. Floors were sandy. The day we checked in, the commode did not flush and maintenance had to be called. Breakfast was decent, but didn't have much flavor.

The staff was very friendly. The location to the beach, restaurants and shopping is great. The Sandbar restaurant onsite was so good! Although other restaurants were near by we didn't have to leave the hotel for a good meal and drinks.

Hotel was nice & very convenient to the beach, staff was also nice. Loved the pool area.

I didn’t like the fact there was an issue with the locks on the balcony door. Once the door was open it would not close or lock back even with maintenance coming in the middle of the night & had trouble also. We needed up sleeping with the door barely closed & unlocked. Also the parking, I don’t think you should have to pay for parking when you’re staying there unless valet.

Pay for parking or not much info on what you do or don’t need to pay. Not really hotels job but could be handy having someone know the ins and out of it. The parking meter lady actually helped us.

The room itself was very nice and comfortable but I feel was overpriced for the area. I didn’t find Jax Beach very nice.

The hotel staff was not very friendly and we waited over a half hour for a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine.

But poor valet service and desk service from the hotel staff when my vehicle was damaged on the premises in the valet parking garage in the possession of valet personnel. The hotel general manager could have better assisted with the matter. And I should have not had to drive home with damage to my car when I did not bring it there like that.

Extremely small pool, extremely slow elevators in a lack of proper response to midnight noise issues from other rooms.

The breakfast meat did not appear to be real sausage. it has on odd flavor. Myself and others could not find condiments like salt, pepper, etc. There was mildew stains in the shower. The room did not have any kind of welcome book with local information. it would have been nice to have a menu from the onsite restaraunt in the room and local site and restaraunts close to the hotel. The couch on the room was uncomfortable. Hard to relax in the evening and watching a little TV. The back was so low.

The rooms were very spacious. The front desk staff was top notch. The rest of the staff should follow their lead.

The housekeeping and restaurant service was awful. The Pool was small, the breakfast hours are very strict, there’s no water or coffee out daily, there was no spare toilet paper in the room ok. We stayed in a double with a pull out bed so there was 4 of us there all week and when we arrived the toilet paper rolls were over half used and there were no spares. When we asked housekeeping for some she said yes but did not provide any, we than had to go to the front desk and wait for someone to deliver it up to the room, we were completely out. The breakfast area os tiny, and gets locked up to the minute of the hours, the staff refilling breakfast items was quite rude.

Just completed a two-night stay while in town for a concert in Jacksonville and had a Larger Suite, 1 King, Trundle bed, Inland view, Corner room, Balcony. The room was incredibly clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Valet parking was run well and never waited long for the retrieval of our car. The bars around the property (at least 4 that we could count) are open until 2am and the outside noise on Saturday night (mix of spring breakers and college locals) was obnoxious, but didn't take away from the overall rating as we enjoyed the property.

Yes, I stayed there over the weekend of February 27 checking out March 1 and I checked in and the sheets had stains on them blood I called down. They changed the sheets and the next day I woke up with bedbug bites all over our bodies.

The property was very clean and new! The breakfast was good. Loved sitting by the patio fire pits. Nice view of the ocean.

The location of the property is right besides a lot of bars on both sides that are open super late. We couldn’t sleep the first night because it was so loud the walls were thumping and vibrating because of all the music and noise. We had to get ear plugs for the rest of the stay. We also didn’t like that the swimming pool closed so early, we were asked to get out of the pool and it was 6pm.

Our stay was great! We only stayed for one night but Serge at the front desk made us feel so welcomed! There was also a girl with him who had to fix the credit card machines as they had stopped working, however, she was on the phone with someone to get it fixed. She noticed the possible concern of unprofessional use of phone in front of guests and addressed it with us. She stated she was not trying to be unprofessional but that she just needed assistance with the cc machines. She was very kind and thoughtful to address it with us and apologize. They were both very kind! Our room was great! Very clean too. Our only complaint is with the bartender, his name was Church. We went in for a late night drink around 10:35pm and they close at 11:00. We were only getting one drink to end the night and then heading back to our room. He made us feel like such a burden, and told us before we even sat down that last call was in 10 mins which we understand, but he said it in a way that made us feel like a nuisance. Another lady walked in for a drink to which we saw another dramatic reaction and remark, “this always happens”. I used to work in a tip based industry, us and the lady were just two more possible tips before he ended his night which wasn’t till 11. I tipped him generously even though I did not feel he deserved it. I’m sure he is a great bartender, but he should be more respectful and considerate.

Christian with the hotel valet is amazing! He is friendly, recalled my name every time he saw me and plus he can sing!

My experience was very Fantastic!! I came from Texas with friends to visit at this hotel and the food and service was great! The valet attendant Octavio was very helpful explaining to me how the valet works and even brought my luggage upstairs for me! I rate this hotel a 5 stars and hoping to visit again! Thank you SpringHill Suites for the amazing service!

It was one of the best hotels I have been to, it was so clean and nice and the staff was excellent with assisting me, the valet parked my car, her name was Carsheena and she was very nice and friendly as well, thanks for a awesome stay, me and my family will be coming back soon.

We had a great time from the minute we checked in until we checked out. It was everything we expected and more. The breakfast was excellent and so was the restaurant on the property. It was clean, great view, and easy access to beach. It’s also right by the peer which was nice to walk on at night.

When it's midnight and someone turns on the bathroom light, it wakes up the people sleeping across the hall; the light shines through the door and hits right in front of it In front of the beds
