$19 for a breakfast buffet not much different than free buffet hotels. Phone in room didn't work. Front desk said come back in 5 minutes put parking pass on your car and then your room will be ready. Then when I came back couldn't remember checking me in 5 minutes earlier and asked for my credit card a second time. Which I know it went through the first time so why couldn't he see it in his computer?

Great location, very helpful friendly staff, breakfast was excellent. The lobby, pool and weight room were very nice.

Big dislike, the air conditioner and parking. The air conditioner was so loud that you had to turn the TV up to almost full blast. The vents are right beside the TV and balcony door so it's unavoidable. Adding to this is the exhaust of the AC is on the small balcony, which makes the balcony so hot you can barely stand to be outside. We had to turn the AC off to be able to stand on the balcony without roasting, which in turn warmed up the room. The parking situation is ridiculous. Self parking in a parking lot that is not covered or secure is bad enough then add a $20 a day fee to use it and in my opinion, you have a little case of lunacy. This is a pretty nice hotel and we were already paying almost $300 a night so why tack on another $20 just to park in "their" parking lot. To us it was just not a good look.

Carla the housekeeping manager responded to our need in a timely manner and made our stay more enjoyable. Carla is very professional and was extremely helpful by reacting immediately to our request with a smile and was very positive. I also would like to mention a member of your housekeeping team I met while returning a bag of rubbish to her to be placed in her cleaning rolling cart in the rooms corridor and she was also very polite , very positive and welcoming with a smile, ( I am sorry I didn’t asked her name ) Your housekeeping team must be commented for their positive attitudes, customers service and keeping the bedrooms very clean.

Our first time here after driving from Buckhead, Georgia, and needed a place to stay due to dinner plans and a local concert that we were planning to see. On the beach, nice room, 515, ocean view, plenty of space and room, comfy bed, and a small patio to sit and look out to the Atlantic Ocean. There was a very small eatery in the lobby with tables and service. Free Coffee station in the lobby and plenty of free parking. Only negative item was the elevator was really slow. Good stay, nice walkway along the beach or bike your way from end to end. Plenty of restaurants in the area. City Hall and gift shops right down the concrete broadwalk.

I have been going to this place for years and got excellent rooms with nice views, clean pool, good service and had fun with the pool. I am coming back today and happy.

Highly disappointed. On June 8th my boyfriend and I checked out of this hotel after staying for a couple of days. The day we left I accidentally left my gold necklace sitting on the bathroom counter and I know I left it there because not only did my boyfriend remind me to put it on and that it was in the bathroom before we left, but I made a mental note that I was going to put it on after I got done packing. Being that we were in a slight rush to leave, we both left forgetting about the necklace. The next day, after traveling to Minnesota I realized I left it and immediately started freaking out trying to call the hotel to figure out if the house cleaners had turned it in. They told me they could not help me till the next day so in the morning I called again. They told me they would call me back after asking the housekeeping manager, and once they did, they claimed nothing was turned in. It was a full 24 hours later and nothing was turned in. I asked him to please leave my name and number and told him to pass along that I would be giving a $400 finders reward in hope of getting my VERY sentimental necklace back. He seemed pretty annoyed with the entire conversation. I have waited and waited hoping they would call me to tell me they “found” my necklace, and unfortunately I never got a call back. I hate to make accusations, but both my boyfriend and I know for 100% certainty that I left that necklace on the bathroom counter. So, if you’re looking for an extremely dishonest hotel and hoping to have things stolen from you, four points is your spot. Good luck to anyone that loses something of higher value.

It was way over charged.. $460 .00 for 1 night and had to pay additional money to park in the hotel parking lot even though I was a guest. Not one attendant or staff member offered to help me with my luggage. And the staff had distasteful attitudes. They weren't helpful or attentive. Much less the least bit informative. I come from out of state with my 2 children. And they didn't even explain where the ice machine was. They seemed too preoccupied in their conversation with each other. And I felt like I was more of a bother than a guest, especially for the price I paid for one night. It was extremely over priced and not professional or welcoming at all!!! I wont be back. Ill take my family else where next time we're in town. THANK YOU, BUT NO THANK YOU.

sure liked the separation of the 2 rooms, living room/kitchen and bedroom separate. Also liked the beach front and the balcony overlooking the ocean. Hotel staff - Ash and Aaron were very helpful and courteous all the time. they deserve a raise. I left my phone in an Uber ride and Ash helped me submit a report because I had no way of doing it. I was able to call the driver and got my phone back.

Food for dinner our 1st night was very disappointing. It was cold and served us on paper plates in a meeting room. restaurant was under renovations. Very disappointed Booking.com didn't tell us that the hotel was under renovations. I may have stayed elsewhere had I known.

I was looking forward to being in Florida from St. Louis and excited that they had a heated pool and when we got there, the pool was down the hot tub was down so we did not get to use the facilities like I was hoping to specially paying as much as we did for the room

My family and I recently had a stay at The Sheraton and truly enjoyed the convenience as well as the luxury of having an ocean view and direct beach access. The room was very well thought out. There was tiled flooring upon entering the room for wet clothes, beach accessories, and towels. There’s a nice, firm couch, and desk, and small “kitchen” area with a counter, coffee station, refrigerator, and bathroom. In a separate part of the room, there was the carpeted bedroom, with two separate closets, a landing area/bench for resting or luggage. Both areas had a television. However the balcony was the highlight with an ocean view. The hotel was very clean, secure, with friendly staff, and within walking distance to at least 10-15 restaurants. There is a restaurant downstairs with a decent breakfast buffet; however, it is not complimentary—you must pay. All and all, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return on my next trip to Jacksonville Beach.

The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are amazing. It’s almost like an apartment. The staff is first class, kind and welcoming. Shout out to Ash, Crystal, and Bethlehem. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

I had a very disappointing experience at Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Beachfront due to inaccurate information and unresolved billing issues. Prior to my stay, I specifically contacted the hotel to confirm that my room included a jacuzzi bathtub. I was clearly told that it did. This was a deciding factor in my booking. However, when I arrived, the room had no bathtub at all—only a shower. After raising the issue, management admitted that their staff provided incorrect information, which I appreciate. However, the resolution offered did not fully reflect the impact this had on my stay. To make matters worse, there have been ongoing billing discrepancies, with charges appearing that do not match what was communicated. I am still waiting for a clear, itemized explanation and proper resolution. While the location is nice, the combination of misrepresentation, poor communication, and billing issues made this a frustrating experience overall. I would strongly recommend confirming all room details very carefully before booking, as the information provided directly by staff may not be accurate.

The room don’t have everything in it! Ex: no chair on the balcony, no light bulbs in the lamp, no chair in the living area! The restaurant wasn’t open during the day.

Close to the beach.

Seemed everyone was smoking pot all day all night. It was terrible with the door shut or open. Plus the hotel signature scent was just to strong. Wife has asthma. It was a terrible stay for her.

10/10……From check in to check out everything was perfect!!! The room was clean , the bed was comfortable, the separated rooms were great and VIEW !!!! The view was absolutely amazing, We literally slept with the door open at night during our entire stay… The walk to the beach was great , not far at all.. The complimentary towels were nice as well…. This will definitely be my go to when I’m in Jacksonville!!

Would have been nice if breakfast was included but it wasn’t a dealbreaker!!!

The location is perfect. We love that the hotels suites are all oceanfront. The housekeeping staff was always so friendly when we met them in the hallway at anytime.

This property is under construction. I stayed in August and they were working at that time as well, but the construction never impeded our comfort. However on this trip we felt we were in a total construction site after our first night. The noise was overwhelming. I was in Jacksonville for a medical procedure at Mayo clinic and once it was complete I was confined to bed. This was so difficult because in recovery there was absolutely no rest for the entire day. We did call and complain about the noise and we were told we could switch rooms. But again I’m confined to my bed post procedure. My husband witnessed others at the desk also complaining about the noise. We couldn’t drown out the noise, we couldn’t hear our TV even with the volume up to 45. It was difficult and I wish we had a different experience as my past experience here has been so pleasant. Upon checkout when asked and I spoke of the real noise problem, I was told it shouldn’t have been an issue as they weren’t working on our floor. So no apology, that’s incredibly poor customer relations and I am writing to Marriott to make them aware. I would highly caution a guest at this point and to be very aware that it is not a quiet stay right now. You will not enjoy the sound of the waves and comfort of your room during the day.

The view was beautiful.

We couldn't check in until 4 pm. There was construction happening on the floor above us. We had to ride the elevator with dumpsters and items that were being removed. The noise was horrible for the first hour and a half we were there. We walked out to the beach to get away and could still hear it. At around 2 am somebody, probably staff, were walking around on the construction floor right above our room keeping us awake. Not a restful night at all. Breakfast was $18 and was no different from the free breakfast you get at a less expensive hotel. When I asked why I was told you could go back for seconds. I can do that at a free breakfast. This was a special trip for my wife's Birthday. We left at 6 am that morning, and will never go back there. Beginning to rethink patronizing the whole chain of hotels.

The beds are very comfortable. The view of the ocean and the beach from the room is awesome. The water pressure is great. The staff were super kind and helpful. The chef is wonderful!

The carpets need to change out to wooden or parquet floors.

The staff could be more respectful and more responsive. The guy who checked us in said license and card. Nothing else. Thanked him even after the rudeness and still no response.

Staff always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Love that beach access is so easy for sunrise and moon rise walks.

Hotel did not have the amenities I had hoped for. Limited dining options. High price for beach chairs and umbrellas. A dated hotel that got a facelift.

Beachfront with big rooms

Parking was a complete nightmare. The ongoing construction was taking up valuable space, and heavy equipment was cluttering the already small parking lot. In fact, a third of the lot was occupied by construction equipment, making it nearly impossible to find a spot.

The curtains were hard to open and close. And the hottub jets were not working.

Enjoyed a quick weekend here, and absolutely loved it. My two favorite things - the view from our top floor balcony and the coffee! I sat on the balcony most of the first day and stared out at the huge expanse of ocean, enjoying every second. The coffee served downstairs was probably the best I have ever had from a hotel, and the kind woman that served us was so nice and friendly. Great stay, good times!

The person at the front desk was dismissive and cold. I was charged an extra $50 for amenities that they didn’t have and I did not use.

The hotel is on the beach which makes the location very enjoyable. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance and so is the pier. The hotel is pet friendly.

Hot tub jets did not work, pool area dirty and run down, anyone can walk onto the property and hotel-the gates surrounding do not lock and keep out non guests, huge roach in our room- staff blew it off

Our room was smelly and we had to be moved to another room.

Our overall experience was excellent. Wonderful location - right on the beach! Our room was very spacious with ocean views. Staff very friendly. We had breakfast there on out last morning - Yolanda was our waitress for breakfast and she was outstanding! The only criticism is that the pool is very small and there were very few umbrellas - not enough for every lounge bed. Also, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned/made up. Otherwise, a great hotel. We would stay there again.

The location and that they offered towels for the beach!

Housekeeping took a while to get to our room on the 5th floor. It wouldn’t be restocked with towels and washcloths until later afternoon but I understand that they have a lot of work to do so it was not a huge deal. I appreciated them and enjoyed my stay.

Outstanding well run hotel . The staff in every department is well trained and they sincerely care about the wellbeing of every guests. They always have a smile on their faces and are happy to be working here and it shows by their positive interactions with every guests . The hotel is well maintained and very clean . The gentleman supervisor at the front desk and his colleagues who checked us in and checked us out were very professional and very welcoming. They took the time to explain all the hotel amenities and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Crystal the breakfast associate was also very kind , professional and interacted with us and every other guests presents in the dining room. She made sure that every guests were satisfied with a smile . The food quality and presentation of the food on the buffet was very good and the cheese omelette made to order was delicious . The hotel location is perfect. Our junior suite was well maintained and the bed very comfortable. The housekeeper that took care of our room was very pleasant and did an outstanding job . Our room was very clean . The view from our room was very nice . I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely stay in your beautiful and well run hotel in the future when traveling to Jacksonville.

Ocean view was great. Bed was comfortable. Second lock on patio broke-actually didn’t exist, couch had moldy smell, roaches in bathroom. Breakfast was what most hotels had for free. We ate breakfast at a local restaurant.It was very good at half the cost.

Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Beachfront is NOT worth the rate they charged...over $400. Pool was dirty, carpets were dirty, parking is horrible and seems unsafe definitely at night. Not said to impressed but I had to park a $140,000 Porsche and the construction going on was messing up cars with the dust from construction and concrete work. We booked several nights but left after one night. That should give you an idea our honest opinion. Everyone knows what a hassle it is to load up and move hotels and then find another available on short notice. Hope this helps someone.

Staff was friendly, but this felt more like a budget hotel. We had at least one used towel when we arrived. Water damage to the bathroom ceiling and walls (more than what is normal for Florida humidity). Restaurant was more like what you expect with a free continental breakfast, minus the free part. Significant homeless issues around the hotel (no fault of the hotel). Not at all what we expected and/or paid for.

I stay here every year! I love everything..location ,the hotel, beach access. Food and love that they have a area store inside if you forgot anything ..with snack to tooth brushes..etc..

I didn't eat the breakfast, however it smelled so good. The propert is beautiful and well kept. The pool was a good size. It need to be cleaned, there was trash everywhere around the pool and the hot tub was so cloudy we were a little scared to use it. We were walking distance ce to everything, that was great for gift shopping!

The rooms were very clean, but I do think that housekeeping should do a little more deep cleaning. There was dust on the top of the sliding doors. You can see it when you pull the curtains all the way back. I feel like guests who stay at the motel shouldn’t have to pay for parking.

Go elsewhere. This was once a nice upscale hotel. No longer. No beach towels. Bar is our of most common beverages. Same with the small kitchen. 2 towels & 1 TP for a week stay. Staff doesnt care & has an attitude. The inly decent part of our stay is the location. But there are other MUCH better hotels right on the beach. Dont waste your money. Go elaewhere

Great location near the beach. Oceanviews are fantastic.

This was our second time at this hotel, so that should tell you something. We love that you literally walk out to the beach and that the rooms are all suites. Unreal view of the beach and pier. And towels available throughout the day at the front desk for the beach. Would be back a third time if we go back to Jax Beach. Just can’t beat the location.
