Particulièrement bien placé pour visiter le centre de Chicago Un grand MERCI pour l'attention porté à notre anniversaire de mariage ... Nous n'en avions pas beaucoup parlé mais et quelle surprise de découvrir une bouteille de champagne offerte abec un mot écrit à la main ... grande classe !

A very nice hotel in a highly central location, featuring very spacious rooms and excellent views of the river.

We booked a room for four, with our two children supposed to sleep on a pull-out sofa. The receptionist was unable to explain where the sofa linens were or how to set it up—in fact, he ended up asking us what he should order for the room. We requested a full set of pillows and linens, only to discover later that most of it was already stored inside the sofa. It wasn't a huge issue, but it was strange to deal with that lack of professionalism and basic knowledge from the staff.

Un día quise pedir room service del restaurant y fue muy difícil dar con ellos. Terminé bajando y me hicieron esperar también un rato para tomarme el pedido. el colchón un poco raro, me llamó la atención porque todo estaba recontra cuidado

Everything about this property was phenomenal. The customer service, housekeeping and rooms were perfect. The location is about a 10 min walk from many tourist attractions. The views are beautiful. This was a great stay and we appreciate the extra attention shown for our anniversary.

Tenía chinches (bedbugs) cuando desperté en la mañana tenía 3 piquetes en mi brazo. Mande mensaje al hotel y nadie ha contestado a mi queja. Tenía un viaje planeado pronto y pensaba regresar a ese lugar pero después de esto no regresaría ni lo recomendaría. A simple vista el lugar es muy bonito pero con chinches. Que asco.

Die Höhe auf der Kreditkarte belasteten Kaution ("for incidentals") wurde nur auf Nachfrage benannt und war nach unserer Meinung mit 300 USD (100 USD pro Nacht) unangemessen und viel zu hoch. Unklar bleibt was "for incidentals" eigentlich abdecken soll. Schäden im Hotelzimmer können es eigentluch nicht sein, denn dann müsste bei Ankunft und Abreise eine Aufnahme und Dokumentation von (vorhandenen) Schäden erfolgen.

Śniadanie wliczone w rezerwację - tak ale z kredytem 50USD per pokój do wykorzystania w restauracji na dole. Szkoda tylko, że recepcjonista przy zameldowaniu zapomniał o tym powiedzieć a kelner w restauracji nic na ten temat nie wie. Trzeba rezerwować stoliki na śniadania, długi czas oczekiwania.

The bathrooms in the lobby were dirty

The property was small, almost intimate, which I prefer. It also has a great location.

I did not like that the property had subpar soundproofing — I didn’t get a good night’s sleep any night I was there. The street noise was terrible, and it sounded like the engines, sirens and people were right in the room with me. Also, though the room was nice the bed was lumpy and sagging—definitely past its prime. Lastly, I paid extra for a river view and instead I was given a city view. Although staff tried to address my concern by showing me an alternate room on my second day, it also was not a river view and it was even closer to the noise on the street, so I stayed where I had been booked. But honestly, I couldn’t wait to leave.

Amazing location and a beautiful room. Both the room itself and the bathroom are very spacious with plenty of room for your luggage and just to move around. Also absolutely loved the window seat on the Riverview double room it was so comfortable and a lovely addition to the room. My friend actually ended up sleeping on it one night

The hotel was located right by the Chicago Riverwalk, which made morning walks so fun and easy to accomplish. It was also located close to Michigan Ave., where all the major stores are lined up.

The area behind the hotel wasn't the safest at night, so my friends and I had to make sure we took a certain safer route if we walked home.

Front desk lady manger who is there in the mornings. Booking.Com showed $50 credit once per stay and breakfast was added already in our price we paid. But she started arguing even after we showing her the screenshot of our payment receipt. She zero coustomer skill. Then the evening front desk supervisor sorted it out without any problem

Менеджер на ресепшен мужчина азиатской внешности оказался националистом. Как только он увидел наши паспорта сразу стал общаться неуважительно. Так же при заселении он сделал ошибку указав что наш номер не оплачен и две ночи подряд с карты списывали по 190$. Хотя проживание было полностью оплачено заранее. Также он утверждал что завтрак не включен, пришлось ругаться и заставлять другого менеджера искать информацию, она сразу нашла. На завтрак и все расходы в отеле дается 50$ на сутки на двоих, это очень мало, завтрак по меню и поесть плотно на эту сумму не получится, придется доплачивать. Депозит при заселении 100$ за ночь.

Location - It was very convenient, an easy walk to the tourist spots. I am pregnant, and we could easily stop by the hotel after visiting tourist spots for me to refresh, since we visited Chicago during summertime, and rest before heading to the next one. Staff - Everyone was accommodating and friendly. Room and bed - It was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. They also have a kettle in the room where it easy for us to boil water to make tea in the room. Free Coffee - The coffee in the lobby was really good. They also have an ice machine on some floors

It would be nice if the room had a microwave.

First time in Chicago and I chose L7 as my hotel purely based on location and photos. Neither disappointed! The room was perfect and the view over the river was very nice. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I had the opportunity to get help from Victoria who was very kind and amazing at her job! Thank you for all your hard work and hope you birthday is all you want! I can only say good things. The breakfast was so good, especially the yoghurt parfait. If I ever go back I know where I’ll stay.

We had such a great experience with the staff here! Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. After our redeye flight landed early, we arrived at the hotel around 7 AM, well before check-in time. The front desk was able to put our names on the early check-in list and let us know they would contact us once a room became available. In the meantime, we explored the Riverwalk and were able to come back to the hotel whenever we needed a break or needed to grab something from our luggage. James at the front desk was especially understanding and helpful from the moment we arrived. He helped us store our luggage while we waited for our room and made it easy for us to access our bags throughout the morning whenever we needed something. Around 12:40 PM, we called to ask for an updated estimate since we were desperate for some sleep after our travels. Fortunately, were told that a room had just become available for us to check in early, which we really appreciated! I especially want to recognize Julius from Bell Services, who was wonderful throughout the entire morning. He helped us with our luggage as we stopped in throughout the morning, assisted us multiple times when we needed to retrieve things from our stored bags, and was always incredibly kind and welcoming. Once our room was ready, he personally brought all of our luggage up with the bell cart. His hospitality really stood out and made an already great experience even better. Overall, every staff member we interacted with made us feel welcomed and taken care of, especially considering how early we arrived. Huge thank you to Julius, James, and the rest of the team for making the start of our stay so easy and enjoyable. Definitely a great place to stay!

They had my room by the storage closet and ice machine and it was loud

The design is beautiful and functional. I loved the baby windows, the furniture and it has everything you need (coffee, a mini fridge, basic toiletries, bath robes). The location is great, right next to the Chicago River. I really enjoyed my stay.

Noise can get through if there's something happening on the street (e.g., people playing loud music). Luckily I didn't have issues sleeping since the area becomes quiet at night.

I LOVE to travel and I use this site while doing research. Sadly, I rarely take the time to leave many reviews, but this hotel deserves the time to write a review. From the moment I booked this hotel, I knew it was special. But I had no idea just how special it was until I reached out to the manager ahead of my arrival with a logistical question. Laura(girl, you are amazing!) immediately felt like a long lost friend, her warmth and care in making sure my stay was fantastic. She not only answered the question but went above and beyond on my arrival to make sure I felt at home. The room is phenomenal, every detail was ridiculously attended to. I never wanted to leave the shower, the views from the Corner Suite were nothing short of perfect. The windowsill seats were used heavily for work, napping, eating, just about anything you could dream of! Do not sleep on this hotel, it will be the perfect landing spot for your Chicago riverwalk adventure! The entire staff was nothing short of the most attentive and kind staff I have ever encountered, huge shout out to Antonio with his stories of the hotel's history and great care to make me feel special! I will be back one day, if not to just say hi to my new friends at the L7 Chicago! Well done Lotte....

Parking was valet which was helpful because I didn’t have to worry about parking and whenever I needed my vehicle it was easy to request by text and they were very prompt bringing it around. The amenities were great and the entire hotel was clean. All the staff I meet were very nice and answered any questions I had.

Spend here just 1 night while returning from Indiana and takind a flight the next day. This is a small boutique hotel with a superb location: 1 block from Theatre area and 1 block from the cannal. It has many dinning options close. The room was great! clean, big, stylish, with a big window overseeing Wabash Ave. Love the pillows and the bed comfort. My window had a den where you can lie down and watch pedestrians and cars pass. What was a great plus was the air purifier on this room and the yoga mat. Breakfast was limited due to the fact that the restaurant on site was corean. But food was good and nice service.

Faptul ca in rezervare era specificat ca micul dejun este inclus, dar la hotel am constatat ca micul dejun este a la carte si am avut la dispozitie 50 USD pentru 2 persoane. Meniul pentru micul dejun avea cea mai ieftina optine 24USD +taxe, fara cafea inclusa. Am optat pentru cea mai ieftina optiune. a fost gustos, insa cu tot cu bacșisul (aproape impus de 25%) am ajuns pentru doua persoane sa platim 61 USD in loc de cei 50 inclusi.

L7 Hotel is beautiful and we loved our room and the many views from several windows. The comfy window seats are a fun and cozy touch. Veronica at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful.

El hotel tiene una localización inmejorable, para recorrer el Loop, Mag Mile y Navy Pier. A destacar el tamaño de las habitaciones (y los miradores de la ventana!), el funcionamiento del wifi y de la nevera (enfría de verdad!). Antonio en la puerta y Alex G en recepción elevaron la calidad de nuestra estancia. Para los amantes del deporte el gimnasio está fenomenal con sus hojas de rutinas y para salir a correr entre Riverwalk y Lake Trail se pueden hacer unos rodajes en un entorno ideal. La zona de café (y agua) se usa a diario!

La calidad del colchón del sofa cama y de la propia cama son mejorables.

Es werden 200$ einbehalten, die man erst nach einer Woche zurückbekommt. Beim Auschecken wurde uns von einer ziemlich unfreundlichen Rezeptionistin erklärt, dass alles erledigt sei, wir haben auch keine Rechnung bekommen und im Nachhinein wurde uns noch 40$ von der Kreditkarte abgezogen. Auf unsere Nachfrage per email wofür, bekamen wir nie eine Antwort. Es geht uns nicht um die 40$ und wir würden das Hotel auch jederzeit weiterempfehlen, aber das ist kein gutes Service.

La moquette nei corridoi e nelle camere è eccessiva, il bagno praticamente non ha la doccia ma una vasca con la tenda: una modalità da anni 80, molto scomoda. Il ristorante è gestito separatamente e la colazione è un’esperienza da evitare: alle ore 9.00 di mattina avevano finito il latte, svariati piatti del menu non erano disponibili e alla scelta delle donuts hanno risposto che le avrebbero sfornate non prima di un’ora. Il menù della colazione era in gran parte coreano (perché l’hotel è gestito da coreani) con piatti americani, ma di colazione internazionale neanche l’ombra! Non hanno il caffè espresso, né il cappuccino, ormai diffuso ovunque negli USA

La posizione è eccellente. Si possono raggiungere a piedi tutti i principali punti di interesse. La camera, una suite city view, comoda e grande ma il divano letto per mia figlia, sfondato e scomodissimo.

Avevo.prenotato una suite river view, ma me ne hanno data una city view, avvisandoni solo il giirno dopo. Non ce ne siano accorti perché dalla camera comunque il fiume era visibile, anche se di lato. Per il disguido ci hanno offerto solo 60 usd che ancora non mi hanno rimborsato. Personale ok, senza infamia e senza lode. Ai miei amici la camera non è stata MAI pulita in 3 giorni, nonostante lamentele quotidiane. La colazione è preparata dal ristorante coreano dell'hotel: buona, nulla da dire.

L7 is centrally located and is the perfect hotel for exploring the city. Easy access to everything. Clean property and more boutique and small compared to the larger hotels, which I find overwhelming. The staff was amazing. So very friendly - especially Alex at the front desk. It was so nice that he was the first person we met because he set the tone for a wonderful trip. He answered every question and was so pleasant and helpful. He truly took great care of us! I look forward to coming back! Victoria, also at the front desk was also pleasant and helped make our trip as easy as possible. the room was perfect for two and the view was ok, as they are just off the river a little. But being just off of the main street probably helped with the noise and helped take it down a notch.

I really liked its location because it faces the street and part of the river. Sometimes you can hear the outdoor subway, but it’s not bothersome. The room is fabulous - large, very well laid out, and everything looks new and clean, with some nice little gifts. The shower, the bed, the pillows, extra towels, the TV… everything was great. And it wasn’t too expensive either, especially with the Genius discounts from Booking.com. The staff was very friendly. Even if you need a microwave, they’ll provide one for you. You can park in front of the hotel in the designated area, although there isn’t much space. They can also take your car to the garage behind the hotel, where they give you a discounted rate of $59 per day. You can come and go from the garage whenever you want. Note: If you have any trouble connecting your streaming service to the TV from your cellphone, check behind the TV because sometimes the cables get moved. It was connected to HDMI 2, and HDMI 1 is usually the one that gets used.

I don’t like having shared Wi-Fi with everyone without a password because it’s not secure, but of course, it’s a hotel. Something strange happened, though: when I connected to the Wi-Fi, someone subscribed to a SkyShowTime streaming service through my Amazon Prime Video account. I’m not sure if it was because of the Wi-Fi…

Hotel molto centrale e si possono raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Al momento del check in il personale è stato molto scortese e poco empatico.lw stanza era molto grande e pulita.

Beautiful room

The location is perfect. We did enjoy our room a lot - the view was great, it was quite spacious. The hotel also offers great coffee in the lobby. That was a nice surprise.

It is a shame that the coffee is not available before 6 am - for people who check out early.

I liked that this is a hotel by the Korean brand Lotte and the staff was overall friendly. Front desk reception was pretty aloof the entire time. No one really greeted or smiled, but people who delivered room service were kind!

The rooms were smaller and more dated than I liked, especially for what I paid. I hated the view of Trump tower and the one window did not provide a lot of natural light.

Size of the room was bigger than expected. Location was quiet.

O único ponto de atenção é que somente 2 elevadores para um hotel grande e em alta temporada não suporta, sempre demorava muito e algumas vezes tinha que chamar novamente pois chegava lotado.

Unfortunately the breakfast service was slow to the point of absurdity. Severe staff shortages drew our simple breakfast to just under two hours. We skipped it the second day so we could make our flight on time.

I loved that the rooms had window seats/bed. They were great for naps and people watching as someone who has never been to the city.

As someone staying in, we bought a lot of food. I wasn’t aware of there being a microwave anywhere. So when food arrived cold or we wanted leftovers, unfortunately they remained cold
