観光地に近いわりに繁華街からは外れているので夜は静かに過ごせました スタッフの皆さんも優しくフレンドリーな接客でありがたかったです ホテルから徒歩圏内にスーパーや飲食店も豊富で、ホテル内のテラスも開放的で気持ちが良いので食事を持ち帰ってホテルで食べるのもおすすめです

３泊しましたが多分シーツは変えずにきれいに整えていただいただけなのかな？と思いました　個人的にはかまいませんが気になる方はいるかなと思います 後は窓のない部屋だったのが少し気になりました　事前にわかると良かったかなと思います

Spent the last two weeks visiting Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. I had very lovely stays with beautiful views, but in terms of hospitality, this was my #1 stay. I liked that a day prior to my arrival, they reached out to know when we will be arriving. On arrival, the welcome drink was so nice, had to ask where to get it. Lisa, goodness, host with the most. She gave us a map of Penang and what to do where. She also had printed out all the places we could eat, including Halal restaurants for Muslim customers. I recommend recording her as she talks because she gives you lots of details 🤭 This place was so beautiful. The reception, the multiple seating areas and art pieces were well thought out and very lovely. Our room was also really nice. For someone who gets claustrophobic in spaces without windows, I actually noticed on my last night that I didn't have a window because the space and circulation made it easy for me to not feel cramped up. There were small details that they did that made me feel they put a lot of effort to cater to different customers. Having toured George Town, I ended up liking the location because I would leave the noise and enter this quiet street where the hotel was located. P.s they had beer with convenient store prices for sale, we realised late. Thank you Lisa and team for making it a memorable stay.

El hotel está todo rehabilitado con un gusto excepcional, cuando llegas parece que te la calle no es la mejor, pero cuando llegas al hotel...el chico que nos atendió, creo recordar que Said con el pelo rizado y joven, nos estuvo explicando durante más de una hora con el plano de la ciudad, todo lo que teníamos que hacer en la ciudad, dónde ir a comer, qué ver, cómo organizarnos. Fue encantador y el hotel...un lujazo!

La Signora Lisa ci ha accolti davvero bene, dandoci subito qualche suggerimento sulla Città e dove andare a mangiare per pranzo. Con noi è stata eccezionale e super disponibile. la camera era pulità con un ottimo bagno. L'Hotel era veramente carino con un bellissimo murales all'interno subito per farci immergere nel mood di questa spledida città (la più bella visitata in Malesia).

I didn't like that they did not provide separate bottles for shampoo and conditioner. They provided a 2-in-1 body shower + shampoo. For such a lovely hotel, the small details like this is a setback. I also felt the management had an inclination to "skim" on things - e.g they also had a strict SOP on providing extra towels. If you put all these together, I am tempted to stay at another hotel for a full service & amenities even if that means paying more.

La habitación en general estaba muy bien y el baño también. Las camas eran muy cómodas y todo estaba genial! Además, estaba cerca de todo. Y también nos dejaron dejar las mochilas después del check out para irnos mas tarde al aeropuerto. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

Lo único ‘malo’ fue que la habitación no estaba muy insonorizada y entraba mucha luz por el baño. Pero no es nada grave, nos encantó igualmente!

Sehr schönes Hotel, liebevoll eingerichtet mit Pflanzen, Kunst, Aufenthaltsräumen. Die Zimmer und das Bad haben eine gute Größe und sind sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist gut, die Betten bequem. Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen; Begrüßungsgetränk und Ausflugstipps inklusive. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert!

Our room didn't have a window. Only some like cutouts in the Wall to the hallway. So therefore the light from the hallway came in our room and it was bright the whole night.

Beautiful property at a great location. Restaurants, cafes, bars, atm's, laundry and mall within walking distance. Very comfortable bed. Drinking water available to refill your thermo. Staff were very kind, always providing recommendations on places to visit and local dishes to try.

Minor issue with the sink faucet which was reported and fixed next day. No elevator to 2nd floor, just keep in mind if you are carrying large luggage.

Tiene mucho encanto. El lobby está decorado con gusto y es bonito. El personal es súper amable. Pudimos hacer el check in un poco antes porque veníamos de un viaje nocturno y estábamos agotados. La habitación no es muy grande pero es cómoda. El baño muy amplio. Lo mejor la ducha, que es grande y tiene mampara. Tienen un dispensador de agua, que se agradece. Además te dejan una botella de agua diariamente. La ubicación es perfecta, puedes caminar a la mayoría de sitios.

Eché de menos tener ventana en la habitación.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 notti. Siamo stati subito accolti con grande piacere e calore da Endy della reception che ci ha offerto un drink tipico di benvenuto. Successivamente ci ha fornito una mappa e una guida su tutte le attrazioni e ristoranti tipici dove mangiare. Ci hanno fatto trovare le valigie direttamente in camera, quest’ultima molto pulita e accogliente. Letto matrimoniale comodo, bagno con box doccia e kit cortesia. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check ou.

The room was so cramp...no space to walk in the night because the TV and bed so near each other. And no window. Pillow to soft and thin cannot sleep!

La struttura dispone di tutti i servizi. L’accoglienza in reception è stata davvero ammirevole, lei super cordiale e gentile consigliandomi pure dove andare a mangiare in posti veramente buoni. Quando siamo arrivati c’ha offerti pure un bevanda tipica del posto con dei biscottini. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare in questo posto per, pulizia e strategia della posizione .

Posizione, cordialità del personale. Letto comodo e lenzuola di ottima fattura.

In linea generale la stanza era piuttosto pulita, segnalerei forse solo necessità di essere un po’ più accurati nella pulizia dei pavimenti del bagno.

Great location.Easy walk to many of the tourist sights.Stylish hotel that was beautifully restored but very comfortable and well maintained.Everything worked as it should and more.The pictures don't do justice to this tastefully furnished hotel.You would actually have to see it to believe it.We enjoyed a very restful time here and were able to catch up on much needed sleep whilst taking in some of the spectacular culture ,sights and vibe.

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Strong air-cond and good water pressure. Rooms are big. I had very good sleep on the thick, luxurious mattress. Property was on a quiet lane, with private parking space. Spent one day working in the room, undisturbed and the wifi was flawless. Thank you so much, I enjoyed both my holiday and the work-from-hotel experience!

Goede ligging: achterin zodat het lekker rustig gelegen is maar op 5 minuten wandelen van alle drukte. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Kamer is ruim met heerlijk bed en grote badkamer. Wij kunnen dit hotel 100 procent aanbevelen.

Really friendly and accommodating staff, clean room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, central, own parking for guests. Nice space to have tea in the morning. Easy entry system.

There is no window in room and so the lighting is a bit dark for us.. Luckily there was a nice bright space outside where we could drink our tea in the morning which helped compensate.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben am ersten Tag einen Stadtplan sowie eine Übersicht zu guten Restaurants in der Nähe bekommen. Außerdem wurde uns alles sehr umfassend erklärt. Das Hotel hat eine super schöne Einrichtung und man hat sich gern in den Sitzbereichen der Lobby aufgehalten.

Manche Stellen im Zimmer, insbesondere im Bad, könnten erneuert bzw. modernisiert werden, was jedoch für unseren Aufenthalt nicht störend war.

Habitacion muy limpia, buenisima ubicacion, y el trato del personal de 10. Ademas hicimos el check-out y nos guardaron las maletas todo el dia en el hotel y pudimos descansar en el hall.

We experienced the best hospitality of our entire trip at this hotel! As soon as we arrived the host was so warm and welcoming - he handed us delicious welcoming drinks, sat down with us, and then took the time to suggest everywhere we should visit while in Penang and even circled the locations for us on a map. We visited most of his suggestions and they did not disappoint! He really went above and beyond and we really appreciate it. All of the other staff were also lovely and helpful. The building is also beautiful, with gorgeous trees in the middle and a sun room with free filtered water on the top floor. We really loved our stay here. Thanks!

Our room opened right into the street/hotel courtyard. Most of the rooms don’t. It’s a very small hotel with no gym or pool etc

Superbe hôtel, l’emplacement était top pas loin d’un grand centre commercial mais aussi du centre historique de George Town. Le personnel est très gentil, et le bâtiment joli, avec des peintures achetables à l’intérieur du bâtiment. Pour la chambre elle était vraiment confortable, avec une magnifique salle de bain.

Had a wonderful 5 night stay at this fantastic hotel in central Georgetown. Firstly the staff are excellent - incredibly kind, helpful and just generally lovely. Special shoutouts to Andy, Sai & Liz. We had a room at the rear of the hotel and it was very quiet. The bedding and mattress were of very high quality and we slept soundly every night. Location wise you are very close to the old town and everything is walkable. There are restaurants cafes and food markets galore so you will not go hungry.

We are met with friendly and even willing to help staffs. Our experience was when we are not able to connect to the TV at night, the staff at the counter follow us immediately to the room to fix for us. Recommending what to eat or visit was another plus point.

Location is very strategic, near to many eateries (Makan Pagi, Chowrasta, Kopitiam Malaya). Just a walking distance. The room is spacious with super comfortable bed. i like the shampoo+ body wash there. Smells good. Staff is really nice. Will come again!

The staff at the hotel are really friendly and welcoming. They gave us tea upon arrival and a map of the key attractions in Georgetown. The bedroom was not huge but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was good. Free water bottles were provided every day and there are also water dispensers in the hotel. There is good air conditioning in the room. The hotel is very pretty and decorated nicely. Everything is very modern. The hotel is walking distance from a lot of cafés and restaurants. There are so many nice cafés in Penang and a really good hair salon right opposite the hotel that takes walk-in appointments. I had a wash, cut and blow dry for £12 and the wash included a head massage.

We loved staying here. A very clean, well designed, comfortable hotel with very warm welcoming staff, it was like coming home at the end of the day, they really wanted us to have a lovely time. Close to street markets and an excellent restaurant opposite. Easy to get grab from here for Penang Hill, Chew Jetty and Airport.

Die Lage war wirklich top und man war sehr nah an allen touristischen Hot-Spots. Zudem war das Personal besonders freundlich und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt.

In den Zimmern war es teilweise nachts etwas laut durch den Verkehr und Regen. Die Isolierung war demnach nicht super, insbesondere für geräuschempfindliche Menschen.
