Beautiful design, super clean and amazing location! All staff members are outstanding, absolutely amazing. We had an early trip to the Alps and a nice gentleman (with the beard) at the restaurant made us super welcomed very early in the morning. Their breakfast is to die for :) The check in was done by a super friendly young lady. Everyone is amazing and the hotel is just outstanding, 5 stars 🤩 we are coming back for sure!!!

The hotel is good, but the service is bad. I brought my own coffee-making equipment, and it was taken from my room. I informed them of this, and they returned some pieces to me, but some were missing. الفندق جيد لكن الخدمة سيئة ، لقد جلبت معي مقدات خاصة لصنع القهوة وتم اخذها بذلك من الغرفة مع اعلمهم بذلك واعادو لي بعض القطع مع فقدان بعضها.

The hotel's location is amazing! It's right across from the lake—you simply must book a room with a lake view. The staff is wonderful, and the hotel's restaurant is truly impressive.

The room's furniture is very old, the wood is scratched and poorly maintained, and the doors and wardrobes are hard to open. If the furniture were updated, I would give the hotel a score of 10.

I really liked the breakfast, and the room was good, clean, and comfortable overall.

The AC was not cool enough, which made the room less comfortable than expected. Overall, the stay was okay, but the AC could definitely be improved.

موقع الفندق جدا ممتاز ومقابل البحيرة مباشرة والفطور ممتاز وفيه كافة الأصناف

الموقع المقابل للفندق من البحير متسخ جدا وتصدر منه ريحة البول من الهوم لس لذلك أرى أن بحيرة زيورخ الان أصبحت متسخة وليست جاذبة للسير علىها بسبب الرائحة الكريهه بسبب كثرة الهوم لس

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, direkt am See und fußläufig zur Altstadt. Öffentliches Parkhaus direkt im Nachbargebäude. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch bei 33 Grad Außentemperatur. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und es gibt eine Auswahl u.a. an frischem Obst und Eierspeisen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

In der ersten Nacht hatten wir leider ein barrierefreies Zimmer in der gebuchten Kategorie „Comfort Zimmer“ bekommen. Auf Wunsch konnten wir aber in der zweiten Nacht inochmal wechseln in ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit seitlichem Seeblick.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Mit PKW Service..

Standort des Hotels perfekt für Innenstadt, direkt am Ufer des Zürichsee mit perfekter Möglichkeit das Seebad Utoquai zu nutzen

A localização é a melhor possível, ao lado do centro histórico e a frente do lago. A equipe extremamente cordial e solícita, destaque para a Julia, que nos atendeu muito bem, com todaa informaçöes necessárias a uma boa estada em Zurich.

Замечательный персонал ,мы получили повышение категории номера .Вид из окна на озеро был потрясающий .Услуги парковщика очень удобная вещь и сэкономила нам время.Может для кого-то месторасположение покажется немного далековато( примерно минут 20 ходьбы от старого города) но для меня это было идеально-выйти из отеля ,прогуляться по набережной -насладиться видами и дойти до старого города.

Не понравилось только то,что у нас была всего одна ночь здесь 😊.Но мы однозначно вернемся

Cleaning was not very good, we had for example 4 towels when we arrived next day we only had 2 , then they didn’t change them. On the balcony it was spider nest. And one night we got dinner at the hotel restaurant, i dont recomand it was very slow and the food was bad

absolument tout ! l'Ameron Zurich est un des grands hôtels du monde ! à souligner en plus du confort, propreté etc...l'extrême amabilité du personnel, tout le personnel ! de la réception au petit-déjeuner en passant par le personnel de ménage...Steven, executive assistant a été particulièrement efficace pendant. mon séjour, merci à lui ! vous l'avez compris je recommande cette Maison, je reviendrais...(et le petit-déjeuner...., et la proximité de l'Opéra, de la vieille ville....)

The hotel is situated in Seefeld, one of the best pats of Zurich and has a view of the lake which is just across the road. It is also close to the Opera House, cafes, and restaurants. All of the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. On every measure I would rate it one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Krasne ubytovanie, uzila som si vyhlad priamo na jazero, blizko do centra aj na plaz do parku pri jazere. Velmi pohodlne postele.

Myslim, ze ranajky mohli byt trochu bohatsie. Ocenila by som viac zeleniny a vacsi vyber dzusov. Bol len pomaranc.

My wife and I enjoyed this hotel for a stay sadly abbreviated by airline delay. We had a balcony room overlooking the lake. The room was excellent in appointments, clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is well-located and the staff with whom we interacted were unfailingly polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was superb. While on the expensive side, I would not hesitate to return again. Kudos!

Truly incredible service, especially from Jordi who made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect (rooms ready when we arrived early, great ideas for seeing the city, etc). Beautiful, clean, spacious rooms. Great for families (was traveling with two children). Outstanding breakfast. Can't wait to return!
