I really needed a much later checkout and I was told that it was impossible because there were people checking after us yet we were at the property till six pm and there didn’t seems anybody else that came and the entire resort seemed empty. It was hard to believe later checkout was not possible.

Its very nice and spacious and very recommended if you’re a family.

Moving around was very inconvenient. Taxis/Ubers were only allowed to drop you off at one designated location, where you then had to wait for a bus or golf cart to take you to the reception for check-in ( which is like 15-20 min walking). The entire process was outdoors, which made it even more inconvenient specially if u have luggage on u.

I loved the property, honestly this is by far the best hotel i have stayed in! Amazing service!! Amazing staff, amazing facilities! Nature all around!! Very spacious, It was heaven on earth.

The standard rooms were newly renovated and very good. We used 2 types of rooms.

The old junior suite sea view was very old (see pics) and worn out. Not recommended. I am only attaching pics of the problems in the old junior suite sea view. Not of the new rooms. The hotel kindly refunded the upgrade price and breakfast charge as compensation.

In particular, the reception staff neither smile no welcome guests. They are racist, and the reason I say this is because I saw them only caring about residents of one country.

I love the location and the facilities however the staff were excellent, polite and very helpful

I can not recommend this hotel highly enough the facilities were excellent however the breakfast was out of this world we will for sure come back. I miss the staff and the hotel

Great location in a walkable area. Beach access across the street and many shops and restaurants in every direction. Excellent breakfast buffet and good dining options. Property shuttle ran regularly through the resort.

Because it was slow season, not all places were open, like the pool bar, etc. Traffic from the airport to resort was horrendous- I didn't realize it would take that long (1 1/2 hours in the rain) to get there.

All good except couldn't experience the beach because of the rain.

Бесплатный теннисный корт. Номера: чистые, ежедневная смена полотенец, хорошие освещение, стол-буфет, холодильник, место в буфете с полками. Стол большой, хорошие освешение. Большой балкон с отличным диваном. Ванная+душ. Павлины, петухи, курицы в саду. Пляж большой, не частный, море чистое. Завтрак шикарный, разнообразный. Обязательно загрузите приложение отеля. Ежедневная программа отеля меняется каждый день. Вам предложат индивидуальные скидки и развлекательные программы отеля на ваш период поездки. ОТЕЛЬ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ. Возникающие проблемы решают быстро. Работает переводчик для русскоговорящих для помощи. По территории ездят специальные открытые машины. Такси заезжает на территорию отеля.

Пришлось вставать с петухами, кричат с 3 часов 40 минут утра) расположение- от отеля нужно идти минут 10 ( в любую сторону) до ресторанов местных и рынка. Много народу. Слишком строгий подход, персонал не делает персональных исключений, просто для проверки попросила кофе на вынос в кружке их ( разрешается выносить кофе или сок, но только в картонном стаканчике). Пляж через оживленную автомобильную дорогу.

The resort was perfect with lots to do lots of swimming pool options, the peacocks walkinga round the resort adds a beautiful touch, so much nature lots of relaxing spots to unwind. The resort ia big and perfect

There was a slight lack of attention to detail as there was no tooth paste in the room had to ask for it, there was no bin liner in our bin we had to pit our own, despite this evruthing else was perfect the view given was amazing loved it!

Location was great - right between Karon and Kata so walking distance to both. Beach was right across the road so was very convenient.

Bed was very hard so didn’t get a good nights sleep the whole time we were there. It’s a bit tired in some parts.

The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel facilities were great. Breakfast was great.

Berm on staff was amazing! He also made sure to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location to the beach was great and the pools always had room for me and my family! We would definintley amazing.

Beautiful spacious resort with the beach just across the road. The upgraded rooms are lovely & modern, we had an older Junior suite, which was a bit tired but charming & had character - the stunning ocean view more than made up for it but our intention was to see Karon beach & Phuket! The service & staff were simply delightful & the Hotel Manager during our stay, Rainny, went above & beyond to make our time there fabulous!

We visited the Pullman spa today, thanks to Tarn and Sai for the wonderful relaxing massage. It was great!❤️

AccorPlus / Explorer - Platinum Received email prior offering pick up from Patong Hotel (unsure how they knew details) and wanting our ETA. Email also included a promo for 25% discount on spa services if booked prior - took advantage of this. Early check in & late check out both received. Our flight was delayed & they kindly agreed to even later check out was 5:30 > 6:15pm which was awesome allowing us to continue to use the facilities etc. We used 5 x SNU, the suite was amazing & included an outdoor spa with retractable roof. August assisted us at check in, then later escorted us to the Executive Lounge (Panorama Lounge). The EL is not disclosed on any of the maps or elevator directory. During check in there was so much detail of the resorts facilities we didn’t retain the location. A suggestion would be to include the location within the welcome letter. Christian the hotel manager greeted us at the EL & apologised for not meeting us when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed the nightly cocktails & canapés. Summer was very friendly & attentive. My massage was with Sine, she was amazing. I would say the scalp/head portion of the massage was the best I’ve ever had. It was so good I had another a few days later enjoying the happy hour offer of buy 60 mins get 30 mins free (10am-1pm). Tam our Room Attendant was so friendly. We were well looked after. She is a real asset to the team. I celebrated by Birthday during our stay & appreciated the acknowledgement including birthday cake. Welcome gift included chocolate, macaron, nuts & fruit plus a few fresh flower arrangements. Welcome drink = cocktails, beer or wine. The hotel/resort is very large with multiple buildings, restaurants & pools and includes tennis courts. There is also an ATM onsite. Loved seeing the chickens & peacocks roaming the site. There is a 24 hour shuttle service to assist in transportation around the site. We ate at Sails Restaurant, Cafe Karon & Andaman Lounge where we received A+ discount. Breakfast buffet was a good variety of cuisines & had cute plates & cups for the kids. In house App to make bookings, request house keeping, room service etc. and to keep up to date with activities (fire show, DJ) & offers throughout the stay. The hotel is in a good location across the road from the beach with restaurants & shops within walking distance. My only negatives were that the sun lounges at the Garden Pool didn’t have cushions. The pool by the beach did have some with cushions, they are possibly new?? They were super comfy & l loved that they included a pillow. Also beach bags are not provided for loan (we did enquire) and our room did not have robes which would’ve been nice to use after the outdoor spa. The water slide is also currently out of service. The negatives were only minor, more suggested improvements. I would return to this hotel if I was to visit Phuket again.

The environment is very private and extremely quiet. The massage techniques are highly professional, and I felt very comfortable after the massage. This is a very good experience in Thailand. The masseurs Bee and Tarn are very professional and have a particularly good service attitude. If you are staying at Pullman, it is well worth coming here for a massage.

DEN and Amm The training facility at the hotel is great. The coaches are very responsive, kind, and experienced.

Den & Alee they are good people and be my friends. I'm with their a pool volleyball and swim. We have a great time together.
