We were at the hotel for a week, the staff is great, kind and helpful. The garden is great. Varied breakfast. Highly recommended.

The grounds are truly exceptional.... Service is top notch.... and got it a great rate. But all things considered it is now one of my favourite if not, favourite resort. Breakfast was impressive to say the least

The location and the staff are the best. Specially Mr. Ayub is amazing and good heart kind guy.

Nothing—it was a beautiful resort in a great location. The only thing is the pool and pool bar could stay open later since the sunset is so late during this time of year.

The location, the service, the pool, the view, everything was amazing! We expanded our stay couple of times due to our enjoyable stay. We also loved the studio café and the staff there! In addition, William and the pool bar staff were amazing as well!!!!

Staff, facilities, location, room/resort services and the atmosphere.

The second layer of curtains is missing which is used at the morning to allow light in and prevent seeing inside people. Also, when I asked for late check out (till 13:00) the reception guy rejected saying it needs to be cleaned and so the next visitors can get early check in! Over all the stay was great but I am mentioning those points to help this nice resort to be the best.

Amazing property, most polite and wonderful staff, excellent food at the hotel restaurant…a very calm and peaceful environment, great place for families…

The staff were wonderful - friendly and accommodating. Always greeting with a smile, and no request was too big for them. The room was clean and comfortable, and the resort was well-maintained.

Service was bad, in 5 days sheets were changed only once. After check out in 4 days I didn’t get my refund

The beach is nearby the resort and it's really nice, beautiful and area around the beach is clean. One improvement is hotel guests need to be accommodated for the buggy service from resort to the beach and vice versa (beach to Resort) at any time during the day before 8pm. Most things.

The light switch controls aren’t intuitive. Also the central smoke detector emits frequent light pulses which at night when trying to get to sleep is distracting.

At first my room was not in a good position but the hotel accommodated my needs and we were allowed to move nearer the pool and restaurant This room was fab with our own pool, very clean

Super hotel. Plusieurs piscines dont une avec un tobogan que les enfants ont adorés. Accueil fantastique et petit déjeuner excellent. Grande chambre confortable avec assez d'espace pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

Clean friendly staff and close to amenities!

Понравилось всё. Получили полный релакс. Приветливый дружелюбный персонал, хороший ресторан, большая ухоженная зеленая территория, пляж совсем рядом (даже лежаки там не брали, возвращались в отель после купания), отдельные бассейны для разных категорий номеров. Единственной проблемой были комары, но в номерах есть фумигаторы. Таблетки в них меняют при уборке, и можно попросить дополнительные, если не хватает.

Herşeyiniiiii, çok ama çok keyifliydi. Çalışanlar ilgili, otel tertemiz, oda zaten muhteşemdi.

Çalışanlar son derece güzelyüzlü ve ilgilerdi. Otel temizdi. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Türkler için belki düşük kalabilir ama yine de hiçbir zaman aç kalmadık.

Plajda otele ait şezlong yoktu. Otel çok büyük bu yüzden plaja giderken biraz yürümeniz gerekiyor. Denizden cıkınca tuzlu tuzlu yürümek biraz zor oluyor. Cunku plajda dus alıcak dus yeri yok dogal olarak.

Location to the beach and local strip was very good with restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

The resort is on the older side and in need of revamp such as leaking rooms, pool not open, pools close very early and buffet breakfast is basic

Bad smell in the rooms, can’t hear through the phone clearly

这是一家非常好的酒店，总体来说泰国的度假酒店质量都还不错。 首先是这里的工作人员服务热情，基本上每个人都会主动打招呼，尤其是前台一位卷发男士会中文很好，所以交流非常方便。穿黑色Polo衫的人员应该是主管，但是他们也经常出现在第一线，所以我相信他们对酒店管理是有更多认知的。 酒店的大厅需要步行台阶上去再绕半圈才能到，幸好有引导牌，如果有领位或者多个前台可以办理手续更好。不过前台会主动帮忙端来柠檬茶和擦手巾，感觉非常好。 酒店的房间有三大电器，电视，冰箱和吹风机，除此之外，基本没啥家用电器了。网络覆盖全面，在酒店各个角落都可以接收到免费WiFi，而且无需用户名和密码，非常方便。 酒店的绿植极多，可以说三五步就是个景观，也有相关的绿植介绍，人均面积非常大，除了早餐厅和游泳池可以感受到有很多人之外，平时是见不到太多人的。 酒店的早餐厅在大堂左手下台阶处，基本以西式早餐为主，同时也有泰式船面、炒河粉、炒空心菜等，另外也有港式烧麦和蒸包，有鸡汤和粥。中国胃长期吃受不了，但是我知道他们尽力了。 泳池有三个，常开放的有两个，一个是主楼下面的主泳池，老少咸宜，人也比较多，大约0.8m~1.2m深。另一个在别墅区，是深水池，最深处3米，但是人少，游起来比较痛快。 酒店通往沙滩处有两个出入口，其中一个是需要刷房卡才可以进出的小门，另一个是开放式是入口，可以通往酒店spa馆，这个入口也可以通往酒店其他区域。推荐这个门口外的一家意式冰淇淋球店，非常好吃。 酒店东门是主出入口，门脸比较小，进来之后会豁然开朗。东门外有711，Tops，bigC mini等便利店，也有很多好吃的餐馆和水果店。门口的卡伦寺白天是精彩的寺庙，晚上是精彩的夜市，吃穿用度都有。 总之，这个酒店非常好，我下次还会再来的。

酒店的东门是车辆进出口，出租车可以从这里进去把客人送到酒店楼下。只是这个进出口太不起眼，所以不熟悉酒店位置的人肯容易错过或者描述困难，型号路口有711做为标识。如果出入口可以扩大或者有更加明显的标志会更好。

What a wonderful resort! The buffet breakfast each morning was certainly the highlight. Our villa with a small pool and outdoor shower was also very enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

We loved everything about this property! The location was perfect, situated only a few meters from the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The room was spotless and comfortable. We would return tomorrow if we could!

El personal super amable sobre todo Joomie de la sección de camareros, en general una atención impecable, el hotel situado en muy buena zona para todos playa montaña 🏔️

Excelente hotel, com todo o tipo de alojamentos. Desde do simples quarto a casas com e sem piscina. Fiquei numa casa rustica, onde a dimensão é muito boa, assim como a qualidade do colchão. A limpeza foi diaria e sempre de qualidade com a colocação de 2 garrafas de agua potaveis o que é essencial na tailandia. A localização é excelente, perto da praia e de todo o movimento noturno (restaurantes e bares), sem perturbar em nada o silencio do alojamento. O meu grandioso agradecimento á simpatia de toda a equipa do spa do hotel, que por ser dia de aniversário quando lá fui e sem nada esperar ou desconfiar durante a marcação na recção, tive um acolhimento de fazer chorar de tanta simpatia e sorrisos e alegria ao me cantarem os parabens. Um muito obrigado por me fazerem sentir especial nesse dia.

Премиум-вилла с видом на сад немного темновата, а вот пентхаус-вилла на втором этаже — великолепна. При въезде в отель есть полянка, где можно заниматься йогой по утрам :) Пляж — через дорогу. Завтраки вкусные и достаточно разнообразные.

Я сильно ударил палец (думал, что сломал, но нет) во время завтрака — из-за того, что не посмотрел под ноги, когда шёл в туалет: спешил на экскурсию. По какой-то причине они не убрали небольшой выступ на входе в туалет, хотя на входе в ресторан для таких же выступов сделаны поддоны. В общем, смотрите под ноги :)

Sehr gute Lage. Wir hatten eine Wohnung in der Residenz, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber, alles super ausgestattet, sogar die Küche. Personal sehr freundlich. Direkten Zugang zur belebte Straße via Residentenausgang. Strand gerade gegenüber der Strasse. Mehrere 7/11 in der Nähe und unzählige Restaurants. Trotz Trubel war die Residenz und die ganze Anlage doch ruhig

me encanto en bufet, muy variado y muy rico todo, es un placer bajar a desayunar, la piscina central es bastante grande, limpia y bonita, el entorno es bien cuidado y tiene salida directa al mar. Esta bien situado en paseo marítimo muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca, buen ambiente.

El mar estaba turbio y me gusto mucho, buena temperatura

We bought boat trip tickets from the guy in the hotel, only to find out they were twice as expensive as the stalls on the street. We felt pretty bad.

Micul dejun a fost foarte variat, acoperind bucataria locala si internationala, si de buna calitate. Locatia este excelenta, in vecinatatea plajii, inconjurata de restaurante, baruri si cafenele. Domeniul proprietatii este fabulos, cu multa verdeata, vegetatie luxurianta si multe detalii care fac diferenta

Un aparat de aer conditionat in suferinta, de la un bungalow alaturat, facea un zgomot destul de deranjant.

Service war toll, Zimmerreinigung täglich, die gesamte Anlage ist schön und sehr Zentral, war super. Die Lage ist super, alles direkt und einfach zu finden, Essen, Shopping, Strand. Ein 7/11 ist auch sehr nah, gibt mehrere 😄 War zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel, würde es weiter empfehlen.

Verbesserungsvorschlag: Auf den Balkonen wäre es super wenn es Kissen zum sitzen hat.. die Bank ohne Auflage ist sehr unangenehm zum sitzen. Die Betten sind auch sehr Hart, bessere (weichere Kissen) wären hilfreich.

The hotel features abundant greenery, a large resort area and exquisite interior decoration. The rooftop villa with a private swimming pool offers a unique and memorable experience.

However, we suffered a serious water supply failure for one and a half days during our stay. On hot days, we were forced to take showers in a distant room with no air conditioning, far away from our villa. The hotel took no initiative to offer any compensation. Only after negotiating with the manager did we get the permission for a late check-out until 4 p.m. the next day. Regrettably, the hotel made another mistake by recording our check-out time as 2 p.m. Meanwhile, the water supply issue remained unresolved, with yellow and poor-quality tap water. Our request for a formal in-person apology from the manager was repeatedly ignored.

Everything about this place is amazing. Facilities are modern, spacious and clean. Breakfast was high quality (I love that they served iced Thai tea!) Pool is amazing and staff are friendly Great great location

Nothing Wish I could have stayed longer

The staff were very kind and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a very good variety and high quality. The location is also very convenient and makes it easy to enjoy the area.

The only downside was the swimming pool schedule, which was too limited. It closes at 7 pm, and that is actually one of the best times of day to enjoy the pool because of the heat.
