Pool area is tiny and almost impossible to get a lounger. The tiles around the pool itself were dirty and the water very murky. The noise from the street every night was always wakening us up. It was like local bin Lorrie’s around midnight? Quite disturbing a times.

Chambre au 7e et dernier étage. Très bien insonorisée, on n'entendait pas la musique qui provenait du couloir. La chambre était spacieuse et moderne. L'hôtel est très bien situé, tout était à 10 min à pied.

La piscine était un peu petite. C'est plutôt un bassin de rafraichissement plutôt qu'une vraie piscine avec une profondeur de 0,90m à 1,15m. De plus, l'état des lieux laissait à désirés. Il y avait de la mousse verte qui circulait dans l'eau à cause de la moisissure des rebords qui étaient décollés et qui écorchait la peau par endroit. Les transat n'étaient pas nombreux et forcément souvent occupés alors qu'il y a tout un espace VIP qui existe et qui n'était jamais occupé. Le menu laissait aussi à désiré au bord de la piscine, il était identique à celui des chambres finalement.

Ottima la posizione molto vicina al centro. Molto buona e varia la colazione, compresa di frutta fresca e macchina del caffè Nespresso. Bello il rooftop ma la piscina deludente, adatta ad un appartamento privato non ad un hotel. Molto gradito l'omaggio per il giorno del compleanno.

Anche il centro fitness piuttosto scadente, macchine vecchie non ben funzionanti, non c'era nemmeno un rack esterno, carina la sbarra per trazioni sulla terrazza. Es war alles gut! Von daher kann ich die schlechten Rezensionen nicht verstehen. Sicher... das Zimmer war klein, aber ich mache doch keine Städtereise um mich im Zimmer aufzuhalten! Auch der Pool auf dem Dach ist eher zum erfrischen gedacht. Aber auch hier.... Badeurlaub buche ich nicht in der Stadt! Und ja.... der Frühstücksraum hat keine Fenster. Dafür war das Essen gut! Also.... es gibt für mich nichts zu meckern. Perfekt für eine Städtetour!

Central clean and comfortable

Booked for the roof top pool but it was so small and busy we were unable to use it

La piscina sul terrazzo con vista sui tetti della città, ci ha consentito di vivere dei momenti di autentico relax a fine giornata (volendo anche sorseggiando un cocktail a bordo piscina o al bar adiacente). La colazione con cibo di qualità e tanta frutta fresca. Lo staff sempre disponibile e sorridente. Ci è stata consegnata la stanza in anticipo (una bella fortuna!) permettendoci di ottimizzare i tempi e goderci i primi giri in città in libertà. La posizione ottima: in 5 minuti a piedi si è in centro. In 10 minuti alla stazione centrale dei treni (treno usato sia per arrivare comodamente in aeroporto e anche per la gita al Caminito del Rey).

In piscina talvolta non si trovavano lettini liberi fino al tardo pomeriggio.. che però alla fine era il momento migliore della giornata 😊

Svimmingpoolen er mere beskidt end tidligere. Vandet er urent og fliser under kanten er meget beskidte. VIP område børe åbnes for alle. Der er meget ventetid for liggestole, mens der i VIP område er meget god plads. Gæster bliver irriteret og utilfredse over at vente i lang tid. Vh Peter

Modern rooms, friendly bar staff

The air conditioning did not cool the room properly at all, which made the room uncomfortable, particularly at night. It also makes a jarring loud intermittent noise which wakes you 3/4 times in the night. If you are booking this hotel specifically to use the pool, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The pool is very small for the size of the hotel, and there were virtually never any sun beds available. The pool water also appeared very dirty and, during our stay, gave the impression that it was not being cleaned regularly. The sun bed situation seems particularly frustrating because there is a VIP area taking up valuable poolside space, despite the prices being so high that it appeared to be largely unused. Removing or reducing this area would provide considerably more space for paying hotel guests and could go a long way towards solving the problem.

The location was great and the majority of the staff were very welcoming (particularly the receptionists) however I did have a couple of less positive experiences with the staff by the pool. The bar was a lovely atmosphere and overall we did enjoy our stay.

The staff around the pool could have been friendlier, it seemed some rules applied to some people with the sunbeds and different rules for others. Ie, I could not reserve a bed for one minute, however some people were able to reserve their beds and go and eat lunch in the restaurant. The pool area was smaller than expected as from the pictures online I could not tell that most of the rooftop area was actually for vips only. This made it quite cramped when there vip area was often empty. The room was clean, however very small for the price we paid.

We sliepen aan de achterzijde van het hotel en dat uitzicht was echt niet fraai! Tegelijkertijd hadden we daardoor geen last van de drukke straat aan de voorkant en ach, hoeveel tijd breng je nou feitelijk door op je kamer denk ik dan :-)

På et så stort hotell med takterasse så må det være flere solsenger tilgjengelig slik at det er mulighet til å slappe av på basseng kanten. Bassenget er også veldig lite. Med så lie uteplass så burde VIP området vært åpnet opp for alle gjester.

Emplacement parfait, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner super bon et varié puis le rooftop bar était vraiment le gros plus de l’hôtel qui le rend génial. Bière coucher de soleil sur le toit est une fin de journée incroyable.

The sunbed situation on roof terrace area. We only tried to use this twice during our stay. Guests were reserving beds with towels and leaving them for 2-3hrs without using stopping other guests who just wanted an hour at the pool, from using them. Huge VIP area with additional beds never used during our stay- hotel should look at incorporating that area into general use area. Location was quite good although we did come across other hotels closer to beach etc. Room was cleaned every day. spacious room and bathroom.

Smell from bathroom quite offensice. We had two rooms booked one was quite small. Views from both was poor. Pool was tiny and shortage of sun beds. Not much atmospehere in bar.

Świetna lokalizacja, przyjemne pokoje, bardzo uprzejma obsługa, pyszne śniadania dość urozmaicone, przyjemne miejsce do relaksu na dachu, na basen trzeba iść zaraz o 10, żeby mieć miejsce na leżaku.

Pool was dirty, drunk people messing at the pool splashing everyone near. Overtop shower head needs to be cleaned. Handheld shower water flow was unpredictable.

For a hen party they provided everyone with the same floor for rooms and also provided the Bride with complementary drinks as a surprise to her room, which was really nice of them. Great location for short walks to centre of the city.

Staff per niente flessibile, abbiamo fatto colazione il primo giorno e il personale si è dimostrato scortese, pressandoci sul pagamento immediato e poi negandoci il caffè nespresso, poiché era passato un minuto (senza scherzo) dalla fine dell’orario previsto per la colazione (ci siamo dovuti bere una brodaglia spacciata per caffè)! Inoltre abbiamo segnalato subito il primo giorno la presenza di una ragnatela in camera(mai rimossa) e il box doccia pericolante e anche quello mai riparato. La camera era molto piccola. Il tutto per una cifra assurda, 300 euro a notte senza colazione e neanche possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto!

Lovely hotel very clean and spacious room with lovely comfortable beds. Cleaned daily and towels changed, excellent housekeeping services. Staff friendly, Roof Top Bar area really nice with reasonably priced drinks and food. Pool is small with minimum amount of beds, was busy when we stayed however we managed to get 2 beds daily. No canopies at pool so if you like shade it’s not ideal, particularly in 33c heat!

Our room was directly opposite lift so tended to be noisy with guests coming and going late at night. Kids in pool splashing and playing games not ideal when pool so small, would be nicer if Adults only with it being more like a plunging pool.

Piscina praticamente inutile, a parte la grandezza ma mai riusciti a trovare un posto intorno (era comunque agosto). L'orario delle pulizie dipende dal tuo piano, un giorno sono arrivati alle 16.

De locatie is super. Wij waren met de auto en konden makkelijk parkeren. Vanaf het hotel loop je zo de stad in. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Het zwembad op het dak is klein en er zijn weinig plekken. Veel mensen gaan gelijk bij opening hun handdoek neerleggen en gaan dan ontbijten

Modern, Clean, Excellent location. Views from rooftop were great. The beds were always taken by the pool but we managed to get a bed in the late afternoon after 10/15 minutes waiting at the bar.

VIP area is a waste as always empty and would be a great space for all guests on the rooftop.

Es gab keine Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Zimmer waren recht lieblos eingerichtet.

Værelserne var meget lydt, man kunne høre alt hvad der foregik på gangen udenfor ens værelse, samt alt der foregik på gaden nedenfor. Dørene på værelset var helt ufatteligt knirkende, faktisk i sådan en grad at det vækker en, skulle nogen på toilet eller andet om natten. Deres pool var så lille, at mængden af mennesker omkring den gjorde at man ikke kunne få plads i den.

Vi åt inte på hotellet då vi en av nätterna checkade ut innan frukosten öppnade.

Fanns inte tvål vid handfatet, ingen toalettborste och inte heller något skohorn tyvärr på rummet. Städpersonalen knackade även på vid två olika tillfällen innan 09:00 på rummet för städning. Vi fick även bara en vattenflaska fast vi bodde två vuxna och ett barn.

Good sized room. Very large bathroom with both bath and shower. Comfortable bed. Curtains shaded light well and quiet despite being onto busy road. Nice roof terrace bar/ restaurant. Excellent flamenco guitar show one night.

Location was fine- about 14 mins from central station and cathedral. Might have preferred somewhere closer but rooms might have been smaller.

Boltok, éttermek, sétáló utca és a nevezetességek is nagyon közel vannak gyalog is pár percen belül. Strand kb. 30 perc gyalog, viszont észre sem lehet venni, mert a sétáló utcán és nevezetességeken keresztül jutunk oda. Tető teraszon jó a kilátás és hangulatos a bár és étterem. Medence kicsi, sokan nem férnek bele, úszni pár hoszt lehet benne, inkább felnőtteknek való, hűsítőnek. Gyerekek lába leér, egyik vége 90 cm, másik vége 130 cm mély. Gyerekeknek kevésbé élvezetes. Szoba átvételbe nagyon rugalmasak voltak, délelőtt megkaptuk kb. 3 órával előbb. Egymáshoz közeli szobákat adtak kérésünkre. Személyzet nagyon kedves. Ajánlom mindenkinek.

I stayed at the Sallés hotel for a week in July & wanted to write a review because we loved the hotel so much. The location was ideal - around 5 minute walk into the main square, 15-20 minutes to the bus / train station and the large shopping mall. The rooms were large, extremely comfortable & cleaned every day. The rooftop bar & pool really made the holiday because it was so nice to be able to chill out there after a busy day sightseeing. The pool is fairly small & difficult to get a sun bed but we were happy sitting next to the pool or at the bar. All of the staff in the hotel were lovely. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Breakfast was very good and plenty choice and quite a chilled dining room and not as frantic as some hotels are! Location- is excellent for exploring the old town and other places so would recommend. Room - we were sure we had booked a balcony room, but when we arrived our triple room did not have a balcony, so we queried with reception - the Salles reception staff were fantastic! they could see our 93 yr old mother was very disappointed with the no balcony room so they moved us for no charge.

The pool area is lovely with great views, but just not big enough for the residents wanting to use it, it is so busy and lack of sunbeds and no umbrellas in the baking heat is an issue. We went up at 10am one morning when the pool area is meant to open to find all beds taken, so not great! We ended up buying our own umbrellas which in July heats of 37-39 degrees was an absolute need!!!!!
