The shower was extremely small and would have benefited from a hand held shower attachment.

My Mother dreamed to go to Venice and never did, her apt # was same as my room # in Venice, pure coincidenc, AMEN!

Tren ile gelecekler için istasyona yarım saat yürüme mesafesinde. Yol boyu çok sayıda köprü ve merdivenler var. Ağır valiziniz varsa bunu bilerek gelmenizi öneririm.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Hotel muy bonito. Con una decoración clásica y hermosa, bien cuidada y acorde con la ciudad de Venecia. Todo muy limpio y bien mantenido. Personal muy atento y simpático. El desayuno espectacular y muy variado. La ubicación fantástica, muy cerca de la plaza de San Marcos y de las paradas de vaporetto. Es totalmente recomendable.
Lo único podría ser que no hay ascensor pero el personal te ayuda a subir las maletas.

The hotel is a little tired and could do with updating. The staff weren't particularly cheery or friendly (but it was a very hot day and they seemed busy).

The shower is quite small, and we weren't particularly keen on the fixed rain shower head, but that's just a matter of personal preference.

We arrived at midday, after dragging two suitcases through the narrow Venice streets, and we were able to check in straight away which we didn't expect, and was a real bonus. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, meaning we were often able to pop back if needed as it is so close to Doge's palace and all the central sights. The staff were really helpful and friendly, breakfast was incredible - such a lot of choice and really varied, and we also had the cicchetti included in our rate, which were crusty bread served with either meats or fish, which were really tasty, and we enjoyed sitting in the hotel bar and relaxing in the evening with our Venetian tapas!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Отель находится в прекрасном месте — совсем недалеко от площади Сан-Марко и рядом с театром. Очень удобно для знакомства с Венецией, практически всё можно обойти пешком. Номер был небольшим, но очень уютным и хорошо организованным — всё необходимое в нём было. Особенно хочется отметить идеальную чистоту. Я жила на самом верхнем этаже и переживала из-за напора воды, но всё было отлично. Кондиционер также работал прекрасно, что особенно важно в августовскую жару. Отдельно хочу отметить завтрак — он действительно очень хороший и разнообразный. Каждый день был немного другой выбор, поэтому завтраки совершенно не надоедали. Персонал очень приветливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Большой плюс — после выезда можно оставить багаж в отеле, что очень удобно, если поезд вечером. Я осталась очень довольна пребыванием и обязательно вернусь в этот отель в следующий приезд в Венецию. Рекомендую!

La limpieza es justa. Si dejas las toallas en el suelo para que te las cambien te las vuelven a dejar encima del wc mojadas. Si se te acaba el gel, búscate la vida y que no se te ocurra subir a desayunar en pleno agosto a 35 grados en tirantes porque te dicen que no puedes estar desayunando así (comedor vacío) a las empleadas les supo mal y le trataron súper bien, la dueña del hotel se cree que tiene un hotel de 5 estrellas, que se preocupe de otras cosas que tiene cosas que mejorar, como por ejemplo el desayuno que es todo bollería industrial

Dão nos 4 mini fatias de pão com um patê ou fiambre sem a mínima qualidade e tem que ser com marcação entre as 17h e as 19h ,,parecemos uns pobre coitados que estamos a pedir por favor para nos matarem a fome com um bocadinho de pão... Ainda paguei 12€ por duas garrafinhas de coca cola para acompanhar o dito pão ,que ainda tentei provar no primeiro dia, depois mandei os comer eles o pão, não fui 5 dias para Veneza para passar miséria... O mini quarto com uma mini cama de casal é uma miséria de tão deprimente e triste ... Enfim, não volto a esse albergue nunca mais

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr zentral und das Zimmer war sehr gross mit Blick vom Fenster aus auf den Kanal. Die Rezeption war rund um die Uhr besetzt.
Das Frühstück ist überschaubar und beim "Apero/Abendessen" gibt es null Flexibilität. Es gibt Bruschetta mit Schinken oder mit Fisch und man muss sich für eines entscheiden und kann keinen Mix haben (aus Schinken und Fisch). Zudem gibt es keine vegetarische Variante mit Antipasti oder so. Etwas schwach für Italien.

La gentilezza del personale, la ricca colazione e la pulizia sono altri punti a favore. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato ottimo. Essendo un palazzo storico non c è ascensore e per salire ci sono scale un po" ripide, lo sapevamo e non è stato un problema.

They have a wonderful breakfast spread and a great appetizer hour if you select that option when you book. Anyone wanting a unique Venetian experience should book here. My group were all women and we all felt safe and taken care of. There are stairs but the staff took care off all of our bags. The room was a bit small but 100% worth the stay. The hotel is also clean. Again, can’t emphasize enough how kind all the staff were. Fantastic!!

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026What disappointed us was that we asked the receptionist to book a water taxi for us. She said she would message them on WhatsApp, but then we never heard anything back. It felt like she wasn’t really willing to help us arrange the taxi. Later, when we returned to the hotel shortly before check-out, another receptionist told us that it wasn’t possible because the water level was too high. Couldn’t someone have informed us about this earlier so we could have looked for other transportation options?

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Points positifs, le petit déjeuner très copieux, la très grande gentillesse du personnel de la salle à manger et la disponibilité de l'accueil (nous n'avons pas chercher à changer de chambre ni n'avons rouspété sur l'étroitesse de la chambre). Lit confortable, chambre silencieuse quand la climatisation s'éteint. Très bon emplacement, proche de la place Saint-Marc et du Grand Canal. Le prix était de fait raisonnable pour un mois de juin, 1216€ pour 6 nuits pour 2, petit-déjeuner et taxes de séjour compris.
Chambre "double économique", au troisième étage, minuscule de 10-11 m2 maximum, alors que sur Booking cette chambre est annoncée comme faisant 15 m2. La pièce sur le plan d'évacuation incendie du couloir figure sous le vocable "spogliatoio", c'est à dire "vestiaire ou débarras" ! Si on ajoute le petit couloir et l'étroite salle de bain (douche + bidet + WC + lavabo), on doit effectivement être à 15 m2... Pièce sous les toits avec climatisation pas très silencieuse. Voilà pour les points négatifs.

Kambaryje nebuvo arbatinuko. Kadangi ne tik ilsėjausi, bet ir dirbau, būtų buvę patogu dirbant gurkšnoti kavą. Ne visą laiką turėjau laiko ištrūkti iš kambario ir išgerti kavos.

But the actual hotel was nice. The room had a table for your stuff. the bed was comfortable. The AC was very nice and worked well. They had ample outlets
The shower was small so be aware. It’s standing the doors close very close to where you are standing. If you are a taller or bigger person, it may be very difficult.
