Two nights stay, wished we had more Dishwashing tablets.

The location and the value for money

The parking was tight but we just aren’t used to having a car in Auckland central!

Location was close to everything in CBD. Affordable and two rooms.

Very noisey. Windows are not airtight. Hand basin didn’t drain easily.

Noise in the hallway Parking is an issue, you have to park your car in the street to get your card from the hotel to park in the paid car park. then you have to use the card to get your car out of the car park, then try and park in the street to take the card back into the hotel Bad service system

Very good location, nice and clean room, views from the room were amazing! The staff were really friendly and co-operative in finding items we had left behind which is really great and thankful overall stay was really good would recommend and definitely coming back next time

Only supplied 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 washing machine and dishwasher sachet. We were booked in for 7 nights and had to continuously go down to reception and ask for more as only give 1 roll at a time.

Premier Séjour (20ème étage) : Superbe appartement et agencement - Vue sur le Port. Grand espace vie. Très propre, très cosy. Pression dans la douche. Place de parking sécurisée à définir selon taille du véhicule. Personnel superbe. Deuxième séjour (28ème étage) : Bon appartement, mais agencement moyen - Vue sur le Port. Très propre, très cosy. Partie balcon correcte et appréciable. Place de parking sécurisée à définir selon taille du véhicule. Personnel superbe.

Premier Séjour (20ème étage) : Agencement des toilettes face à la baignoire - Difficilement utilisable pour des personnes de grande taille comme moi. Très petit balcon. Deuxième séjour (28ème étage) : Agencement moyen. Espace vie réduit, la cuisine n'étant pas ouverte sur le séjour comme pour le premier. Du coup impossibilité de pouvoir regarder la TV en Famille, cette dernière étant totalement excentrée. Agencement des toilettes face à la baignoire - Difficilement utilisable pour des personnes de grande taille comme moi. Pas beaucoup de pression dans la douche. Très petit balcon.

The view exceeded expectation, well worth the price for that alone!

Great location and we were very high up on 37th floor so excellent view of Sky tower and Auckland Harbor. Beds were very comfy. Staff very friendly, helpful and obliging. We booked a car park for $50 and staff allowed us to leave our car there after check out for 2 hours so we could have breakfast and a wander in town which was GREATLY appreciated!

If you are afraid of heights or get vertigo, I'd ask for a much lower down apartment- but the view up high is excellent! Shower and gap around toilet is quite narrow-so a larger person might be a bit uncomfortable.

Great stay once again! We stayed here for a second time and were very happy with our experience again. Everything was clean, comfortable and exactly as expected. Friendly staff and a great location.

We were on the top floor, which had beautiful views of the harbour and city! The provision of washing liquid/powder for the dish and clothes washers was very thoughtful!

The wind whistled through the building, which alarmed some in our party.

Kitchen cabinets are showing their age. The biggest issue is the half-constructed abandoned building right next to it which obscured part of the view. It's such an eyesore

24 hour desk for my late arrival. Room clean and quiet.

Portable Aircon unit in the room, with pipe hanging out the window is a bit naff. And the kitchen cupboards were hanging on their hinges a bit.

Excellent location and beautiful harbour views! We had a wonderful stay at Auckland Harbour Suites. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Auckland, making it very easy to explore the city and get around. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the sea and harbour view from our room was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to that view was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! The staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend Auckland Harbour Suites and would happily stay here again!

The location was prefect for access to the CBD with coffee shops, retail and other shopping in walking distance. Also easy to access the hop on/off bus with a stop just around the corner. Washing machine and drier was a helpful addition.

There was an awful smell in the corridor that lasted all day - stomach turning in fact. Possibly from guests cooking as there are kitchenettes in the rooms. Room was tired and looked as though it could do with a facelift. Bathroom door and frame needed to be wiped.

It was very convenient to everything and very comfortable 🤗

What I didn’t like is that the private parking money and bond should’ve been included in the pricing in the final bill so it makes things easier when you go to check in and pick up keys.

Great location, friendly staff and we were happy with the view on level 26 balcony for the two bedroom apartment. It is a bonus to have reception staff available for anything you need and we appreciated them letting us store our luggage prior to check in.

Very close to everything

Very well maintained room with spectacular views over Auckland Harbour and surrounds. The room wasn't brand new but everything was suberbly cleaned and cared for. Kitchen inclusions (kettle, microwave, plates, cutlery, pots and pans etc) were ideal and everything worked well. The bed was hands down one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. One of the best value for money stays I have ever had whilst travelling and will most certainly recommend and return.

Only two little things - the toilet had some flush issues but just needed a little time to work out and the walls were paper thin meaning a rowdy bunch nearby could be heard very clearly on the last night (but didn't really worry me except for the door slamming).

Location, space and convenience.

The Bathroom was very awkward in the set up and could pose a problem for those with less mobility. The toilet faced the bath and the space between was very tight and that's where you stepped in and out of the bath. Staff were not so friendly and we took a wrong door and could not return as we had handed in a key card and the staff member who came when i called was very suspicious of us and how we got there and who were we, we both had suitcases and I had just been to reception so found this confronting behaviour quite un-needed.

nous avions une belle vue sur la sky tower. c'est la 2ème fois que nous y séjournons, la 1ère fois, c'etait super,

notre 2ème séjour, pour cette fois ci, le seul point négatif, le samedi soir on entendait bien les gens dans les rues faire la fete, on entendait également les courses de voiture, et les sirènes des gendarmes, c'etait assez bruyant.

Clean and comfortable Great staff - very helpful. Perfectly located for everything. - shopping, food and travel. Sufficient heating available.

Room comes with cooking utensils and equipment. But the Frying pan is too big for any hob. Curved bottom so doesn't touch the electric hob to heat. Waste of electricity and required lot of energy to make simple eggs. Bathroom doors get stuck a bit. Nothing bad but be aware that this might happen. The locks are old. Our room came with a shower over bath. While it's not bad, still was a healthy and safety hazard for the mobility impared guests. Hand rail available for safety but still be aware. Absolutely safety concern with the Microwave. It's placed too high. If heating liquids, likely to spill when taking out especially for short people. Rollaway bed uncomfortable. Meant for kids but still Not recommended.
