The tram outside too noisy

Breakfast was excellent, good selection of food and great quality. The Hotel is a 10 Minute walk to the Milan Train Station and not far from all sites, definitely walkable or a short Taxi ride.

Bathroom was very small, shower tiny. Noisy road below.

The hotel definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The breakfast staff was incredibly helpful, especially a wonderful lady whose name I unfortunately forgot

However, my experience was ruined by the receptionist, who used foul language. I overheard him swearing twice in a single day. When I confronted him about it, he was clearly embarrassed to realize that I understand Italian

It was a great location fir getting around.

メトロの駅からのアクセスが良い。 フロントスタッフ、ハウスキーピーング、レストランスタッフ、みなフレンドリーで親切。 種類が多い訳ではないが、朝食のクオリティがよい。

過去の口コミにもあった通り、バスタブの排水の流れは非常に悪く残念。

Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und insgesamt komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstück in der angrenzenden Bar Clothilde ist ausreichend. Jeder kann etwas nach seinem Geschmack finden. Die digitale Technik bei der Nutzung des Fahrstuhls oder als Zimmerschlüssel gewährleistet Sicherheit. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreicht man bequem.

Trotz vieler moderner Aspekte fehlt eine behindertengerechte Ausstattung oder wir haben sie übersehen. Wenn man beispielsweise aus dem Fahrstuhl kommt, muss man bis zum eigentlichen Ausgang noch ein paar Stufen überwinden.

Hotel Windsor ligger bra till från centralstationen och station Garibaldi. Nära till olika spårvagnslinjer för att ta sig runt i stan. Väldig bra och generös frukost . Öppnar för frukost kl 0700 - 10:30 . Endast ett negativt att säga , rummen mot gatan störs av trafik , blåljus mm .

Buon hotel, ho apprezzato le camere moderne e il letto estremamente largo e spazioso. La colazione era buona. La posizione è interessante se non si vuole essere centrali. Per il mio viaggio di lavoro è stata utile perché vicina alla ferma di porta garibaldi da cui ho potuto spostarmi in treno.

Ho trovato il bagno molto striminzito (soprattutto la doccia).

Staff were great. Room was on the small side, beakfast was wonderful, alot to choose from. A bit far from main city centre.

The breakfast food (eggs, bacon etc) was always a bit cold even on the days we were the first to eat. The breakfast could be improved. Very noisy with all the street sounds coming through the windows.

Kis mérete miatt igazán kellemes a környezet, nem volt zsúfolt. A reggeli is finom volt, tökéletes a hely hangulatához. Minden tömegközlekedés gyorsan elérhető.

Negatívum nem volt, de 1-2 napot megszálló vendégnél szerintem nem kellene törölközőt cserélni, védjük egy kicsit a környezetet.

Tesisin giriş kapısının önüne arabamı akşam park ettim sabah 9 gibi arabaya gittiğimde otele bakan arka kelebek camı nın kırılıp arabayı hırsızların açtığını gördüm. Arabada değerli sadece güneş gözlüğüm vardı onu çalmışlar fakat çok rahatsız olduk . Resepsiyondaki ilgili ile konuştum otel personeli eğer 24 saat resepsiyonda duruyorsa araba otelin hemen 5 metre önünde. Aranın alarmını nasıl duymadılar … sabah arabayı gördüğümde arka koltuk cam kırıkları içerisindeydi . Otelden bir yetkili dışarı gelip bakmadı… aklımda bir sürü olumsuz sorularla otelden ayrıldım …

Great hotel in a good location in Milan, close to public transport. The staff was very friendly and we were even able to check in early. Breakfast was great with a big variety of options. Would stay here again!

It is a good place to stay in Milan if you need to be close to the city centre, and a walking distance to Milano Centrale. Overall everything is good and the staff is pollute and helpful. The breakfast was good enough, though omelette and meat was quite bland, and the fruit was watery.

The facilities are quite outdated and in the need of major refurbishment, which is not likely to happen as the hotel is fully booked for most days. The shower sometimes had lukewarm water, which was probably related to heater limits. They also do not allow to open windows, so the air gets quite stuffy for the second day.

Location is great if you have day trips planned (close to bus and train stations) and also to see Milan (tram stop just outside). Breakfast was great and you could have any coffee you like freshly made.

The shower was TINY. Although the bathroom was spacious, the shower was cramped in a corner making it difficult even to wash comfortably.

Super Lage. Direkt an der Metro. Das Restaurant oder Café im Hotel ist super! Das Frühstück Wahnsinn! Echt toll!

Hotel un peu bruyant de part la proximité du tramway

La habitación era muy amplia, nueva, y en general muy acogedora. La cama muy grande y cómoda, con muchos almohadones, el cuarto de baño tenía videt y la pantalla de la televisión era grande.. El.personal muy amable y existe la posibilidad de que te preparen el.desayuno si vas a salir antes de las 7:30. La ubicación excelente, a diez minutos a pie de la Stazione Centrale y con una parada de metro a unos 2 minutos también a pie. El.desayuno también esta bien, con piezas enteras de fruta, en muchos hotelles o hay macedonia o fruta en almíbar. Sin duda volveré a alojarme en este hotel si vuelvo a Milán

Que si usabas la manguera de la ducha caían gotas por la alcachofa de arriba, que no estaba muy nueva, pero como tienen gorrito de plástico tampoco fue un gran problema.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Windsor Hotel Milano. I arrived two hours early, but I was kindly allowed to check in early. The breakfast was really good, and the location is excellent. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful.

There was almost a continuous knocking in our wall throughout our stay every 2 minutes, 5 knocks in a row. I think it was air trapped in the water pipes. Everything else was lovely! Passages for rooms a little sterile.

De Parking waar ze mee samenwerken kost €40.- per dag. Vage parking waar de autosleutel ook achter moet blijven. Hier dus niet geparkeerd. Aan de overkant van de straat betaal je €26.- per dag in de garage. Deze wordt 24 uur per dag bewaakt.

The location is good, and the staff is very friendly and polite. The bed was comfortable. Free soft drinks in the fridge, like cola, tonic and cold water.

The room was very old, with no soap or bathroom kit. Outside is a tram stop, and because of bad sound insulation, you can hear everything that is happening outside and in other rooms.

夏の旅行で部屋に着いて快適温度になっていて有り難かったです。冷蔵庫には水と炭酸水にジュースが無料で有りました。バスタブとシャワーが別立てであって良かったのですが、残念な事にシャワーの方はお湯が出なかったです。朝食はインスタ映えするような朝食でパンやケーキぽいパン類が沢山あって朝から贅沢気分でした。コーヒー類は本格的なもので美味しかったです。ホテルの前がトラムの駅なので観光に市内巡りに使うにはとってもいいと思います。夏でなければ徒歩25分ぐらいで教会や美術館など見て回れるので立地はいいと思います。

シャワーのお湯が出なかった事と道のトラムの音が聞こえて残念でした。トラムは夜の12時を過ぎても動いているので結構気になりました。朝食のレストランが夜は営業していなくて残念でした。

Super hotel w świetnej lokalizacji . Doskonała baza wypadowa . Dosłownie 10-15 minut od Milano center. Pokój czyściutki, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki i uzupełniany mini bar . Bardzo dobre śniadania. Obsługa miła i pomocna . Pokój był gotowy ,więc dostaliśmy klucze jeszcze przed rozpoczęciem doby hotelowej . Wszystko na tak !

Good location, bed size and clean

Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by a constant foul odor in the room, particularly during the night. Front desk staff brushed it off as 'normal' and said changing rooms wouldn't help. Overall service was hit-or-miss: some staff were pleasant, but others seemed indifferent.

Ligging in fijne wijk en makkelijk naar de stad te komen en het ontbijt was geweldig! Aardig personeel, taxi voor ons geregeld en we konden zelfs eerder inchecken want de kamer was al klaar.

‘To go ontbijt’ hebben we 1 ochtend gehad, omdat we vroeg weg moesten. Dat viel beetje tegen. Juist omdat ze zoveel verse dingen hadden bij het ‘echte’ ontbijt. Douche was wat krap maar heerlijk warm.

Das nahe an den benötigten Straßenbahnhaltestellen gelegene Hotel bietet ein großes. gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ferner findet man ein reichhaltiges, aber u.a. bezüglich der Brotsorten und des Aufschnitts noch verbesserungsfähiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Die Zimmer liegen direkt an einer weitgehend auch nachts genutzten Straßenbahnlinie und sind deshalb ein wenig laut. Ferner bietet der Fernseher zahllose italienische Programme, aber kein deutsches.

Excelente localização em Monte Santo com eléctricos a circundar o centro até Navigli. O 9 pela esquerda o 10 pela direita. O Duomo à distancia de 15 minutos caminhando. Empregados muito simpáticos Excelente pequeno almoço. Serviços de manutenção na hora. Águas e sumos gratuitos com reposição diária, sem necessidade de qq pedido.

This was my fourth stay at this hotel, and I would definitely come back again. It is very well located, about a 10-minute walk from the Central Station and around 25 minutes from the Duomo. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, and everything is super clean. Breakfast is also very good, with a wide and diverse selection. I also had dinner twice at Clotilde Bistrot and really enjoyed it. The food was very tasty and definitely worth trying. But what I appreciate most are the people. Everyone I have met has been genuinely kind, supportive and quick to help, always finding a solution for everything. And it’s not just one or two people – this has been my experience with the entire team, across all my stays. So, a big thank you to all of you for making each stay such a pleasant one! I will certainly be back.
