Very good breakfast and good to have near train station but with drawback

Arbeiten an der Fassade bis 5.00 Uhr morgens. Man hatte die beiden Reklameschilder nachts abgeflext und 2 Kräne waren direkt vor dem Fenster. ein Höllenlärm! An schlafen war nicht zu denken. Auf die Frage an der Rezeption beim einchecken was hier passiert, war die Reaktion nur ein Schulterzucken. Man hätte vorab informiert werden können, dass Bauarbeiten direkt an der Fassade sein werden. Frühstück im Keller Fleckiges Bettlaken

Personale molto accogliente, la camera era grande spaziosa e molto pulito, anche per la collazione sia che i dolci e salati eranno molto buoni e la posizione molto collegato ai bus e metro. Mi ha piaciuto moltissimo

Lo unico che non mi ha piaciuto e che la camera che ha toccato a me nel bagno non c'era una finestra.

Diciamo che la struttura e cosi' cosi' per un 4 stelle le camere sono da rivedere per quanto riguarda la mia che ho preso un matrimoniale superior 1 le luci della testata letto non funzionavano dovevo alzarmi ogni volta e andare alla porta d'ingresso per accendere.. il condizionatore non funzionava benissimo 3 dal bagno usciva un brutto odore sopratutto dalla doccia..

il check out era molto presto e sebbene avessi la colazione inclusa e abbia chiesto il giorno precedente di avere qualcosa per il viaggio mi è stato risposto che non era possibile. Credo che un 4* debba prevedere un piccolo sacchetto, se non lo vogliono fare a tutti almeno a chi chiede

La stanza era pulita nonostante la prenotazione dell'ultimo momento, l'aria condizionata ben funzionante, la doccia comoda per fare la doccia con entrambi i bambini, the in camera disponibile, finestra sul patio interno, la colazione del mattino varia con dolce e salato

Avessimo avuto una mezz'oretta in più per fare colazione lo avrei gradito

La ubicación, a 5 min andando de la estación central es ideal ir a otros puntos de Italia.

El edificio es muy antiguo. Bajar por las escaleras es viajar a los años 80 donde no han limpiado esa escalera o ascensor del edificio en 40 años. Muy muy muy dejado el edificio.

Surroundings

We were very pleased with the service and the overall hospitality. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We asked for a quieter room and they immediately assisted us and found a suitable solution. We also had an unexpected issue during our stay, and the staff were there whenever we needed them, always responsive and willing to help. Every member of the team was genuinely kind and professional, and we would highly recommend the property for its excellent service. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options.

The location is probably the only drawback. The surrounding area can feel quite busy and there are several street vendors nearby, so it may not be the most appealing part of Naples at first impression. However, despite the atmosphere of the area, we never felt unsafe at any point during our stay.

Mieliśmy pokój z wanną. Bylismy super zadowoleni. Pokój dokładnei taki jak na zdjeciu. Duży, narozny, cichy z klimatyzacją. Łóżka duże, wygodne. Lazienka tez przestronna, miała wszystko co było potrzebne na wyjeździe. W przedpokoju również cos w rodzaju szafy na ubrania z dużą ilością wieszaków. Śniadanie było okej, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Nie były to najwyższej jakości rzeczy ale żeby coś zjeść przed zwiedzaniem wystarczające.

Wydaje nam sie że pomimo sprzątania nasz pokój nei zawsze był w 100% czysty. Znaleźliśmy np na srodku pokoju duży kłak czarnych włosów (oboje jesteśmy blondynami). Minusem jest kawa na sniadaniu. Trzeba o nia poprosić Panie na kuchni, nei ma ogolnodostępnego automatu. No i niestety okolica pod samym wejsciem do hotelu też nie należy do najprzyjaźniejszych, aczkolwiek nic nam się nei stało w przeciągu całego wyjazdu.

The breakfast consisted of sweet, dry cakes mainly. The coffee never came. The staff in the kitchen was unfriendly.

Le cartier( on se croirait a Bamako), très sale, les restaurants pourris, le petit déjeuner pris dans le sous sol de l'hôtel, sans fenêtres. Pas de parking contrairement a quoi c'est marqué sur leur site.( Parking payant en face de l'hôtel, 12h-45€). Hôtel loin d'un 4 étoile.

Staff is untrained, usually never uses uniform so you don't even know who they are. Breakfast is horrible... You only eat if you go early. The surrounding area is very degraded.

Unfortunately, our stay here was very disappointing. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, as it is very close to the train station. I honestly cannot understand how this hotel is rated as a 4-star hotel on Google and Booking. The hotel is very small and outdated, the room had a constant unpleasant smell, and the window was facing the inside of the building, with no real view or fresh air. Almost everything about the stay was below our expectations. The reception staff were friendly, which was one of the few positive aspects. However, a hotel experience is not only about the inside of the room. Although there was a sign saying that guests should review the hotel itself and not the exterior, the location and the surrounding environment are also important parts of a guest’s experience. I don’t understand why guests should not be allowed to mention these aspects. During our two-night stay, there were many homeless people and some people who made us feel unsafe around the entrance of the hotel. For a hotel claiming to be 4-star, I would expect at least a cleaner and safer-looking entrance area. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Definitely not 4 stars hotel, 2 stars maybe.. Everything looks very cheap, including the breakfast, a lady at the reception has the most bored face in the whole Italy, during the breakfast I had to remind my coffee order twice and when it was brought after 15 min with a plastic spoon I gave up with that place.

Tutto, terribile per un 4 stelle. Era più grande il televisore della finestra della camera che dava su un cavedio condominiale. Lo staff delle pulizie alle 8.00 del mattino urlavano come al mercato di Napoli. Le lenzuola e la biancheria e il kit bagno inaccettabile per un 4 stelle. Non condivido foto volutamente

Sicuramente la vicinanza alla Metro e alla stazione centrale. Camera spaziosa con bagno di dimensioni proporzionate al numero degli esposti.

La colazione è da rivedere. Gli ambienti non sono adeguati al numero degli ospiti della struttura. Non avendo un corner bar, si consiglia l'installazione di un caffetteria automatica ridurebbe di gran lunga i tempi di attesa e gli errati servizi al tavolo. Non ho mai visto in un 4 stelle che gli ospiti devono prendersi il coperto (posate e tovaglioli) per fare colazione.

L'unico appunto che posso fare non mi è piaciuto la posizione del condizionatore di fronte al letto.

Breakfast was delicious and loads of variety. Location was ideal close to the central station and underground. Looks a little seedy at night but was very safe. Staff were excellent and even lent me 20 euro to pay the taxi driver to save me running back up to my room

Tutto ottimo, il personale accogliente e anche i servizi, la stanza era accogliente, ottima A.C., TV perfetta e soprattutto il frigo bar raffredda molto bene, considerando il caldo esterno.

Il primo giorno alcuni cibi dolci non erano freschi, il secondo giorno erano più freschi ma ma macchina dei cappuccini era guasta e ci hanno servito solo caffè con il latte freddo a parte. Il personale è molto disponibile.

Esperienza più che positiva! La struttura e in posizione strategica vicino alla stazione centrale. La camera superlativa! Spaziosa, pulita e perfettamente insonorizzata. Consigliatissimo!

Funcionários muito atenciosos, educados e simpáticos. Acomodação ampla, extremamente confortável. Excelente opção de localização especialmente para quem está viajando em trem, pois está a alguns passos da estação central de Napoli. Para os que forem de carro, há estacionamento público a 50 metros do hotel

The staff were incredibly kind and let us extend our stay a few hours for free.

I can’t lie, the room was not very clean, and the location was not great either. But the stay overall was really really convenient and pleasant.

What has been created within the walls of this building is truly extraordinary. The room size we used was generous. The ac was very effective in the room, decent size bathroom hthe shower size was small but usable. Good breakfast range of choices in the basement. The location was almost next door to garibaldi station, giving access across this part of Italy. Hop on hop bus stop no. 7 nearby. Plenty of dining options in nearby streets and piazzas. The reception is manned 24 hours. Good clean living. The street vendoring outside should not put you off using the hotel/suites.

È un hotel di buon livello e posizionato a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Buona la colazione e buon livello di igiene.

La struttura non rispecchia le quattro stelle che ha, assolutamente. La camera è grande ma il posto è fatiscente ed è tutto molto caotico. Mi dispiace ma questo è MASSIMO un 3 stelle

Short walking distance from Napoli Centrale Station. We got an upgrade for our room. However the wifi wasn't working properly during our stay. We asked for an iron and got one that was broken and stuck on silk option. Comfy bed and nice bathroom facilities and nice water pressure. Free toiletries but no body lotion. Breakfast was nice on our second day stay. First day, staff seemed overwhelmed and a lot of of things were missing. Room was equipped with fridge and kettle. Complimentary still and sparkling water was provided too.

Wifi was weak and breakfast on first day stay gave a bad impression.

The breakfast was not so good, but I liked the tea.

Perfect location for our purposes (day trips by train), comfy bed, big room, friendly and helpful stuff at the reception.

Sewage smell in the room and the coridors, leaky shower door, water & snacks were not refilled. Everything about the breakfast: the room in the cellar without windows, dirty tables, almost the same not tasty breakfast every day, problems with refilling when something was over. However the biggest quest was getting a cup of coffee. We stayed for 4 nights and had 4 breakfasts. Not a single time did we receive our coffee without asking for it multiple times and within meaningful time (every time we got it after we had finished eating and were about to leave). Some guests had priority and got served immefiately after sitting down.

Desde a ausência de ar condicionado, a feira que se forma em frente, o hotel sem escada de fácil acesso, só ter um elevador que só suporta 2 pessoas, o barulho.

Habitación superpequeña, sin armario porque no cabe, el baño sin jabón para las manos, solo en la ducha. En cuanto a la entrada a las habitaciones desde el descansillo no tengo palabras, desastroso, incluso para Nápoles.

My experience at Sant'Angelo Suites was absolutely unacceptable and dangerous, making it impossible for me to enjoy my vacation. While I was using the shower in my room, the sliding glass door suddenly shattered into a thousand pieces without any warning, due to poor maintenance—it was badly fitted and I was just trying to open it to get out. This caused me several cuts on my leg, hand, and left arm. The subsequent management of the situation was equally serious. The room phone was not working, so I couldn’t even contact reception in a moment of urgency and had to go out myself to seek help. Eventually, it was the cleaning staff who assisted me as best they could. The hotel provided no medical assistance, did not offer to call an ambulance, and in general, was completely unprepared to handle such a situation. Oh, but they did very kindly tell me exactly where the nearest clinic was in case I wanted to get treatment… This incident completely ruined my stay, both because of the injuries and because of the overwhelming feeling of insecurity. Beyond the correct and kind treatment from some employees (thanks especially to the attentive cleaning lady), what happened demonstrates a total lack of maintenance, absence of basic emergency protocols, and even a lack of empathy.

La atención de las chicas que nos atendieron todos los días en el desayuno, el tipo de desayuno era normal, con variedad en embutidos, comida, fruta, pasteles y cafés. Disponía de una tv de mas de 70 pulgadas en la habitación.

Nuestra habitación tenia defectos en uno de los interruptores de la luz en el cabecero de la cama, además la luz que funcionaba parpadeaba. En el aseo, la ducha tenia una mampara que habría que darle un repaso de limpieza o incluso cambiarlas por estar con mucha cal.

Muy amable el personal del hotel, el desayuno muy rico! Tenia variedad de comida. La habitacion que me toco era de buen tamaño, television muy grande y un baño comodo. Me gusto bastante dormir alli. Buena ubicacion al lado de estacion central de napoles.

De lo que depende del hotel, no encuentro nada negativo. Si pudiera decir algo es que quizas el alrededor del hotel no es tan bonito, pero la verdad pasa a segundo plano.

Hotel made up of two parts, bedroom area had little or no wi-fi connection. Limited range of food at breakfast and hot food was lukewarm at best. School groups swamp facilities especially at breakfast with it being such a small dining area. Ancient unreliable lift to higher floors. Bathroom was an inadequate size and nowhere to put anything. Photographs misleadingly impressive.

Everthing was ok, frendly staff, easy to go at airport with direct bus line and close to metro and train station.

The Hotel was perfect in the city centre. Breakfast was good The room very big with balcony side view of pjazza Caribaldi.

The parking that the Hotel suggest is a NO,NO. Hotel told me price should be 25 euros than when I got there he wanted 50 euro. Dont go to him,there is an other one 20 meters away (GARAGE H24) Pay 25 euro and no problems.

Hotel elegante, receptionist (forse è il titolare) cortesissimo e simpatico come sanno esserlo solo i napoletani.
