Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom lights were nice and bright. The eclipse curtains were very helpful.

The size of the room and the the bathroom especially the shower was EXCEPTIONAL. This literally was the best shower experience I have had in Southern California is YEARS.

The parking was very inconvenient especially after a long day at the parks. I wish that there was dedicated parking for the hotel itself since there are so many hotels in that hub. Valet parking would be even better and would have made my experience a 10.

Everything was great. We stayed for a convention in Anaheim Convention Center and it was a 20 min walk, so it was ok. Reception people were always nice and helpful.

We could hear conversations from another rooms and that is always uncomfortable. I think it was because of the locked door inside the room. As an improvement, you could add one more chair in the room and a coffee table.

The property itself was nice and inviting, close by Disneyland which made our trip pretty convenient.

Upon check i was told all rooms were sold out. My room was booked weeks prior, I was given a wheelchair accessible room because there were no other rooms available. Our room smelled like smoke and the carpet was so stained and dirty. 1st night woke up with bug bites. Receptionist was very sweet and changed our room for our second night. Our second room was exceptionally better. We got complimentary breakfast for both nights for the inconvenience which was really nice. So that made up for everything else.

Love the location and how good the hotel is.

I’ve stayed him multiple times and never had an issue. This last time we got checked in the room smelled like mold and everything felt moist. Around the door in the restroom was covered in black mold. I called the front desk and they offered to move us right away , but since it was late kids didn’t want to move. So the next morning they moved us to a different room.

Great location and very warm and welcoming staff. Housekeeping was great and will possibly use this hotel again in the future.

The a/c felt like it didn’t circulate in my room during the heatwave this past weekend and the shower head was spewing so the full amount of water didn’t come out when showering.

Unfortunately, I didn’t find the hotel very clean. Despite it being a 4-star property with good reviews, the cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The lobby, corridors, and the rug in the room looked dirty and had many visible stains. On the positive side, everyone I interacted with was very nice and friendly. My main concern was simply the overall cleanliness of the property. I honestly wish I had the option to cancel my stay after seeing the condition of the hotel.

The hotel is a 40 minute walk (1.7 miles) from Disneyland. It also sits directly across from a large Target that has a very large selection of Disney-themed t-shirts and gifts This Target also has a well-stocked grocery section that is perfect for supplementing dining out while on business or vacation. I feel like this hotel is ideal if you’re using it as a place to sleep during a visit to the theme parks. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have bathtubs. The front desk staff was welcoming and empowered to resolve issues. I found my first assigned room on the 2nd floor to be smelly. It was with patience and a request to be moved to another room, that the problem was quickly resolved. The host at the breakfast buffet was the most informative host I’ve ever met! And the chef managing the omelette bar and Belgian waffles did a great job! I think if any of the other reviews cause you to pause, follow your gut instinct and do not book a stay here. Otherwise take advantage of the location and enjoy your time here.

Location to our activity was good. The rooms were clean but the linens were scratchy feeling. The pool was nice enough, but small, and with lots of kids would be really not a fun place to be. I hit it in the am and it was ok

Having to pay $30 / night for parking is ridiculous and it was not mentioned in the reservation process. The buffet was overpriced for the quality of the food.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely upsetting and disappointing. Our vehicle was towed from the hotel property without us being properly informed about the parking restrictions. There was a language barrier, and the hotel staff did not clearly explain to my husband that we were not allowed to park near the restaurant. Instead of contacting us or giving us an opportunity to move the vehicle, hotel security allowed our car to be towed. We were traveling with our children, and suddenly finding out that our vehicle had been towed put our family in a very stressful situation. We had to figure out how to retrieve the vehicle while taking care of our children, and we ultimately had to pay $650 to get our car back. When I spoke with the manager about what happened, I expected understanding and assistance. Instead, the manager was rude and refused to take any responsibility for the situation. What was especially disturbing was the way the manager responded when I brought up the language barrier and the need for clearer communication in Spanish. She made a sarcastic and insensitive comment suggesting that the hotel would then also have to provide other languages, such as Chinese and Japanese. I found the comment disrespectful and racially insensitive, particularly because I was already extremely upset about our vehicle being towed and the financial burden it caused our family. This situation could have been avoided with clear parking instructions, appropriate signage, and better communication from hotel staff and security. At the very least, someone could have attempted to contact us before having a paying guest’s vehicle towed. I am requesting that hotel management take this complaint seriously, investigate how this situation was handled, and reimburse us for the $650 towing expense. I would also like the conduct and comments made by the manager to be reviewed.

Guests should be treated with respect regardless of the language they speak. No family staying at a hotel should have to go through an experience like this.

The property was decent, one of the big issues I had was the parking. It is not organized well since other hotels are very close and we had to walk very far from the hotel! It should be better organized to make sure guests don’t have that walk far!

Front desk was not very friendly, I do feel that there needs to be more professional and better customer service. An older lady’s seemed very blunt and short with her words regarding some questions, so she didn’t seem very helpful.

The location is perfect! Easily got to Disneyland and great food options within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were in great condition. The gym was great and the complimentary water bottles in the gym were a bonus. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food options. The services in the restaurant was excellent.

The room was spacious with 02 queen beds & the room was very clean.

The parking lot was full and i had to park on the adjoining street also dedicated for self parking.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was nice.

I didn’t like the Air conditioning. It was 90 degrees outside and the room would t go past 72 degrees. The vents barely had any air flow and in the bathrooms. I did see some mold on then ceiling if the shower. It smelled of mildew. That’s something they need to take care of. Also I had my private sign up and the cleaning ladies still came into my room. I did not appreciate that.

Just stayed at the Delta hotel in Garden Grove. Fantastic! Room was very clean, modern and nicely appointed. Food is close by and the hotel is about 3 blocks from Disneyland. There is a Target right across the street in case you’ve forgotten something. Price is good and lower than similar hotels near the park. Definitely recommend if visiting Disneyland or other attractions such as Angels baseball or events at the Honda Center.

Traveled with two children, got in late just before 12:00am due to traffic. I had booked a king bed with a sofa bed, went to check in, i was told by the lady at the front desk with the nose piercing that the room is booked was not available, I asked what happened to the room I booked? I was told that the hotel over sold rooms and that she had 2 queens and a 1 king bed with roll in shower, I said how can 4 people sleep in a 1 king bed room? She said so you want the 2 queens? I proceeded to tell her I want the room I booked and who is at fault for this? She says well, its nobody's fault we just get busy, mind you this is a Wednesday. She told me i could talk to the manager the next morning. We get to the room and find the ceiling, YES!, THE CIELING has long hair stuck to it. The door to the bathroom squaeked terribly loud. The sink was missing the knob to drain the water and the plungger in the sink was stuck closed and we could not drain the water properly because of the missing knob the the plunger.The carpet was severely stained. Large amounts of unvacuumed areas around the room.(food and drinks spills)all over the carpet. White drapes with dark black stains on them. I chose not to say anything at all because we were only staying here for one night, we were up and out early to go to Disneyland and I did not want to start the morning already pissed off hearing more lies from staff or manager, which is probably why they sold my room and put us in this run down room. Charging ports under the wall overhang are useless if you are using a large charger. Will never stay here again. I review ever hotel I stay at here on Booking and other sites so ill be posting this along with the pictures.

Terrible service at reception ( zero willingness to provide advice) not 100% clean room, broken iron, super noisy refrigerator. Under the World Cup the bar is closed while a game is on ( they open at 16:00). Not coming back

What I liked was upon entering the staff was very helpful and got us checked in quickly. They have a starbucks in the lobby which was a plus because hotel room coffee is never great. It was clean through out the whole hotel. Also, there is a shuttle from the hotel to Disney land- granted you do have to pay a $7.00 per person shuttle pass but it was easy to do and it is for the whole day. One more thing- the Breakfast does cost but they have an AMAZING spread of food options.

What I didn't like was the parking fee is way too much- $29.00 per night. Another thing was that the Hot Tub was not hot it was luke warm, and after a long day of walking at Disney we were very much looking forward to the hot tub.

Check-in went smoothly, front end staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and stocked with essentials. Beds were comfortable, enough pillows and they smelled clean. Close to everything you might need in your stay. Check out, just leave the keys at the drop off and go on your way.

Very clean and room and nice design and ambiance. The bathroom was very nice and clean and everything worked. Provided free complimentary water which was great. Seems like an excellent place and was a good stay.

Parking was bad had to park all the way in back and only 1 car pass. Had to pay extra for overnight which was not great. I wish there was early checking which would have been useful but I understand that it was not.

The hotel in general is nice just one thing happened. One day we came back from Disney park and housekeeping didn’t make our room, we didn’t have clean towels or toilet paper and the garbage was there. Anyways the reception girl gave us 2 complementary breakfast for the inconvenience. Otherwise everything was nice.

First room we were given was an accessible room it wasn’t what I booked but I could look past it. The problem was the room itself was dirty. Carpet was stained had somebody’s hair in the bathroom. Went down and asked to be moved the night manager was very sharp with me told me they are booked solid and only had 1 other room I could change too which was also a disabled room. I asked to see it first to see it was ok. The girl that showed me to the room was lovely and kind I looked around and agreed it was better than the first so we moved. The night manager then abruptly asked me how long it would take for me to move my luggage as she had to clean the room “I’m saying is dirty” as if I had lied. The room we ended up moving too was just ok it was cleaner than the first but still not to the standard I would expect from Marriott. The only reason I have given it a 3 is for the lovely girl that helped me and the location, other than that I would rate it 0. Wouldn’t return and to be honest made me wary of other delta-Marriott hotels
