Really big rooms, lots of space. Everything was clean and good, nice friendly staff. Can't really say anything bad about this hotel. Really good value for your $.

Everything was very clean. Inconvenient parking was reasonably priced in the shuttle was amazing. It only has three stops and it arrives every 30 minutes from 720 to midnight

Elegí este hotel por tratarse de la cadena Sheraton, lo que transmite confianza. La distancia a los parques de Disney es corta, unos 10' en coche. Teníamos el desayuno de cortesía incluido pero además nos incluyeron el acceso a un Lounge club, que tiene snacks y refrescos incluídos hasta las 10 de la noche, lo que está muy bien. Te dan zapatillas. La habitación es grande, pero el hotel en general necesita una actualización.

Después de la primera noche tuve que pedir que nos cambiaran la habitación porque hacía mucho ruido el aire acondicionado, aunque estaba apagado; imagino que al ser en la última planta era ruido de las máquinas de la azotea. Nos cambiaron, pero sin muchas ganas ni disculpas. El parking cuesta 27$

The club level amenities like. snacks, breakfast, and non alcoholic beverages.

The only thing I didn't like was. That there was only one usb port on one side of the queen bed. Also internet was a little bit to slow. This is just very small thing that can easily be fixed. Overall Great hotel! A+. We will be back soon.

The gym and pool

The shower was not functioning properly and was spraying water all over the place, making it difficult to use. The iron was also very old and essentially useless—it didn’t iron the clothes properly and didn’t do the job at all. Both items need to be replaced or fixed.

Rooms are dated and would benefit from an update. Shower pressure is terrible, doubles time of your shower as the pressure is so poor. Pool area is very small and needs an update.

The above and beyond service by Chloe and the Front Desk staff! They left a sweet surprise for us in the room, with a hand written card wishing us a Happy Anniversary!!

Only thing was the salty pool

The service, the room was nice.

Not being told parking cost money and the fact that I tried to check in when I got there at 4:39pm and was told they did not have my room ready and then had to wait about 30 min for them to figure that out. This was frustrating as check in was at 4pm and I had a function to get ready for.

What i didn’t like which was more so booking.coms fault is that when I booked it said the breakfast was included and when we arrived cuz my sisters also booked with the same amenities thru the site they told us it was no for me and one other and only was for one of our other sisters room and also wished they at least had microwaves in the rooms besides that it was a great stay overall

This was a property that was completely far from the Sheraton quality we are used to in Europe. I don’t know, maybe this is normal in America, but I can say that Sheraton was only a name on the sign. Since the windows in the rooms cannot be opened, the rooms are quite stuffy. There is also a noisy air-conditioning system; the motor inside the room makes a lot of noise. Overall, everything feels old and tired. There is a smell of food on the floors, along with some dampness. In general, the ventilation of the building is not pleasant either. Using the shower is genuinely difficult. There is no handheld shower head; water only comes from a fixed overhead shower. The minibar in my room was also working noisily. This is not a place I would stay at again. It was also a disappointing experience for the Sheraton brand. I can say that it was nothing like any Sheraton I have stayed at in Germany, France, or Turkey. The ones in Europe are ten times better.

Was a but trouble when late check in at 3 am next morning as plane delayed, and need to rebook, the manager, Chloe help us to bot miss out our current booking and make. Everything smooth,

I booked one king bed and they gave me a two bed Did not have it available for me .

I liked the cleanliness of the property.

I didn’t care for paying to park each day. It should just be included with the hotel billing. I also didn’t care that the staff still made the bed even if the PRIVACY card was left on the door. They shouldn’t have to make the bed or change out anything if we don’t want things changed out. A courtesy message would’ve been fine that they stopped by and saw the sign.

Parking was a little different than usual.

Easy drive to Disney parks, but a little quieter than being right beside them. A good breakfast buffet included with the room. Great in-room coffee.

The staff were very helpful when we arrived and upgraded us to Club Level which gave us access to daily breakfast, afternoon appetizers and evening snacks. We found this very useful as we could collect bottles of water, pop and snacks for the next day. The room was spacious, clean and modern and was cleaned to a high standard daily. Local buses stop outside the hotel and there is a large Target for anything you might need.

The road outside is very busy and could be a bit noisy.
