Excellent service, clean, comfortable and good location

It was a nice hotel with pool, sauna and so on

The attitude of the person handling checkout—conveyed through her both body language and behavior—made it clear that our desire to check out was an inconvenience; she would have much preferred to simply sit there doing nothing. There was no "good morning," no inquiry about our stay, no "welcome back," and no "have a nice day." When we later wrote to the hotel to voice our complaint, they did not apologize for the staff member's conduct; instead, they asked where we had stayed and requested our room and booking numbers—followed by total silence.

Sehr zentrale Lage und sehr bequeme Betten. Ein fantastischer Ausblick aus Zimmer 1120 auf den Tower und Tower Bridge. Ein sehr großes und schönes Superior Zimmer mit großem Fenster.

The rooms look as though they haven’t been updated in years, possibly dating back to when the hotel was the Grange. The ceiling in my room was peeling, and the bathroom was very dated. Given the price, I would expect the rooms to have been properly maintained, updated, and repaired.

Het hotel zit praktisch naast het station Tower Hill en op 10 minuten loopafstand vanaf de TowerBridge dus ideaal als je daar wilt zijn en het ontbijt personeel is heel vriendelijk.

De douchekop zorgt ervoor dat je dagelijks je haar wast, zonder dat dit de bedoeling is. Daarnaast was het temperatuur van de douche niet makkelijk aan te passen, waardoor deze vaak te warm was.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt als Familie insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der Concierge stand uns immer mit guten Ratschlägen zur Seite. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt: Viele Top-Attraktionen wie der Tower of London, die Tower Bridge, der Sky Garden sowie der Leadenhall und Borough Market sind problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar. Da die U-Bahn-Station „Tower Hill“ direkt neben dem Hotel liegt, kommt man auch überall sonst schnell hin. Unser Zimmer war ideal für eine Familie – sehr geräumig mit zwei Queensize-Betten und einem wahnsinnig schönen Ausblick auf den Tower und die Tower Bridge. Auch das grosse Gym und der Spa-Bereich mit dem schönen Innenpool haben uns begeistert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und bot eine grosse Auswahl.

Die Betten waren für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich. Beim Frühstück gab es leider ein paar organisatorische Schwächen: Die Wartezeit an der Omelett-Station war so lang, dass wir als Familie nicht wirklich gemeinsam essen konnten. Zudem war meistens eine der Kaffeemaschinen defekt. Auch der 24-Stunden-Zimmerservice hat uns enttäuscht – die Lieferung hat sehr lange gedauert und die Qualität des Essens war leider nur mässig.

The room was nothing like what was advertised. I was put into a room in what seemed to be a staff entrance or back house with 6 rooms not part of the main hotel. The rooms were nothing as advertised or as shown. In the bathroom there was a hatch that was open on the wall. The toilet was not clean and there were fingerprints and lipstick one of the glasses in the room

The friendliness and atmosphere staff were very polite nice and helpful. Food was fabulous, hotel and rooms very clean and modern

Breakfast staff were a little grumpy. The pool was really busy in the morning with only lane swimming available.

My girlfriend bought a drink and they didn’t take my membership discount, they said they refunded her card and I purchased with discount. I’ve wrote directly and no reply, been a whole month. Means paid twice for a wine and a beer.

Because of the proximity of the hotel and its sister hotel we checked into the wrong late at night which cause us to get lost finding the right one. Three girls walking around london late at trying to find the hotel is not ideal. There need to be more clarity between the two hotels.and a taxi driver told us it happens a lot when he is taking people to the two hotels

The staff were friendly and polite.

The heating did not work. Maintenance didn't fix the problem. Took two hours to get settled in another room. The disabled lift didn't work. Corridors smelt of damp. Room was dark and did not have any form of street view. The staff were nice but I felt they were left to get on with it. will not return.

Location is few steps away from london tower and next to train station. The bed was comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room. We checked-in in the evening when the room was ready. There were clearly visible brown stains on the side of toilet seat. So do the toilet paper rolls there were brownish and yellowish stains…it was as if they didn’t check or clean. Slippers took forever to arrive. So, I ended up cleaning the side of the toilet seat myself considering how slow the house keeping could be.It was uncomfortable for the rest of our stay finding that when we first checked in. Made us curious on other stuff in the room if they were cleaned properly after each guests. Also found hair on unused towel. The shower area water kept on leaking if you shower there so the floor was wet after showered. The carpet of the hallway was so smelly. The room needs renovation, very old. There were funny smell here and there throughout the night around bed area.

For the cost of two nights, the bathroom had cracked tiles behind the toilet, water from tap had very little pressure, food left in walk way for 24 hours, put in a request as our anniversary but no response from the hotel, lift on reception to get to level out of use, a shame as we usually love leonardo hotels so for the high cost this experience has altered my usually positive reviews of this chain

The room was incredibly warm. The air conditioning was set at the lowest temperature and the speed was set at the highest but it didn't make any difference. Made it uncomfortable to sleep

Mini bar was not cool and when told reception they said it was to be at room temperature, if this is the case what is the need to have a fridge?? Checked online and it clearly states that mini bars are to be chilled. Staff were all sitting on their mobile phones at reception during the evening. No tv remote in the room which took 45 mins to get a replacement. What looked like punch holes in the walls just covered up by square pieces of wallpaper. We plugged the iron in on the morning and the tv and plug sockets stopped working, would not come back on again. Told the receptionist about the issues on check out and she just smiled and said sorry about that. There was a real lack of respect and understanding. The worst Leonardo hotel I have ever stayed in. Will definitely not be going back again.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the swimming pool was a great bonus. The location was perfect, especially because it is so close to Tower Bridge, making it very easy to explore the area. I would especially like to highlight Fenia from the reception team, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Her warm and friendly service really made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The twin-bed room had plenty of space. The gym looked very well equipped and the full 25m pool had a large, dedicated swim lane roped off - excellent! Breakfast was fine and as expected for this type of hotel, though the dedicated omelette chef was a nice surprise. You can almost fall out the hotel entrance into Tower Hill station so easy to get anywhere. We would use again.

Great location. Staff were very nice and professional. Nice bar and restaurant. lovely room with amazing views of the Tower of London and Tower bridge. We had a lovely weekend stay, would definitely return.

Only thing we wasn't happy with, was the size and style of the bathroom. Room was large, spacious and very nicely decorated. Bathroom was tiny and very 'dated' and not up to standard to the rest of the room.

De ligging is ook super, vlak bij de Towet of Londen en Towet Bridge en metrostation Tower Hill is 1 minuutje lopen. Het hotel zelf is wat verouderd maar goed onderhouden. Fitnessruimte is ook iets verouderd maar goed genoeg, Resraurants weet ik niet, geen gebruik van gemaakt

Good location, the room was quiet and comfortable.

Staff on reception are not too friendly, get another job if you dont like working in hospitality. The room was very small and although it had a window, had very little natural light and a nice view of some air vents.

The young lady on reception was a trainee and she tried and tried to get us our room sorted. The breakfast area was pleasant and the food was good and helped set us up for the day ahead.

The rooms on the 7th floor weren't ready when they should have been. We waited and eventually they had a room on a lower floor. They apparently only have limited availability of this type of room and housekeeping hadn't got around to them in time, we were informed. The view wasn't bad, but could have been better, reception told us. The phone is the room didn't work. Upon inspection it turned out that there wasn't anything behind the plug in the wall, just a hole. There was no tap in the room, just a corroded pipe jutting out of the wall. They also told us that they'd stopped selling non-sparkling tap water; our son doesn't like fizzy drinks. Because of no working phone we had to go down to reception several times and eventually they got the bar to give us a bottle. We also ordered room service, a third of the order didn't turn up and some of the things we'd asked not to be on our sons plate, such as lemon and tarter sauce was all over the fish. It was also a surprise when payment was asked for at the door. Reception said this shouldn't have occurred and it should have been on our bill. I also paid a deposit for incidentals, which five working days on, I've still not seen come back, hopefully it will, but I'm not counting on it!

The location was excellent and so easy with the tube just down the road, although we chose to also walk Along the Thames. The pool etc was a real bonus and the staff there were so friendly and helpful as were the room cleaning staff - 10/10 for all of them, so friendly and helpful.

Love the location, the feeling as we walked in instantly felt welcoming and relaxing, I really liked there being an opportunity for you to purchase snacks, drinks and forgotten essentials in the lobby itself. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

Location was perfect for exploring London, a stones throw from the Tower of London, black cabs available outside hotel and tube station less than a minutes walk, will definitely be my go to hotel in London for future visits.

My personal view very expensive. Had a complete nightmare with the hotel trying to over charge before my stay with breakfast and at checkout.. communication not great between staff.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful; a special thank you to Robert and Elisa. We stayed for four nights, and for the last two, they helped us upgrade to rooms with a view of Tower Bridge. The rooms were beautiful, and the surrounding area was quiet (we stayed in the city center for the latter part of our trip, which was much noisier). It was within walking distance of Tower Bridge to the South Bank. The subway was right next to the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit London. Many thanks again to Robert and Elisa at the hotel reception.

It would be better if the towel rack were positioned a little lower.

We were impressed with this hotel. The location is only a minutes walk from Tower Hill underground station and this made it ideal for getting around london. The room was comfortable, was a good temperature and the staff were really helpful. The breakfast, which we booked as part of the package, was excellent. Our room didn’t have a view, but that was not an issue for us. It was quiet, had good facilities and we enjoyed our stay.

Die Lage ist absolut super! Unmittelbar am Tower und an der U-BahnStation "Tower Hill" gelegen, lassen sich alle Ziele in der Innenstadt von hier sehr gut erreichen. Die Betten sind bequem (Queensize), das Badezimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber absolut in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war ausrichend groß und für einen 4-tägigen Städtetrip auch für Eltern mit 2 Kindern absolut ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht gut regeln und kühlte nur mäßig. Es war aber auch extrem warm, als wir dort waren, an normaleren Sommertagen absolut ausreichend!
