My children ended up have lots of bites on their arms overnight. Made their stay unpleasant overall. Wasn’t impressed with hotels response. All I got was that there was no evidence of bed bugs. That’s it.

Le manque de service. Je me croyais dans un hôtel simple, pas un Hilton Le personnel n etait pas capable de nous renseigner un restaurant dans la quartier.

Perfectly located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also went above and beyond for my friend’s birthday. Room was excellent and quiet. Super comfy beds! The cookies were delicious! Checkout is great at 12pm. Couldn’t fault it again and would love to stay again.

The queue to check in was quite long and we waited for about 25 minutes.

We had some problems during our stay and received a promotion response from Princess Reyes at the hotel apologising for these and offering 20,000 Hilton Honours points by way of compensation. When the points did not materialise I contacted Princess to enquire why. I never received a reply and the points never materialised.

Vuile afwas was niet van de kamer gehaald en niets bijgevuld. Herrie door DJ in sky bar. Barpersoneel in de voyer/entree was niet goed genoeg. Wij zaten maarte wachten en te wachten voordat onze bestelling werd opgenomen.

One supervisor male met me and he offer me to become a member. I was very happy and he promised with me to send me an email. But he didn't sent me any email or member offer. I am still love to become a member.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut.

Der Flur war nicht besonders sauber und die Handtücher fusseln leider sehr, aber ansonsten war alles gut.

Hotel was centrally located to the sights we wanted to see.

According to guest services the hotel had just received new towels. While they were quite plush, they may or may not have been laundered. This resulted in the towels leaving large amounts of lint on our bodies and clothes. The hotel could not provide lint rollers to clean our garments. On the second day of our stay, housekeeping never got to our room. We left the hotel at 9:00 am and returned at 4:00 pm to find our room untouched. I notified guest services who sent someone directly to our room and changed our towels and took the trash. The breakfast buffet was average, most of the food was over cooked so we mainly ate breads and fruit.

Really great to access everything that London has to offer

Housekeepers could have been better. We were not left the tea / sugar / milk in the room. I had to go down to reception to ask for such. Chap knocked on the door 4:30 ish to ask if we were happy with the housekeeping. I asked for a spare loo roll - back in five minutes he said very nicely. He never came back. I normally leave a decent tip for such workers - but if they can’t be bothered neither can I.

We had a lovely stay here for my partner's birthday. Although the last minute birthday package couldn't be arranged (not the hotel's fault) the staff went over and beyond to ensure we had a lovely time, including offering an upgrade and a birthday welcome message dessert. We loved the exec king room and slept so well. Thank you to Tanya for being so professional and attentive.

The bathroom shower bracket in 821 was broken so I needed to hold the shower head to shower.. I would love to see more plants inside the hotel lobby to add to the atmosphere. Personal preference.

Excellent location and a really nice lobby/bar area. We also really appreciated being able to leave our suitcases at the hotel after checking out, which meant we could make the most of our last day and explore more of London without having to carry our luggage around.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. I’ve had a lot of hotel buffet breakfasts over the years, and unfortunately this one felt quite lacking by comparison. There wasn’t a particularly wide selection, much of the cooked food was cold, and the coffee wasn’t very good. A bit more choice and better attention to keeping the food hot would have made a big difference.

Didn’t like the fact I booked and paid in advance and asked for an early checked in . Got an email saying I would have to pay £20 extra for the early check in and I was ok with that . When I got there they said my room was not ready and I had to upgrade to get the early check in : I was desperate as I neeed to get ready . I had to pay extra £240 to upgrade and the lady was trying to upgrade me even higher with an happy hour in the lounge and breakfast. I paid the amount as I was desperate to get ready for an event . I feel like they do this on purpose so you upgrade but that’s not fair as it’s £240 is a lot of money out of your pocket because you desperate. I only booked this hotel because the price was decent but to pay the amount I ended up paying I would I booked a closer and better hotel with the event I was going . Not impressed at all . People be aware of this upgrade …plus the room is not even that nice at all not worth an “upgrade “ .

The hotel location is excellent just nest to Tower Hills stn. Room is of good size and clean. My breakfast experience was excellent. Very impressed with the friendly service of staff in the City Cafe in particular the warm and helpful service of F&B assistant, Noah. Great work 👍

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with a Tube station just a short walk away and easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, with a rich and varied selection. Overall, a great hotel and we would happily stay here again.

De hele staat van het hotel die is echt niet okay veel achterstallig onderhoud. Ontbijt echt ondermaats niet vers vieze koffie. We hebben upgrade naar executive gedaan +160 pond voor 2 nachtjes. Hoe was n normaal ontbijt dan??? Voor ons dit hotel zeker niet meer

I had a great experience at this hotel, the front office staff were very pleasant and customer service was amazing. It’s always nice to feel welcome when you stay at a hotel and these guys made us feel very welcome.

Lovely hotel. Right on top of tower of London and a couple of minutes from fenchurch street station., Tower tube station. Double tree was clean and had all of the facilities you would need. Staff courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again

Whenever I go on a trip, I only consider other hotels if there’s no Hilton there, luckily there’s always a Hilton and I don’t let distance be a constraint when I choose Hilton. However, when I travel to London, Double Tree Hilton Tower Hill is always my number 1 choice. Location is fabulous with a tube station just 2 mins away. The rooms are spacious, clean with modern furnishing. Great value for more and fabulous atmosphere. The breakfast is fabulous, the experience of the executive lounge is great. Great Value for what you pay for. The staff are professional and exceptional in what they do. The receptionists always want to make you happy, always with a smile on their faces. And of course, who else gives their hot cookies….a great way to settle down after a long day. If you have the chance to go the 12th floor bar and dining, don’t miss it. They give you great discounts as well. I just love the hotel and friendly staff right from the security, receptionists, front desk staff, concierge, kitchen staff. Well done, guys. You’re a great team and a reflection of great leadership and management.

Not anyone's fault but the key card did not work properly in one of the lifts and therefore it tool us a while to figure out why we could not get to our floor.

Location of this hotel is excellent. Close to Tower of London, Tower Bridge, The Shard and Bishopsgate. Also a 2 minute walk from Tower Hill tube station which is takes you on the district and the circle line. The rooms were lovely and spacious and clean. Stocked with hand wash shampoo, shower gel, fresh towels daily. Also had tea and coffee making facilities in the room, a mini fridge, a hairdryer and an iron. We opted for breakfast at the Hotel one morning and it was very good with everything you could possibly want for full cooked breakfast and continental options. We also ate at the Natural Kitchen, the restaurant in the hotel and their staff were lovely and the food was wonderful. Not in a noisy or extremely street or part of London. Very good value for money for location and convenience and great staff.

Had a fantastic stay at the end of July. Great location with Circle and District Tube lines in walking distance, and clean and comfortable room, bigger than most at the same price range. Hideki at the front desk was exceptional.

We went to the hotel for a couple of days during July to visit some friends in London, we were mostly served by a gentleman called Basit, he was really kind and helped us out with our multitude of questions while providing great service. The hotel was amazing and the roof garden is really nice.

Checkin was very good, room clean and suitable. Houskeeping need to ensure that they clean the cups in the room, had to request that these were changed. The ececutive lounge was understaffed snd not greeted warmly, the drinks were limited to larger and wine with usual soft drinks and food very average. Dont expect to get a relaxing morning. We were woken by the refuse collection at 0615 and he noise from the road below didnt stop till we finaly gave on and got up, we were on the 6th floor. Would i stay again, as a Diamond honours member this did not live up to the experiance that normally comes with that tier and would look for another hotel for the reasons above.

We had such a lovely experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tower Hill, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sehar. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish, so friendly, welcoming and genuinely went above and beyond to look after us. You can really tell when someone genuinely enjoys looking after their guests, and Sehar was a perfect example of that. Thank you so much, Sehar, for being so lovely and making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is lucky to have you!

Wir waren zu 3. und das Zimmer war einfach zu klein. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, um seine Sachen unterzubringen. Die Matratze war furchtbar. Die Tür der Dusche ging nur mit Gewalt auf und zu.

It was situated in a very good area and right beside Tower Hill station which made accessing the tubes very easy. Plenty of restaurants around the area. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great!

The shower had a lot of hair in the drain which meant the basin was filling with water.

Stayed for three nights . Upon arrival very impressed. Not stayed at this Hilton before. Lovely and bright , immaculate clean. We were greeted by Kurian, very professional yet friendly guy. Was polite and chatted to us , nothing was too much trouble. He acknowledged we were Hilton Honours members and gave us a complimentary upgraded room. The usual warm cookies were welcome. The room was on the 6th floor. Very nice and clean, modern and spacious for a London hotel. Bed comfortably suitable for our stay. Hot powerful shower. The savage garden bar was an added pleasure, delicious cocktails. The staff up there were amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable on the cocktail menu!! We ate in the hotel one night, really nice and not badly priced too. Hotel is convenient for the tube . Walking distance to borough market and the shard. Lovely hotel , great location.

We were very disappointed with roof top bar , very expensive , we were very close to other guests when seated , no option of being outside - we found other places to drink outside the hotel for the remainder of our visit

We made a switch to this location at the last minute because of the heatwave. The lobby and halls are not air conditioned but the rooms were lovely and cool! Everyone here so helpful. Just a 2 minute walk to Tower Hill station. The breakfast was outstanding and worth the prepay for. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

No contratamos desayuno, nosotros no tenemos por costumbre comer mucho en el desayuno … y está muy bien la cafetera , la plancha de vapor, la ubicación perfecta .

Pues sobretodo no pude descansar bien ninguna noche … puesto que tuve que dormir en sofá, pero tampoco la cama doble según mi mujer y mi hija era muy confortable … que para mí no reunía las condiciones mínimas para un hotel de esa categoría … un 4 estrellas en londres debería ser mejor … el hotel realmente es necesario para descansar …. Y eso fue imposible …

Room was tired, comfort controls were basic, shower leaked out into the bathroom in a big way and most of all we wanted to stream a football game (with the correct subscription & hdmi -usbc cable connector but it wasn’t possible despite my efforts and those of two top engineers on site. On top of this no mention when booking that the Skybar would be booked out for a private event! Booked a suite and can’t access it - really bad form in my opinion.

We love the complimentary cookies on arrival ( you can’t beat a freebie) and the breakfast, which had many options. The staff were greeted and speedy check in.

Nothing I can think of except the shower water temp would have been far too cold if it was not a heat wave. Also we asked reception a simple question but they could not answer die to only being able to speak limited English.

Upon getting to hotel, two gentlemen were fighting in the main revolving door. Needed to enter on what appears to be fire exit or wheelchair door. We were done checking in and they were fighting Checkin person gave us wrong room number meaning key didn't work. Had to go back to check in desk where the room number was corrected Staff were not knowledgeable, most of staff don't speak English and this is London UK Hilton We attempted to have coffee one morning at the onsite Vertical Bar and Restaurant. We were told he had other orders and wasn't serving others yet. We left the premises to have coffee at another establishment The room was small. No closet for clothes just a bar with 10 hangers. 1 draw that had dryer and steamer. Had to organize when standing in front of mirror and in bathroom as the door would hit you if opened while standing in front of mirror It was not worth the money and do not plan to stay there again

Perfect location. Staff were amazing especially with my little girl. Lego in the reception bar was a great touch to chill out after a full day of exploring.

The little finishing touches on decoration to make this a perfect hotel have been neglected. It’s not the end of the world but those finishes are important.

Die Lage ist top. Besonders ab der 9ten Etage hat meinen einen super Blick auf den Tower of London und die Tower Bridge.

Es war etwas hellhörig.

Location was near tube stations and London attractions, and it is a safe part of the city. The breakfast was good value and an excellent start to a busy day. The room was comfortable and tidy, the TV was great.

The gym was a bit small, and there was no pool, but not a big issue.
