Room air con only went down to 19 degrees and wasn't very effective. Hotel in general was quite hot and stuffy. I slept ok but was a bit hot.

Breakfast was lovely and the room was very large. Location is ideal.

Unfortunately, when I lifted the duvet, the undersheet came with it and the mattress and topper was filthy. I slept on the cleaner side and reported it to the manager first thing in the morning then was essentially blamed for not reporting it when I saw it! It shouldn’t have been there in the first place, and I was exhausted. He offered me free breakfast and an executive suite upgrade at my next stay and took my email. It’s now been three days without confirmation. Needless to say, there won’t be another stay.

Die Wellnessanlage ist gross und schön, aber leider etwas schmuddelig (trübes Wasser mit darin schwimmenden Partikeln, von weitem sichtbare Haare auf dem Boden rund um den Pool, Schaum mit braunen Rückständen im Whirlpool und fleckige Stoffkissen auf den Poolliegen). Ein Kontrast zu den restlichen Räumlichkeiten des Hotels, die durchaus gepflegt wirkten.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the facilities were excellent close to everything you could need. The breakfast selection was excellent, I loved the omelette station

Our check in wasn’t the best. We arrived 30 mins before our check in time. The lady in reception said our room is ready but it would be £40 extra to check in early. Seeing it was just 30 mins I thought it would be a nice touch to just allow us to check in then. She also asked me for ID. I didn’t have any on me and after ages of me trying to find a card on my phone with my name on it suggested that I show her my booking confirmation? She said yes, drrr, I wish she had just suggested that first?! 🙈

The location was good, breakfast very good with lots of choices. Swimming pool was excellent. Staff friendly and polite.

We could hear the wind from outside . Our room was very dusty, no damp dusting of surfaces. Our bed was not made up properly. Carpet needed cleaning in places.

We chose to stay here for 1 night at the August bank holiday. We’d stayed has a couple previously in January for a special birthday. We’d stayed looked forward to returning with both of our Daughters and Sin in Laws. We booked three standard rooms. Upon check in my Husband and myself arrived earlier than the rest of our party. I explained to the receptionist that the rest of the party would be checking in shortly. He proceeded with the check in but checked in one of my Daughters that hadn’t arrived yet, I explained again she wasn’t here yet and kept asking me where she was because he needed her ID to continue he did allocate their room but needed her id has soon she arrived. he said he couldn’t check me and my Husband in yet even though we were there and had ID . We were told we would have to wait for the others to arrive. After my Daughter’s arrived we could check in. We dealt with a different member of the reception team and we were met with a more amenable person. They explained that myself and my other Daughter had been upgraded to a Queen room and I assumed my other had been upgraded too, turns out she wasn’t and was 4 floors away from the rest of us. There room was adjacent to a lift shaft that was very noisy. They also spoke to reception about their coffee machine which they discovered had mold in it when they went to use. My Son in Law took a photo which he showed to a member of the reception team, they just shrugged and didn’t seem interested.

The staff were kind and attentive. The restaurant staff especially lovely and accommodating. The pool and spa facilities, were just right for us (me and my 10yr old) and only busy at weekend, lots of space at all other times. Location is very good, and good transport connections make getting round easy

Long waits for the lift at times was frustrating, especially when getting to and from the spa in our robes, with other users in their coats and with luggage... This could be improved. The room was not hoovered or dusted daily, so did not feel freshened up when we returned from our days out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very well positioned in central London, with a clean, modern and relaxing environment. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable, especially the bed! The staff were consistently polite and welcoming, and the housekeeping team were attentive and maintained an excellent standard throughout our stay. We also appreciated the spa, pool and gym facilities. We were sent away for this break as a special treat from our church congregation, and it provided the perfect opportunity to rest, recharge and enjoy some quality time together.

Have used this hotel since 2018. But those reasons have gone as has their restaurant and client recognition service.

Menu was very limited and poor at last visit as was staffing levels. After 8 years time to vote with feet.

Smell of cannabis 1st in the corridors was unbearable. Asked for soft pillows. Some arrived but still uncomfortable.

It is very convenient for my office in Febnchurch Street and not far for the Tube. The room was very nicely appointed, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. It also had everything that I could need for my stay, including desk, fridge, iron etc

The hotel's location is excellent. The staff is friendly and does its best to accommodate every request.

The bathroom is missing a shower hose, and the showerhead at the top is positioned awkwardly, causing water to spill onto the floor. There isn't enough light, the window is very small, the room feels stuffy, and the window won't open. There are constant problems with the elevator. Since the hotel is very large, you have to wait a long time for the elevator.

Qu’on me dise que l’affectation de la chambre se fera le jour du Check in et en fait on n’a pas tenu compte de ma demande et aussi de payer 20 euros supplémentaires si on fait le Check in plus tôt.

The coridor was dirty all the time, nobody clean that part. The towels had hole, rough but also shabby. Breakfast was poor, not so many options… Every day the complementary water was less, which is not fair. Amenities also missing and the list can go on…

The staff in the spa were rude coming in and shouting at my partner to remove his glasses (yes his actual glasses) then told us to keep the noise down, it was very bazaar, we then complained and was given a voucher for two drinks at the bar, when we used the voucher we was told it was only for house wine and we drink vodka so it was pointless. The room smell of cigarettes everytime we came back and we don’t smoke.

Nice room, lovely welcome. Food was good (breakfast) and all nice and modern/easy. No real issues. Location is great / just by Tower of London.

A truly excellent experience from beginning to end, combining outstanding service, warm hospitality, comfortable accommodation, and a superb location. Manager Makul made an especially positive impression. He was extremely helpful at check-in and remained genuinely warm and attentive throughout the stay, regularly asking whether everything was going well. This kind of sincere personal attention is rare and made the experience particularly special. Room 1118 was spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view. Despite the central location, it was impressively peaceful and quiet, with excellent air conditioning. The Executive Lounge was a welcome benefit and a pleasant place to enjoy some drinks or snacks during the day. Thoughtful touches, such as complimentary water at the entrance, further added to the welcoming atmosphere. The spa was another highlight, with a pool, sauna, and steam room: perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is excellent, with the Underground nearby and Tower Bridge within easy reach. Breakfast offered a great selection, with the freshly prepared omelettes and fresh fruit being particular favourites.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be slightly longer opening hours of the spa (the pool, sauna, and steam room) facilities, perhaps until 11:00 pm. Being able to enjoy the spa later in the evening would make an already very good facility even better.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und die Betten recht bequem. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Die Lage ist Top. Fussläufig ist man in wenigen Minuten beim Tower und der Tower Bridge und auch bei den St Kathrine Docks. Das Hallenbad ist groß und hat super ausgeschaut.

Bei uns hat alles gepasst.

As a pregnant guest visiting London, finding somewhere comfortable, clean, relaxing and welcoming to stay was incredibly important to us, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the thoughtful touches really stood out. The refreshing fruit-infused water and fresh fruit available in the lobby were a lovely welcome, while the room itself was beautifully presented and exceptionally comfortable. We particularly appreciated the luxurious White Company toiletries, the excellent selection of teas and coffees, and, of course, the incredibly comfortable bed. One of our favourite features of the room was the separate sofa seating area. It was such a lovely touch and gave us the option to sit and relax comfortably without having to get into bed, which was especially appreciated during pregnancy. We also had full access to the spa facilities throughout our stay, which was included in the room price. We thought this was fantastic value for money and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well looked after throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to our friends and family visiting London and would happily stay here again ourselves.

Unfortunately, the mini fridge in our room was not working during our stay. We reported this to the team, but unfortunately it was not resolved during our visit. While this was a relatively minor issue, it did mean we were unable to keep bottled drinks chilled or store milk for our tea and coffee, which would have been particularly useful. In terms of location, this will depend on what you are visiting London for. The hotel is a few Tube stops away from some of the main tourist attractions. We didn’t find this inconvenient and still felt it was a great location overall, but guests should be prepared for some additional travelling and, of course, a fair few steps when exploring London.

My friends requested not to clean room and asked the cleaning person for some towels and she said she was too busy and did not give them towels or water when requested.

Party in room above kept me awake from 4.30-6 a.m. Hotel did try and deal with it and did offer free late checkout, but I was travelling with a 7 year old disabled child, so this was a big disturbance

The size of the room, the comfortable bed and artistic colour scheme. Breakfast was elaborate and tasty. Staff was cooperative. There were 3 underground stations about 8-10 minutes walk away.

I would have preferred a hotel nearer to a train station because if you have a lot of luggage it’s difficult to manage without a taxi. The hotel itself was fantastic.
