The rooms were very clean & spacious. There was a restaurant attached to the hotel which was very convenient.
pay TV for too many channels, including news
Nice room! It was very clean and presentable. I liked how separated the bathroom was compared to the rest of the room. Everything I expected was in the room so no complaints! Good location - central to shopping, close to highway/main roads but the room was very quiet.
This is a very minor thing - The small fridge was making a buzzing noise throughout the night affecting my ability to fall sleep. I am a bit of a light sleeper, and I did eventually fall asleep and slept through it.
Staff were friendly. Comfortable bed and clean room.
Fake hollandaise sauce for the eggs benedick and hashbrowns were cold and undercooked.
Good location easy off easy on.
I was so cold air con would not turn off. Staff tried but it still did not turn off. Hard to sleep when so cold.
Easy to find, easy parking, comfortable room and bed. Decent place to walk the pup.,
the location of the hotel was great.
i did book this hotel because of the breakfast including but instead %25discount, which was not convinient for me
I booked my room online and after half an hour hotel staff called me your booking is canceled we are already sold out . I had my kid with me drive hour in other direction so that we can rest for the night . Now they telling they going to charge me cancellation fee, they cancelled my booking. We drove 2 hours in another direction to get a room . My family was exhausted. Worst experience. I travel a lot stay in lot of hotels . This is the wotst I have seen
The room was simple, but clean. Good, central location. Quiet, and the air conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable.
The shower head didn't work at all, the ice machine was broken, the coffee machine in room was useless (not even worth having), and the staff played a cloak and dagger game with the parking which resulted in us having to park on the street both nights. When you come in there is no mention that they have more rooms then parking. When you come back after dinner to a full lot suddenly a sign appears in the lobby that parking is first come first serve. The sign disappears during the rest of the day.
clean
Free breakfast
Good location, easy to find, close to food and shopping options.
No breakfast, unlike almost all Best Westerns we have stayed at.
clean and tidy, respectful staff
none
Very comfy bed. Smart TV added good quality time
Some cleaning by the coffee table area walls. Walls had spill marks
Clean, comfortable. Good mattress to sleep on. I liked the different layout - different from the typical- of the room.
I was baffled with so many credit card charges on my credit card when I checked my credit card account afterwards, but it got all sorted out to my satisfaction.
Cleanliness, room size
The room was very quiet, didn't hear the neighbour's, and we felt secure.
Lovely rooms and very clean.
Breakfast not included, rooms next to the street were quite loud with cars revving up and down at night.
Clean, fairly recently renovated room, and especially bathroom.
My children and I stayed in the suite with 2 beds and pull out couch with kitchen . It was spacious and very clean and had everything we needed. We did have one issue with the plumbing within the first hour of our stay. The staff were able to get us into a new room right away (luckily one was available). Initially I declined the new room thinking it would likely be a quick fix, but the woman at the front desk wanted to assire that we wouldn't be inconvenienced again over our 4 night stay. I thought this was a very patron centred move on her part. I loved that this location had a family suite so my teens and I could have some space and privacy.
The parking wasnt great. The parking stalls are quite narrow given the size of most vehicles these days. Often we would come back at the end of the day and the lot would be full or there would be spaces but they were too narrow for my SUV. This often meant parking on the street some distance away. However my car and belongings always felt secure. It wouldn't be a deal breaker for me, just something to consider if you have a larger vehicle, or mobility issues making walking or getting in and out of your vehicle difficult.
Clean comfortable
Parking was abysmal, shared lot between two hotels, containers taking up parking spaces, not anywhere close to enough spaces for one hotel yet two
Good location
None
We decided not to eat breakfast at the hotel.
We would have preferred to have a complementary breakfast. Most hotels offer this and the cost of the room was actually a little more than most hotels we have stayed at.
Clean comfortable rooms and attentive staff.
Good location and quiet

Convenient
The hotel room was comfortable enough. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean.
We did find some garbage from a previous guest next to our bed, which must have been missed when the room was cleaned. No big deal though. The staff weren't overly friendly when we interacted at check in and check out
Beautiful room comfortable bed, very relaxing soaking tub
Parking lot is tight
Very comfortable, good value for the price
The coffee is not good
room was quiet could see the car in park lot had a bath tub beds very comfy
they take a 100 $ deposit and payment for the stay. not sure if i have the deposit back yet or not as my mc bill wont be in till june 27th
Parking was a nightmare. Even without the shipping containers taking up space there isn’t enough stalls for when the two hotels are full
Clean. Comfortable bed
Close to the casino. Nice restaurant/lounge.
Great breakfast and was nice to get 25% off
Nothing front desk attendant lacked any knowledge to be of assistance
The fact that the front desk was untruthful about the area l, no parking for bigger vehicles, stayed in my truck to be security for our trucks with clients worldly possessions in them as many seedy people frequent the area.
· sehr sauber · Zimmer sehr geräumig · mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten in der Stadt
· schade, dass es kein Angebot hat mit Frühstück direkt (über Booking)
Convenient. Quiet.
Nice, clean room! Good price.
Was a little noisy
Location
No pool, hoy tub or sauna
The location is very convenient for doing business in Vernon. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is a good value for a comfortable stay.
We found everything fine. It would be nice to have breakfast included but breakfast is available.
This place exceeded our expectations. Our room was super spacious, clean and well presented. It has a very cozy and warm atmosphere. Lots of car parking and only a short drive to restaurants nearby. Nice customer service. We wished we could've stayed another night.
Pillows were a bit soft to our liking but it's not a major concern for a short stay.
Large room with large, well equipped bathroom. The gym was well equipped. Location was handy to get to Silverstar for skiing.
Pleasantly surprised how nice the room was and everything was newly updated including new carpets in the hallways. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a mini fridge and sink in room so had a quick breakfast in room. Coffee and tea was provided downstairs, no breakfast. Our room was quiet.
Decent sized room. King with couch for watching TV. Breakfast not included in price but we received 25% credit at the restaurant. Very satisfied as they had excellent value pricing already and a good selection of options.
Older TV and not much options compared with new TV's and streaming services. Room on a busy corner so a bit of traffic noise but we had earplugs. Also a little disappointed in the housekeeping service. I haven't had housekeeping in a long time as we usually place do not disturb and not bother with it but this time wanted the service. Only took out garbage and gave a few more cups but thought they would at least make the bed and wipe down kitchenette area. But for a very economical stay, it was expected not to be the Shangri-La!
Great price and spacious room. I had a simple & short stay.
Very noisy facing the road.
Big room with kitchen. Perfect for weekend ski trip
Kitchen could have been better stocked. Maybe paper towels or dish towels and more cooking stuff. But it had some basic stuff. Staff got us what we needed when asked.
Friendly and quick check in
Great price and easy access for our road trip.
We needed to move rooms as thermostat wasn't working properly and the room was overheating. We were very comfortable once we switched rooms.
Location, size of room, cleanliness.
The heater/aircondtioner sounded like a siren when it starts. Woke me up all night. Walks are very thin, lots of noise of people talking from the room beside us.
The room was quite spacious, very clean, and it had a little kitchenette, which was my favorite! The hotel was a simple 5 min walk away from Superstore and a few other stores, which I appreciated.
A little hard to find parking at times but no big deal
Proche de tout
Etait en travaux (bruit)
Cleanliness
We checked in. 1st room was less than clean, potato chips on couch. Moved rooms. 2nd room, also dirty. Chip seal, cookie chunk, plastic wrapper and other debris on floor. Disappointed at low level of cleaning. Broken PC on window. Went thru 3 remotes b4 got 1 that works. Only 1 staff on shift, who knew next to withing to help us. No mngr on shift when we checked in. Both ev chargers broken, the tesla one exposed wires, making it a safety concern. Smoking section beside disabled parking stalls, making it unpleasant to use them. Bar n grill attached doesn't start serving pizza until 7pm. No alcohol service, currently (lol). Disappointed as Gold members with thus experience.
The room was excellent. Bed was very comfy. Perfect room for a one-night stay.
Very good property with great facilities with access to shopping nearby.
Clean room
Roon was clean , laundry was clean, didn’t eat so can’t say much for restaurant, I found the front desk, clerk, lack of friendliness, also when I checked out, I’m not sure if it was the same clerk seemed to me it was, but I asked for the paper pouch. The key cards were in, if I could keep it, she said that they needed it. I also asked about the security deposit. I got a vague response.
Beds were too hard and pillows way to soft your head hits the bed might as well not have a pillow
This is a solid hotel to stay at. It's noisy on the road side. The room is clean. The laundry is clean and the staff is friendly.
Deeply disappointed — Room 112 should never be rented out. I’m a frequent traveler, and this is the first time in my life I’ve ever written a negative review. On September 29, I stayed one night at Best Western Pacific Inn, Room 112. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. Room 112 is located right next to the electronic equipment room, separated by only one thin wall. That room emits a constant mechanical noise — a steady hum that never stops. I measured it with a sound meter: around 60 decibels, all night long. For reference, a quiet hotel room should be under 30–40 dB. This was twice that, and impossible to ignore. I even recorded a video as evidence. At around 9 PM, I asked the front desk staff to come to the room and listen. She heard the sound herself and said she’d check with a colleague. After that, I waited — and waited — but she never followed up. When I went front desk again, she simply said, “That’s normal noise. No one else has ever complained.” It was disheartening — she had literally heard the same noise I did, yet brushed it off as “normal.” I asked to change rooms, but she insisted the hotel was fully booked. However, the parking lot was half empty, and it was not even high season. The next morning, I spoke to the manager, who told me there were available rooms — just not ones with a kitchenette. The irony is, by 10 PM the previous night, we had no plans to cook; we only wanted sleep. My 65-year-old mother was traveling with me, and she couldn’t sleep at all because of the constant noise. No traveler should ever have to go through that. Two stars only — and that’s because my 8-year-old daughter asked me not to give the hotel the lowest rating. She said, “Maybe they just didn’t know.” I wish that were true.
