Everything was perfect.

Staff were great. Comfortable room with a great beds. Breakfast was excellent.

Bathroom door needed adjustment as it could not be closed.

Location is great and the pool and breakfast are great for families.

The layout is very tight, floors in the rooms are greasy and sticky. Windows facing east has the curtains without blackout (it was cut off and the shell remained) so there was light all night and sun came in at 4am. Breakfast area was very busy and food was gone fast.

Location was great. Surrounding area had lots of quick options for food and was conveniently located.

The floor of the pool was not bare feet friendly. I know theres not much you can change about that but it wasnt smooth/feet friendly. Felt almost abrasive. We only went swimming once

It was peaceful and quiet. Easy to access everything we were doing. Aside from being extremely busy breakfast was good once we got a table. The staff are friendly.

The beds were sloping into the middle on the metal frames. I have mobility issues and there's only 1 handicap parking spot. The toilet was really low and very difficult to stand up after using it.

Comfortable and worth the stay! Loved the downtown location- everything was convenient and easily accessible.

Could not check in untill after 6pm, we had 2 small babies and a 4 and 6 year old who were all tired and wanted a proper nap after traveling for 5 hours. No travel cots in rooms for babies, even though we seen some this morning in laundry room. No high chairs in breakfast room for small kids. Not staff fault they were nice, For a big enouhh holel breakfast room is tiny. Would not recommend if you have children under 3.

Family friendly, pool hot tub

I was satisfied with our stay but the Pool was unpleasant to swim in one day because of the water (the next day it was better -clear and cool), free breakfast was obviously very busy and there was not enough to go around.

Bed was comfortable.

On time check in would have been nice. We were told twice to come back later. It was a work out to get a room change in order to get settled in. Many folks were also treated to the same check in experience. Hair on pillow, hair in bathroom, dispensers for hand soap was covered in old soap so much that it had turned brown and the bottle was sticky, broken chair in the room, dirty mirrors, the pool area was filthy, water was very cloudy and the hot tub reeked of chlorine. Breakfast was good but the tables, chairs and floor were dirty. Staff were very nice in the breakfast area. Seeing laundry piled up in the hallways, also next to clean laundry in the hallways is unsanitary. I spoke with the manager who after a lengthy conversation about the condition of the room, the hotel, not being able to offer the senior room rate because changes could not be made to a booking thru booking.com because the hotel “would be fined “ he did make a $50 deduction to our room fee. We will not recommend this hotel nor would we stay here again.

The breakfast was okay, sausage patties were dry and some were burnt around the edges.

Consider giving hard boiled eggs as an option, not everyone likes scrambled eggs. Offer fresh fruit like bananas, oranges or apples.

Very old and dingy hotel. Although room was kind of clean the rest of the hotel was not. Every single door to a utility room/cleaning room was left wide open (including right across for our room) and this was the entire stay. This hotel was not worth the money we paid to stay.

I arrived at around 5 pm and didn’t get into my room until around 9 pm. There was a staffing issue and almost everyone checking in were waiting hours to get access to their room. The bed was very uncomfortable and there were stains on my sheets.

Very poor insulation - you can hear people talking in the corridor and moving in the rooms above until late at night and starting early in the morning. The pool is very noisy and crowded, not enough chairs to sit on. Only one computer at the guest desk, the check-in took over 10 min even though just 2 people waiting

Very comfortable bed and the kids loved the waterslide. The breakfast was quite good. The location is really nice so you can access everything you need or it is a quick walk to get on the free Airdrie hop on hop off bus.

The rooms are very old and smell musty. We were in the room right next to the pool so that might have been why it smelled like that. We were awoken by staff (I think) moving ladders and doing work right outside our room at 7:00 am. The hallway echoes every time someone allows their door to close on its own which is very startling and loud especially if you are sleeping. The bathroom fan was hanging 1/2 out of the ceiling. The pool water was murky. I have paid this rate for other hotels in Edmonton and Kelowna and the rooms were updated and much quieter compared to this one.

The continental breakfast was really good. It had a pool which is excellent option for kids. The location was excellent with a few meal options nearby.

The beds were never made and garbage's not always emptied by cleaning staff when they came to service the room. They left fresh towels at least. The hot tub was not always hot. A couple days it was barely luke warm.

Getting locked out of our room because of the latch getting stuck. The whole thing wasn’t handled well until I escalated it.

Great location, staff very friendly. Our room cleaner was exceptional. Room was clean & she had the right amount of towels needed for our stay. She also found a can opener as we had a kitchenette as the front door staff could not.

The pool was terrible. Water cloudy & foamy. Breakfast was mediocre. Not enough bagels & other food.

The breakfast was great ! The food seemed hot and fresh but the chairs are painful to sit on. The frozen berries fresh apples pancake machine so many coffee and tea choices everything well layed out for a small space. Worth the chair issue. I didn’t get a rash from pool or hot tub lots of great fresh large pool towels! And was overall clean. The lady we checked in with I believe Marianne ? She was fantastic friendly bubbly and still efficient such a gem even check out. I forgot my ring in the bathroom and it was turned into main desk. Check out was fantastic and that lady was also phenomenal! Beds were comfy clean air conditioning and worked room was so clean. Fridge worked it was + 35 room was cool when we got in at 4:00 pillows were great my spouse prefers thinner pillows but I loved them. Local staff we could communicate and laugh with and ask about the area, places to eat etc. Waterslide was fun and fast even for adults !

The location was ok.

The breakfast was disappointing. For all 3 days it was the same food. Bagged eggs and spicy sausages. The bed was terrible.

Location.

Waterslide out of service! Pool area completely under construction (despite being advertised as an attraction). Breakfast was poor. No fruit. No individual yogurt (different flavours). Eggs were poor, etc.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the kids loved the pool.

It was outrageously expensive for one night but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

Central location, easy outside access to load/unload, great guest services. The coffee was also top tier!!

Our bathroom had ants. We do not blame the staff as they took care of them right away, it was just slightly disappointing though we think if it wasn’t for the upgrade we wouldn’t have been able to load/unload as easy as we did. I also tried to put the non-slip bathmat down for my mom and it didn’t stick due to the non-slip texture on the tub.

Quite outdated, a bit of a funny smell, bathroom didn’t seem Overly clean and the fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Pool was very dark and the water slide was so fast that it was possible to hit the edge of the pool when you came into the pool at the bottom.

Breakfast was excellent! The kids loved it! Staff on duty on the date of stay were awesome as well!

Location is central and the breakfast was one of the best we've had. The pool was a hit with our son and we enjoyed the hot tub. The provided pillows were super comfy. Loved that a fridge, microwave and coffee machine were in the room.

Beds were not that comfortable, for our liking but they were clean. There was something sharp poking up through the carpet that our son stepped on but the staff provided some first aid supplies which we were grateful for.

The lady at the front desk was awful. She didn't tell us we needed to access the room from inside prior to using the outside door. Great for when we backed up to the door then had to go back around. Then she didn't give us the wifi password, so I had to call. Then my kids were playing on the bed and noticed 3 nasty yellow stains. I called front desk again to get the bedding changed. Naveep brought me new sheets and told me to change them myself. Then one of the sheets she brought me was also stained. Breakfast was nothing special. No fresh fruit. But there was a nice selection of tea. I did get my pet fee removed for my inconvenience.

The staff were very good and accommodating. The breakfast was great and the location of the hotel was amazing as we could walk to restaurants for meals.

Whomever did the booking did not accommodate our request the be close to my daughter and grandchildren. The front desk staff rearranged the rooms so we were put right across the hall from the them which we really appreciated. We were assigned our rooms and told they were ready as it was after 4 pm but we ended up waiting in the lobby for half an hour as housekeeping was still cleaning the rooms. The housekeeping staff seemed to be doing their best but maybe short staffed? They apologized and I did feel bad for them as they were working hard. I think they felt rushed so therefore our room was not as clean as expected. All in all I hope that the hotel is able to hire more cleaning staff during the busy times of the year.

No bacon at breakfast. Room was across from stairs and next to pool entrance. Loud. Was quieter once pool closed. Someone's gotta have that room, just wish it hadn't been us. Hair in bathroom.

Very clean and the room was cozy and comforting. The hotel was well kept and friendly staff. At night the property was quiet. We slept like rocks! It was a great stay.

had a huge allergic reaction to your bedding. Went into your hot tub, and than went completely lobster red for a day. Had to get staff to bring new pillows and bedding. And then went okay

Lots of parking, staff were excellent. We had an earlier check in which was so appreciated. Our room was spotless, beds comfortable and the bath tub was lovely. We were close to the pool which was so much fun for the kids. The water was perfect temp. We absolutely loved the water slide. All of the staff were kind and considerate. They seemed to value us as patrons. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The lady working breakfast was absolutely lovely. She worked very efficiently and kept everything filled and clean eventhough there was a sports team of kids she managed everything so well. We were very impressed by the selection and the service. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

How clean and quiet the place is and the friendly staff. The breakfast was awe some. Felt safe being there and was close to where I needed to be.

The floors were very noisy when walking in room and halls, so we felt like we were irritating people below. Asked to shower before going into pool but shower was ice cold.

I can't think of anything off hand. The hotel met our expectations.

The breakfast was standard for a best western. Not alot of food laid out because there were not many people at the hotel. Which I can appreciate. If there was tons of food sitting out for every breakfast with not many patrons then you are either having them throw food out or re using it the next day. So I can't complain about the breakfast. Coffee was hot and plentiful. And if your staying longer and tired of breakfast then you can walk to McDonald's right next door.

The pool shower was dirty when we got there. Like someone washed muddy boots. But a kid could have done it and it was cleaned the next day.
