The booking should include breakfast as the price is quite steep. To improve the room lightings and power point at bedside should be placed higher. The telephone at the disabled room should be at accessible location and given clear instruction on how to use the telephone.

Excellent location next to the main train station, with a direct connection to the airport terminal. Highly recommended.
The air conditioning in the dining room was running at full blast.

Nosotros tuvimos que coger un desayuno para llevar porque salíamos muy pronto y nos pusieron todo tipo de comida en la bolsa y estaba riquísimo. La habitación está muy bien. Las camas son muy cómodas y el baño es suficientemente amplio. Además los productos que ponen a disposición como el champú y el acondicionador son de muy buena calidad y se nota.

My daughter forgot her toy in the hotel and when we found it out a day later one of hotel staff promised to take care of it. Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Een geweldige ervaring. Een kindvriendelijk hotel wat al begint in de lobby met spelletjes. Het personeel denkt in alles mee. De perfecte kamer, plaats bij het ontbijt (wat zeer uitgebreid is) dan ook nog de rooftoppool waar we iedere dag zijn geëindigd. Het hotel grenst met een brug aan het station en de mall wat alles comfortabel maakt. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.
Als er dan toch iets is. Het ontbijt is geweldig alleen het is te druk, maar iedereen doet heel hard zijn of haar best.

La piscine en roof top était vraiment fantastique, ainsi que la salle de sport. Mes enfants ont bien aimé et veulent y revenir. Le centre commercial est proche et l'accès se fait directement de l'hotel, pratique pour le change et restaurant. Je confirme aussi que cet hotel m'a été recommandé par mon frère qui en 2022 y a séjourné.
Le seul point c'est qu'il est loin du centre ville mais accessible en transport et taxi

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Ett perfekt transfer hotell. Personalen kan fixa allt. Väldigt mån om att hjälpa till. Nära till KUL express, shopping, lätt transfer till aktiviteter/sites. Härlig takpool på 29 vän med solsängar och mat efter 15-16. Gym. Sköna sängar och bra rum.
Frukosten var en massa vandrande och massa folk alla tider så den får de minus på även fast personalen var många och väldigt hjälpsamma överallt.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and despite our late check-in after a red-eye flight, they were readily available to assist us. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and our child loved the swimming pool, which was perfect for cooling off in the hot and humid weather. The hotel was also just a short walk from Nu Sentral, making it incredibly convenient for accessing the train station and various public transport connections. Overall, the location and facilities were perfect for our needs.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026KLセントラル直結で利便性抜群。朝食バイキングがおいしく、マレーシアらしい料理をゆっくり心ゆくまで楽しめてとても良かった。屋上のプールが23時まで営業で、チェックインが遅くなっても、夜景を見ながら家族でプールで遊べてよかった。
シャワールームとトイレを同時に利用すると、どちらかの扉しか閉めることができない点が不便に感じた。屋上プールからペトロナスツインタワーが見えることを期待したが、残念ながら見えなかった。

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The room was fantastic. Very spacious and comfortable. The hotel location is ideal as it is connected to the main KL Sentral station which can take you to all over KL including the airport. It is also connected to a huge shopping mall which loads of shops and restaurants. The staff are also very friendly and are always ready to help. Overall the hotel is highly recommend to any one who visits KL and is looking for a good location on a decent budget.
We didn't find anything negative with the hotel itself. But the shops and restaurants within the connected mall close at 10pm which we think is a little early for a touristy place like KL.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Das Personal war extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und bieten viel Platz. Der Pool ist sauber und perfekt am Rooftop. Die Lage ist ideal am KL Sentral um mit der Metro durch die Stadt zu fahren (anstelle im Grab im Stau zu stehen). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Очень удоная локация. Отель находится рядом со всеми видами транспорта в городе. Такси не нужно совсем. Но очень сложно найти дорогу в первый раз от вокзала/метро до отеля. Вся новигация показывет, что идти надо через ТЦ, который работает до 22 часов, хотя идти надо всего 1 минуту через улицу.
Очень маленькие номера, по факту это не отель, это все таки башня с апартаментами, но без кухни. С общим бассейном и рестораном для завтрака.. Рассматривать можно только что бы переночевать.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Perfect location right next to KL Sentral which makes it super easy to catch the airport train, plus travel around the city or onward destinations in Malayasia. Wonderful breakfast. All staff attentive & friendly. Fantastic rooftop pool & bar to relax at the end of a busy sightseeing day.
A few more child friendly options at Rooftop Bar for fussy kids. ;)
