Staff couldn't do enough for you. Meals were fantastic with the chefs keen for us to try their food. The room was perfect and an oasis of calm. Would definitely stay again if staying in Pune.

Nothing - it was all fantastic.

Staff here are very attentive without being intrusive. The hotel and rooms are always clean. The breakfast has a number of options ranging from Indian to European. Gym facilities are good. Standouts for me this visit were Rohini at check in and Kalyan in the lounge. Both went over and above to ensure my trip went smoothly

Not a great deal. More hot European options would be good.

The room was clean

The staff didn't pay attention to my request on getting me a iron, ultimately I had to check out and lost the chance to have breakfast. The hotel is next to train station in Pune, and the whole night trains were honking as if they are in the bedroom and not letting me sleep. Sorry for sheraton, this was the weakest performance, I have ever seen worldwide.

Everything was perfect. Our requests were taken care of. Just a very minor point, had some mosquito issues at night times and slight leakage issue in bathroom which was notified to the staff. But the overall experience negate this minor discomforts of 2 nights.

Exceptional services. Super courteous staff. Wide range of breakfast menu. The property exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to the super corteous staff - Ms Nirjala, Ms Ruchita and Ms Sakshi. Thanks goes to the wonderful chef who prepared the delicious food.

We went for lunch on independence day with family at Feast restaurant in Sheraton pune. Amazing ensemble of food and desert. Staff were so cordial and helpful specialy Diksha , Pratiksha and Nagaraj

It was great experience been here for the dinner . Especially monashree she was best at her job and specially arranged cake and complimentary dessert for the celebration Indeed 10/10

Located at the heart of Pune city lies a hotel that takes you to a second world of royalty that makes one feel absolutely surreal. Wonderful place, ambrosial food and a staff with the biggest of hearts.

Went for dinner at Chingari, and I absolutely loved it! The food was top-notch, with every dish exceeding expectations. The service was impeccable, and the hospitality extended by Ms. Manjoshree was truly commendable. She made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured we had a wonderful dining experience. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and I would highly recommend Chingari to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.

Great place and a wonderful stay! The service provided by the staff was amazing, especially by Abhi and Digambar. We encountered a few minor issues with delivery drivers, but they helped us immediately. The food was excellent with tons of options, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. Plus, the atmosphere when entering the hotel makes you feel like you're a royalty.

Staff was very courteous. They went extra mile to make us feel special. Special thanks to rupal navale who made a very thoughtful gift as a good will gesture!

Excellent service by Sagar and a delightful experience

One of my favourite hotels in Pune. Polite staff, great food in the Chinese restaurant and a good breakfast. Beautiful heritage building. Chaitanya Sharma, the assistant front office manager stood out with his politeness and helpful nature. He deserves an A+.

Had some issues with the check-in room, but was resolved by Housekeeper Head POOJA SHIVAJI NIMONKAR. Her staffs as well Laxmi and 5th floor man Morning time breakfast buffet good selections are available but loud noise of flute play in the restaurant sometimes bothers. F&B head Mr. Ajay makes it nice improvise. Welcoming Reception staffs Ritika and her colleagues Rupal , Shraddha with Mr.Abhi Head of operation Mr . Chaitanya Sharma Great Hospitality to make one feel at home. Some days On special circumstances was given lounge access as restaurant was too noisy in the mornings. Visited 2 months in a row with 10 days stay each visit. Been in paste as well couple years ago.

I really loved visiting here. Visited for the first time, but had an excellent experience here. Specially Kimi and Govind were really very supportive and humble. Really liked the experience. Will recommend to everyone for authentic Chinese cuisine. Must try dish: Wok tossed water chestnut with lotus stem.

We stayed at sheraton pune for 2 nights, and both me, and my husband were traveling by train,For the first time . we reached sheraton, and we had a beautiful stay.Everything went really well. On the day that we were checking out , my husband had a meeting which was supposed to last for 1 hour, but it went on for 2 and a 1/2 hours because of which, he called me up from the meeting and told me to meet him at the train station at the platform directly, our train was a 2 PM.I had never traveled alone by train, and let alone come to Pune.It was only my second trip to Pune so while I was checking out , I informed the front desk that I would need a taxi that would drop me to the train station and I just took a chance and asked if the driver who will be dropping me to the train station can also guide me toward the platform since it's my first time-traveling by train ,to which he told me that he would make sure that another team member would accompany me not only to the train station but make sure that I reached The correct platform. I was truly filled with gratitude and was very happy with such a kind gesture.while I reached the train station, Santosh was very kind, very informative. He already had an app on his phone on which he checked the platform number of my train, He took my bags and walked ahead of me , found out on which platform and not only that but checked for a space where I could sit till my husband reached and made space amongst the crowd for it, He gave me his number and said that, "ma'am, if you need anything ,any problem that you may face, give Me a call, I will return in 2 minutes." This was one of the kindest gestures that a hotel staff has shown toward me. I myself am an independent hotelier. And I have a hotel in Belgaum and I gave this example of kind gesture to my hotel staff so that they could definetly learn from this kind of service, Sheraton pune will be our regular for sure, Thank you chaitanya and santosh

We had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel, and this was our third visit. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made us feel at home. The entrance welcome was heartfelt, and the lobby with its beautiful chandelier set the perfect tone. Check-in was smooth and cheerful, with genuine smiles that made us feel valued. A special mention to Ruchita Shetty, whose welcoming nature and inviting attitude stood out. In true Marriott spirit, she went the extra mile by gifting us a personalized cup engraved with a photo of my parents and me — an unforgettable gesture that touched our hearts. Breakfast each morning was a delight, offering a wide spread of Indian and international varieties. The bakery and pastry items, homemade by Chef Suraj, were outstanding. Our server, Mr. Nagraj, provided excellent service and made our mornings even more enjoyable. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, thanks to the dedication of Mr. Santosh, who ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay.
