Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Il servizio di navetta per centro di Palma e abbiamo prenotato con loro la visita alle grotte del drago. Pulita e bellissima la piscina nostra figlia di 4 anni ha apprezzato molto.

Nulla ma se devo dire qualcosa, la colazione in loco ha prezzi un po' altini e abbiamo preferito farlo altrove. Non é vicinissima alla spiaggia ma sono 10 min fattibili.

Leider stand beim Frühstück das Brot offen rum, dadruch war es trocken. Ansonsten hört man leider Gewitter extrem ins Zimmer rein da die Fenster nicht Dicht sind. Das Hotel braucht eine Renovierung. Das ist die einzige Kritik. Sonst war es super.

Det mesta var bra, bra städat snäll och jättetrevlig personal, jättefin pool, god frukost.

Lyhördhet. Det höra jättemycket mellan rummen korridoren och fönstret mot gatan. Även på våning 3. Även med öronproppar. Om man inte störs av att sova i oljud så är det ingen nackdel. När jag checkade ut fick jag veta att jag druckit upp flaska vatten från kylen på rummet vilket jag inte gjort. Hoppas att detta är missförstånd och att de inte tar pengar för det

Egy kis ruhaszárogató hiányzik a szobákból. Nincs lehetőség kiteregetni a folyamatosan használt fürdőeszközöket, ezért minden szobában próbálták valahova felaggatni, kisebb-nagyobb sikerrel. Nincs ingyenes parkolási lehetőség (12 €-ért a hotel közelében lehet), egy zsebkendőnyi hely sincs az utcán.

Die Lage ist grandios, gleich in der Nähe von Palma, Busstation gleich in der Nähe, Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es wurden alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt :), wir hatten 5 Zimmer nebeneinander (insgesamt 8 Personen), es wurde stets umgehend auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und auch im Notfall (eine Person hatte sich aus dem Zimmer ausgeschlossen) sofort geholfen, der Pool ist sehr sauber, das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit allem was das Herz begehrt! Herzlichen Dank für unseren wunderschönen "Arbeitsurlaub" in diesem tollen Hotel!

The hotel was perfect for a 4days stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. There is a bus station 5mins by feet and from there you can take bus 4 to take you directly into old town palma (around 15-20mins). The beach is around 10mins by foot away. The pool is massive and clean. You can ask for pool towels. The breakfast had various of options and were all very tasty. We also ate dinner and were all very tasty. The people at the reception desk were all very kind and willing to help you. The staff was amazing.

The air conditioning in the room was not very strong but I believe it was because of the extremely heat outside. The shower was overflowing.

Das ganze Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit sowie am Rezeption wie auch die Reinigubgskräfte. Und das es einen Pool gab war auch vom Vorteil. Mann kann sich schnell und flexibel ein Taxi zukommen lassen hat gut geklappt an der Rezeption und die Lage war auch gut.

Leider gab es im ersten Zimmer den wir ein gechekt habe einen riessigen Schimmelfleck an der Wand und das Zimmer hat sehr muffelig gerochen, doch wir bekamen sofort ein neues Zimmer und da funktionierte die Dusche nicht gut. Man merkte halt schon an gewissen Dingen das es eine Renovation nötig hätte und gewisse Dinge nicht mehr richtig sauber werden. Trotzallem für ein Kurztrip war es völlig okey.

Staff are very welcoming and kind. Food is really good. Chef is also very pleasant! Hotel itself is a bit tired and room kinda small but it has all the amenities and it is clean - one downside tho is that there is no kettle / tea / coffee in the room location is a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is public - has 2 sides with one VIP sun bed area (I believe was 130 euros for 2 sunbeds and the umbrella) and the other side is more logical (30 euros)

We stayed at the Hotel Joan Miró in Palma with my partner and another couple. It was a disappointing experience that did not feel like a four-star hotel. The elevator was tiny, so we often had to take the stairs. The hallways had a strong, unpleasant smell, the balcony view was poor, the beds were uncomfortably hard, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly, leaving the room uncomfortably hot. On top of that, the parking was very inconvenient, about a four-block walk from the hotel. The only positives were that the showers had excellent water pressure, and the staff at the front desk and breakfast area were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, while we were out, my partner left an envelope with money inside his luggage in the room. When we came back, the envelope was gone. He hadn’t used the safe, and the situation was very upsetting. Considering all these issues, this hotel did not live up to a four-star rating.

The room is decent. It is clean,the pillows are fluffy. You get what you need. Enough choices for breakfast. The staff were really nice.

For a family with small kids, it's really not convenient because it is located uphill. It's quite a challenge going up and down the road.They don't also have an electric kettle (Don't know if you need to request one). They have a parking lot but not for bigger cars. Needed to drive around to find a free spot. You'll be lucky to find somewhere near but if not you need to walk quite far to get to the hotel

Nous avons aimé la chambre, les repas dont le petit déjeuner. La piscine était agréable également. Le personnel était toujours très aimable. Les produits étaient de bonne qualités, ainsi que la literie.

Le lit n'était pas un vrai lit double, c'était deux lits simples collés, pas très pratique pour dormir. Nous n'avions pas de baignoire comme indiqué sur la réservation dans Booking, c'est dommage. Il y avait des odeurs de fumée sur la terrasse.

Decent breakfasts

Lack of functionality of rooms. For example: next to a bed there was only one plug, so you need to decide whether you want to read with light on or charge your phone. There was no way to do both while lying on the bed. Poor quality of amenities and also no liquid soap, which was annoying. Hotel, basically is outdated and is not attractive

Accueil sympathique et personnel du restaurant adorable. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet garni de spécialités espagnoles.

Pas grand chose de Miro dans cet hôtel en dehors des reproductions de mauvaise qualité. Pas de machine à café ni eau en bouteille offertes dans la chambre. Mobilier moderne sans charme. Caution de 5 euros par serviette obligatoire pour la piscine. Ne vaut vraiment pas 4 étoiles mais 200 euros B&B pour Palma difficile de se plaindre.

The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to the Juan Miró Museum and just a short walk to the beach. I especially liked how clean and well‑maintained the pool area was. Overall, it made the stay comfortable and convenient.

Check‑in time was inconvenient, and the process felt slower than expected. No complimentary water on the first night, which is unusual and gives a poor first impression. The water in the fridge was cold and not appropriate for kids. Room cleaning was below standard, with details that should have been addressed during housekeeping. No safety barrier for the kids’ bed, which made the setup feel unsafe for families. Breakfast was fine overall, but the wait time was excessively long for freshly cooked options.

הגענו בלילה מאוחר ויצאנו בבוקר, ככה שלא באמת חווינו את המלון.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, frisch und der Koch hat alle Eierspeisen nach Wunsch zubereitet. Zudem war er sehr nett, plaudert mit den Gästen und hat für gute Stimmung gesorgt. Der Pool Bereich ist ebenso sauber und groß.

Die Betten sind nicht so bequem aber für ein paar Nächte völlig ok

Everything!!!the hotel artistic decor, the food(breakfast and sandwiches) , the friendly staff, the comfort of the rooms, distance to airport as well as bus stop. They also hv a free shuttle to the city center and the beach, though you need to book it a day before.

Never overcrowded and always plenty of space at breakfast and the pool. Located 10-15 min walk from the beach, and plenty of bus options close by. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel feels old and a bit worn out with water damage several places on our floor. The room cleaning left a lot to be desired. I don’t think the room was dusted or floors vacuumed during our stay. TV was old with only a few Spanish channels, so bring a chromecast if you wanna watch anything.

L’hôtel est plutôt bien placé, le centre ville est à 15min de voiture et la plage est accessible à pied.

La propreté laisse à désiré. Le sol était poussiéreux, les linges de douche et les draps avaient des tâches qui ne partaient visiblement pas. Dans ce cas, je pense qu’il est nécessaire de changer complètement de linges/draps afin de ne pas laisser l’impression que les articles ne sont pas lavés.

El hotel se encuentra algo alejado del centro.

L’hôtel est parfait. La chambre était propre, l’hôtel est calme et la piscine assez grande. Le personnel était accueillant et agréable. Il est possible de laisser nos bagages après le Check up ce qui est très appréciable. La réception est ouverte 24h sur 24h ce qui est vraiment un plus.

Nel complesso abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole. La struttura è carina e il personale disponibile e gentile.

L’unico aspetto un po’ scomodo è la posizione, essendo situato in salita, soprattutto quando si rientra dopo una giornata fuori. Anche il parcheggio gratuito non è proprio vicinissimo alla struttura ,avremmo preferito avere maggiori informazioni sulle alternative a pagamento nelle vicinanze.

The facility is gorgeous and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The front desk staff was great.

There was no obvious place for us to leave the car long enough to drop bags and check in; some signage out front would be nice. The AC in the room didn’t blow hard enough to make it to the beds-if we were staying more than one night I would have spoken to the front desk. But overall it was a nice place and I’d stay again.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast with a good selection of fresh food. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and is a good base for exploring Mallorca.

The air conditioning was quite weak, which was uncomfortable during warmer days. The hotel is located on a steep hill, so walking back can be challenging. Parking is also difficult: you need to rent a separate parking space on a nearby street, where the spaces are extremely narrow. Definitely not recommended for beginner drivers or larger cars.

It is in a nice neighborhood, walking distance from a nice beach and restaurants. Close to Miro Museum. The pool was also ok, clean, big enough

AC was weak and the wifi was broken for the entirety of our stay (which was only one day; wasn't their fault, but was inconvenient.) Hotel was hard to find on foot.

Service/staff very welcoming and keen to provide service - we requested late checkout. Room was great. Breakfast was good with a good selection suiting various tastes.

The mini- bar contained drinks that were passed their sell by dates. No tissues seem to have been provided. Balcony view wasn’t ideal but this didn’t matter as we were out most of the days - admittedly it’s difficult getting a good view from the balcony of an inner city hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a late flight on our last day and we were welcomed to continue using the facilities until it was time to leave which allowed us to enjoy our last day.

Un’hotel perfetto, posto davvero stupendo. Posizione vicino ad una spiaggia molto bella. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, colazione super abbondante, piscina enorme. Personale alla reception MOLTO cortese e gentile. Non si sono fatti problemi a cambiare le lenzuola quando gli abbiamo chiesto, e su whatsapp rispondono sempre ad ogni domanda e dubbio. Grazie a tutti.

Das Frühstück war wirklich super und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist unterirdisch. Das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel zwischen lauter Sozialbauten. Man schaut rundherum auf Hochhäuser, die schlimm aussehen. Wir hatten zusätzlich den Blick auf einen Parkplatz neben 2 Sozialbauten. Man hat sich wie in der schlimmsten Wohngegend gefühlt. Im Hotel selbst liegt fleckige abgenutzte Auslegware, das, Laminat im Zimmer kommt hoch, Haken im Bad und der Lichtschalter fallen ab,.... Das ist kein 4-Sterne-Niveau

Unico punto negativo è il parcheggio, purtroppo la strada per arrivarci è stretta e doppio senso, impossibile trovare parcheggio in quella strada, ma nelle parallele, con un po' di fortuna lo si trova

Aamupala oli todella hyvä. Sijainti hyvä, lyhyt matka rantaan. Uima-altaalla ei ollut varattuja paikkoja, aina oli tilaa. Bussiyhteys Palmaan hyvä ja pysäkki lähellä. Sänky ja tyynyt todella hyvät.

The hotel is in a great location close to public transport and the beach, everything is clean and comfortable, the rooms are great for the price and the pool and bar is very nice to have as well. Lastly, all the staff are so helpful and nice it really made our stay! Would definitely recommend!

Parking hard to find

Отель хороший ,персонал приветливый , очень вкусные завтраки (14 евро всего лишь за шведский стол) , питались иногда в ресторане отеля -большие порции , вкусно и недорого.

Далеко идти к морю . Основная проблема, что отель ( не только этот , практически все остальные тоже в том регионе) находится на горе, а пляж внизу . Спускаться туда еще нормально, но идти под горку обратно по жаре -такое себе удовольствие .

La struttura è comunque datata, bagno piccolo, qualche pecca nella pulizia, per esempio capelli in bagno o sul letto ..... Non esiste un parcheggio comodo per cui si è costretti a lasciare la macchina in strada (in salita) o su uno spiazzale non proprio carino comunque facendo una bella camminata. Se non fosse per la presenza della piscina non so se sarebbe da quattro stelle.....

The hotel building was fine and the pool was quite big, perfect for swimming. Enough sun beds, however I was there before the high season started - beginning of June. The staff were friendly and helpful. A few bars or restaurants nearby. More small shops and restaurants and a small beach in a walking distance. A highlight was a viewpoint nearby with a beautiful panoramic view of the bay from above.

In general, the hotel itself is not so bad, however the rooms require renovation. The bathroom was especially in need of refreshment. The same air condition - it was quite outdated. The surroundings totally unexpected - a parking as view from the balcony; the hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, so there are only apartment buildings around, a small local convenience store and residential streets. The beach is indeed in a walking distance but it is very small - I was hoping for evening walks along a beach but it is not possible - few steps and that is it. I also did not like the standards provided: The curtain in my room came loose and was hanging down. Even after five days, no one had properly reattached it. However the WORST was the construction side next the hotel - there were works on the building around the hotel and it was very noisy. You can hear it from the pool area and see the construction works - not a perfect view on holidays. I understand that the hotel has no control over the construction work. However, I believe guests should be informed about. I took it with a sense of humor and ended up watching the construction from the pool—it certainly won't be my first or last vacation. But for many people, a holiday is something they get to enjoy only once a year, and these circumstances could be disappointing and stressful. I would recommend calling the hotel before booking to check whether the construction work in the surrounding area has already been completed.

Struttura molto ben collegata, c’è una fermata bus a 5 minuti che ti porta al centro. Vicino c’è anche un centro commerciale molto comodo. Piscina molto bella e volendo anche la palestra.

Il bagno era un po’ rovinato. Dietro la porta c’era tutta una specie di colla/silicone giallo. La doccia stesso problema, tutto il silicone era nero. In camera invece il mobile sotto la televisione aveva un pezzo scollato
