Beautiful property right on the beach! The beds were very comfortable and the room was well equipped with everything we needed.

General area was a bit run down but plenty of choice for restaurants. No indoor bar. When it rained there was nowhere inside to relax with a drink. Restaurant menu was the same for lunch and dinner. No variety but food we did have was nice for dinner. No pool bar snack menu. Pool area was tired and tatty. Some Broken beds and parasols. Beach is lovely but does get extremely busy.

Bathrooms are not ideal as they offer no privacy. Furniture tables and chairs outside the bar are sold old and worn out. The lifeguard had the only decent chair!

Best hotel we stayed at. Great breakfast and excellent location next to the beach.

Das einte Zimmer wurde ausversehen nicht gereinigt. Wir haben um 22.00 uhr abends eingecheeckt und haben dann uuerst ein Einzelzimmer zugeteilt bekommen und nach nochmaliger Reklamation dann ein Zimmer im Partnerhotel.

après une deuxième location dans cet hôtel, nous avons vraiment pas apprécier de ne pouvoir dîner au restaurant typique après plusieurs tentatives. Le buffet et le resto en bord de mer propose une nourriture moyenne. c'est vraiment dommage pour un hotel à ce prix.Nous sommes très déçus

Acık büfe yemekleri cok kötü. Kırmızı et hic yok sadece tavuk ve ton balıgı vardı. Alacarte restorantlarda sınırsız demişlerdi ama bir tane main course ve entree hakkımız varmıs sadece. Plaj havluları için depozito diye alıp 5 euro kullanım bedeli kesiliyor ama asla söylemiyorlar. Çalışanlarla iletişim problemi var. Sürekli eksik bilgi veriyorlar. Bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum.

Une note reflétant le rapport qualité/prix. Extrêmement cher pour ce que c’est. Point positif : la vue (si chambre vue mer) Point négatifs : Par où commencer… - ascenseur: (ou monte-charge 90cmx90cm) qui pue et qui pue tous les jours. À éplucher les autres avis, le problème existe depuis longtemps, mais visiblement ne les dérange pas. - chambre: sol, peinture, bois des mobiliers usés à un point qu’il n’est pas permis. Intimité 0 ! Aucune porte de salle d’eau, et une porte vitrée opaque pour les WC. - Personnel : mise à part une seule hôtesse d’accueil très agréable (les apres-midi samedi/dimanche) … tous les autres sont des portes de prison, ni bonjour, ni merde. 1er matin, problème avec le coffre fort de la chambre, le temps de résoudre le problème, 1 minute de retard au petit déjeuner (j’ai bien dit 1 minute), ils ne nous ont pas accepté, à 18€/personne/p’tit dej nous nous sommes fait un point d’honneur à ne pas en prendre un seul chez eux. (D’ailleurs il y en a 3 vraiment super à 100m aux alentours). - le service de chambres rentre quand elle veut ! Que vous mettiez ou pas la pancarte « ne pas déranger» sur la poignée de la porte, elle rentre ! Les 2 seuls matins où nous avons voulu faire traîner un peu au lit… elle est rentrée à 8h et vous fait croire que c’est vous qui l’avait mise à l’envers ! Au prix de la nuit d’hôtel… 5€ la location de serviette pour la piscine, piscine qui ouvre de 10h à 19h et dont la moitié des bains de soleil sont en kits.

Bella posizione, piscina comoda e la possibilità di poter andare in spiaggia senza pensare a portare asciugamani e borse molto comodo. La spa, anche se a pagamento, molto carina nonostante fosse piccola e giusta per 2 max 4 persone. La palestra ben fornita è ottima. Abbiamo potuto usufruire dei loro servizi anche dopo il check out, aspettando il momento per andare in aeroporto. Le receptionist sono tutte molto cordiali e sempre con il sorriso.

Abbiamo trovato formiche in camera. Cuscini molto sottili e scomodi. Obbligo di prenotazione della cena della mezza pensione, dove non hai incluso neanche una bibita. Hai 3 scelte di ristoranti e per noi non se ne salva uno. I piatti sono buoni, ma personale abbastanza scortese e scorbutico, attese molti lunghe e il buffet molto poco fornito, oltre ad avere la parte insalata piena di insetti.

Morgenmad og aftenbufet var god og personalet der var rigtig søde. Rengøring på hotelværelset var også i orden.

Personalet i receptionen larmede meget og værelset lå for tæt på receptionen. Vi havde i forvejen ønsket et værelse uden støj. Restaurant Masai havde 2 forskellige menukort - et med meget få retter for hotelgæster med halvpension og et stort menukort for gæster udefra. Det synes vi er forskelsbehandling.

Delightful staff, fabulous location and enourmous comfy bed! We could not fault it. What really stood out was the handy complimentary room for checkout day being able to shower and freshen up prior to our flight. Would be good if more hotels offered this. We will defintely be back.

The staff were great, very friendly and professional.

This hotel was simply not worth what we paid for it. The room was very tired and shabby. The shower was broken (I was able to fix it) and the fridge was warmer than the room. The floor was scuffed and rising up in the bathroom from damp.

Globalement tout est bon, pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent etre au centre de palma, l hotel est excentré

L'hôtel est situé à un emplacement idéal et propose des chambres confortables, spacieuses avec balcon. L'établissement dispose d'une terrasse incroyable avec accès direct à la plage.

La salle de bain est un peu trop petite avec aucune séparation avec les WC.

Der wunderbare Strand vor der Haustüre und die bequemen Better. Nähe zu Palma.

Das Zimmer wurde schlecht geputzt. Das Essen in den Restaurants (HP) war meistens schlecht und die Bedienung gleichgültig und man wurde einfach abgefertigt. Morgens beim Frühstück, wurde man von der Bedienung, um 10:30 Uhr, regelrecht vertrieben - jeden einzelnen Tag. Das Hotel entspricht nicht den Fotos auf Booking. Das Quartier ist an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse und deshalb ungemütlich und keineswegs einladend oder entspannt.

Bij aankomst ‘s avonds wilden we graag eten in t restaurant. Dit was mogelijk maar er was erg weinig personeel, waardoor bediening niet vriendelijk. We moesten snel eten, wij zaten als enige in t restaurant daarom wilden ze erg vroeg dicht.

Os quartos são muito antigos, televisão não é smart, achei péssimo. Eu estou grávida e pelo calor tive que ficar no quarto e não conseguia assistir televisão, tive que ver no iPad. Pelo valor que é cobrado pela estadia não ter nem uma televisão que funcione Netflix e etc é o cúmulo. A comida também horrível, restaurante massai não gostamos.

We booked and paid for a Junior Suite with a sea view and were very disappointed with the room and outlook. The room was certainly not a ‘suite’ and was sparsely furnished with only one chair, no table and the doors to the ground floor balcony were hard to see through as the condensation between the two panes of glass made it awkward to see the view. We complained to the lovely lady at Reception and she was very gracious and offered to check with their sister hotel next door for a a much better room. Fortunately we were able to be offered a much better room at their Marivent hotel next door. The room was on the 7th floor with a balcony and a stunning biew of the ocean and the beach below. I would recommend this hotel if you want a beach holiday as it is literally on the beach. The staff on reception were lovely and the downstairs bar was great with air conditioning as it was 39 degrees Celsius when we were there. Food in the bar was very good and they serve allday and into the evening. On our final night we were surprised to have 3 flaminco dancers do a performance outside on the terrace under the stars which was amazing

Het hotel zelf was prima. Kamer was prima, bedden waren goed.

De lokatie was minder, het dorpje had allemaal lelijke hoogbouw. Sommig personeel had wat vriendelijker mogen zijn. Er waren niet voldoende ligbedjes bij het zwembad.

It was a great 7 nights friendly staff perfect location.

The entertainment wasn't in our hotel it was next to us and not sure if we were able to go in.

The beach area,pool area,the restaurants,and breakfast were exceptional. The ladies during the day at the front desk at at breakfast were super sweet.

The room was old, everything needs to be updated. The lady at the front desk at night was one of the rudest and dismissive people I have ever dealt with.

Location is great and the staff were excellent. Nice room and comfortable bed. Pool and beach both really good. Food excellent. Drinks well priced.

The half board evening meal wasn't always available without going to another hotel. Curtains let the light in.

The room was nice and it's a good location. Right on the beach and around the corner is a nice block of different restaurants. The hotel restaurant isn't great, but definitely explore the local options. The spa is also great, just be sure to book at least a day in advance.

Considering the price there really wasn't a good standard of customer service. We have to pay for pool towels, and there is no real concierge service like you would expect for a chain hotel at their prices

The room is fantastic great views and a massive bed. Beautifully decorated room. The restaurant offers excellent food too. The reception staff are always very helpful and you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The only thing that was a slight issue is there is no sound proofing in the rooms. Not an enormous issue at all and I really had to rack my brain to think of something I did not like about this hotel.

Non mi è piaciuto la pulizia della camera,rifaceno i letti la spazzatura e asciugamani puliti ma non hanno mai in una settimana passato lo straccio sul wc e aspirato la stanza mezza volta.Lo staff era disponibile ma non cordiale,tipo la mattina scendevo a colazione ne ti davano il buongiorno.

Good location with the beach cove and close to palma

Reception area was poor giving a dismal impression of the hotel. No slippers, no robe, no mini, bar, no room service, had to pay on arrival, music round the pool was too loud, markets as a boutique hotel and it really isn’t.

Lokationen er uden tvivl et stort plus. Hotellet ligger virkelig flot i en hyggelig lagune, og Palma centrum er meget tæt på. Bybus nr. 4 stopper lige ved hotellet og tager dig direkte ind til centrum på cirka 10–15 minutter, hvilket fungerede super godt under hele opholdet. Området omkring hotellet er roligt og hyggeligt, og det er nemt at komme rundt uden bil.

Det, der desværre trak oplevelsen markant ned for os, var markedsføringen som “voksenhotel”. Vores oplevelse var ikke, at hotellet reelt føltes børnefrit. Hotellet har en restaurant placeret direkte ved poolområdet, som også benyttes af familier med børn. Det betød, at der flere gange var både små børn og grædende babyer helt tæt på poolområdet og solsengene. Når man aktivt vælger og betaler ekstra for et voksenhotel, forventer man naturligvis et roligt miljø uden børn omkring pool- og afslapningsområderne. Derfor føles konceptet misvisende. Enten er man et reelt voksenhotel – eller også er man ikke. Derudover begyndte rengøringen meget tidligt om morgenen, allerede omkring kl. 06, og støjniveauet herfra var så højt, at vi flere morgener blev vækket. Hvis man specifikt søger et roligt og ægte voksenhotel, ville jeg personligt vælge et andet hotel næste gang.

Tudo muito normal!? Ou seja passei 5 dias em um Hotel e nenhum.a reserva on, ambas canceladas na aplicação, booking.com achou normal!!! Ridículo. The location is amazing right on beach and close to shops and restaurants The terrace for sunbathing incredible. Views from restaurants (breakfast and dinner) breathtaking. Haven in a busy area.

Although some rooms face the back, which has amenities such as bin collection, late cocktail bar and path to the beach, all which mean it’s noisy at night, once you close your French door it blocks out most of the noise.

1/ absence de poubelle dans les wc 2/ absence de poubelle dans la salle de bains et de boîte de kleenex 3/ serviettes de bains très fines 4/ brosse à WC remplie de tarte à l’intérieur et l’extérieur 5/ manque d’insonorité 6/ absence de miroir grossissant dans la salle de bains 7/ thermostat frigo baissé au minimum donc notre bouteille d’eau de la journée non réfrigérée le soir 8/ baie vitrée vue sur mer moisie au sol et totalement recouverte de condensation et de tartre 9/ absence de bouilloire 10/ le mitigeur de la douche est à l’opposé de la colonne 11/ absence d’un deuxième fauteuil en face du premier 12/ petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très succinct

Super freundliches Personal. Sehr sauberes und schönes Zimmer mit kleiner Terasse und herausragendes Frühstück!

An der einen oder anderen Stelle sehen die Gegenstände z. B. der Kleiderschrank etwas gebraucht aus. Kleine kosmetische Reparaturen sollten regelmäßig durchgeführt werden. Man zahlt ja auch weiterhin den vollen Preis. Auch die Toilettentür hat gehakt. Das sind Kleinigkeiten die nicht sein müssen. Soll aber das tolle Hotel nicht schlecht darstellen. Das waren nur Kleinigkeiten.

The breakfast was really good.

The hotel is not in great condition, it is nice, but it wouldn't be that clean, big gaps in the floor boards in the dining area, be careful, Everything in the rooms seems worn out, Wooden chairs by the pool are falling apart. We were there 2 weeks after they opened and and it was like the previous year they just closed the doors and left until they reopened in march, You would imagine all these things that are broken or damaged would be repaired when the hotel was closed. Old and wreaked should not be confused with boutique......

The only great thing about the hotel is the location.

It’s very run down. Room overlooking the front really needs doing up. Floorboards coming up. Tv didn’t work. Speaker didn’t work. Beds are hard. Needs refreshing. Not a 4 star hotel. I’d say 3 star. So the price should reflect this. But it overlooks the sea so you’re paying for location and that’s it.
