I did not have breakfast
Very good! Quiche was a little dry but generally very good.
Stems on strawberries had to be cut off and the were wilted and dry. Not real fresh!
Very convenient location. We booked a king room. Bathroom very small with only one sink and no fan. The pillows are the cheap polyfil instead of down pillows, which was surprising at this price point. I asked the front desk if they had any down pillows, but they did not, and acted like they had never heard of a down pillow. The towels were also thinner and smaller than expected at this price point. We usually stay at Hiltons, so maybe this is a Marriott thing?
Wonderful experience. The wait staff at the restaurant were absolutely lovely. A beautiful hotel.
We had a great experience with the Westin Poinsett, even though we didn’t end up staying! Our power went out, and Jeff, the Front Office Supervisor, was incredibly responsive and quickly arranged adjoining rooms for us. When our power came back on at the last minute, he graciously cancelled our reservation. Excellent customer service from Jeff—we’ll definitely keep the Westin Poinsett in mind for future stays!
Check in with Maggie/marjorie was amazing. The southern hospitality and ability to accommodate me several hours in advance was amazing.
I always enjoy the "0ld World Charm" of the Poinsett (will miss it when it is sold) but especially the staff, begining with the young lady at reception from Mexico City: such delightful savoir faire- how gentil could one be? The young dark haired male bartender was terrific & so enjoyable (perhaps a UK or Irish accent???.) The tone is set by the bellmen, who are pros & your frontline ambassadors, beginning with "my friend," the NCA&T alum, & this visit Jimmy. Jimmy went above & beyond the call of service. As we were leaving, I could not find my house keys anywhere in the room or car. At valet parkingI I told Jimmy, & he volunteered to go back up to the room & look himself. I knew it would be fruitless but in no time flat he returned with the keys which were lurking in dark corner of a drawer that I don't even remember using! THANKS AGAIN,, JIMMY, & to all your superb staff. They made our stay a real pleasure. The Whited
Enjoyed the Westin Poinsett for the first time. We've stayed at a number of other hotels in Greenville in the past but this was our first time at the Westin. Probably won't be the last. Historic hotel built in 1925 and the ambiance had a refined elegance to it. Lovely lounge and piano bar. Room was nice. Staff were very cordial, professional and competent. Kudo's to the staff for retuning a piece on valuable and sentimental jewelry left in the room. We realized the piece was left a couple hours after we checked out. Called and asked if they could go to the room, check with housekeeping, etc. and find it. They did! We were still in the area so we went back to pick it up. Many thanks to Jay and the rest of the staff in finding and returning the piece. We were very pleased and grateful. Exceptional service! Thank you!!
We have had a fabulous experience with The Westin Poinsett! I book this hotel weekly for one of our traveling physicians, and they have been nothing but accommodating. Jeff Curtis, specifically, has been fabulous to work with. Thank you!
Clean and classy. Perfect location, and great breakfast!
Didn’t seem to be a working exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the toilet does not have a soft closing lid, and is cheap plastic.
Best Location in Greenville
This hotel rocks and I gotta say that Scott the chef is the best!!! He made the perfect most perfect Caesar salad with grilled salmon on top that ever had in my life and I ate it twice today because of that! Scott is a kitchen god!
Awesome stay, great spot and amazing facility. Jeff C. was extremely helpful when I left some items behind. Thank you for the lighting quick responses and overall great customer service
Let me first say that I have stayed in this beautifully restored hotel every year that I have been able to return home for a visit. This would probably be around 6 times over the course of 10 years. The garage parking for $7 a day is a wonderful perk, however there is NO handicapped entrance from the back of the hotel in any form. I have had to take my luggage up and down a series of steep steps and then go past the gym to the elevators. I have noticed that you can go directly to your room without any kind of security stop or card requirement. In addition, this lovely hotel is in need of a makeover. I have stayed in the same room every time i have been there, and the staff has been so gracious to give it to me, however the size of the television was disappointingly small and everything else was the same. I am hopeful that these items might be addressed and i will continue to stay there. Just needs some TLC.
Fantastic location.
The location was excellent and generally everything was great and met expectations. A better facing room would have been a cherry on the top
I stayed at the hotel the weekend of June 12, 2026. There was an issue with our reservation that was not the Hotel’s fault. We were thankful to have Olga check us in as she handled it without any hassle, pure professionalism, and kindness. We were happy that the hotel included a small bar that we could visit for going to our room each night. Our first evening Melvin was tending bar. He was very personable and a real delight to chat with. It was a quiet evening. The second evening there were two very big wedding parties. This was a small physical bar area that had room to sit, but you had to go to the bar to order. That evening, Angie was making the drinks by herself with Melvin’s backup support. I was amazed at how she handled that crowd, which was demanding with such ease. She was delightful to everyone and kept the drinks flowing. As a former bartender, I was very impressed. Thank you for such a lovely weekend.
My daughter and I had a series of flight delays and ended up getting into Greenville much later than anticipated. We found this hotel last minute because we were so gassed we didn't want to drive the 2 hours north. And we found this gem in downtown Greenville. Staff was super friendly, especially Cristina (sp?) and we both agreed these might be the most comfy bed and pillow combination of our travels, ever!
This hotel is beautiful and made me feel so well cared for. I reserved a block of rooms for several nights for a wedding. Sarah Blasingame went above and beyond to help with that process. The valet service, both for luggage and for the cars was wonderful. The front desk, restaurant and maid service was all beautifully handled. I loved arriving back at the hotel each evening to the beautiful lobby with live piano music being played. It all felt so elegant, the perfect backdrop for a wedding weekend.
Superb staff Particularly Janice Smith who was friendly and gave great assistance on several occasions that saved time and money She deserves great credit to your company
Clean and beautiful! Everyone as so friendly! Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back.
Beautiful
Can’t say anything bad
Our 40th wedding anniversary stay at the Westin Poinsett was remarkable. Thanks to the thoughtfulness of concierge Janice Smith who sent a congratulatory note including, champagne, and chocolate strawberries! And if the was not enough...it was delivered by John B from room service and who performed a stellar vocal rendition of an Elvis Presley classic: Unchained Melody. Thank you for a memorable stay!
You truly cannot beat the location. It is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of everything, within easy walking distance of restaurants. Unfortunately, the poor customer service at check-in and the subpar housekeeping really overshadowed the experience. The young lady at the front desk—I didn’t see a name tag, but she was the only girl with black hair—was completely unwelcoming, she acted as though checking me in was a major inconvenience. Housekeeping didn't do a good job either. While our bed was made, everything else looked dirty, it felt like they did the absolute bare minimum and didn't even take out the trash! Because both the front-desk and housekeeping services need significant improvement, I don't know if I will stay here again.
Its history and location
My family took me to the Westin for a Mother’s Day brunch. Our server was young red haired lady named Tessa. She was wonderful very attentive and sweet. She made our whole dining experience amazing. We look forward to our next special occasion at the Westin with her as our server. Thank you Tessa for making Mother’s Day so special!
We stayed a couple of nights at this hotel. We were celebrating 45 years of marriage. We had a fantastic experience. The room was awesome with a comfortable bed and firm mattress. Everything was clean including the bathroom. The best part of our experience was the concierge Ms. Janice Smith. She was fantastic, very helpful with great information about the hotel and the city of Greenville. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on. We also enjoyed some soulful live music, again based on her suggestions. She is an amazing addition that helped us create wonderful memories for our 45th wedding celebration.
Beautiful century-old hotel in the heart of Greenville! We are here for our 40th anniversary and we were greeted in our beautiful room with a split of sparkling rose and chocolate covered strawberries plus a sweet note from the concierge, Janice Smith. 🩷 The hotel is so charming and lovely, managing to be right in the middle of the action without being crowded.
Love staying at this hotel in Greenville. Staff is always wonderful. This time I must acknowledge Melvin in the bar/lounge. My colleague and I returned to the hotel at 9 pm, exhausted and starving. Melvin was such a kind, friendly and welcoming face! Could not have been more efficient with getting our dinner and wine! He needs to be commended for such service. Look forward to return visits.
Room Service was amazing! John B took great care of us!
Perfect location and beautiful hotel. Concierge Janice was very helpful and friendly. Room service was completely absent. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights ($450 per room per night) and neither room had any service- even after 3 requests at front desk. We also inquired about our rooms with an employee cleaning other rooms on our floor to no avail. Bed linens were frayed and pilled. We’ve tried to reach a manager several times and still haven’t had a return call 1 month later!Extremely disappointing!
I was very pleased with my family’s stay at the Westin POINSETT in Greenville, SC. We came at a particularly busy time for both Greenville and the hotel. The front desk staff managed the crowds of people beautifully. The check in experience can be a deal breaker for me, as customer service is my main focus at upscale hotels. The ladies were very welcoming, warm, and professional- I overheard that a couple of them had just started but you could not tell. Myself and my family were all warmly greeted, the amenities were explained in detail but not drawn out and too time consuming. Whoever is training new hires has done a great job. The hotel itself is beautiful! The classic details are so charming. It does not have modern updates like other hotels in the area but that is not what we came for. We came for the charm and that is exactly what we got- start to finish.
Love this hotel there have been updates as well. Situated right in the middle of everything Greenville.
Paid $350/night and returned after a long business day to an uncleaned room. Front desk showed little concern.
This is a beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Main Street Greenville. It has been renovated but is still somewhat dated. We booked a Junior Suite a month in advance for two nights. I mentioned that we would be celebrating our 59th anniversary while staying with them. I also requested an upper level suite. My understanding from the description was that there would be a walk in shower which is important to me. There was no picture of the bathroom in the room pictures. Upon checking in (with the only service rep that was a bit unfriendly) we were assigned a room on the second floor overlooking the courtyard which is where all arriving and departing guests were. Our junior suite was really more of a slightly larger room with a sofa and chair near the wall and the bed. Nothing like the picture on the website. Pros: a nicely updated bathroom but it had a tub - not a walk in shower, a bed that was pretty comfortable, and a nice supply of bottled water. Also we ordered carafes of coffee each morning and it came quickly with very sweet and enthusiastic employees . The cookies in the afternoon were delicious. All service personnel were friendly and helpful except for the initial clerk who checked us in. Cons: The closet door would not stay open on its own. We finally had to park a piece of luggage to hold the door while we unpacked so it didn’t hit us in the rear constantly. The room was so dark that we had to turn on every lamp plus open the drapes to make it tolerable. There was no light at all in the corner where the coffee station was located so I had to use my phone flashlight to see what I was doing. There was no acknowledgment of our anniversary at all. There was only one robe in the bathroom although two were mentioned in the description. The doors on the TV console did not align and needed to be pushed hard in order to close. Nothing was terrible but we paid an exorbitant amount for staying there two nights and expected more from the #1 rated hotel in Greenville. On a bright note, we would recommend Soby’s for dinner. It is just across the street from the hotel and was amazing. We would likely not stay at the Marriott Poinsett again but we did enjoy our trip to Greenville.
We had a wonderful time at the Westin Poinsett. It was our first time to go to Greenville and we were so impressed. The hotel has a great location downtown with tree lined streets that had numerous restaurants and shops. I want to also mention the hotel concierge Janice Smith as she was such a great help in finding us restaurants. Sundee
Perfect location with a delicious coffee shop!
Centrally located, clean. Helpful staff.
An amazing stay...each day. Ms Janice Smith was so helpful, pleasant and made it over the top. Be sure to ask her!!
The Westin Poinsett absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely kind - it felt like they truly cared about every detail of my stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant, timeless décor that makes every space feel both luxurious and inviting. The food was another highlight - fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care, giving that perfect “homemade” touch you don’t always find in hotels. On top of everything, the location felt safe and convenient, making it easy to fully relax and enjoy the experience. I would go back in a heartbeat.
Every time I come to Greenville, I always stay at the Westin. Not only does it carry historical significance for the city, but the staff the food and the ambience is great… Plus, I always sleep like baby! Again, big cheers to the staff for them always going above and beyond.
The Fine folks at Westin on Main St., Greenville are outstanding. Kind, courteous and professional. They really make you feel like you are important and welcome. I absolutely will stay nowhere else but at the Westin Poinsett hotel in Greenville South Carolina when I am in town. I highly recommended to anybody. Located centrally and an easy walk to the Peace Center or anywhere else. Can’t wait to get back!
I stayed at The Westin Poinsett for a week during a business trip and was truly impressed with the experience. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained. It has a timeless charm that makes it feel special, while still being comfortable and welcoming. My room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, which made a big difference during a busy work week. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, and that level of service did not go unnoticed. The downtown location was also a huge benefit. It made everything very convenient and allowed me to enjoy Greenville a bit even while traveling for work.
Location
The Westin Poinsett never disappoints. Tessa in Spoonbread made breakfast extra enjoyable. Melanie at the front desk was very helpful in making the stay a pleasure.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Poinsett, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience—especially the exceptional service at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout to Ariana at the front desk, who truly made a lasting impression. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm personality and willingness to help immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. The new girl she was training was just as sweet and welcoming, which really speaks to the kind of team they’re building. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a beautiful place to stay, but also a team that genuinely cares about their guests.
Went for the coffee and it was great.
Beautiful historic hotel in downtown greenville, first time there. Great and helpful staff except for one girl at front desk with dark hair was kind of rude more then once the few days I was there
Outstanding stay here. As an Ambassador status, treated very well. Melanie at front desk above and beyond. Very responsive in message / chat pre arrival. Gave local pointers when checking in. Always welcoming when I saw her. Made sure my FedEx was delivered to room. Was upgraded to nice suite. Room great. Plenty of space. Excellent bed. Shower very good. Delivered welcome snacks fruit and cheese. Concierge Janice was wonderful. Several spot on recommendations. Not the touristy places. The real solid local places. She’s fantastic. Overall a 10 out of 10.
I have visited this location about 20 times over the years and keep coming back. Fantastic staff, great location, and they do a wonderful job of maintaining the historical flare of the building. Highly recommend. On this visit, Melanie at the front desk and Savannah from the Sales office were both especially helpful! Thank you both for your help!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Valet CRASHED my brand new truck and did little to any effort to help me get it fixed. They gave me a $1000 to go away and I was left with an almost $7,000 bill + a rental car bill for 2 weeks. I’ve been extremely nice and just asked for some room credit to make up the difference because I’ve stayed here many times and they won’t even respond to any of my emails. So unprofessional. I really hope a higher up in the company can see this message. Neither of these people below will even respond to me. From the time we drove up until departure, everyone was super friendly and helpful! It's also an excellent location within walking distance of great restaurants. Highly recommend!
The Westin Poinsett Hotel in Greenville SC is a beautiful well maintained property ! The Hotels location is perfect and within walking distance to restaurants, shops , and the beautiful downtown Park with a waterfall and a suspension walking bridge over the falls for a beautiful view. The hotels lobby is beautifully appointed and the lobby lounge is like being in a comfortable living room with live piano music in the evening. Janice the hotels concierge is a wealth of knowledge and willing to provide information on restaurants, shopping and anything Greenville. She has a friendly, helpful and outgoing personality. Mary the Hotels spoonbread restaurant manager is always friendly and professional. The breakfast is delicious and the room is absolutely perfect what a beautiful space . Melanie a front desk associate is such a pleasure and she's very interested in making her guests experience exceptional. The valet gentleman are professional, helpful and friendly. The Westin Poinsett is without question Southern Hospitality at its finest. We are loyal guests for 25 years !
We absolutely love staying at the The Westin Poinsett. The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bar is wonderful, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond. On one visit, the valet even gave us a little golf cart tour of Greenville while driving us, simply because he was happy to show us around. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the trip even more memorable. My daughter is a freshman at Clemson University, and since we travel from Charleston to see her at least once a month, we stay here often. Every visit leaves us feeling relaxed and happy we chose this hotel. The rooms are clean and beds like heaven. One stay did present a challenge. I booked two adjoining rooms because my parents were with me & are elderly and disabled. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up and they were placed in a room with a bathtub instead of the ADA-accessible room I had specifically requested. At the time, it left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I asked to speak with a manager and was referred to Jay who stepped in and worked to make everything right. Jay has the patience of a saint. She is incredibly professional and truly cares about her guests. Because of her, we decided to stay again—and I’m so glad we did. On our most recent trip to Greenville, Jay spent nearly 30 minutes with my adult son & I helping us understand rewards points & making sure we were set up for the best possible experience. Even after what was clearly a long day, she made us feel like the most valued guests she had (as she always does). Have a night cap at the bar. The bartenders are all fantastic & we always enjoy the people we meet while sipping a cocktail & relaxing from the day. Breakfast in the restaurant is delicious, the hostess always remembers us & Tess makes us feel like family. A small note for future guests: you may hear a bit of street noise or music at night, and if you’re visiting during the early morning farmers market, sleeping in might not be in the cards (I LOVE the farmers markets here). small trade-offs (if your bothered by this type of thing) for staying in such a vibrant part of Greenville. oh! And the rooms don’t have microwaves (but you can request them and one will be delivered to your room) Thank you to everyone at the Westin Poinsett for the care and effort you put into making each stay special. It never goes unnoticed.
What a surprise to be congratulated on my upcoming birthday. Only to be further surprised to find a huge piece of carrot cake ( birthday cake) in our room to share with my wife after seeing play at Peace Center. It made my day after the past year of recovery from back surgery. I told young lady checking in that the Westin is my favorite hotel in Greenville, SC. I really meant it and look forward to coming back.
It was an amazing experience. From pulling into valet to walking up to the desk, Kaitlyn at the desk greeting me with a smile and was truly wonderful. The room was amazing and cozy. The bar was also great as well!
While it's a beautiful property in a great location, a recent conference experience delivered the worst customer service. We booked rooms as part of a conference block months in advance, yet 16 attendees had to be sent six miles away to another, inferior hotel because the HOTEL OVERBOOKED and did not honor our reservation. The hotel did provide the other property free of charge and presented snacks to us to make up for the mistake. However, the worst part of the experience was that the hotel staff failed to accomodate needs that resulted from the overbooking. Because we did not have a room during the conference sessions, we requested a quiet space to get on an important conference call and were told there was no space available. However, several conference spaces set completely empty during the time we needed a room. It would have taken little effort for them to allow us to use one small meeting space for a couple hours (which we only needed because they did not provide us the rooms we had reserved). The lack of customer service trying to make things right after their mistake was the point I realized the customer service at this hotel is not sufficient.
The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is wonderful. We had a beautiful room overlooking Main Street. The valet service is top notch as well. Will be staying again for sure. Highly recommend.
We love this Westin and stay here every time we are in town to see a show at the Peace center. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service is quick and convenient for a late night snack after the show as well. Highly recommend this hotel.
Staff was superb and made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Great location and close to restaurants and attractions.
We celebrated our daughter’s 50th birthday at The Westin Poinsett, and it was truly a magical evening. Everything was flawless from start to finish. Savannah, the Executive Meeting Manager, was amazing and ensured every detail was perfect. Beth, Director of Banquet Operations, graciously accommodated last-minute room layout changes and made the space absolutely perfect. Audrey, our bartender, and Daijah, our server, were outstanding — warm, attentive, and quickly felt like family. The service, atmosphere, and coordination exceeded all expectations. An unforgettable night we will cherish forever. Highly recommend for any special occasion
Convenient, downtown, close to everything

Shout to the staff that worked. We chose to stay 2 extra nights due to the storm. The staff did an excellent job during this time. We appreciate each of you for your commitment. I loved how especially the restaurant was very involved in their service.
Absolutely amazing staff! Due to an ice storm in our city, the hotel was packed with people (including my husband and me) seeking electricity, internet, hot showers and good food. The icy roads prevented many hotel staff from getting to work, but the people who were able to come took care of every guest efficiently and with good humor. Among the outstanding folks were Mary (restaurant manager), Melanie (front desk), and Chris & Danny (normally doing other jobs but filling in at the very busy bar!). Special kudos to the ever-gracious GM, Fabian, for hiring these stars and for being on the scene 24/7 to take care of guests and staff alike. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the gym had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant and room service was plentiful and well prepared. A 5-star stay!
We went to Greenville for my birthday this past weekend. It happened to be resturant week, a candle light concert and a play in town. Unable to find a "good" reservation we reached out to Janice, the concerigue at the hotel. She was friendly, attentive and made sure to get us squared away. We enjoyed dinner. Our room was nice and when we returned we had recieved a dessert and a handwritten note. These are the details that make things special. Highly recommend! Thanks Janice!
We enjoyed the location of the property and the fact that they have 24 hour room service really sets this hotel apart.
Parking was challenging the second night due to an event taking place near the hotel.
The Westin Pointsett is beautiful. We stayed there for a couple nights recently and we were in a suite. There was a sitting room with a couch and chair and desk. Adjacent was the bedroom and bathroom that were appropriately appointed with Westin linens-which are spectacular. The hotel was decorated for Christmas still and it is stunning. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
Great hotel. Staff professional and friendly. Fab NC Christmas tree In lobby, a very large tree fills the room. Special thanks to concierge for help great suggestions on places to visit and eating options including a special Christmas breakfast in the Spoonbread restaurant. Thanks for a special Christmas time in the city.
Our stay at the Westin Poinsett was amazing. We went for my niece’s wedding. Melanie at the front desk was extremely helpful with check-in. She was friendly and extremely helpful! We felt welcome and at home immediately. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the beds are very comfortable. The wedding took place in the event space and Beth, the banquet director and the entire banquet team was fantastic. The service was excellent. They paid a lot of attention to detail. The lobby was very comfortable and perfect for visiting with family and friends. We will definitely be back!
Consierge lady gave Emily, my daughter, a handwritten card, congratulating her on her graduation from Clemson University with a beautiful saying to carry the torch of love and service in her heart!!
Everything from our room to the Christmas tree in the lobby to the Consierge’s lady, everything was so special!… thank you so much for helping to create one of the most beautiful memories our family has ever had!
Kids said, "BEST Christmas Ever!!" Savannah was so wonderful and easy to work with creating a tradition that we will have to repeat year after year! Kids loved the unique limo ride with pizza, snacks, and drinks provided! The OP Taylors gift card was a fun side quest and the ice cream sundae was delicious!! Top notch service at the hotel and a perfect location for Downtown Christmas activities! We were given a high corner room and the kids loved watching the Downtown Christmas scenes below! Highly recommend!

Inept housekeeping
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay during the holidays in Greenville, SC, especially our stay at The Westin Poinsett. A well-located, beautiful older hotel with excellent service--from the greeting by the valet, to the front desk staff, as well as the hostess and servers in their Spoonbread Restaurant. You can tell there is a focus on excellence from the top down, even during the peak of holiday season. We particularly enjoyed relaxing with a beverage in the lobby lounge and people-watching, in front of the huge and gorgeous Christmas tree. Also, the complimentary Italian cookies were an unexpected touch! Room service was great and a surprise birthday dessert and serenade by John B. rounded out a wonderful stay. We will be back 💯
My daughter and I did the Home Alone Experience and it did not disappoint. Everything was well planned. Everyone was so helpful and Savannah sent all the details outlining everything so we knew exactly where to be and when. The room was so cozy with a Christmas tree as well. We needed help on the dvd player and someone was sent up immediately. He was so nice and helpful. The hotel is on Main St so we were able to walk to a bunch of stores & restaurants. We would definitely love to go back.
Mary was a great resource for our daughter’s bridal shower afternoon tea. We needed to have the tea on the Saturday after thanksgiving, due to travel plans. They generally do not schedule their “teas” on the weekend of the holiday. Mary reached out to the chef and they agreed to host our tea. The table was set beautifully. Their staff were kind and helpful . The food was delicious. We would recommend them for any special occasion or breakfast/lunch anytime!!
We stayed at The Westin for their holiday package called The Home Alone Experience. We got a one night stay, ice cream, pizza and a Limo ride just like Kevin does in the movie. We also got to watch both movies and a gift card to the toy store downtown. We really enjoyed this experience. It was a nice, quick getaway.
I stayed at the hotel weekly from May of 2025 through early December of 2025 while engaged with a client in the area. I enjoyed a great experience and especially want to thank some members of the staff for wonderful service during my stay. I would like to recognize Jeff in sales, Waldo and John in the lobby bar and restaurant and Cindy in the restaurant in the mornings. Each of these individuals helped make an extended stay a nice experience. Their service is exceptional and each of these individuals helped to make a weekly trip a warm and welcoming experience. Thank you to the Westin Poinsett and a wonderful staff.
