Die Lage ist super gut. Man ist sehr schnell in der Stadt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle freundlich. Das Hotelzimmer sauber und die Betten waren auch sehr bequem.

Vuile kamers , onvriendelijk personeel bij het ontbijt Prijs veel te hoog voor dit hotel , Om 8 u gaan ontbijten en alles was op , als je vroeg om kaas , brood of eieren bij te vullen nog eens 15 minuten wachten ……

Appartement avec terrasse au 3 ème étage.

Arrivé à 16h30 chambre pas encore disponible. 1 ascenseur en panne l'autre pas entretenu porte ne ferme pas complètement. Dans le garage sur certains emplacements des encombrants et pas beaucoup de place.

15 mins walk up hill to the main town.

Real shame. It’s nothing like the pictures, very budget vibes. Pool is surrounded with horrid plastic grass and entirely in the shade all day. Roadworks right outside from 7am.

The Appart’hôtel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to the town centre. It also offered secure underground parking, although this was available at an additional cost. The shower in the bathroom was quite small. We didn’t have breakfast as we felt that €18 per person was rather expensive. A convenient place to stay.

Very good location relative to centre of Aix. Very good value for money. I liked having an actual person at reception & an area to wait for people. It was very quiet. The surrounding area felt safe.

The shower wasn't brilliant, I had to devise a prop to get it in a reasonable position to use. As I am an English speaker there were not many channels on tv which I could understand - not a huge issue.

A ten minute walk to the town ..swimming pool was welcoming after rideing allday .lovley spacious room and bathroom. Underground car parking was good too .

Er wordt niet dagelijks proper gemaakt. De vuilnis moet je zelf wegbrengen. Er is in het hotel geen enkele mogelijkheid om s´avonds iets te drinken. Ook bij de uitcheq werd ons nogmaals de taksen en garage gevraagd dit nogmaals te betalen. Ik heb toen via bankafschrift moeten bewijzen dat het reeds betaald was. Het terras konden we twee dagen niet gebruiken daar de werkmannen deze in beslag namen om op onze tafel en stoelen hun werkmateriaal te deponeren. Daar gaan we nooit meer terug

Angenehme Lage nicht weit vom Bahnhof und fußläufig zum Zentrum; sehr freundliche Rezeption, sehr ruhiges, geräumiges Zimmer, gute Betten, gutes Frühstück.

Frühstücksraum wurde um Punkt 10.00 geschlossen, verbleibende Gäste wurden ohne Vorwarnung ersucht, umgehend zu gehen. Terrasse durfte beim Frühstück nicht betreten werden, Zugang zum Pool früher geschlossen als angekündigt.

Das Hotel hatte eine Garage, und das war sehr gut, man konnte leicht reinfahren. Man konnte auch das Auto über den nächsten Tag da lassen. Es war sauber, Frühstück haben wir nicht genommen, es gibt einen Aufzug. Personal war sehr nett und entgegenkommend.

Die Lage war zwar nah am Zentrum, aber trotzdem in einer kleinen Nebenstraße, schlecht beleuchtet am Abend. Das Zimmer, auch wenn mit einer Terrasse, war sehr klein. Die Dusche ist sehr klein und nicht richtig dicht.

Merci beaucoup à l'employée qui travaillait au petit déjeuner, qui était adorable, accueillante et a beaucoup discuté avec moi. L'emplacement était top, calme, à côté du centre-ville mais largement faisable à pied. La piscine était géniale, agréable pour nager. Le calme dans l'hôtel. Un super séjour pour se reposer.

J'ai tout apprécié.

La propreté , la terrasse de la chambre , le coin piscine et la proximité avec le centre c’était génial ainsi que le parking sous terrain . Personnel agréable

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super. Vom frisch gepressten Orangensaft, verschieden Sorten Brot, gutem Kaffee bis hin zum Müsli, Joghurt, Rührei und gekochten Eiern war alles da. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig, das Stadtzentrum fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Pool ist sauber…

The pictures are misleading. The hotel was not as described. We book a superior room with terrace and it was small with a very small terrace at the back of the property. The room was full of mosquito s. Had to keep all windows and doors closed. Asked to be moved but couldn’t as they were full.

Une mention particulière à tout le staff de l'accueil qui a été particulièrement aux petits soins pour répondre à nos besoins, et toujours avec le sourire, professionnalisme et grande gentillesse ! Le studio était vraiment mignon, conforme aux photographies et bien propre.

Hôtel très bien situé : proche de la gare SNCF, du cours Mirabeau, de l'office du tourisme. . Très bien pour les visites. L'ensemble du personnel est très accueillant : aimable, serviable, à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, de qualité. Mention spéciale pour Noréa qui est au petit soin, pour chacun tous les matins. Son sourire, son élégance, aime partager son amour de sa région. Très aimable et de bons conseils pour les incontournables de la ville.

Plutôt une douche italienne qu'une baignoire, plus pratique pour une personne qui prends de l'âge : une barre pour se maintenir ou un tapis anti dérapant..

Die Innenstadt ist mit 20 min Weg gerade noch fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof (z. B. Ausflug nach Marseille) liegt in der Nähe (ohne Lärmbelästigung im Hotel). Ruhige Straße. Parkhaus vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Wasser in der Lobby immer zur Verfügung, auch Snacks und andere Getränke. Zimmer geräumig mit Küchenzeile und sehr sauber. Bad komfortabel. Pool etwas klein, aber ebenfalls sauber. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut.

De kamers/studio’s zijn wat verouderd en zouden echt baat hebben bij renovatie. Het toilet ruikt muf en een beetje naar rook, en de toiletbril is te klein. De badkamer maakt een versleten indruk: losse kraan, geverfde badkuip die opnieuw moet, niet‑werkende föhn en een losse plint. De vloer voelde niet helemaal schoon aan. Ook de bank en stoelen zouden een reiniging kunnen gebruiken. Daarnaast regelmatig blaffende honden gehoord — mogelijk van buiten, maar misschien ook binnen het gebouw omdat honden zijn toegestaan. Op dit moment vind ik het hotel geen 4‑sterrenaccommodatie volgens de Bookimg standaard.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr günstige Tiefgarage. Wir haben sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter erlebt. Ein später Check Out war kein Problem.

Vi har inte bott på lägenhetshotell tidigare så blev positivt överraskade. Fina gemensamma utrymmen. Trevlig frukost. Lägenheten var stor och rymlig, välutrustad och hade bra förvaring. Bra med uttag nära sängen och extra kuddar. Trevlig personal. Speciellt Souria var väldigt välkomnande och hjälpsam. Mycket bra läge för oss utan bil. Kort promenadavstånd till tåg- och busstation samt centrala delarna av stan. Tyst område.

Sängen var, i min mening, alldeles för hård. Löste det genom att lägga extraträcket i sängen. Det hade varit bra med lite fler krokar för tex kökshandduken. Ingen plats att hänga upp klänningar. Även om frukosten var trevlig blev det lite tjatigt då utbudet alltid var det samma och vi var där i 9 nätter.

Gute Lage . 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Sehr sauber.

Leider war der Pool zweieinhalb Tage geschlossen. Leider keine kostenlosen Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Demande sur l’application booking lits jumeaux à l’arrivée un King size. Hormis le tarif du parking et du petit déjeuner le reste n’est absolument mentionné. Ça ne vaut pas 5 étoiles

A little far from the old town

Great location, clean and spacious room, with a kitchen as well. The room was very pleasant overall.

The staff were friendly, but they often didn’t explain things properly. For example, they never told us which Wi-Fi network to use. We ended up working with a very weak connection and couldn’t work properly, only to find out later that there was another Wi-Fi network with a password that worked much better. Nobody mentioned it to us. It was the same with other things — they would tell us “yes, just do this or that,” but wouldn’t explain how to actually do it, for example how to open the gate. Overall, the staff were friendly, but we often felt that they didn’t give us all the necessary information.

It was clean and practical with a small kitchenette and a separate toilet. It was great for solo traveller needs and close to a bus stop. It also had aircon and a quiet pool area.

It was a long walk or bus wait from beyond Le Rotonde. A great choice for those with cars. In the intense heatwave which dramatically impacted Aix, taxis/ Ubers became my expensive default. Staff are overworked with little capacity- my keycard failed 5x and there was no means of contacting reception from my room. No views and very simp@3 furnishing.

L’emplacement est parfait, la piscine est agréable, le personnel très accueillant.

Dommage de ne pas avoir le changement gratuitement des serviettes au moins 1 fois sur la semaine après avoir mis le budget pour la semaine c’est dommage de devoir encore rajouter de l’argent pour 2 serviettes. Pas de balais non plus dans l’appartement alors que le ménage est également en supplément pas très agréable.

Está perfectamente situado para visitar Aix en Provence y los alrededores. La piscina es estupenda para desconectar

la habitación y el baño eran pequeños y la terraza un poco más elevada que la habitación lo que hacía un poco incomodas las entradas y salidas, aunque con diferencia era lo mejor de la habitacion.

Liked the location. The staff we saw were very good. Happy about safe parking, but feel price we paid for stay the parking should be included .

Dit hotel heeft ons echt verrast. De studio was enorm comfortabel, met goede bedden en lekker veel ruimte. Fijn ook om een eigen kitchenette te hebben. Net even wat extra's. Ook het zwembad, waar je heerlijk in de schaduw kon liggen, was een superfijne bonus in de zomer. In ongeveer 10 minuten wandel je naar het centrum, er zit een supermarkt aan het einde van de straat.

Houd er rekening mee dat je tijdens je verblijf geen housekeeping krijgt! Het buurtje van het hotel is een beetje vreemd, maar daar heb je eigenlijk geen last van.

L’emplacement est super, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. L’espace piscine est très sympa et le personnel très accueillant.

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas toujours très bien

God placering tæt på centrum, men i et roligt område. Vores lejlighed havde en dejlig stor altan, der var i en vinkel rundt om lejligheden så man altid kunne sidde i sol eller skygge alt efter ønske. Selv voksne sover godt i sovesofaen i stuen. Velfungerende pool med gode solsenge. Nem adgang til parkeringskælder (betalings).

Køkken virker slidt med låger, der hænger og blandingsbatteri der sidder løst. Der er kun 4 gafler, knive, glas, tallerkener etc, så der skal vaskes af hele tiden. Tallerkener var for store til opvaskemaskinen. Dør til altan kunne ikke lukkes til udefra, hvilket er uheldigt når aircondition kører indenfor. Man skal selv hente toiletpapir i receptionen - der var en rulle i lejligheden til 3 mennesker i 5 dage.

Appartement für vier Personen viel zu eng. Das Schlafsofa war bei Ankunft weder aus- noch bezogen, Kissen und Decken mussten erstmals gesucht und bezogen werden, Bezüge unvollständig und mit Flecken. Auf Nachfrage zur Vervollständigung der Bettwäsche bei der Rezeption wurden wir auf den kommenden Morgen verwiese und erst nach mehrmaligem Nachhacken hat sich die Dame bequemt und herausgefunden, wo sie weitere Bettbezüge für uns beschaffen konnte.

Spacious room, terrace area was excellent, travelling with a group of six made it communal. Location was good.

We booked three rooms but they were not all of the same standard. Did not like the late 4pm check in.

Une catastrophe. Il ne faut pas y mettre les pieds ! L’hôtel et le chambres ne correspondent pas aux photos , c’est de la tromperie ! Cela fait 10 ans que je fais mes réservations par booking je suis Genius 3 et je n’ai jamais eu un seul problème. J’ai du partir de l’hôtel et trouver un autre hôtel à 10.00 du soir car la chambre n’était pas en état de recevoir des clients (absence de taie d’oreillers , douche cassée… et tout a été constaté par la personne de la réception qui a fait un rapport) et quand j ai demandé de changer de chambre on m’a dit que ce n’était pas possible car l’hôtel était complet ! Un vrai scandale . Depuis impossible de parler à qui que ce soit , on ne répond pas à nos mails pendant 1 mois et demi (…) et hier on reçoit une réponse : on est des menteurs tout était bien (ils ont fourni les taies et la douche c’était juste un problème de pression ) le client est de mauvaise fois bien sûr ! Je suis directeur d’une grande société et je vous le dis, si je traitais mes clients comme vous traitez les votres , je n’en aurais plus un… alors bravo Odalys et le groupe à qui il appartient ! Je vais faire une petite lette au groupe Duval et à son directeur Laurent Dusollier pour lui conter mon expérience et je suis sur qu’il va beaucoup apprécier (bonne chance à la direction d’odalys aix en Provence et au service client ) voilà . Et sincèrement pas de félicitations à Booking non plus , aide et support inexistant pour l’instant vous nous avez dit de se débrouiller avec l’hôtel et on s’est épuisé pour rien pendant 45 jours . On va vous tenir au courant de ce résultat et on verra si vous aller bouger maintenant. Franchement c’est lamentable. Quant il y a un problème, on discute pas on rembourse pour garder ses clients fidèle . C’est ce qu’on apprend dans les bonnes écoles de commerce et aux états unis. Bien à vous . PL

Very bad communication especially with management. Just a couple of hours after I booked it and still 3 days ahead of my arrival, I found out about a work emergency that meant I had to leave 3 days earlier and I immediately requested from both Booking and the hotel directly to talk with management for a refund. Not only the manager refused to talk to me for 3 days before I arrived but also for 3 days after I was inside the hotel at the front desk, even when I was literally in front of her, she literally turned her back and walked away while I was asking to talk with her, refusing to even talk to me to just tell me that she does not want to refund me, that eventually the front desk told me the next day. The manager is not worthy of her tittle, by a long shot.

The location is brilliant. Close to the centre but quiet. A modern, clean bathroom. The room is very compact and pleasant. The a/c was great. Kitchen facilities adequate. Convenient lift from the car park to the top floor. Would love to return one day. Staff very pleasant.

TOUT !! L’accueil formidable des réceptionnistes. Excellent petit déjeuner avec jus d’orange frais et produits de qualités et face à la piscine. Propreté de l’ensemble de l’hôtel. Parking très pratique En plus, nous avons été surclassé dans une suite, avec une très belle terrasse, c’était top.

Le personnel est peu investi, en particulier lors du petit déjeuner. D'ailleurs, le petit déjeuner est assez mauvais.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great - a short walk into the old part of Antibes, and convenient for buses etc. The air con was very effective which was great during the heat we had! The bed was comfortable and you had all the amenities you needed in the room.

Unfortunately the room didn’t look like the pictures at all. The toilet was in a cupboard just inside the door to the room, the room layout was completely different and didn’t make sense, you access the terrace through the bathroom (and have to leave that door open when on the terrace - which is not ideal for anyone wanting to use the bathroom!). The terrace was tiny and overlooked a building site. The towels were threadbare and smelt bad. The taps didn’t work properly. It’s was overall quite disappointing compared to the pictures, description and other people’s reviews - perhaps we were just unlucky with the room we had?

Die Lage zum Zentrum von Aix war ideal, nur 10 Minuten bis zum Boulevard. Bein Frühstück gab es nur eine Sorte Käse und dieser wurde auch auf Verlangen erst nachgelegt. Die Parkgarage lag dierk unter dem Hotel. Kosten für 1 Tag akzeptabel Der Swimmingpool, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben

Mobilier pratique et parfait agencement du logement /Beaucoup de rangement/Literie confortable/ salle de bains spacieuse / piscine / moquette autour des lits/ personnel agréable/ situation idéale de l'établissement / Hall d'accueil chaleureux et fonctionnel avec guéridons pour grignoter distributeurs,micro ondes ,canapés..../ midi comme heure de départ de la chambre....

Pas de séparation sur les terrasses entre les tables des chambres différentes/ plomberie un peu vetuste,mélangeur peu efficace/Bruit extérieur car immeuble en réfection à côté/bruit dans les couloirs.

Номер очень маленький, душевой уголок крошечный. У меня нет проблем с весом, но боюсь, не каждый сможет в этом уголке помыться -- просто не поместится. Есть кухонный уголок, но нет даже соли или пары капсул кофе на первое утро. На фотографиях номера выглядят больше и приятнее, чем на самом деле.

El desayuno bastante pobre, no me parece bien que cobren las toallas para la piscina. Faltaría una manija adentro de la ducha para salir de la bañera. Podrían cambiar las toallas y tirar la basura y no que lo tenga que hacer el huésped.

Zarezerwowane studio z balkonem miało mieć 23 m2 według opisu, FAKTYCZNIE POKÓJ MIAŁ 13M2 - klaustrofobicznie mały

Hintaan ei kuulunut välisiivous. Tätä ei ole ilmaistu selkeästi. Ensimmäiset pyyhkeet piti vaihtaa, koska ne tuoksuivat pahalle. WC-paperia oli vain yksi rulla ja pyydettäess lisää, sitä sai vain yhden rullan. Aamiainen oli heikko, munakokkeli kylmää.

Fußläufig vom Busbahnhof (Shuttle-Bus zum Flughafen Marseille) und auch die City super zu Fuß zu erreichen. An der Ecke ein SPAR Supermarkt (täglich geöffnet). Sehr gute Lage.

Basic but comfortable room. Just out of the town itself but a quick walk to get into the centre. Near the bus and train stations. And the staff were really great…helpful, friendly and always smiling!
