The staff was incredible. I arrived early morning after a 24 hour journey and they reorganised rooms to free one up for me before the usual check in time of 4pm. True customer service and care.

Beautifully clean and well situated for the historic centre. Very nice room and bathroom. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Great breakfast though they did run out of some things as we came down towards the end of service. Nice area to sit and have a drink too. And very nice outdoor courtyard.

The bathroom was very small despite having a family room.

The hotel room in particular the toilet room needs some TLC. The toilet room was very tight space couldn’t close the door without having to back up against the wall.

Fantastic location, right next to the old town, making super easy to explore Aix. Room was relatively large and super neat. Reception personnel were super friendly and attentive. Also, parking a car in Zone 3 nearby is available (during the month of August, parking in that zone was free).

Chambre correcte mais salle de douche MINUSCULE, circulation lavabo, wc, douche extrêmement serrée ! C’est le seul point négatif, parfait pour le reste !

Tem uma óptima localização e de fácil acesso ao centro permitindo fazer tudo a pé.

As fotos dos quartos que estão disponíveis no momento da reserva criam uma espectativa melhor do que existe na realidade. De salientar, que o hotel está mais degradado do que parece nas fotos.

My room was comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I had a large amount of luggage and they all very willingly helped me with it. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

My room was at the top of the stairs from the reception, so I could hear a bit of noise from people coming and going. I think this is specific to this room location (room 109).

L’hôtel est très bien situé avec la possibilité d’avoir une place de parking privée et faire le reste à pied. Le personnel a été très sympathique, nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé dans un suite , chambre très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était aussi de très bonne qualité. C’est un hôtel que nous retiendrons et nous y reviendrons.

Hôtel Boutique Cézanne davvero bellissimo e caratteristico, in pieno centro ad Aix-en-Provence. Abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa di ricevere un upgrade della camera, ma ho avuto modo di vedere anche le altre tipologie e mi sono sembrate tutte molto belle e curate. Ho apprezzato particolarmente lo stile dell’hotel: elegante e ricercato, con il fascino tipico di un boutique hotel, ma allo stesso tempo abbastanza moderno e minimal, senza risultare pesante o eccessivamente classico. Gli ambienti sono molto curati e soprattutto ho trovato tutto estremamente pulito. Anche la colazione è stata molto soddisfacente, varia e ben fornita. Molto piacevole la possibilità di scegliere se consumarla all’interno oppure all’esterno, nella terrazza dell’hotel. La posizione è un altro grande punto di forza: centralissima e molto comoda per visitare Aix-en-Provence a piedi. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole e uno degli hotel che ho apprezzato di più durante il viaggio. Lo sceglierei nuovamente senza esitazioni: riesce a essere caratteristico e raffinato mantenendo allo stesso tempo quell’atmosfera pulita, luminosa e contemporanea che personalmente preferisco.

L’unico aspetto che migliorerei riguarda le finestre. Nella nostra camera, affacciandosi anche su una zona del tetto frequentata da piccioni, avremmo preferito poter tenere le finestre aperte senza preoccuparci dell’ingresso di insetti o della vicinanza degli uccelli. La presenza di zanzariere sarebbe quindi molto utile e permetterebbe di godere maggiormente dell’aria esterna, soprattutto nei mesi estivi. È comunque un dettaglio migliorabile che non ha compromesso l’ottima impressione generale dell’hotel.

Very cute hotel with parking! Breakfast was pretty good and the room very comfortable.

Just the shower, awfully designed in both rooms. In my room the shower head was fixed in the ceiling and so close to the wall that it was impossible to use properly, had to use the hand shower. In my mother’s room the step to the shower was very high and dangerous and the little cubicle for the wc was extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel was a short walk to places of interest and the markets. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Parking was next to the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. would happily stay here again.

Staff were so friendly and couldnt do enough to make sure your stay was perfect. Room was beautiful and bed really comfy. It had patio doors which was great as we had a dog with us.

Colazione varia, possibilità di cibi dolci e salati. Una buona varietà di dolci. <il parcheggio dell'hotel è a pagamento a 50 metri. La posizione è buona, si arriva nella via centrale con una piccola passeggiata di 5 minuti. lo staff è stato molto gentile e ha illustrato bene sia le caratteristiche dell'hotel che le attrazioni della città.

La chambre top. Silencieuse et très bonne literie. Sanitaires très propres et de l'eau offerte avec de quoi se faire une tisane et un café. Personnel vraiment adorable et serviable. Excellent accueil et soin tout au long du séjour.

Équipe du petit déjeuner un peu dépassée et il manquait beaucoup de choses. Si vous n'arrivez pas très tôt y a plus grand chose. Dommage car à part ça tout était vraiment bien. On est parti prendre à complement de petit déjeuner ailleurs.

We had a small family room for four for two night and it was perfect for our short stay in Aix en Provence. Centrally located, quiet, clean and the staff were helpful. Parking close by was appreciated too. Not problem recommending this hotel.

Everything! Location is superb, a block from train station, couple of blocks from the centre, restaurants, street market… staff were helpful and friendly especially Marc. The bed and room were comfy and had coffee maker and mini fridge, great shower and AC worked!

Niet al te groot hotel in de binnenstad van Aix-en Provence. Locatie is erg goed; je kan vanaf hotel naar alle bezienswaardigheden wandelen. Bovendien ligt het vlakbij het station. Wij reisden met de auto en er is vrijwel naast het hotel hun eigen privé parking.

Eigenlijk niets, maar misschien had het iets charmanter ingericht kunnen worden. Een zwembadje zou in de zomer ook lekker zijn geweest. Verder was het een prettig hotel, zonder veel poespas.

It was my second stay in this pleasant hotel. I like the location of the hotel - in a quieter part of the center, but still close to everything, nice rooms, good breakfast, very pleasant atmosphere.

My train arrived early and it was not possible to have an early check - in. OK, I understand… But it was not possible to check in later, even at a regular hour! It took some time and some discussions with the staff before I could settle in and it was plus 36 and I was travelling all the day. It was very disappointing. The cleaning service could be much better organised! Unfortunately I had to leave earlier, I know about booking.com rules etc, but there were not even an attempt to offer at least some compensation for a night for which I payed and did not use…Also a pity.

Hôtel plein de charme, idéalement situé juste en face de la gare. Il est à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la Rotonde, du marché et des nombreux restaurants du centre-ville, tout en étant dans un quartier agréable et rassurant. La chambre était propre, le petit-déjeuner délicieux, servi dans une jolie cour intérieure, et le personnel était adorable, attentionné et toujours à l'écoute.

Rien de particulier. L'hôtel correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes et j'y retournerais avec plaisir.

Lobby area could use a little refreshing. Separate water closet does not have a sick, so one must cross the room into the bathroom to handwashing after using the. water closet.

距离火车站、长途汽车站和游客中心都不远。舒适安静。前台对照地图详细介绍了主要景点、游客中心和附近超市的位置，并贴心地提醒我们米拉波大街上正举办市集。

不知道是不是艾克斯的物价比其它城市高，总之这里的房价相较其它南法城市偏高。
