Amazing place and staff were amazing and very helpfull

Les chambres sont insalubres notamment les salles de bain, nous avons déménagé 3 fois pour finir par avoir une chambre qui ne sentait pas l'humidité trop fort et moins sales. La première était crasseuse je ne vous parle même pas des wc, la deuxième nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit tellement l'odeur d'humidité était forte, les draps humides, le sol de notre chambre n'a jamais séché du matin 11h au lendemain 10h00. Ils avaient connaissance du problème mais nous l'ont tout de même attribuée ! La troisième, la salle de bain était puante il y avait un écoulement sous le lavabo qui sentait les égouts... La baignoire avait une fuite et dès que nous nous douchions tout était trempé... La chambre par elle-même spacieuse, hélas la literie très très usée...parfois nous avons eu des draps trop juste pour notre lit du coup ils roulaient sous nous dans la nuit. Bref un hôtel 3 étoiles qui n'en mérite aucune. Les petits déjeuner toujours la même chose et très très huileux...

Breakfast was mediocre. Every time we went for breakfast ran out of bacon quickly. Very much an Indonesian breakfast not western

The air con in our room was very noisy and we don’t smoke but upon wake I g in the morning could smell the smoke of others smoking outside their rooms. The linen was stained and looked dirty. When house keeping came to clean room floor was not done.

Affordability, nice food, helpful staff. It was all I needed for a week away.

The rooms were cleaned each day and staff are very helpful however the bed was uncomfortable for my old back and the skirting of the bed was quite dirty.

Close to everything. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Booked some tours through the tour desk. Was excellent value for money and driver went over and above and it exceeded our expectations. The guys at the tattoo shop were very lovely also. Check in and out was very smooth process. Loved the 12pm check out time. Room service was quick and fresh. Rooms were made up fresh everyday. Amazing value for money at this hotel. We would stay again.

Bed was really hard. If you like it hard then its perfect for you. Bath flooded so only had one. Didnt changes towels had to request new ones. Only small things but we were generally happy with our stay.

It’s a good place to stay

Location was good,close to everything. Staff of hotel were good and welcoming.

Front bar and restaurant had service tax however service from some of staff was poor. Standing at bar til we got up to get drinks and ashtray. Hotel room could do with some new pillows as it felt like using a rock.

No power points on bed sides. Dangerously wet bathroom tiles present fall risk. Poor function of shower design.

The service and tax charge at the front bar considering the service was below par. Staff were nice,however the stood at bar and didnt react to service well. The pillows could do with a change as felt like i was using a brick for 3 weeks.

Breakfast was great and a lot of choices. The pool was awesome. One of the best we have stayed at. The rooms do need updating, especially bathroom

Only thing I could really complain about is visitors putting towels on lounges for the day and never being their till afternoon. Nothing to do with the hotel, but maybe monitored and if no-one comes after 20 minutes, they can be removed

Staff and location.

Maintenance our toilet was not flushing properly for the whole time even though they kept sending someone to fix it. Plus the air cond was noisy so lucky for us the weather was not too hot as we had to turn it off at night to sleep.

Room was on the smaller size Shower area tight, larger plus sizes would not like it Lighting was dull, only two lights in the main area Fridge, although cold was small, could only place several cans in it Forget about the internet, very poor, dropping out all the time, if I knew this I would not have booked there

Minimal wifi access at room 3103 garden view area. Had to walk to the lobby to get any reception 🙁 Pool bar music was in competition with the Indonesian music being played right next to it. Was extremely loud.

I love staying here, iv stayed twice and everything was great. Staff are extremely friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble! Food was great, never had a bad meal. Loved the pool rooms and the pool and swim up bar is awesome. Definitely will be back.

Toilet needed fixing

The location was great with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. We like the older Balinese style hotel with beautiful gardens and the pool getting plenty of sun. The swim up bar was a big attraction for some, but there were plenty of lounges and umbrellas for those who just wanted to enjoy the sunshine, swim and read. The rooms were comfortable with good size balcony. The staff were lovely and the massages great. Coffee and tea facilities and smorgasbord breakfast went down well. We'll stay there again next year but maybe have the garden view next time.

My only disappointments were lack of powerpoint's. We were boiling the kettle behind the TV until we bought an Indonesian power board with extension cord. The internet was very hit and miss. Not that we spent a lot of time on the internet, but talking to family and online check in etc was a matter of waiting and being patient. The people in the property behind us, burnt rubbish nearly every day, which sent a cloud of smoke over our area. On a positive note, it kept the mosquitoes away.

It’s was so close to everything the pool area was great and the staff work so hard they are always smiling and greeting us anything I needed was never a problem for them they were wonderful. Price was good too

Beautiful grounds, swimming pool and large rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was great. Having the tattoo and beauty spa onsite was very convenient. Check out the beauty spa, it’s absolutely beautiful up the stairs, I was so surprised! Much nicer than I expected. The people at the tattoo, Sujati Ink, done an incredible job with my two tattoo requests.

The wifi signal wasn’t that great. TV reception and channel selection was not that great. But who goes on holiday to watch tv… 🤪 no face cloths or hand towels in the bathroom. Nor a hair dryer in the room. Small details really as overall it was excellent here. Yes the rooms are dated, but it was clean, comfortable and affordable. We will be back for sure!

The staff were so helpful, kind, trustworthy and accomodating. Close to amazing food and lots of shopping which is convenient. My room was amazingly cleaned every day. They bought my daughter out a birthday cake and decorated the room so lovely for her. I’ll be staying here EVERY time I’m in Bali

This place was exceptional for the cost. Can’t fault anything for the price. Rooms are dated yes, but seconds away from the pool, which is lovely and the happy hour all day by the pool was great.. right in the heart of the Legian

Breakfast didn’t have much of anything left every morn when I would arrive around 10am (finishes 10.30 but they didn’t replenish).. I would just have omelette from the the egg station and toast.. couldn’t have a barista coffee (happy to pay for) but a lovely coffee shop directly across the street 10 metres away so would go get first and bring back.. honestly first world problem but not a compliant, just the only thing I didn’t like, along with the hard pillows - again first world problem.

Great value. Great location - for walking to places. On a one way street at time of visit so to catch transport north, a short walk was required.

I would personally like the pool to close at 9 pm not 10 pm as we are early risers and tend to be ready for bed at 10 pm so the noise from people in the pool was a bit of a distraction.

Not so much bothered by the fact that they made an error with my room, two single beds instead of a large bed, the fact that the guy at reception was too lazy to do anything about. Yes I arrived late, 1am, but he just said will look into it the following day. How hard is it to get it right the first time ? Or just move me to a correct room ? Have had this happen in the past, and hotels usually resolve the issue straight away. Not here ! Felt like the guy just wanted to go back to sleep. Sorry I bothered him...

The staff were amazing , the pool area although could do with a spruce up . 15 min walk to Legian and Kuta beaches . Plenty of bars , restaurants and shops out the entrance . Breakfast had plenty of variety each morning.

The hotel could do with a make over, but the price makes it very affordable

We’ve stayed in many places in Bali and love the old style properties. This one is not maintained well and was very dirty and uncomfortable. Rooms and facilities all lack basic upkeep.

Location to everything, Staff were very friendly and hard working. They are what keep these resorts functioning.

Lack of pool towels and I was exceptionally disappointed to see someone hand in a used towel and a staff member refolded it and gave it to another person. I was also disappointed that visitors from other resorts come in and take up the use of paying guests towels. Facilities need some TLC.

We only booked the room for somewhere to shower and relax before our pm flight home, sheets stained and marked (looked as though sheets from previous guest still on) shower had no warm/hot water and sprayed everywhere but the shower. Room stunk of cigarette and walking into the room there was the neighbours rubbish and drinks left from the bar left on the ledge plus bags of previous guest rubbish outside our door to enter
