Los horarios de las comidas eran muy pronto .

Der var pænt og rent. Gode inventarer og et skønt udendørs areal. Der er gjort meget ud af indretningen.

Det eneste jeg kan sige der ikke var godt, var aftensmaden. Det var desværre kedeligt og ensformig. Frokosten var heller ikke særlig spændende, men morgenmad var super god.

Location to the beach

Even though we were half board we were expected to pay for water. ( if it’s alcohol I can agree ) but not water with your meal !! Tried to visit the sky bar at 11.40 pm only to be told it was closed even though all their literature says bar closes at 12pm (Saturday night as well ). Bedroom was facing the rear of the property which was complete concrete wall 60/70 ft high 10 feet from our window covered with a mesh to disguise it ( we were on the 4th floor room 436 and it still towered above us not nice to see every morning ), The queue for the food both morning and evening for a very limited choice of food is not what I expect from a 4 star hotel, have a video of the queues but this platform won’t let me share, The electrical connections/transformers to the illuminated mirror dropped down from behind the mirror after reporting this to reception it was dealt with - only to re appear the following day ( it’s just been stuck up with black gaffa tape NAUGHTY !! )

Accomodation excellent..large room, very clean, comfortable bed.Staffvery helpful.Pool excellent and bar prices very reasonable Location close to beach and town centre. Third time we have stayed and would come again.

The food for the evening meals was awful..rabbit stew, tasteless fish, poor quality meat, fried vegetables..very little for children..it was much the same last year..Worst hotel food for quality and range of choices we have ever experienced. Breakfast was good..so no excuse really..gave the impression that portion control was aimed at spending as little as possible . No allowance made for different national tastes. Would only book B abd B next time. It lets the hotel down.

Very comfortable rooms, the food I had was very nice, pool area great and rooftop bar drinks were as good as the views of the sunset.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno a settembre e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dell’esperienza. L’hotel è accogliente, curato e pulito; le camere sono confortevoli e l’ambiente in generale è ben tenuto. La colazione e la cena sono abbondanti e varie, con una buona scelta adatta a tutti i gusti. Un aspetto che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata la cordialità e la gentilezza di tutto il personale. Dalla reception, dove siamo stati accolti all’una di notte con il sorriso e grande disponibilità, fino al personale di sala e a tutto lo staff, abbiamo sempre trovato attenzione, cortesia e professionalità. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente anche la disponibilità nel farci cenare nonostante il nostro arrivo a tarda ora. Consiglio sicuramente questa struttura anche per la posizione strategica: la spiaggia di Santa Ponça, tra le più belle e ampie della zona, è facilmente raggiungibile e Palma si raggiunge comodamente in poco tempo. Spero davvero di poter tornare presto!

Personal unfreundlich,kein Bock, kein nettes Wort keine Begrüßung, Getränke zum Abendessen mega überteuert, Wassergläser wurden abends weggenommen ohne Grund weil man nix bestellt hat.zimmer nicht ordentlich geputzt, Ameisen im Bad und unter dem Bett . Balkongläser nicht ordentlich geputzt keine Organisation keine Ordnung man hat sich teilweise gefühlt wie im Labyrinth und das kam auch von anderen Hotelgästen.Frühstück und Abendessen immer sehr überfüllt und das Personal war damit überfordert.Innenpool geschlossen und Skybar schön aber auch nicht immer offen.kurz gesagt Hotel nicht zu empfehlen wenn man einfach Mal die Seele baumeln lassen möchte sehr schade .

A vacsoránál italokért (üditő, víz) + fizetni kell erről előtte nem kaptunk tájékoztatást. Illetve vacsoránál a fő ételeket sarokba volt találva és tömeg volt nem volt átlátható.

Been here before and choose to go back as the location is great. Staff are great. Restaurant is ok for breakfast and dinner. Would stay again.

Air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well in the room. And compared to last time I stayed and a few other places within the same area. Prices seemed to have increased quite considerably.

Ubytovanie bolo blízko pri mori, na raňajky aj večeru bol veľký výber a jedlo bolo chutné. Izba bola pekne zariadená a každý deň upratovaná. Odubytovat sme sa mohli o 12, čo nám tiež vyhovovalo. S pobytom sme boli celá rodina veľmi spokojní 😊.

El spa estaba cerrado y el edificio estaba renovado pero estaba en el anexo de la parte principal

Najbardziej podobały mi się baseny, bardzo czysta, ciepla woda, super podswietlenie wieczorne. Hotel czysty i zadbany. Personel bardzo miły i uprzejmy.

Niestety uwagi mam do personelu Sky Bar. Ogólnie uważam ten obiekt za świetny pomysł i wykonanie z genialnym widokiem na zatokę. Niestety uwagi mam do żeńskiej części personelu, który obsługiwał Bar, powiedzmy opryskliwy. Z uwagi na dużą popularność tego baru konieczne jest by przynajmniej dwie osoby obsługiwały salę a na pewno już konieczne jest by były tam dwa urzadzenia do składania zamówień. Na pewno usprawniło by to obsługę jak również poprawiło by atmosferę wśród klientów i personelu. Po za koncertami LIVE, muzykę proponuję lekko przyciszyć, tak by można było prowadzić konwersacje a nie się przekrzykiwać.

The hotel was nice and rooms spacious. The Sky Bar is amazing and we enjoyed drinks there. It would be good to have more beer and wine options though.

We arrived early hours of the morning to find 3 out 4 of our rooms were not secure and the locks on the patio doors out to the terraces were broken. The lady on reception was the only person working in the hotel and they had no way to resolve the issue. Which meant a sleepless night for us!

We booked a suite, and receive a family room with parking view... room is clean, well equipped. Suite is not a suite, just a "spacious" room with a sofa, and a desk. In fact, junior suite in the best case. terrace is a large balcony with parking view... despite 7th floor, (hopefully we don't stay at 4 or 5th floor, are facing a wall 2m away !!) 7th floor balcony is on the same floor than parking (!) . And cherry on the cake, you ll have a stay in the middle of family, because "suite" are same than familiy room (quad occupancy). There's some real suite on 6th floor with seaview... but only 4 are available. diner : basic offer, no local food (ham, fruit...), and funny thing paella is without shrimp, muscle, seafood...yellow rice and chicken. halfboard doesn't include water ! breakfast : good offering, despite the lack of local food. swimming pool... Hotel counts more or less, 300 rooms... there's around 30 sunbeds, let you imaging if you want to enjoy, you must be a early morning bird. in addition, swimming pool is more like a kids wading pool. As a conclusion, 4* is globaly usurped. But hotel got a great skillfull marketing team to trap you. no more word about management...and customer satisfaction.

La limpieza de la habitación, suelo sucio. El buffet escaso de variedad y pequeño la zona de comida para la gente que había. Piscina pequeña para la gente que hay y te quedas sin hamacas y no hay ningún sitio más para ponerte. Ofrecen servicio de masajes, y al contactar tardan en responder

Le personnel (Toni) la piscine avec bar, le restaurant très bon, le skybar et l’emplacement proche de la plage, et l’éclipse totale de soleil au skybar :)

L’arrivée est très compliquée car on ne peut pas déposer les valises à l’entrée de l’hôtel (emplacement de bus) obligé de se garer n’importe comment. L’horaire de fin du restaurant le soir 21h30 est trop tôt.

Hotel claims "4 Stars" however: NO kettle/coffee in room, NO provision of drinking water for hotel guests in room or anywhere else in the hotel, NO luggage rack in room, NO coffee/tea service paid or unpaid anywhere in the hotel after breakfast, NO Telephone to contact Reception and in any case NO Room Service of any nature, CANNOT ORDER -paid or unpaid- tea or coffee with evening dinner! Our room had excellent position with sea view but expect MUCH BETTER general facilities and service from "4 stars". Board was on Half-Board basis and we found it ridiculous to be charged 2.90 Euros for a 1/2 litre of water with dinner. After 9.00pm the bar in the general sitting area on ground floor was shut and clients directed to the hotel's "sky bar" manned by two waitresses and still NO coffee or tea, Only water or alcohol at 'Sky Bar' prices, ie. NO SERVICE OR FACILITIES for Hotel Guests. Other 4 star hotels on Mallorca provide phones in rooms, room service, free coffee/tea/kettle in rooms, luggage rack and better variety of body wash and shampoos. Only advantage of this hotel is fact that it is situated on quieter side of Santa Ponsa and walking distance to beach.

La nourriture etait vraiment très bonne, le personnel très gentil, aimable et attentionné. Un super rooftop , parfait pour les cocktails le soir.

Hôtel confortable et bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage, les repas midi et soir sont très corrects mais pas exceptionnels, personnel souriant et arrangeant dans l'ensemble

Location was very close to the bay, and our room had a view of the water. Bus stop within easy walking distance. Meals were included. Staff were polite and multi-lingual. The room was clean and well maintained. Sky Bar had a nice view and good drink options.

The property was too touristy and resort-like for my tastes, and was very basic, for such a high price. The buffet food included in the hotel price was adequate, but mediocre resort food, and did not include local cuisine. The dining room hours were limited, especially for lunch. Pool hours were limited. Lots of families with very young, noisy children. Room was challenging to locate.

Pues teniendo en cuenta que reserve pensión completa y no especificaba que solo entraba la bebida del almuerzo y era solo Coca Cola y Fanta y de botellas a compartir con todo el mundo y muy poco variedad de comida,la habítacion pedí que fuera cama doble y me la pusieron individual y el colchón súper duro,piscina llena y muy pequeña,tenían otra piscina en la planta 3 y nadie nos lo dijo la encontramos por casualidad,estaba mejor pero muy aburrida sin música en fin para ser un cuatro estrellas no lo vale.

Die Lage , der Pool und das Hotel ist schön und modern.

Leider haben wir ein Zimmer mit zwei einzelnen Betten erhalten. Wir waren mit einem 1 jährigen Kind im Hotel. Er hat mit uns im Bett geschlafen. Meiner Meinung nach sehr gefährlich. Wir haben ein Kindernett bekommen, jedoch möchte mein Kind nicht die ganze Nacht alleine schlafen. Leider war ew nicht möglich das Zimmer zu tauschen. Die Terasse hatte auch keinen schönen Ausblick, wir haben auf eine Wand geschaut und laut war es.

Pool facilities were lovely - people were reserving lounges (you weren't supposed to) so if you weren't down early you didn't get 1. However they had plenty of seats with tables. Access to bar there. Room was good, up on 7th floor. Balcony had a lovely view of the beach. They decked out one of the roofs for the eclipse which was a lovely touch - everyone had a great view! Room was clean and spacious. Locating was amazing. Lovely shops and restaurants on the street. Was very quiet day and night. And literally only 3 to 4 mins walk to the beach everyday.

Food options for half board wasn't the best. Very repetitive. Dinner options wasnt the best. .Breakfast was good had plenty of cereal, breads, selection of teas, but the English breakfast lacked. We gof english breakfast in a small local restaurant on our street for €5.50. The shower in the room leaked (not a major issue for us) and the AC barely blew cold air. (Was 35 degrees for the week)

Location lovely beach in walking distance good view of the sea. Perfect location for eclipse and great sunsets.

Not enough sunbeds no umbrellas. Rooms quite small. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Small balcony no where to hang towels/swim wear on balcony. Had to pay for parking 10 euro per day. Drinks quite expensive if not AI

Das Zimmer wurde schlecht gereinigt, wenig Liegen am Pool, die leider schon oft mit Handtüchern reserviert waren, teilweise um 8h in der Früh!

При бронировании на семью заняли два номера, логично что номера для одной семьи должны находиться рядом или как минимум на одном этаже, но дали один номер на первом этаже другой на 6🤦‍♀️ Еще на 6 этаже номер оказался за двумя дверьми как будто в бункере где с видом из окна на яму. И еще хочу пожелать отелю давать на ужин воду бесплатно❗️❗️❗️

Nothing really.

The hotel was a pure scam. At arrival they did not give us the room we had booked with balcony but instead gave us one without facing a stone wall which originally had half the price of our own. After 24 h of arguing, and three room changes later, we eventually got a room almost as the description but not still as the picture they put on Booking. One room we were offered after 24 h was dirty and not cleaned from previous guest. When they realized they made another mistake they offered the third room, when we entered there was another guest there showering who got traumatized! We got uncomfortable and shy so when we complained from the third mistake we finally got an acceptable room. This much fights for first and second day ruined our entire trip. In addition the hotel staff was incredibly rude throughout the stay and had multiple arguments with other guests we saw. Against Spanish law, they don't offer water for free during meals (not even in their restaurant), when you book buffet. You should still buy drinks to very high prices.

L'hotel si presentava molto accogliente e fa una buona impressione, sopratutto l'ingresso e la zona esterna con piscina. La camera era molto confortevole, ben arredata e generalmente pulita, così come la zona ristorazione.

La qualità del cibo potrebbe essere migliorata, ma comunque non era pessima. Il prezzo delle bevande era un pochino alto.

Gostei da localização, muito boa.

A comida não tem muitas opções. A limpeza é fraca, funcionários na sua maioria não são simpáticos.

La posizione

Servizio (hotel non messo bene, non vale 4 stelle, andrebbe ristrutturato) , staff (poco o quasi niente cordiale) , cibo (si ripeteva spesso, dopo un pó disgustoso). Sono stata ignorata e presa in giro, pur avendo detto di un problema che avevo in camera, c’era una puzza di fogna fortissima, dovevo lasciare la ventola e il condizionatore accesi perché non si respirava; il peggio é che ero con mio figlio di sei mesi e mi hanno davvero snobbata. Letto rotto, riparato con delle fascette, ma poi si é completamente rotto; almeno questo lo hanno cambiato subito. Inoltre il soffitto, all‘ingresso perdeva acqua.

El personal de el buffet un hombre que se, llamaba yakisoba cada vez que nos levantabamos para coger mas comida en la cena venía y nos lo quitaba todo y limpiabaa mesa y eso era muy incómodo también el buffet es un poquito pequeño para tantas personas hay colas y colas de 20 minutos y cuando llegas ya no hay comida en la bandeja y tuve que llamar 4 veces a recepción por que al llegar a la habitación no había gel para bañar me y en vez de tocar la puerta lo dejó en la puerta sin avisar

Food was quite good and varied, good location close to the beach, air conditioning worked well, friendly staff. Quality Wi-Fi.

There is no air conditioning in the elevators or hallways; over the course of eight days, not a single roll of toilet paper was brought to us—I had to keep asking for it. We had a "deluxe suite," but it was just a standard room partitioned by a half-height wooden panel—offering absolutely no privacy for two adults and a child or young person.

Alle waren sehr lieb und offen und das Essen war morgens sowie Abends sehr lecker und ausreichend.

Das frühe Frühstück für abreisende sowie späte Abendessen für spät anreisende war leider in der Auswahl, zu dem, was sonst geboten wurde sehr wenig und an Auswahl gering. Im dümmsten Fall, fällt für einen das Essen dann aus oder aber man holt sich woanders was. Dafür, dass es bezahlt ist, darf gern mehr an kalten Speisen für früh/abends bereit stehen.

Skybar ofereix unes vistes impressionants mentre prens un còctel amb la brisa del mar i música en directe. El personal és molt amable i servicial. L’hotel ha estat renovat i la piscina és una meravella.

Abendessen war fast immer kalt Es gibt ein Frühstück für diejenigen die früh auschecken (ab 04:00 Uhr), grundsätzlich eine gute Idee, allerdings mussten wir im dunklen Speisesaal essen, auf einigen Tischen stand noch das dreckige Geschirr vom Abendessen und das Buffet wird schon gegen Mitternacht aufgebaut. Das steht da also doch einige Stunden (Brot, Wurst, Obst….)

Un Hotel de lo peor, casi 400 euros en pensión completa y una comida pésima , papas fritas, macarrones y carne en salsa , pescado tilapia frita y un cordero que olía fatal . Ha sido muy duro estar aquí , nos cambiaron de habitación a otra peor también sin aire acondicionado, llena de pelos , arena el suelo y el baño se veía sucio , toallas de baño rotas y sin aire acondicionado en plena ola de calor , no hemos podido dormir por el calor , nos tuvimos que ir todo el día fuera ya que el hotel estaba muy masificado y las áreas de piscina muy llena y poco limpias , el trato con el personal pésimo y el Subdirector , es un mentiroso y no tiene palabra , nos dieron un baucher para una noche en temporada baja o sea en invierno , cuando hemos pagado casi 400 euros en pensión completa, más las tasas y el parkin que no utilizamos porque quedaba a 5 km en un descampado a oscuras . Una vergüenza de hotel y de gestión , había una habitación en la planta 1 que tenía un aire acondicionado portátil. Las quejas fueron más de 5 en un solo día . Un caos , exigimos un reembolso de nuestros gastos de hotel y estancia o una reserva en otro hotel de categoría 4 estrellas en pensión completa por dos noches .

El agua de la ducha se esparcía por todo el baño aun cerrando totalmente la puerta y hacia la experiencia en el baño un poco incomoda. El aire no enfriaba casi que nada, solo nos refrescaba el ventilador del techo

The location was unmatched. Can walk anywhere, beach, bars, restaurants.

It was old in places and the AC in the room was simply not good enough. It was cleaned but not well. There wasn’t enough sun loungers for the guests and was made worse by guests laying their towels on them at 7.30am. Forcing me out the hotel to find somewhere else to go with my family. Also not enough shade. Lunch was an hour window 1-2 which isn’t long enough. Especially when travelling with a napping toddler. Shame to see no coffee or tea making facilities in the room and no water included with the full board package. Not what my overall experience has been in similar hotels.

Pues solo llegar,nos dijeron que la zona de spa,estaba cerrado, después subimos a la habitación y sin aire acondicionado,nos buscaron una solución cuando ya casi nos íbamos, después por las molestias nos invitaron a comer ,pero quería pasar un finde especial y lo pasé bastante mal.

El personal fue muy simpático y agradable,como si nos conociéramos de toda la vida,los dos camareros ,uno creo q se llamaba Manuel y el del bar de la sexta planta no recuerdo,pero muy atento también,y el subdirector un encanto ,ah y nos invitaron a una copa ,Manuel,gracias

Najbardziej podobało mi się dobre jedzenie . Były owoce morza , które lubię . Było bardzo czysto na stołówce , obsługa dbała o porządek . A poza tym obsługa bardzo miła, uśmiechnięta . Pokoje czyste . Dobrze sprawna klimatyzacja.

Do mojego pokoju musiałam dojechać dwoma windami . Z parteru na 3 piętro , później musiałam przejść korytarzami do drugiej windy aby zjechać na poziom drugi . Rozumiem , że hotel rozbudowany , ale trochę to uciążliwe .

Not enough lifts, had to use the stairs a lot , on the 5th floor.

Our first room was very nice , comfortable bed , nice bathroom our second room was not as nice as the first. Beds were not as comfortableand the bathroom was quite dated .Pool area was very nice . Food was good .Sky bar was nice .

We had to move rooms after 3 nights because there were a lot if noisy groups of teenagers on our floor, the room we got moved to was not as nice as out first room .You could very rarely get a sunbed as people were putting towels on the beds very early in the morning.The groups of teenagers dominated the pool at times playing ball games and roughing around amongst thereselves and there was a lot of choice language.The airconditioning in both rooms we had was hardly working and temperatures when we were there were up to 34 degrees

Mattresses were old, central aircon did not work,

Spotless all round and staff were most helpful

Az egyik recepciós hölgy nem volt segítőkész amikor a kislányom bent ragadt a liftben a férjemmel. Az egyik pincérhölgy arcára szinte rá volt “írva” hogy egyáltalán nincs kedve dolgozni

Die Matratze ist viel zu weich
