Friendly, helpful staff! Kids loved the games on arrival and the free table football. Room had everything we needed. Comfy bed.

Toilet was a little dirty. Decor tired. If you’re getting off the train it is ideally located but for the main centre, it’s a bit out the way.

Location was perfect, staff were very nice and room was good for our family needs.

L"accès facile á plusieurs places conques de la ville: grand-place, games de Lille Flandre, l'hotel de ville et plusieurs rues commerçantes de la ville. Top!

Comme toutes les grandes villes européennes, la précarité dans l'espace public: les personnes errantes,... l....

Situation très pratique, personnel attentif et très bon confort global. Literie un peu molle pour nous... mais les goûts et les couleurs varient ! Sejour idéal pour nous. Bagagerie gratuite.

A good value for money. The location is good. Smart TV is available in the room the staff were helpful. There are facilities for children to play. The breakfast was good. The fitness facility is good too.

Salat Mimosa: Salatanteil zu klein. Fast nur Eier. 0.0% Bier im Restaurant: nur 1 Wahl Suite: Toilette separat ohne Lavabo. (Ein NoGo!) Grösse des Badzimmers zu klein, Ablageflächen und Tücheraufängungen im Bad zu knapp bemessen bei 3-4 Pers. Bettlaken schlecht eingebettet. Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

We had a really enjoyable stay here while visiting Lille with my sister, who uses a wheelchair. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful, which made a real difference to us. The location is excellent — just around a 10-minute walk from Lille Europe station, making it very convenient for travelling by Eurostar. The hotel itself is modern, stylish and beautifully decorated, and we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast. There was a very good choice of both hot and cold food, with plenty of variety. We also ate in the hotel restaurant on both evenings and enjoyed both the lunch and dinner menus. It was great to have such a good dining option available after a busy day exploring Lille. We stayed in an accessible room, which was spacious and conveniently located close to the lift. Overall, the accessibility facilities were satisfactory and the room gave my sister plenty of space to manoeuvre her wheelchair. Overall, a great hotel with a fantastic location, lovely staff, comfortable surroundings and good food. We would happily stay here again when visiting Lille.

There are a few things that would have made the room even more accessible, particularly for someone with more significant mobility difficulties. Additional grab rails in the bedroom and bathroom, along with aids such as a commode and raised toilet seat, would have been very helpful, especially during the night. That said, these are suggestions rather than complaints. We had a very positive experience and really appreciated how helpful and accommodating the staff were throughout our stay.

It is a good location in Lille. the hotel room is relative small, but the price is super nice. They don't have own parking place. But the hotel recommend a good closeby parking place. It is super near Lille station, if you are travelling by train. It is a good location to stay.

The room is a bit small for 3 persons. The sofa bed is not ready when we arrived. But the staffs are super nice to help us to solve it asap!

Na een doorreis vakantie zijn we hier voor het laatst gestopt.Wat hebben we heerlijk geslapen. Voor het eerst even uit kunnen slapen de kamer was schoon en zag er prima uit. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en er werd snel bij gevuld. Campingbedje stond gelukkig ook op de slaapkamer dus de baby kon op tijd slapen.

Was geen melk en suiker voor de koffie op de kamer

Slaapbank net iets te krap voor onze twee kinderen. Erg simpele inrichting.

Breakfast was not upto Novotel standard. Missing many things from a standard breakfast . Difficult to locate the hotel and confusing for new ones .

L’hôtel est idéalement placé par rapport aux gares et pour visiter le vieux Lille. Le personnel est accueillant et réactif, le hall et le bar sont très agréables. Les chambres sont grandes et climatisées, la climatisation n’étant pas trop bruyante.

Le quartier est vraiment très mal fréquenté. Il serait judicieux que l’hôtel conseille de réserver le parking effia situé à côté de l’hôtel car il est souvent complet.

J’ai trouvé ma chambre défraîchie , propre mais pas en adéquation avec le prix payé. Les installations sanitaires sont à changer ( barre et installation de douche, pas assez de lumière en sdb, wc sans brosse ), moquette abîmée

Comfortable room - we’d needed to book a last minute room due to French train strikes - thanks for that- an additional cost to our holiday. Hood location near train stations. We slept really well- Quiet. Lovely staff- helpful and friendly.

La chambre était dotée d'un lit double et d'un canapé lit double, rendant la chambre quelque peu étroite. Les équipements sont corrects mais la literie ne nous a pas convaincu. Le personnel était très sympa surtout avec les enfants. Le petit déjeuner correct. La situation géographique est excellente.

Location next to Lille Flanders central train station and easy walk 25 min to centre

Arrived late Friday evening. Checked in well apart from missed telling us about our welcome drink. Room was spacious with desk, tv,sofa and chair. Good bathroom, very clean. Tea and coffee making. Fridge and safe. Tv remote didt work but staff sorted quickly. Safe needed servicing but we didnt need it. Bed v comfy. Plenty of hanging space. Breakfast was 19.50 euros each so avoided. Parking slightly discounted at station car park but still costly at over 20 euros a night. But room cost was excellent on accor app and under 100 euros a night. Walkable to station and city centre

Very tired rooms that could use an upgrade. The shower in particular was super disappointing - more of a damp mist than rainfall. Come on Novotel - you can do better!

L’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking. L’hôtel propose un parking proche avec une réduction de 10 ou 15% mais malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu y aller car le parking était complet.

De ligging: kort bij het centrum en openbaar vervoer.

De eieren bij het ontbijt. Je moest ze zelf bakken en dat duurde erg lang. De scrambled eggs waren lauw of zelfs koud.

Hôtel calme et bien localisé.

Il y avait des trous dans la housse de couette du lit d’appoint de notre enfant, les oreillers étaient en mauvais état et inconfortable et le buffet du petit déjeuner dans un espace étroit inadapté pour hôtel très fréquenté par les familles avec des enfants. Nous avons dû attendre un moment pour pouvoir avoir le renouvellement du buffet.

While the staff were polite and the location was convenient, the overall experience was disappointing for the cost.

The property is clearly in need of refurbishment. The rooms felt dated, with worn furniture and tired décor. With some serious renovation work, this hotel could be much better.

les chevets beaucoup trop étroits . le fait d’avoir coller deux lits ! résultat le lit paraissait immense dans la chambre et cette taille était disproportionnée par rapport à la chambre

un peu froid dans la chambre, reglage clim difficile pour arreter la clim, ou mettre plus chaud beaucoup d'attente pour prendre la clé, et idem au depart pour avoir une facture , etc... qualité du jus de fruits assez moyen ! dommage les oeufs brouillés industriel et non fait maison bacon moyen pas crispy
