The hotel is in a good location, very close to Lille Europe and Lille Flandres and the City centre. We have stayed here before as it's convenient for catching the Eurostar back to London. We like the quirky decor and the eco friendly policies.

The square the hotel is on has some late night take away restaurants which always have people hanging around outside.

Nous avons été absolument enchantés par notre séjour ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, juste à la sortie de la gare et à quelques minutes à pied de la Grande Place, ce qui est vraiment très pratique pour découvrir Lille. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe, et tout particulièrement à Malory, qui a été absolument adorable. Les enfants l’ont tellement appréciée qu’ils lui ont même laissé quelques dessins en souvenir. Le personnel est aux petits soins, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de sympathie. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions et les clins d’œil autour des gestes pour la planète. C’est une démarche qui fait plaisir à voir et qui donne encore plus de charme au séjour. Mention spéciale également au petit-déjeuner, avec des produits très frais, de qualité et vraiment délicieux. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et n’hésiterons pas une seconde à y revenir lors de notre prochain passage à Lille. Une très belle expérience, avec une équipe adorable et un vrai sens de l’accueil ! ❤️

Juste petit souci sur le mini bar qui ne fonctionnaire pas bien, mais le personnel s'est mobilisé pour trouver des solutions alternatives.

Perfect location near to the old town and train stations. The room was stylish, spacious and comfortable. All the staff were super friendly and most helpful.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms are stylish, modern, with very comfortable beds. We loved how spacious the bathroom was, and all the small details such as free sparkling water, great espresso, a drink token offered if we asked to skip getting new towels every day during our stay. The decoration is very vibrant, it is a great location close to both stations and very walkable to Old Town. Cherry on top was the staff! Everyone was so friendly and smiling, and accommodated our needs (we travelled with an infant and 2 teenagers). The staff members want the guests to have a perfect stay and they go out of their way to make sure all goes well. We would definitely chose this hotel again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean. We only had standard room but it was great and the bathroom huge. The aircon (it was a heatwave) was amazing. The room was like an oasis of cold. Brekkie was a good choice. It is only a small hotel with about 20 odd rooms but always staff around to help. Don’t let google earth/street view put you off. The area is being renovated and new shops and restaurants moving in. It is only 5 mins walk from the Eurostar and 5 mins walk to Grand Place. Would have no hesitation recommending it.

Estuvimos tres noches con mi esposo y mis dos hijos en una habitación cuádruple y nos encantó la decoración tanto del bar, las estancias comunes y la habitación. Muy confortable. Desayuno excepcional y ubicación excelente para llegar en tren. Personal muy atento y encantador. Volvería sin duda a este hotel si mantienen el nivel bueno de limpieza, mantienen buenos productos en el desayuno y no encarecen más los precios, ya que al ir en familia los últimos años han subido bastante las tarifas para viajes de ocio y las personas con hijos tenemos un límite de presupuesto.

Fijne en schone kamer met heerlijke badproducten . Beperkte ruimte met 3 personen in de kamer maar de badkamer was wel erg ruim en prettig. Een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

The hotel rooms are modern, clean, good showers. The staff are lovely and they will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

The location is probably not the nicest part of Lille although very close to the center.

Good location for city with easy access to shops, restaurants bars and places of interest. Comfortable beds, lovely bedding and nice en-suite everything needed for a City break. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and breakfast great!

Towels were disappointing, thin and well used. Could do with replacing. Location could be noisy especially late at night due to several fast food restaurants

Toujours un plaisir,c'est mon deuxième séjour dans l'hôtel Boa qui est une vrai bulle de douceur au milieu de la ville. Très bien situé et avec un personel hyper agréable et réactif.

Lovely hotel, very comfy room, not huge but enough for one person. Very central location, I'd imagine in the summer the area is buzzing. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. Loved the breakfast. Very fresh, local products, lovely service, very enjoyable. Staff were very professional throughout.

Very conveniently located for Gare Lille Flanders and old town, and easily walkable from Lille Eurostar. Room comfortable and well appointed, hotel clean and lots of character in the decor and theme, but best of all are the warm and friendly staff who make you feel more like a friend than just a guest. A very nice gesture to offer drinks tokens in exchange for ecological approach to laundry. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and looked forward to returning to the hotel after each excursion.

Buildings in the same small square are undergoing renovations, and the hotel will benefit when these are complete.

La situation est top, la literie très bonne, le personnel très bien. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi malgré les prix qui flambent.

Nous venons chaque année et les prix ont augmenté très fort: chambre mais aussi petit déjeuner. À voir si on pourra encore suivre cette inflation l’an prochain … Nous sommes à trois dans la chambre mais: toujours 2 verres, 2 tasses… merci de veiller à ça quand vous préparez une chambre de 3 adultes!
