Ruime kamer, centraal, restaurant was goed met veel opties. Ontbijt en bar gaven genoeg opties. Ook verblijf met baby was goed. Genoeg ruimte om rond te lopen etc. Op goede afstand van het centrum.

Parkeren in garage ernaast is gesjouw met spullen en het was niet duidelijk dat je voor hotel kon inladen

Modern hotel with friendly staff and a great location

Het personeel is super aardig, daar ligt het niet aan. Heel attent en behulpzaam.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is Hilton onwaardig. De sportruimte was gesloten vanwege een lekkage en geurprobleem. Het brandalarm ging af vanwege een doorgebrande föhn van een gast en het ontbijt was niet goed. Slechte koffie en teveel standaard horeca voedsel, niet vers en smakeloos. Ik begrijp dat de prijs tijdens de braderie hoger is, maar niet als dit de kwaliteit is die je krijgt.

De ligging

De bar en het restaurant. Eén Frans bier 1664 niet meer te krijgen. Eén N.A. Aperitief niet meer verkrijgbaar. Restaurant, de wijn was warm ijs was niet verkrijgbaar. De mossel schelpen in kom bleef 30 min staan. De ober wou er de koffie nog bijzetten maar we vroegen toch ‘ noodzakelijk met aandrang’ om de tafel eerst af te ruimen. Er was 30% bezetting in rest.

Cost was extremely high because of Braderie weekend

Location was very good and the room bed and pillows are very comfy.

There was no conditioner in the bathroom, it had run out plus one out of the two mugs (even though three of us were staying was dirty). Plus even when room was cleaned and dressed on our second day, still no conditioner, plus no english tea bags replaced or water, disappointing for Hilton standard. That said breakfast was very nice and the restaurant staff work very hard to keep things moving and tables clean and tidy 👏 All in all as there are lots of choice I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. TV probably lacks variety. Breakfast was good. We had the evening meal in the restaurant and this was very good.

The main issue was the price of the room was extremely expensive for one night. I understand it was a high demand day however for a good basic room 411 euros for one night is borderline extortionate. On top of that to be woken up with the hotel alarm sounding and having to leave the room only to be told it was a false alarm was very disappointing. Again having paid 411 euros it would have been nice to receive some sort of gesture of goodwill as compensation.

Location right beside Eurostar arrival made late check in super easy and only 10 minute walk to city centre. Good breakfast, nice bar, excellent value for money.

Staff were lovely. The room was big. The location was good.

The toilet splashed everywhere when flushed and was very noisy. We arrived for breakfast at 9.45 and the food was actually cold.

The location was excellent, very central and convenient for exploring Lille. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Great location right at the station so coming in on the Eurostar from London was super easy. The staff were incredible and really friendly, also very helpful with directions and recommendations for the area. The room was very clean and comfortable while being spacious and the breakfast was great.

Η έλλειψη parking αλλά βρήκαμε πολύ κοντά στο parking Opera EFFIA. Το Πάρκιγκ με το οποίο συνεργάζεται το ξενοδοχείο είναι λίγο πιο κοντά αλλά είναι τριπλάσιο κόστος. Εντούτοις αυτό δεν αποτρέπει το άριστα 10 γιατί πραγματικά ξεκουραστήκαμε στη διαμονή εντός μιας περιοχής με πολλή κίνηση

L’espace de service du petit déjeuner est assez petit. C’était très inconfortable d’aller se servir en raison des nombreuses personnes qui y étaient au même moment

J’ai reçu une CHAMBRE où l’évier avait un bouchon bloqué et le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai appelé la réception par téléphone, j’ai été en contact avec Clément qui a parfaitement répondu à la demande dans les 10 minutes. En voyant, l’impossibilité de pouvoir réparer, il m’a surclassé immédiatement. Je tiens à remercier ce réflexe de Clément qui s’est réellement mis au Service du client. Ce qui montre l’intérêt de soigner le client de la part du Hilton. 🙏

Téléviseur en panne. En le signalant à l' hôte d'accueil, ce dernier nous demande si cet équipement est vraiment indispensable à notre séjour. face à notre étonnement, Il nous fait part qu'un technicien sera dépêché dans notre chambre au plus vite. En rentrant vers 23h, nous demandons à l’hôtesse d'accueil si le nécessaire a été fait. Cette dernière, très étonnée de notre question, nous répond par la négative. Nous avons alors compris qu'il n' y avait pas de technicien un samedi 15 août, ce que nous pouvons parfaitement comprendre. Cette dernière, très professionnelle, nous propose de nous surclasser dans une autre chambre, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié.

Tout était parfait. L’hôtel est largement à la hauteur de la marque Hilton que l'on associe à un haut standing. Avec des prix estivaux très intéressants. Très bonne restauration du midi. Cocktails préparés de façon professionnelle. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel au top (sourire, politesse, prévenance etc)

La chambre était propre et très confortable, le personnel plutôt sympathique, l'emplacement parfait, à deux pas de la gare, d'Euralille, et de la grand place !!!! Et le petit déjeuner plus que complet !!!!

L'accueil est irréprochable, tout le monde est très souriant, l'hôtel est très propre, dès l'entrée on a une odeur super agréable mais discrète. C'est très confortable et le petit dej copieux et varié. En face de Lille flandre et a 5mn a pied du centre c'est parfait.

Rien sauf peut-être le prix de la petite bouteille de jus de fruit (25cl frais) au bar 🥵 7€ c'est abusé !! Sinon tout est parfait.

After arriving by train the Hotel is a 1 minute walk away. Great location just minutes in to the centre and plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Water was in room on arrival but not topped up after. Although some issues with breakfast I would stay here again.

Breakfast is extremely busy. The first day there was very little left. There are 2 floors but everyone uses the ground floor for seating . The full space should be utilised to make it more comfortable. Bigger dishes need to be put out. Also really didn’t like that all of the serving spoons were mixed . We booked an executive room but we weren’t told about the times of the servings including the drinks 7-8 so we missed that, didn’t have any benefit from the lounge. If you could get a breakfast in there it would reduce the numbers in the main restaurant.

L'emplacement est idéal, la chambre est très confortable et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Le bacon du petit-déjeuner n'était pas assez cuit et était un peu gras.

Situation. Très propre, moderne. Accueil nickel. Proposition de restos très intéressants et ciblés vu le groupe famille (5).

On ne peut pas « caster » depuis son téléphone ou autre sur l’écran depuis son smartphone sur la télé (alors que tout est indiqué sur la télé comme le permettant avec mot de passe etc.). Dommage.

Het was biet hygienisch, haren op de grond en vieze ramen. Wc spoelde steeds over waardoor kleding en vloer erg nat werden.

Il manquait une ampoule dans une des lampes . le papier toilette ne tenait pas sur son support car mal vissé et donc se retrouvait au sol. L'espace petit déjeuner n'est pas propre au niveau des gaufres. Le personnel d'accueil ne connait pas les tarifs de l'hôtel et facture un tarif plus élevé.

Excellent location for exploring Lille. A stones throw (literally) from the train station so great for those arriving on the Eurostar. A 5 minute walk from the Westfield shopping centre and 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Lille. Roma as expected for the Hilton. Staff really friendly and spoke English.

Close to the train station and quick walk to the city center. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Very friendly staff with great suggestions.

Perfect location for one night stopover enjoy route to Angers by train. Room bright and comfortable. Pity windiws dont open even a little. Difficult to cool room with a/c or the a/c is turned up high and is noisy. Bathroom ok but lacked a towel warmer. Breakfast adequate but not overwhelming. Staff pleasant enough but not overly so.

The room was bigger than expected, comfortable bed, nice clean bathroom and good shower. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could have been better. There was lots of choice but the quality of the hot food, cheese and cold cuts was not great. I arrived late evening and was hoping for a mini bar in the room, but although there was a fridge it was switched off and empty.

The croissants were good. There could have been more variety in sausages. The scrambled egg didn't taste like real eggs. The coffee was good.

The bathroom could've had a grab bar for elderly people. Only two teabags and when we went down to get fresh milk, it was UHT. for people arriving tired good cup of tea is very important - especially for The English!.

Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Personnel charmant et très arrangeant. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Literie de bonne qualité même le canapé convertible où notre fille a dormi. Petit déjeuner plutôt correct.

J'ai été impressionné par la simplicité de l'équipe et l'accueil. La proximité avec les deux gares, un centre commercial et des restaurants devant la gare de Lille/Flandres est un atout majeur. Le prix m'a par contre semblé un peu plus élevé mais les facteurs sus énumérés pourraient le justifier.

The location is excellent for rail travelers, for shopping and dining. We also enjoyed our breakfasts there. We found the reception staff to be very helpful answering our many queries. We would happily stay there again.

The evening meals at the hotel's restaurant were a bit disappointing both for ourselves and some friends who joined us on one occasion but of course we did not sample the entire menu. There are some nice restaurants nearby.

The room was comfortable and the hotel is within half a kilometre from the city centre.

Arriving by car, this was a difficult start to our stay. The parking is beneath the hotel but one must leave on foot through the railway station across a busy road. The lift in the railway station was out of order. The staff struggled to help me negotiate the discounted parking fee and failed resulting in so.expense.

Made we wait 5 hrs to check in . They could have been little more accommodating than following the 3pm check in, considering I took a 10hr flight

The hotel's location is excellent. There is no parking under the hotel but there is one in the train station that is pretty close. Hotel staff is very nice and accommodating.

The hotel is old and dated. Also the toilet did not seem clean enough.

Although it is close to the train station and convenient for travellers there are many homeless people and people begging for money nearby. Also, the hotel did not cancel the holding deposit despite numerous emails. We resorted to contacting our bank to refute pending transaction. Communication with the hotel was extremely poor and the staff are not friendly.
