Rooms need up grade. Bathroom was terrible all enamel paint coming off in the bath which was also the shower. Towels clearly grey in colour instead of white and stained also

Hotel was right on the beach in great location and was verycomfortable with a great restaurant and room next to the pool. It was easy walking to the mall, the shops, the beach, the restaurant with alot of local color and I would recommend it everytime in Sanur. Breakfast was good as well and was a good sports bar for watching soccor and tennis matches. Would definitely reocmmend it everytime in Sanur for the staff, the ambiance, the pool,, and a home away from home, only steps from the action on the beachfront.

I loved being so close to the beach and the beach walk. The hotel grounds are well looked after with lovely gardens. The staff are fantastic and are very happy to help with any requests.

I didn't like having to leave. I have no complaints.

The bathroom was extremely mouldy as were the curtains and lamp shades. Very old dated hotel unfortunately we were on the second floor and as there were no lifts had to climb 2 flights of stairs that were not the safest.

The location is excellent. Right on the beach, with all the attractions that has to offer. Staff were very friendly. A short stroll to Icon Bali, Sindhu night market and a plethora of local warungs. The resort will be undergoing staged renovations starting in October 2026. Which is a good thing because the place is pretty run down.

Many things, but the renovations should address these issues, especially the two temperatures of the hot water in the shower, cold & luke warm.

After reading reviews I was concerned about this booking. We had no issue, accommodation was clean, facilities were all you would expect for a three star hotel. Staff were amazing, breakfast varied for each of our ten day booking. Location was perfect., would definitely book again.

The hotel has large old Balinese-style gardens right on the beachfront. The room was quite dated overlooking the pool and gardens . Breakfast was adequate and was served overlooking Sanur beach, which had many restaurants nearby.

Rooms could have been cleaned better, and hot water didn't work.

Very cold aircon, big room and quiet. Perfect location just down from shotgun social and right on the beach, with Icon mall only 100 ft away.

I thought id would be nice to stay beach side in Sanur this trip and knowing the area I chose the Inna Sindu Hotel. Beach is close by, breakfast is good, rooms re getting a bit dated but everything worked well. There is a great pool and the grounds are well maintained quiet.

Over the oast couple of years the beach front is now so busty and built out it took away from the quieter ambience I remembered. However for thos seeking bechside cafes adn restaurants. Of an evening the promenade is so heavy with foot traffic it is difficult for an older fart lik me to confortably get atound out side the hotel of an evening.This is not the hotels fault it the popularity of Sanur hese days.

The Inna Sindhu has one of the best locations at Sanur at the Beach with the Promenade Walk directly outside the Hotel. The breakfast area is spacious with ocean views with a buffet breakfast consisting of eggs anyway, Indonesian dishes, selection of Fruit & Salad, Breads for Toasting & croissants with some small cakes. It was more than adequate. The pool area is excellent with easy access, comfortable sunbeds & shaded areas. Drinks & Food is available by the pool. Our room was spacious & comfortable with a good size outside seating area with comfortable chairs. It is hard to fault the Inna Sindhu when you consider the location (a 5 minute walk to the Icon Shopping Centre) and the cost.

The beds (mattress) are not the most comfortable. We stayed in a room at the rear of the pool area. It was a great loction however the bathrooms were older and the shower was inside the bathtub.

The whole place needs an upgrade. You can hear your next door neighbour's clearly. Daily breakfast was the same everyday no variety and if you didn't ask for things you wouldn't know.

バスタブやシャワーカーテンに取れない汚れがしっかり付いていて、シャワーを浴びるにもバスタブに足を入れるのが初日は恐怖だった 　３泊しかしなかったので「Don'T disturb.」でずっと通したが、途中向かいの部屋にクリーニングが入っている様子を見かけたところ、リネン類を一切手にせず行っている様子。整頓しているだけ？と気になった。 　予約した部屋の設備に「バルコニー」とあったが、なかった。外れ部屋にアサインされた気がする。窓すら開けられる状態ではなかった。１つよい部屋を予約するべきだった。勉強になった。

Beds extremely hard. Pillows not very comfortable. Our AC didn’t work properly. They did come and re gas it which helped. Had to also get shower fixed

The eating area for breakfast was very good. It was clean and open to the beach area so good views to people watch. The choice of breakfast foods was quite good….mainly Indonesian, with toast, pancakes, omelettes available. The beds were very comfortable. The staff carried my luggage upstairs. The pool area was clean and the lounges were comfortable. The whole experience was excellent value for money.

The rooms were a little tired as the hotel seems to have been there for a long time. There was no lift, so if you need help, request a room on the ground (1st floor).

Fantastic location, great pool. Staff very helpful and friendly. We travelled with my father who has dementia and went wandering his first night which was very scary. The hotel staff were so helpful in getting us assistance with the police and then ensured he didn’t leave the hotel alone again
