Room was comfortable but bathroom grout needed cleaning

Only two very small water bottles per day Everywhere else we stayed happily gave us four or six bottles of water

De locatie, de goede hygiëne; alles zag er netjes uit en het was schoon. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk.

De locatie voor het ontbijt viel tegen; het had helemaal geen gezellige sfeer; we hebben er de eerste avond gegeten en vervolgens besloten om het ontbijt ergens anders te nuttigen hoewel we er wel voor betaald hadden.

Exceptionally friendly staff Although it is accessed from the very busy bypass road, the hotel itself is quiet and calm. Easy to get to the beachfront promenade, night market and mall. Spacious rooms and Beautiful pool Buffet breakfast with a relatively wide selection.

The location was good and stuff were nice

The place smelt of mold every time we walked in, we saw mouse at the breakfast buffet. Had to change hotels as had terrible sewage smell from the toilet. Tv kept turning on by itself in the night waking us up, the whole place needs renovations, dirty curtains and lots of mold in the bathroom especially.

Een leuke locatie aan een drukke weg maar daar merk je eigenlijk niets van. Zwembad is fijn en beplanting rondom ziet er goed uit. De kamers keurig netjes en schoon!

In de douche valt de waterdruk steeds weg. Je gaat van een straal water naar 15 seconden niks en zo gaat het steeds door. Niet echt comfortabel.

This was my second time staying at Arena Living. The rooms would benefit from an update, however it is value for money. The rooms are very clean, staff are very friendly and the included breakfast is fantastic. While the location is not near the beach, it is only a short walk and everything else you need is available.

The TV kept turning on by itself during the night and I could also hear the conversations of the people staying in the room next door. While the room is neat and clean, the bathrooms, tv and linen could use an update.

Hôtel bien entretenu près du Centre avec petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon, nous avons apprécié notre séjour . Chambre spacieuse et nous avons été très bien reçu car nous avons des chambres communicantes avec nos enfants c’était super.

Had a family room that was roomy and clean and tidy. Wasnt sure what to think when we pulled up being it was on the main road but its down a drive with security. Cannot hear the traffic at all. Fresh water supplied daily. All rooms face the pool area. Could hear staff chatting a laughing when out doing there jobs that is a total bonus means they are happy doing their jobs, love this. maybe a 10 min or less walk to the beach and 15 mins to Icon we always got sidetracked looking at places.

The brekkie was buffet style but to be honest pretty average with no atmosphere but not a deal breaker for us. The only issue I had was the pool had.a lot of loose tiles down one end, and I am told they will be fixed in low season, otherwise the grounds, sunbeds are all excellent

Beach towels are old and stained.

Was only there as a stop over over night before leaving in the morning. But it was everything we needed!

Great place to stay in Sanur, close to everything ! Good breakfast, comfy beds, cool pool ! Clean, quiet and cozy hotel with a nice garden. Cool staff.

Nice quiet location with good sized room kept clean and close to central Sanur without the busyness.

Air conditioning was struggling at times and leaked water and TV kept randomly turning itself on. Would also be better if outdoor chairs supplied were more comfortable and pool was heated.

Locatie is super! Mini zwembadje en verder goede bedden. Het is schoon.

Ontbijt had niet veel keus en je kreeg 1 kopje koffie of thee. Zeker bij een langer verblijf ben je snel uitgekeken. We kregen geen extra badhanddoek. Wel lawaaierig en het restaurant is super druk, maar heeft geen vegetarische opties.

We loved the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and was the perfect location for our 2 week stay. The breakfast was great with a perfect cappuccino every morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming and cleaned out room daily. We had such a memorable time with our family in this hotel. We would 100% come back again. It was well above my expectations. Thank you Arena and all your amazing staff. This place made our holiday one to remember.

Close proximity to Sanur beachfront (10 min walk) in a complex that had much potential. Pool area looked inviting. Towels changed daily & bottled water supplied. Hairdryer, iron & umbrella were available for use upon request. Free use of bicycles. Reception staff friendly.

Australians, stayed 3 nights (paid for 4 to enable late check-out to airport). The towels & bed linen were worn & a sad grey colour, I suspect originally white! The towels smelled bad even when freshly supplied. Not sure where they are laundered. The bathroom sink was discoloured and badly stained with an open sinkhole that seemed quite dirty. Toilet had ongoing problems flushing. TV reception was snowy. Staff, though friendly, were not helpful with questions or directions where to go beyond the hotel. But if you are wanting cheap rate for very short stay this is adequate.

Bad service, bad service, not clean at all. Dirty bed sheets, no draining in the shower.

Wonderful and helpful staff, room was clean and organized and working from the balcony wirh the view of the pool was lovely.

Breakfast was lovely and perfectly enough for me - many options for eggs and a variation on english breakfast but the sweet options were more limited. It was a lovely spread tho and would definitely stay here again

The room is spacious and clean, provided with a convenient kettle and fridge, the walk-in shower effective. The position to me is perfect: on the Main Street nearby the city center as well as next to the bus stops to go north (Trans Metro Dewata and Kura-Kura). Moreover, you can easily reach on foot the Grand Sanur convenience store which is much better than the mini markets nearby (in terms of prices and range of products).

Very clean lovely room nice, pool great value for money but a little bit away from the beach is the only negative thing. You get what you pay for it wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

L’emplacement , la piscine et le fait que la chambre soit grande.

J’ai trouver vraiment inapproprié le fait de m’appeler sur le téléphone fixe de la chambre à 9h20 tout les matins pour me rappeler d’aller au petit déjeuner,celui ci étant un buffet self service de 7h à 10h. Si je veux dormir on fait comment ? Le petit déjeuner est majoritairement salé et pas varié.

I had the pool access room It's was great friendly helpful staff.Great breakfast and coffee. It's on the main road but the rooms are well back from the road can't hear any unwanted noise.

Loved everything about this hotel, the pool is lovely and staff were friendly. Helped us out with anything we needed and easy and cheap to get our laundry done. Rooms were clean. Good location as near the beach and everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Wir haben hier eine Nacht vor Abfahrt nach Nusa Lembogan übernachtet, Lage zum Hafen in Ordnung. Liegt zwar an einer großen Straße, war aber im Hinterhof sehr ruhig. Leider war das Zimmer nicht so richtig sauber, wir hatten Sand im Bett. Frühstück war lecker.
